Magnesium Oxide

It has been found quite successful to use magnesium oxide to alleviate urinary retention which is no voiding of urine with pressure buildup in bladder.
In the past it would require an emergency room run to have a doctor or emergency assistant to insert a catheter for relief. Drinking 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. of magnesium oxide in 8 oz. of R.O or distilled water a day would prevent it. For more immediate relief of occurring urinary retention a 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. of magnesium oxide in 1 to 2 fl. oz. of water for implant or flush enema works well. With magnesium deficiency and colon dysbiosis oxide of magnesium may be preferred over other forms of magnesium.
