Dietary Changes

Black strap molasses:
I had a protuding fibroid the size of a GRAPEFRUIT---that was trying to abort itself through my cervix. Before I almost bled to death I had it surgically cut out. It developed over 6 months and just after I was prescribed birth control pills (hormones)from an obgyn. I stopped the pills after two weeks but the fibroid continued to grow.

i gulped bs molasses from the jar after the surgery. Then i stopped drinking that nasty bsm and eliminated the birth control pills. I changed my diet. No meat, eggs,( which is full of hormones ) no fish, and minimal dairy products and (only if RBST free or goats milk.) LOW FAT, HIGH FIBER is good. I eat kale on my sandwhiches instead of lettuce etc.

I eat sour kraut and drink water water water. I HAVE NOT HAD ONE INCIDENCE SINCE 2003. THATS ABOUT 6 YEARS.

If I slip up on this regimen, I notice it. My next period is clotty, lasts longer, and is more painfull, the tint is red/orange. ---TIME TO get my diet back on track BUCKLE DOWN!

I live in South Africa and have a friend who had been suffering with seven painful uterine fibroids for four months. Unfortunately, she couldn't afford health insurance, and in the Township where she lives, the hospital facilities are not exactly confidence inspiring. As result, she was afraid to go there for a much needed operation.

In desperation, she came to stay with me. She was at her wits end and almost suicidal from the never ending pain. I took her to my local doctor. After examining her he announced he could do nothing further, except prescribe pain killers and give her a letter of introduction to a much better free hospital. That hospital scheduled an appoint for a consultation some three months later. She was sleeping most of the day, unable to eat without vomiting afterwards. Could not bend over, nor have a proper bowel movement.

Even after the hospital consultation, she'd probably have to wait six months to year to actually have the op, as fibroids are not regarded as priority cases. This made her even more depressed and tearful. I started juicing for her; fresh fruit and veggie juices in place of meals. She got somewhat better and the pain was less, but she was still in very bad shape and zonked out from the pain killers and stress. Finally I gave her apple cider vinegar. One tablespoon in a little water, three times a day. Within two days she was totally free of pain. She had good bowel movements and regained ALL of her previous strength, energy and vitality within a week.

That was two months back. Since then she has telephoned me to say she feels terrific and thinks the fibroids are gone. She will not be going for that operation now! ACV IS A MIRACLE. (I understand it also works just as well for period pains.)

hi friends payal here - I am reporting changes with BSM - I have written 2-3 posts here so pls read ALL of them before y ask questions

here is more info to help you and its a lot of info so read and make notes - pls read my other BSM notes as well - if you find this useful pls post this to social media to help other women since I am not on any and don't have time for that. Spread the word so that we can get more feedback.

HOW TO TEST IF YOUR FIBROID REMEDY IS WORKING :

1.IT SHOULD REDUCE YOUR ABNORMAL HEAVY BLEEDING AND REDUCE THE NO OF DAYS OF THE PERIOD

WHY?

Because this indicates that the remedy has been able to reduce estrogen and increase progesterone - which is the only way to reduce the blood flow and shrink the tumour

EASY STEPS to reduce Fibroids :

1.You must stop all diary, meat - fish and eggs is ok I think

2.I cannot live without milk yoghurt ghee - so I continued with youghurt, ghee but stopped milk - MILK is the biggest culprit in fibroids - was on Organic milk for 10 years and it is one of the main causes of fibroids. I use powdered milk from INDIA - I cannot recommend any milk powder in USA because all of them come from the same source or are hydrolysed - the INDIAN MILK POWDER NAME IS AMULYA from AMUL.

3.Eat Simple meals - don't go hungry but eat simple means eg I eat rice, dal, vegetables, oats. Pls add to this sensibly

WHY YOU NEED TO EAT SIMPLE - becoz otherwise you will not know what changes the BSM is making to your body and if it is shrinking your fibroid.

If you eat lots of healthy greens, lentils, sprouts, nuts, fresh salads, fruits, veggies ALL GOOD - continue

Restrict or use sugar substitutes - I use jaggery instead of white sugar that's all

Stay away from sugary drinks, heavy fried food.

NOW LETS COME TO THE CURE :

1.I have Fibroids last 8 years very very large ones 6-7 of them

2.I had very very heavy periods - flooding but it lasted 1.5-2 days but it was still BAD

My first first step is to find something that reduces the heavy flow - that is the step in the correct direction

I tried everything from juicing, greens, wheatgrass, to turmeric beets carrots ginger smoothies, castor oil packs - NOTHING SHRUNK THE FIBROID. Except carrot juice NOTHIGN REDUCED THE BLOOD FLOW - THIS SHOWS THAT THE ROOT CAUSE HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED.

BlackStrap Molasses : HOW TO USE THIS FOR FIBROIDS CURE

1.I used Aunt Patty's unsulphured molasses 4weeks back - I saw results within 24-48 hours

2.It reduced the blood flow completely

to your questions - I take it on and before and during my periods - YES YES YES YES YES

Because that's how you test if BSM is working for you

When your periods start, take 1 spoon BSM with warm water.

