What activates Bayers fluoride 2 years after 4000mg dose? I had it under control with magnesium chloride, Lugols iodine, boron, exercise and good diet but last night in middle of a good sleep – BANG! Pain in every tendon. Couldn't sit up, had to wait ‘till the pain eased off a bit. When it eased off I was able to sleep. Next morning there's still a trace of the pain everywhere. Can't imagine what caused it. I know the poison remains in the body but what's the trigger? Also any new detoxing that works. john

Thanks so much for the information about the Fluoride Tea! I can't believe how well this stuff works. I'm hypersensitive to fluoride and so many things hurt me when I try to pull out fluoride, but this did it well and did not poison me from pulling too much. Love it!

You realise that it is days mg/kg?? Meaning if salt has an ld50 of 1g/kg, and you weigh 70kg, you would need to invest 70g salt. Or 192mg x 70kg caffeine = 13440mg ld50....

If you read the latest reports from Harvard University you will find that there is no connection for Fluoride and prevention of tooth decay. Fluoride has nothing to do with teeth. This is a hoax. There are many other reports that say the same thing. Fluorided is banned in most of Europe, Russia and China. It's not good for you.

Fluoride poisoning. I have been using the bloody poisonous steroid, Seretide Evohaler with the rotten Fluticasone (fluoride) in it for 30 years. True, I am just using one puff – 250 mcg but nevertheless it has screwed my brain and joints etc. The companion Ventolin relaxes the bronchial muscles plus relaxes the muscles at the base of the tongue and so – the tongue flops over the windpipe when you sleep and you stop breathing. Sleep Apnea. Most terrifying experience I have ever had. I don't sleep on my back anymore. Aren't doctors, drugs & hospitals lovely? John

I don't know if you found a solution or not, but, I was told to use vodka, baking soda and MSM and mix together and rub on your skin with a white cloth in a circular motion and you should see that residue of the oil and in the fluoride come off your skin.

I'm a 26 year old male and I've done the borax to detox fluoride 6 times now over the last several years. I've found it improves my sleep, the vividness of my dreams and my mental clarity. I looked into getting my urine tested for F- ions (to prove if this method really does anything) but decided not to as it costs $200+

I used:

1/4 tsp 20 Mule Team Borax

1/8 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1 L bottle of Mountain Valley spring water (glass bottle)

*It takes effort to actually dissolve the borax all the way but this is crucial*

I drink the Liter of Borax water over the first 8 hours of the day along with plenty of other Fluoride-free liquids like spring or coconut water. Eating very clean is a good idea too. No sense adding more toxins to your stomach with the borax.

As far as side effects, I have noticed a slight flushing feeling and lightheadedness a few times. All in all, I feel that this method works. I'm alive and healthy and will continue to do this throughout my lifetime.

Hi Sue...to answer your question...cilantro is a very powerful chelator of heavy metals. It actually releases it from the cells. However, a binder (like bentonite clay or diatomaceous earth) is needed to bind to the newly released metals in order to excrete them more efficiently so they're not re-deposited back into the body.

Fluoride Poisoning Symptoms

I have been getting sicker for over a year. They added fluoride to city water in April 2015. Been in 2 emergency rooms.(20K in dr bills) 36 hours in another vist to hospital. Have gotten so weak and struggling. Been looking for somewhere to test my urine. Small town and local city officials just decided to add it to our water after voters said NO....so can't find anywhere close that I would trust to test it (lots of back pocket money spent). Any ideas out of Wyoming I could send it for testing? That is only change I can come up with. I did have my water tested and it was with guidelines for everthing. Had home tested for mold etc. example..Usually ride my harley motorcycle atleast 10K a year. in 2015 got in 175 before I didn't feel safe to ride. No riding in 2016. ANY HELP would be awesome!! thx

Incidentally, the LD50 (the dose at which half of the tested animals die, LD= Lethal Dose) of Boron is higher than ordinary table salt (that means less salt kills more rats). The Material Safety Data Sheet or MSDS for borax indicates: 'Low acute oral toxicity; LD50 in rats 4,500 to 6,000 mg/kg of body weight. No human studies or reports of adverse effects.