ADDITIONS :

1.Pls take Calcium Magnesium Zinc tablets 2 tablets with the BSM - why? because BSM contains around less 1 mgcopper & u need ZINC 2 tablets = 20 mg to maintain zinc : copper ratio in the body which is approx 15 : 1 (15 zinc and 1 copper)

I take Kirkland tablets from Costco

why should we take calcium magnesium

we DONT

But all these are minerals and ratio has to be correct, when something is more something else is impacted so to be safe take 1 tablet of the above. You could take just zinc but I am NOT sure.

1A. High iron in BSM can lead to constipation - Solution : Take any laxative along with it or eat 4 fruits and drink lot of liquids to prevent constipation OR take Tripahala 2-3 tablets

Triphala is an indian ayurvedic remedy to treat constipation

1B. THE BSM is powerful, it removes excess ESTROGEN and it also REMOVES copper TOXICITY from the blood - SO YOU MUST SUPPORT THE LIVER

Pls take beetroot juice to help liver remove excess estrogen and copper from the blood and dispel it from the body

Helping the liver cleanse the blood of estrogen and copper is v important because BSM will detox the body and uterus and it will put the excess estrogen and copper and the liver must efficiently eliminate both.

VIT C, carrots may do this but VIT C will reduce copper - I will try and then report this

For now PLS USE beet juice when you consume BSM

2.I took only 1 spoon BSM with warm water - I take it a couple of days a week and stop and then go to next week - WHY??

BSM can make your hair go gray - something to do with Copper levels hence I take it 1-3 days and then stop.

So short steps are :

BSM 1 spoon in warm water 3 days a week

with Cal Mag Zinc tablet 2 tablets

with laxative or Triphala (high iron in BSM may create constipation)

with beet juice (to help liver escort excess estrogen and copper released by BSM out of the body)

I think with this in few days belly size will show some shrinkage and you will physically feel the relief when excess estrogen and copper is out of the body. I DID.

Periods MUST become light very very light

IF NOT, PLS INCREASE BSM to 1-2 spoons once or twice a day

If your hair is not turning grey - you are lucky so you can continue this daily till it shrinks

If you don't get constipation - you are lucky so you can continue this daily till it shrinks

Pls observe copper levels and zinc levels and DON'T ignore

Uncontrolled or improper copper levels can and will lead to CANCER - but BSM if you just understand copper and zinc level balance - is a SURE CURE FOR FIBROIDS

Also ladies keeping Fibroid tumours in our bodies with heavy bleeding is a HIGH risk for future cancer - so BSM seems a very very sure fire method to shrink it. If everyone uses and provides feedback we can do it.

My feedback is that my periods are now a breeze - but I have to take BSM during the period.

My tummy was huge and bloated - it has shrunk to the extent that I am still a bit bloated but I can walk, run play exercise - which I could not earlier.

I feel free, as though released from fibroids PRISON - the shrinking will happen faster if I take it daily - I will report back in 3-4 weeks.

Please send feedback to this FORUM

I will try with ACV and report

thanks

Another option for uterine fibroids is turmeric. Turmeric is used for any illnesses related to blood and is especially good for women's reproductive problems. This is what they say of it in Chinese medicine. To increase absorption and improve the taste, you can boil 1 teaspoon turmeric in milk.

Herb that can be used to stop excessive bleeding is called Shepherd's Purse.

Going vegetarian might also be helpful as it would cut on the hormones. High fiber diet (lots of whole grains, vegetables, fruits and legumes) is also important because it binds sweeps harmful substances and hormones out of the body.

Try going off ACV and taking the BSM only and see how you feel. My wife is always taking 1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon of BSM in a cup of hot tea and she has never mentioned being bloated.

For iron deficiency, do not underestimate the power of simple raw greens, such as arugula, which are powerhouses of iron.

The recipe for turmeric milk if you are interested:

Combine 1 cup milk and 1 cup water in a pot. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon ginger, pinch-1 teaspoon cinnamon, pinch-1 teaspoon black pepper (all powdered) and 5 cardamom pods if available. Boil until the water evaporates. Now the milk is saturated with turmeric.

For the last 2-3 months, my wife has been taking the following for fibroids:

1) 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar + 1/4 baking soda 2-3 times a day

2) 1 small teacup beet juice + 1 tsp. blackstrap molasses + aloe vera juice 2-3 times a day

However, she often experiences heartburn and diarrhea that she had not experienced before, therefore naturally the culprits have to be these remedies. They are working well on the fibroid but cause heartburn as a side effect. What do you think can be the cause? Excessive sugar from frequent consumption of molasses? Something about the vinegar? I do not trust chemical remedies so I am suspicious of the baking soda.

Do you have any ideas how to make these remedies more readily digestible?

One tip that I have discovered to make the beet mixture more palatable (my wife dislikes the earthy taste of beets) is to mix it with coriander powder which is a light spice that balances the more earthly taste of the beets.

Dear Kt in Australia,

1. I am not sure exactly what mechanism the charcoal is using to shrink fibroids. I just know there are reports of it doing so. Charcoal does draw out toxins, so that may be it.

2. I know of no limit to how often charcoal poultices are used. I know for serious ailments they are used daily for a good while. I wouldn't use them 24/7 though. Several hours in the evening or overnight. And just monitor how you feel. Each person is different.

3. I have not read about using clay for fibroids, but I don't see a reason that it couldn't be done. I do know that sometimes clay and charcoal are used in the same poultice with good results.

4. Yes, I use ground flax in my poultices. It seems coarser than flour; more like cornmeal.

5. I have used charcoal internally and externally at the same time. You just want to make sure you take it with plenty of water to avoid constipation. You also should not take it within 2 hours of any medications.

There was a recent post here about using serrapeptase for fibroids. You might want to look in to that as well.

I hope this works well for you!

Dear Tameka, So sorry about this bleeding! I saw Carly gave you some good advice about how to take the Apple Cider Vinegar. Please also take the Blackstrap Molasses- 1 T. morning and evening. Right off the spoon or in a cup of milk. You can take it any time of day also when the bleeding is heavy. It helps me with bleeding. It also will help replenish your blood. You should take at least 1 T. of blackstrap every day indefinitely. It will keep your blood up, nourish you, and may help the fibroids.

Also, to try and check the bleeding, take 1 t. cayenne pepper in an 8 oz. glass of grape juice. (The grape juice is just to help you get it down. You can take it in water. ) Cayenne is amazing for stopping bleeding. Midwives use it to stop hemmorrhage in childbirth.

Charcoal poultices and activated charcoal internally may be of help to you in the long term, if you want to try that. I will link you to a story of someone who used charcoal for her fibroids. The story is under "Charcoal Babies" a little more than 1/2 way down the page.

I also had success fixing excessive monthly bleeding with the vinegar tea remedy and an alkalizing diet. At the same time, the little urine leakage that had crept up when I coughed or laughed went away. It lead me to believe both issues were caused by pressure from fibroids. Anyway, it is one of those nasties that life can throw at women. I learned the cure right here and I'm thankful this forum was available when I suffered through it.

Dear Ify,

If you can get Sheperd's Purse Tincture, that is really helpful to stop bleeding. 1 dropperful in some water, repeat in an hour. I have done this up to three times a day.

Liquid Chlorophyll is also great to stop bleeding. 1 Tablespoon every hour during the day. Midwives use it sometimes to stop heavy bleeding after a birth.

I also use cayenne pepper to stop heavy bleeding. 1/2 teaspoon in a 5 ounces of grape juice.

I hope one of these things will work. All three could be done together.

Dear Toyin,

You may be encouraged by the many stories of women who were healed naturally from fibroids and ovarian cysts (follicular cysts being a common kind.) without needing surgery.

Here are two links that include stories of women who avoided surgery.

https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/ovarian_cysts.html

https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/fibroids.html

Two things that have helped women with both problems is Apple Cider Vinegar and Blackstrap Molasses.

I would start with 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a tall glass of water once a day. If that agrees with you, you might move up to 2 or 3 teaspoons of vinegar in your water each day. I would also take 1 Tablespoon of Blackstrap Molasses each day. You can take it straight, put it in your coffee or tea or in milk.

Castor Oil Packs are also helpful for both situations, but perhaps a little more trouble. If you want to try them, here is a link to how to do them:

https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/castor_oil.html

You should not use them during your period.

Let us know how it goes for you!

I don't normally write posts but I feel that everyone one who has suffered from uncontrollable bleeding and huge fibroids should try molasses. I suffered with pelvic pain and huge blood loss for 10 years. The doctor just ignored me. I would bleed huge clumps and my side would constantly be in pain and it was ruining my life. It's been 2 months now of combining molasses with raspberry tea twice a day. My period is one fifth of the monster it once was and my pelvic pain is slowly getting better. I assume the fibroids are shrinking. I tried everything from medicine to avc and other herbal medicines. This is a miracle. I hope it helps others too. Its a tough disease that no one else understands or believes. Good luck and I hope it works for others.

FIBROIDS OR CYSTS: I just want to help other women with promising formulas that work. I CANNOT MENTION PRODUCT BRANDS OR URL'S YOU CAN EMAIL ME FOR THAT INFO.

DIM plus 6/day (gets rid of bad estrogen that causes fibroids or cysts)

Vitex 2/day (levels out your progestin to keep estrogen balanced

Iosol Iodine (water soluble kind not the ones for cuts) 4-5 drops daily in about 2 ounces of water or juice ( most women with cysts or fibroids are low on iodine (Google it).

Organic Castor Oil soaked (not dripping) on a flannel rag/cover with plastic wrap/place heating pad over plastic wrap/lie down for 1. 5-2 hrs. 5/week when you can relax and complete the 1. 5-2 hrs. Except on period days (causes increased circulation so it may increase bleeding) (castor oil will help shrink the fibroids (PLEASE use a BPA FREE container) to store flannel soaked rag after use (can resuse several times til oil starts to smell) add more oil in container over flannel when you use next time

Serrapeptase try for 10 mg. Take by directions at least 3/day (I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PRODUCT) (I tried to take this product but it caused nausea for me at the time) I have since taken it and was fine, no nausea (it is an enzyme from the silkworm (all natural) and it eats away fibrin in our bodies which can be blood clots, cysts, and mainly, our concern, fibroids. (Google it for info and reviews) If you get nauseated with the Serrapeptase you can try Nattokinase (it is from a fermented soy and does the exact mission as the Serapeptase to rid the body of fibrin (you can Google it also)