Compare to salt: Lowest Published Lethal Oral Dose in Man: 1000 mg/kg LD50 !! The MSDS reports: Acute oral toxicity for table salt, 3,000 mg/kg [Rat]. A lower number is more dangerous. Aspirin LD50=750 (mg/kg). Aspirin LD50 [rat] = 200!

And sorry, coffee drinkers, Caffeine =192 mg/kg [rat], even more toxic than aspirin, and way, way more toxic than borax!!

The non-food grade is great to bathe in and as a mask. This should help get the toxins off your skin. Thank you for sharing your symptoms. This information is extremely helpful.

BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

Hello. I found this site and begun the fluoride detox with borax. I took borax 1/8th teaspoon in 1 litre of water.

The cure was good, but then the fluorides begun to combine with the grease on my skin. It seems the fluoride was excreting but was being combined with grease on the surface of my skin. This made my skin waterproof and impossible to rinse off with soap.

Please help, I need a solution. Thanks

My name is Sheila. I'm a professional dance coach and former competitor. I became injured after my competition at the ESPN World Cup championships then I became more aware of nutrition health and other stuff and I came across the danger of fluoride. Then when I stop using fluoride my body started healing faster and the pain stopped in a very drastic way. Even the way my muscles and bones are structured began to improve during the healing.

C: It is also recommended to filter not only drinking water but also water for bathing or showering. If taking a bath, add a few grains of Sodium thiosulfate to neutralize any of those "ines" in the water or body. ST can also be consumed orally to remove those nasty "ines" but always be sure to supplement Iodine back for the Thyroid.

S.T. can be purchased at local or online fish & aquarium or swimming pool supply stores as a commercial grade "de-chlorinator".

To be more specific, Boron is the mineral and Borax is a salt of boron aka Sodium Tetra borate.

Also, as for table salt, there is processed salt aka Sodium Chloride. Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt are much more mineral dense and healthy compared to the commercial grade processed salt.

I think it's funny how scared people are of Borax just because it has a scary-chemical name. Borax is just a mineral. And the "lethal dose" of Boric Acid for rats is over 5 grams! For comparison's sake, the lethal dose of ordinary salt is 3.75grams. That is also easily found on Wikipedia. Salt just happens to have a less scary name. So, in conclusion... Don't EVER eat salt. It's toxic.

I found some really interesting ideas on health & balance in a book I read (Folk Medicine) by D.C. Jarvis written back in the 50s on all of the elements that compete for the receptor sites in the thyroid gland.

He explains the law of "halogen displacement" that shows how the relative atomic weight of the following: Flourine (19.0), Chlorine(35.5), Bromine (80.0) and Iodine (127.0) determines which one displaces the rest (if more than one are present in the body). Flourine will always displace chlorine, and Chlorine can displace both Bromine and Iodine. So, basically, Iodine is the underdog here and will always be displaced by those with a lower atomic weight.

His recommendations include avoiding chlorinated water, eating foods rich in iodine (cod liver oil and kelp along with certain vegetables) or taking Lugol's solution.

Thought this was worthwhile info to share!

For one year now, I have been taking supplements due to low levels of vitamin D3, B12, and iodine. My doctor decided it must be because of fluoride toxicity. I also have taken iodine for 2 years and magnesium, topically. My supplements also include an adrenal supplement from MedixSelect (Dr. Brownstein works with them) and I have taken BioQuench (Biotivia) for several years for inflammation of the ovaries due to pcos. The mangosteen fruit 'skin' is the best anti-inflammatory for this condition. My whole family is hypoglycemic but I am the only one with very bad 'pcos' since my first pregnancy.

I take glucophage (2,000 mg/day). Tried to get off it and was totally out of control. Cholesterol, triglycerides and weight went up.

Just discovered my 2 quarts of strong tea day might not be good. Ugh! So, I started drinking more water. We've had a Big Berkey for over two years. Oh, and a few weeks ago, I began eating apples almost daily. I have since learned that they detox fluoride.

Suddenly, after a year, I am feeling awful. Palpitations occuring almost daily started two weeks ago, joint pains and weakness this week. I added Coral Calcium for the heart rhythm, figuring it was from the pcos.

I have most of the symptoms of finally detoxing and want to know how to abate the feeling of being sick, weak, achy, and the stiff neck. Does it usually take this long to start detoxing fluoride? How long will it take once it starts one has been heavily exposed for 40 plus years?