I also alkalined my body with homemade organic lemonade/with stevia or trivia (natural do not use sugar) (all throughout the day) and I used PH drops to put in my water 3/day (especially 1 of the times about 2:30 - 3:00 in the morning if you get up for the bathroom) as per Ted saying this is one of the highest acidic times (so great time for the drops) if possible PLEASE AVOID red meat, chicken, eggs, milk, or creamers that are not organic b/c they contain hormones that have estrogen effects, (estrogen feeds your fibroids and makes them grow) Also if possible use BPA FREE plastics to drink in and store food

I HIGHLY recommend these products I know they work w/o a doubt. Give them at least 2. 5 months please, possibly 3 to see difference. You should absolutely feel a difference in the size of the fibroids or cysts outside of your uterus when you lie down. It may seem like a lot to take but I now have no fibroids like I did (it was worth for me and so quickly)

please contact me if you have more questions and I wish the best for you, sincerely Sheree (wishingsoon(at)yahoo. Com) I make no profit on these products I just use them with MUCH SUCCESS

My fibroids are GONE! This is what I did. I bathed in filtered water which I sometimes added frankensence essence or chamomile. Go Berkey. (I avoided plastic bottles, telflon), gave up all dairy, I drank dandylion tea for awhile. I did the forum (emotional work), I drank chlorophyll, I did Vitex capsules and blackstrap mollasses for a month. Oh yeah. And I master cleanse for 18 days. I also visualized them shrinking and knew they were shrinking. I went to acupuncture 3 times. Ten months ago I had 3 tumors 50mm to 80 mm. My last sonogram was completely normal!!!

hello there!!!! I've been reading and reading and reading all your posts on this thread for exactly 6 days now. I was wondering if I should tell you my story... At first I decided not to, but then... Well... all of your stories have helped me so much in the past week that I realized that maybe mine will help someone else as well.

So here we go.

I've had fibrosis 10 years ago when I was only 20. I had 3 of them, inside my uterus (sorry, don't know the exact term in english for it) I don't remember the exact size but all together they were almost 500gr.

my condition was very serious, because I had extremely bad anemia (7gm/dl on the last exame they did before I started treatment for it.)

15 days after they found out I had a surgery. My sweet sweet doctor was actually an angel sent from God to help me out, and although the surgery was long and hard he was able to take all of them out and keep my uterus intact. My mom always mentioned to everybody how he talked to me like a dad, and not like a doctor! Well, that was sort of what I needed I guess since I cried every day, every hour during those 15 days. the only time he saw me NOT crying was when he came to see me after the surgery.

the bad news were that the fibroids could come back.

Well... I am pretty certain they did. I haven't gone to the doctors yet because I am recently without health insurance. =( it's always like that right??? something always happens when you don't have it.

but around 7 months ago I noticed how my period flow increased a lot. And also cramps, really painful cramps, and lots of bloating. Around 4 months ago I noticed that the right side of the lower part of my stomach (right by the edge of my scar, of all places) feels a little "harder". That was basically the confirmation I needed. That little Bas*$%ard is back!

I've been considering my options as doctors go and my cousin had a procedure to "remove" hers without surgery in Brazil. I don't want to alarm my family back there, so I've been researching options like that online and trying to find a clinic in my area.

some months things seem to be ok. Not so much pain, not so much bleeding. (more than it was before but still) I'm taking iron supplements to keep the anemia at bay (although I crave ice and cherry tomatoes like crazy) but things have been ok. Just going through WAY more pads, and going crazy with that fear that I'm gonna leak in public (which I have a few times in the past months)

cramps started now a week before my period. Pretty bad ones, and sometimes icant even touch my stomach, can you imagine wearing jeans???? it's very inconvinient and all I want to do is stay home. But I can't =(

i am very regular, can't complain about that... and when I finally get my period cramps get soooo much worse, sometimes it feels like someone stuck a knife on me and is twisting it =(

i have to take medication for pain every 3, 4 hours for a whole week, otherwise I can't function.

but last week, thrusday to be more exact... I woke up and I looked 6 months pregnant. I am not joking.

i am 5'2" and 100lbs. I was all belly. There is no way whatsoever that I could be pregnant so I wasn't really worried about that, but it was weird. I had a huge stomach, soooo sore, and extremely tender boobies. When I googled about it all I found was... "you are pregnant" Well... I know how babies are made, and... Uhmmm that's not happening on my side, sooo no I AM NOT!

so I thought maybe it could be the fibroids (although last time I had really bad anemia and cramps, I never had this bulge. Maybe I didn't notice because I was around 15, 20lbs heavier then (oh what a good mamma's food does to us!!! ) I don't know... so I started looking up about fibroids and found this site.

i got very excited reading all your posts. The good thing about natural remedies is... If you follow exactly the instructions, if it doesn't work, probably won't do any harm. I prefer natural stuff anyways because I hate doctors and medicine and stuff...

i read almost everything. I made sure I got the ingridients right!!! UNSULPHURED BSM... And I also went for the organic ACV with baking soda. Was very careful not to buy baking powder lol

i started with the whole thing that same day, while looking like a 6 month pregnant woman. I took 2tbsp of ACV with 1/4 tsp of baking soda on warm water, then 1tsp of BSM followed by a cup of water (sometimes I drink less than that cause I already pee like crazy... all this water will keep me in the bathroom the whole day.)