What was very interesting to me was the list of symptoms of fluoride toxicity. In my late 30s, I suddenly developed interstitial cystitis which was treated as a repeated bladder infection, but I discovered it was an allergy to sulfates. My husband and I suddenly became sensitive/allergic to many things in our late 30s. We have many toxicity symptoms

I also have scoliosis and was fused using C-D rods at 26. (I sound like a mess.). Recently, I learned that while I have no arthritis in any joint (a miracle considering I was a child gymnast and rode/trained horses for almost 40 years). But, my lumbar discs are degenerating and I have stenosis and bone spurs. All of these are symptoms of fluoride toxicity. Will getting the fluoride out help the discs or are they done?

When I discovered the truth about fluoride (4 years ago), my brain was foggyand I couldn't find even simple words. I am much better since finding the right iodine. I make my own toothpaste and even laundry soap with pure water, and have tried to reduce the amount of fluoride exposure. But, I keep finding more avenuesmthey use to get it in us!

Finally, I wanted to let you know that while I was researching another topic, I found evidence that, after WWII, the U.S. Government discovered the use of fluoride in Nazi Germany to control the population, especially in the camps. By the mid-50s, fluoride was being added to water supplies here. This is how I discovered how bad fluoride is.

If you know how to mitigate the symptoms of cleansing and how long it may take, please let me know.

Thank you!

Your words of love and gratitude taped to the glass you are drinking out will purify it instantly and turn the molecules into from dirty muddy ones into clean crystallized ones. It will purify the whole water plus get rid of the fluoride. See Dr Emotes water experiment and his rice experiment. Blessing your water and your food is really a free way of staying alive and healthy and now proven by science. However they will always try to discredit something that we can do for free because people don't make money out advocating this knowledge.

Fluoride in Water

No, currently pitcher filters do not remove flouride from water. In fact, most filtration systems do not. Bone Char carbon removes flouride, in large part because it is 90% calcium. I have yet to find it in the high end forms of filtration cartridges(carbon block) but it can be found in refillable filtration cartridges as a granular product similar to standard GAC and in loose granuals to refill those cartridges. Activated alumina also removes flouride, but can leach aluminum into the water at low levels and is not as effective as bone char carbon. Finally, RO has been shown to remove up to 90% of flouride, but because free fluorine is much smaller than a water molecule, I suspect the majority of the reduction comes from removing fluoride compounds and that most free flouride passes through. Those cartridges will fit standard 10" filter housing, so I am installing an RO system and replacing one of the carbon impregnated cellulose cartridges with a bone char carbon cartridge. That gives the best of both.

Claudia, research Dr. Carolyn Dean's blog and download her free e-book. She specifically discusses Cipro and tendon/joint damage. In developing Cipro, pharmaceutical companies manufacture this antibiotic and a host of other meds with fluorine so it is potentiated in the body. The fluoride molecules attach to the magnesium, crystallizes and heads for the joints - hence all the pain. Tendon damage takes awhile to heal. Read her blog - she has researched this topic her entire career as an MD and ND. She is the real deal.

Good Luck, MyWay, :D

I have done research and found this thread. I will try the borax. For the last week I have been trying to supplement with calcium, zinc, vitamin c, vitamin a and taking bentonite clay internally at night. Tami, I have read that when you have Hashimoto's, as you and I both have, the amount of iodine is critical and many docs recommend that you not use iodine. However, Hashis need iodine. Therefore, it is better to paint the iodine that is used for cuts that you get at the pharmacy in the 2 oz bottle on your skin and let your skin absorb the optimal amount. The best kind I get is the C_S brand which has both iodine and iodide - both are necessary.

Also, you might want to look this up.....you need to supplement with other things such as selenium (esp. important) if you want iodine to work for you. If you are taking thyroid medication, check your temperature each morning before you get up and make sure it is not going consistently above normal (like about 99 degrees plus) to make sure you are not going hyPER thyroid because the iodine should improve thyroid function and you DO NOT WANT TO GO HYPER! If you go hyper for to long, without decreasing your thyroid med dosage, you could have a dangerously fast heart beat. So, keep a check on your heart rate too. This is all doable esp. with advice of a knowledgeable physician (perhaps a naturopath) if you can find one - but you just must be careful.