i took that around 7pm that night... And I couldn't believe when I woke up... I looked just 4 months pregnant! =P but the best part of it all... No pain. no pain at all.

i wondered if it was like a placebo effect. If after reading all these amazing stories if I was just letting my mind take charge... I don't know... but I kept doing it.

i can only take it 2x a day because it's a bit inpractical for me to carry all that stuff to work. But everyday I felt better, and my stomach was smaller. It's too bad it "grows" overnight but it takes a couple of days to go down!

but it's ok! I'll take anything!!!!

for the first time in my life I couldn't wait to get my period. I just wanted to see how it was... Since it started AGAIN the first day is already very heavy and painful. I can feel it coming full of clots. it's awful, and I know you all know that.

I've been taking this since last thrusdays and... Got my period today. No pain NONE AT ALL! And I didn't even notice until I went to pee. Also very very very very very little. I just changed pads because I always do anyways... but didn't really need to.

as I said I am extremly regular. In my whole life my period had just been late or early 2 times, and both because I was too nervous and excited. So the BSM and ACV didn't change that so far. I was getting it on the 14th!! And 14th it was!!!

i honestly can't believe it. This is amazing. I can't wait to see how next days are going to be... Hopefully will stay like that!

i hate the taste of those things, but like someone said here before, if it helps... I'll take, and smile and say YUMMMMM!

so much better than surgery. My surgery was extremely invasive... Just like a c-section, since the tumors were inside my uterus. the recuperation afterwards was extremely slow and because I work with kids the doctor didn't let me work for 6 months.

i cannot afford it this time.

=(

so I'll keep my fingers crossed and keep taking this. I hope it shrinks the fibroids, but if it doesn't... I hope it keeps them from growing even more.

thank you so much for all your testimonials!!! Your shared experiences have been of much help and inspiration to me!!!

IT HAS CUT MY BLEEDING IN HALF, I NO LONGER HAVE CLOTS, OR GUSHING BLOOD, AND IT'S ABOUT 2 DAYS SHORTER.
MY HEMOGLOBIN HAS GONE UP ONE POINT IN ONE MONTH

If you are taking medications (ANY MEDICATIONS, INCLUDING BIRTH CONTROL PILLS), please discuss with your doctor any possible interactions with Grape Seed Extract.
Don't take Motrin or Advil, or any other of those types of drugs while taking Grape Seed Extract.

Here is the regimen to do on every day of your period:
These can all be obtained at Whole Foods or the Co-Op or Rainbow Acres or any other natural foods store.

These are ALL natural anti-inflammatories:

1) Grapeseed Extract (a potent natural anti-inflammatory) : Tablets: 90mg grapeseed extract - I took 2 x 90mg tablets three times a day, with meals, which works out to 540mg / day
(the recommended dosage is half that, but this is what worked. If you have concerns about doubling the recommended dosage of grapeseed extract, speak to your doctor or do your own indepth research)
Please make sure to feel okay with the dosage you will take of Grape Seed Extract.'I experienced no side effects and this is what worked miracles for me. But if you are on any other medication, speak to your doctor before taking Grape Seed Extract, because if you are on Coumadin, or other blood thinners it could increase bleeding if you have surgery, etc.
The liver also uses certain enzymes to break down certain drugs and if you take Grape Seed Extract and another medication that use the same liver enzymes to break down, it can result in a higher level of the medication in your blood.

2) Lakewood Organic Pomegranate Juice (one x 1QT bottle every two days, drink throughout the day)
This is mixed so it's not bitter.
I also bought pure pomegranate juice and mixed that with the Lakewood brand, so as to get more pomegranate concentration

3) Organic Ginger Aid Ginger Tea (Traditional Medicinals Herbal Dietary Supplement Brand, Caffeine Free) - 3 or more cups throughout the day.
Don't reuse same teabag, keep ginger concentration high.

4) Turmeric Powder (pure powder) - 1 tablespoon sprinkled over a mouthful (it doesn't taste that great at that concentration, so I just put it over one bite of my meal and ate it quickly) DO THIS AT LUNCH TIME, JUST 1X A DAY

5) one tablespoon olive oil sprinkled over the same part of your meal as the turmeric. Basically you want to get a concentrated bite with turmeric and olive oil. DO THIS AT LUNCH TIME, JUST 1 X A DAY

6) During your period, avoid all refined carbohydrates and sugars, which cause the body's inflammatory response to come into play. Just for those days, stick to as pure a diet as possible

7) Don't take any of the above ingredients (1 to 5) at any other time of the month, to keep their effect on your body optimal when you use them once a month.

8) Here is a link to the iron content in foods, so you can incorporate them naturally into your diet so your body can produce the red blood cells and hemoglobin necessary to regain your natural oxygenation levels and your body regain balance.
Iron is necessary for the body to manufacture hemogolobin. Hemogolobin is what the oxygen molecules attach themselves to, and it is responsible for transporting this oxygen throughout the body and releasing it into the cells.

http://www.bchealthguide.org/healthfiles/hfile68d.stm

And that's it!!

Also, STAY AWAY FROM ALCOHOL, AS IT DESTROYS RED BLOOD CELLS (See Google)

THE MASSIVE BLEEDING IS CAUSED BY INFLAMMATION, NOT NECESSARILY THE FIBROID ITSELF.
That's why doctors prescribe NSAIDS (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatories) in such high dosages. But they have incredibly dangerous side effects and are themselves very dangerous.

I cannot tell you what this has done to my life. It is truly a miracle, and I beg you to try this regimen.
It has saved my life, because I truly was in great, great danger and distress. Nobody cared, and also the dangers of 800mg of Motrin 3 x a day are so high, that that in itself was a health risk.
Have you ever read the side effects? They include stroke and death. There is a lawsuit currently about Motrin causing blindness in a young girl.

BASICALLY THE POINT IS TO FLOOD YOUR BODY WITH NATURAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORIES THROUGHOUT YOUR PERIOD.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO SUFFER ANYMORE. I COULD ACTUALLY START WEARING TAMPONS AGAIN, WHICH WAS JUST A JOKE BEFORE!!!

I just could not believe it. It was an absolute miracle after four years of actually believing I was going to die.
No one can understand how horrible it is to gasp for breath constantly throughout the day, to have a heart rate of 112 as normal, to have heart palpitations and your body screaming out that something had to help it.
to not be able to walk from your bed to your closet without gasping and hanging on the light fixture and having a racing heart and heart palpitations.
Being so tired that ANYTHING was impossible to do, let alone be active and full of energy.
Oxygen starvation is bad and dangerous for the body and NO DOCTORS GIVE A DAMN!!

WHY DID NO DOCTOR TELL ME ABOUT THE ABOVE REGIMEN? What on earth are they doing for their $150,000 education?

I have been anaemic for the past fifteen years and severely anaemic for the past six months. As I am 55 and in the midst of the menapause I just assumed that I was out of condition and overweight. I couldn't walk up the stairs without being out of breath. Last year on holiday in Florida, I was seriously considering hiring one of the electric scooters to get around the parks. My husband who has spinal arthritis and cannot walk unaided got around better than I did! I have suffered from fibroids for several years and last month my haemaglobin level was 6. My doctor wanted to take me into hospital for a blood transfusion. I said I would try the iron tablets first and see if they would help. I had a scan to locate the fibroids and discovered that I have several and an appointment was made for me to see a gyneacologist on 3/12/08 which I will attend. In the meantime I have been looking for possible cures on the internet and found your site. I have started taking BSM in capsule form because of all the positive feedback from other ladies who suffer as I do. One lady said she could feel one of her fibroids through the wall of her stomach, so I thought I would try to feel mine and sure enough, my husband and I felt one just below my navel. Today, 2/23/08, I cannot feel anything there! It has given me hope that this treatment will work and I will tell the GYN that I want three months to see if the BSM works. If the scan shows the fibroids are still there, I will have to consider an alternative cure but I am confident that the BSM will do the job! Will keep you posted!!

Dear Ozy,

I am sorry that the vinegar and blackstrap didn't work for you!

I have read about chickweed tea shrinking fibroids. You would want to drink a couple of cups of strong chickweed tea daily for a couple of months (unless it didn't agree with you for some reason.) If you want to try it, you would want to buy it by the pound from Mountain Rose Herbs or someplace like that.

To make the tea (really, a strong infusion.) 3 Tablespoons of chickweed in a mason jar. Add 2 cups boiling water. Cover. Let sit 4 hours. Strain. Drink two cups a day. It isn't really delicious. It tastes like spinach water, I will be honest. When I use chickweed I also use a generous amount of peppermint.

Please do read through Earth Clinic's fibroid remedies again as some other remedy may resonate with you.

Let us know how it goes.

Ok I have been using the Black Strap Molasses unsulphured with the Apple Cider Vinegar for only three months and I am very happy with results! I can feel and see that my fibroids have shrunk. My menstrual is also lighter, and no cramping. No Tylenol for pain! WOW!! I had to share this information with my girl friends who are suffering from Uterine Fibroids. I wish that I would have read about this before my procedure that I had almost two years ago, which didn't work! Thank you Lord for natural remedies! Amen!!

Hello Friends,

There are tons of messages that ACV/BSM helps but its not really clear if its a cure and if fibroids have been fully dissolved.

Please could you'll provide the following information so that the rest of us can get clarity on the protocol.

  • Do you have Fibroids/Cysts - Y/N
  • Are they Uterine/others - pls specify
  • Your Age -
  • Fibroids/cysts - how long you had them
  • No and Size - how many and size of largest
  • How many years have you had fibroids -
  • Were your Fibroids/Cysts - fully dissolved/did they shrink ?/ no change
  • Did your Ultra sound confirm this - Y/N
  • What did you have ?

ACV

ACV+BSoda

ACV and BSM

  • How long did you take the above, how many times a day

Its important at the end to confirm if flow was reduced and if the Fibroid/cysts were dissolved.

--

You can then provide all the details below.

Once we have a sizeable set of responses in the format above, I think it will be very clear to everyone if this can be used by others. Thanks, Simi

Deborah --- On Dr. M. Sircus' website I recall that he said that Lugol' s Iodine would greatly influence the decline of fibroids in women. You may want to look into this.

Thank you for your reply. My biopsy came back and all is good. Still doesn't explain the light spotting though. My doctor did prescribe an estrogen cream for vaginal atrophy. I feel like I'm estrogen dominant (from what I've read) so I haven't used it. I did however purchase some yam cream and have been using that for the last couple of weeks. I suppose it could be stress too.

Several months ago I was told by my family doctor that a hysterectomy was my only option for the fibroids and polyp that was causing lots of daily bleeding and pain. Thanks to your website, I decided to do some research prior to agreeing to any drastic measures. I read that natural micronized progesterone may help shrink the fibroids, along with soy isoflavones. It's working!!! I'm taking 100 mg. of micronized progesterone and 100 mg. of organic soy isoflavones every day. I will reducing my dose from that soon. In 3 months since I had an ultrasound and CT scan, an MRI shows that both the polyp, fibroids and fluid in my uterus have substantially shrunk. Also, the bleeding has almost stopped-I'm dealing with only some slight pink looking fluid now, and the pain is almost gone. I will go back for another ultrasound in June, along with a consultation with my GYN doctor, who is working with me in my attempt to naturally shrink the growths. She would like to do a D&C, but since I'm getting results so soon to show the hormones are working, I want to wait on the D&C, too. I had previously taken a slight amount of estradial, unopposed with progesterone, and I believe that is what caused the problem. I was only taking 1 mg. of estradial every 4 days, but it apparently was enough to cause the problem. At that time, I had a lab test to determine how much progesterone my body was making, and thought that was enough to offset the estradial, but apparently not. I tried the apple cider vinegar, baking soda and Blackstrap Molasses (BSM), but that didn't seem to help me. Although I'm now taking the soy isoflavones with a spoonful of BSM, so maybe that is helping. Research on-line revealed that micronized progesterone (I'm taking it in a gel pill with peanut oil), is supposed to shrink fibroids/polyps--it has really helped me. With the agony I went through, I would like to help others with the same problem, if possible. Surgery should be the very last resort. The agony and wait have been worth the effort so far as my symptoms are disappearing, along with the fibroid/polyp. (I read that it is the polyps that cause the bleeding and pain.) I've also read that the cramping and bleeding are an attempt by the body to eliminate the polyps. I decided to follow-up on any advice I saw if it will eliminate the need for surgery!!!! Ofelia: A few vegetables have dim. This is harmfull when taken as an isolate. I take 3g/day cold processed maca for dim. The dose for regular maca is 12 g. Fibroids are caused by injury, disease, and estrogen dominance. This is caused by aromatization. This changes good hormones into bad hormones. Hops alcohol extract taken sublingually is the most potent armoatization inhibitor. Take 15g/day raw sweet potato. Chew thoroughly and let dissolve through the gums. This makes progesterone. Capers are highest in quercitin, another aromatization inhibitor. Sweet potatoes make good hormones, aromatization inhibitors prevent them from becoming bad, and maca regulates them. The 3 taken together are a very effective remedy that cures very rapidly. Google raw food videos for nutritional support.

Apple Cider Vinegar is the absolute BEST remedy there is for fibroids and bad mentrual cycles! My sister in law is now a true believer too- she was having all the bad symptoms and I told her how to take it and this past month was a LOT better for her! It stopped my heavy bleeding and the HUGE clots I was passing too.

Try this: 1 Tb ACV, add 1/8 tsp aluminum free baking soda and let it bubble up for about 20 seconds. Then add 100% apple juice (as much as you like) and drink it. You'll feel a difference in your PMS symptoms as well- almost no crankiness. I call it my "Happy Juice. " LOL

Hope this helps!

Well, I'm back to report MY FLOODING HAS OFFICIALLY ENDED! In February I noticed my bladder capacity had increased. This told me that the fibroid lying on my bladder had either dissolved or was shrinking. Until then my bladder was not very large so I had to frequently urinate.

I continued with the Mg and Zn, but added Calcium with Vitamin D in March.

This month I once again experienced bladder capacity increase with the added bonus of no flooding. If you've been following me, my flooding went from two whole days down to half a day since December. Now, I don't flood anymore!

This month's period is the first period I have had in five years that I have not flooded. I HAD NORMAL FLOW ON ALL DAYS! I did not have to change pads every hour and a half, but was able to go for four hours without spillage or seepage on the heaviest day of my period before changing my pad.

Nothing leaked, my underwear was alright, I didn't have to change clothing, no accidents AT ALL!

Ladies, you have to stay with it. It is not an overnight thing. My biggest fibroid was 3 cm (2 inches) round. I had at least 12 fibroids of different sizes in my uterus. They wanted to hysterectormize me. I said NO. You must say NO, too!

I dreaded the summer because I knew I would be miserable because of the overflow of blood during my period, but now I feel so much better knowing that the flooding has been arrested and I can have a somewhat more normal life this summer instead of being worried that I've soaked my clothes or that I'll have an accident in public.

It's a matter of patience, ladies. You have to have patience and you must believe you can heal. My body let me know at every turn what I was doing wrong and what I was doing right, and your body will tell you, too. Slow and steady wins the race, girls. Just keep taking care of yourself and stick to your cures, they work, trust me on this one!

I'm a new woman, I can go out in public without worrying, I can go visit my friends more now, I can sit for long periods of time without worrying about leaving a spot if you know what I mean, I'm just very happy right now!

Thank you Earth Clinic for your advice, I am so happy to have found this site. I am also so happy to be able to share and encourage others in finding their cure.

Natural is the way to go, it has been for me and I really hope it is for you, too!

I have been diagnosed with multiple intramural (leiomayomata)fibroids last July 5, 2009 and had a D&C immediately on July 10 to scrape things from my uterus for biopsy. Very thankful because the fibroids turned out benign. I tried to changed my diet and took herbal. Nothing happened for 6 months of my battle because the ultrasound result was unchanged, the same size (the biggest is 6.5cm x 6.2cm) by March 2010 I came across this site and immediately drank ACV with baking soda and molasses (2 tbsp, 1/8 tsp and 1 tsp respectively. I also did massage my abdomen using castor oil daily with a 2 day break in a week. I had a very heavy bleeding before but with the use of ACV w/ baking soda and molasses my bleeding was minimized. My OB/GYN however placed me under a progesterone (for 10 days in a month) so that everything will become normal and it really did! Last June 11, 2010 I had my 3rd ultrasound after 6 months and I am so happy that my fibroids the biggest in size became 5.6cm x 4. 1cm. Nothing is impossible with the Lord. Keep praying and do some research. I hope with this info you will be enlightened. There's hope and have faith!

Six months after my last diagnosis, I am relieved to report that an MRI shows that the fibroid and cyst have not increased in size. In fact, both appeared somewhat (2 - 3 mm) smaller since the last MRI in April 2010. I have had some setbacks with occasional break-through bleeding and heavy bleeding during one period, but I've noticed that omission of ACV and BSM, coupled with stress and bad diet (dairy, meat), contribute greatly to these relapses. Shepherd's purse works miraculously to stop intermittent bleeding in its tracks and decrease the flow of heavy bleeding.

The last 6 months have been an eye-opener for me. I've realised that a good diet is essential to keeping the symptoms at bay. I try to consume raw vegetables as often as possible, either in the form of smoothies and/or cut up in small portions (mainly from the cruciferous family) as snacks. My cycles have averaged 24 days -sometimes as long as 26 days, once as short as 22 days, and the duration is usually only 5 days. Heavy bleeding and cramps are typically limited to 24 hours. It would be nice to increase cycle length to 26 days or more. Any suggestions are appreciated. I have been able to combat my anaemia (confirmed with complete blood tests) with BSM, almost entirely. After 2 years of daily iron supplementation, I now use supplements (1/day) only during the 5 days of my period.

I was admitted into the hospital in Oct. for excessive bleeding after fainting in the shower. I found this website the following week. I began drinking a shot-glass of apple cidar vinegar daily immediately. I also ordered the blackstrap molasses tablets, which I've been taking daily for 2 months. So I would say I started seeing positive results during my Nov. and Dec. menstral cycles. I just received my shipment of ACV tablets. Good Luck!

And now my periods r normal. No more heavy, where you can't walk from here to there...no more clots, that scares the heck out of ya. Thats been over a year now, and I'm still doing fine. And I also eat grapes every day, green or red. Not a specific amount, I just eat them.I HOPE this helps someone, I really do!! I feel for you all.

I am 54 years old and was diagnosed with subserous uterine fibroid by August 2013 and the size was 7.72 cm x 5.56 cm x 7.88 cm and doctor recommneded an operation to remove my ovary because I had experience difficulty to urine twice almost within 2 months.

I refused to do so and start googling to find is there any way to shrink it naturally. Since that time, I went on diet to cut out meat, soy products, carbs, white sugars, avoid plastic bottles and containers etc. I drank more on organic fruits and vegetables juices. I drank aloe vera juices, apple cider vinegar and lemon juices in the morning on empty stomach, exercises on daily routine ( brisk walking, yoga, belly breathing, hand swing etc ), get morning sun and meditate with visualization. I also drank turmerric powder in the morning.

By June 5, I went to have usg and the result is amazing. It shows a sign of shrinkage. the size is now 6.02cm x 5.59cmx 6.65cm and the doctor asked me what I was doing since it has shrinked to smaller size and said no more operation needed. I told her what diet I have been undergone and she was surprised.

I have had a very large uterine fibroid. Three months ago it was about the size of a small cantaloupe and could easily be felt. When last measured by ultrasound a couple of years ago it was the size of a 14 week pregnancy. I did not want the prescribed historectomy and have been looking for a natural cure. About Jan 8 I made some changes in my lifestyle and my fibroid is now the size of a baseball or smaller. I don't know which things have worked but, these are the changes I've made: Started Lougaol's Iodine (6-7 drops per day) BSM 1 TBSP per day, dramatically rudeced wheat consumption, regular excercise, switched to bottled water and no flouride tooth paste, and now what it turns out may be the MOST important thing. I went from drinking 2-3 diet pepsi's per day to maybe one or two a week. I will now cut that out completely after reading the report I'm attaching to here http://myaspartameexperiment.com/ I strongly encourage anyone who consumes Aspertame and suffers from any type of tumor to read about this experiment and STOP Aspertame now!!!!