I would simply find a good clean bottled source of mineral water and just use that.

Alkalizing your body and also drinking borax water(as recommended on EC) and supplementing lugols iodine will all help to remove the fluoride. Supplementing 10% sodium thiosulfate -- 6 drops in a glass of water per day -- will help you to neutralize the chlorine and will also help to detox heavy metals from your body.

Curcumin
Posted by Robert Varela (Martinez, California) on 06/01/2014

A research study by 3-science Universities/Laboratories in Mexico, peer reviewed & accepted as of 2011 by the Int'l Journal of Environmental Research & Pub Health concluded the following :

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3037067/

"Data from our study show that, despite values of excretion within an optimal fluoride intake range, the prevalence of caries, (i.e., dental cavities), was significant in both groups, and 60% of the 11- to 12-year-old children presented with dental fluorosis. In addition, variable fluoride concentrations in products frequently consumed by children were found."

The study population included pre-schoolers, 4-5year olds, & school children, 11-12 year olds. The urinary excretion of fluoride was measured in both age groups Note that urinary excretion does not mean total excretion as there is a maximum excretion to absorbtive retention ratio meaning, there is always a unknown accumulative residue of fluoride which stores in boney structures & other non-osteo parts of the body such as glands, brain, etc., which the kidneys cannot completely eliminate. Fluorosis is the degradation of the dental enamel & represents a readily available exterior view of further internal damage. Besides China, Mexico is another manufacturer & supplier of fluoride to the U.S. & I was expecting a biased report/study to protect corporate interests. As fluoride is being used for medication, the type of fluoride is NOT pharmaceutical grade as required by the FDA for all medications provided in the U.S. The type supplied is agricultural grade which contains other toxic contaminants such as arsenic, lead, etc. I have also found that fluoride effects the neurodegeneration of the brain & one study found curcumin, as the agent responsible for most of the biological activity of turmeric, to be beneficial in protecting against this damage & that research is here:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3969660/

The amount of curcumin used is 30mg/kg BW dissolved in olive oil which equals, approximately, 15mgs per pound of body weight. Curcumin is fat soluable & it is important to combine with a healthy fat such as coconut, fish oil, etc.

Activated Charcoal
Posted by Gene (Bergenfield, Nj) on 02/16/2014

Activated Charcoal, whether you use a gravity fed or faucet cannister, cannot remove fluoride from your body or from dinking water. Charcoal can remove some bacteria, chemical toxins and heavy metals through a process known as ABSORPTION (basically trapping these particles within the nooks and crannies of the charcoal itself). Fluoride ions, however, are far, far too small to be trapped by charcoal and it is one of the most reactive elements on the periodic table. As a result it quickly binds to your tissues, organs and your skeletal and central nervous system virtually immediately once ingested or through showering or bathing. This very harmful molecule is very difficult, though not impossible, to remove once it gets into your body. But the best way to prevent fluoride toxicity is through stopping it before it gets into your body.

There only 2 ways to remove fluoride from your water. One is Reverse Osmosis which some systems claim to remove up to 98%. However this process wastes a lot of water as well as demineralizing it completely. And if you choose R.O. then you need to be sure to add a device that can replace the essential trace minerals.

The other is by using one of 2 filter substrates...Activated Alumina or Bone-Char Carbon (Crushed and Burned Animal Bones). They are much more cost efficient than R.O. systems and can remove virtally all detectable levels of fluoride through a process known as ADSORPTION. By possessing a positive (+) charge they actually attractive the negatively (-) charged fluorine ions. There are various companies out there that manufacture whole house or shower and undersink systems that use either Alumina or Bone-Char Carbon. I would recommend the latter because Alumina, though equally effective, will put trace amounts of aluminum into your water which, though not as destructive as fluoride to your central nervous & endocrine systems, is considered, itself, to be a heavy metal and can also be neuro-toxic over time.

I think what is misunderstood is that generally Fluoride cannot be removed completely, but technology has come far enough to substantially reduce it. What has to happen is that the water has to travel through the filtration medium slow enough in order to filter appropriately. I could go on and on, but I will share my ordeal ...It's been really hard to find companies that are truly reputable when it comes to their fluoride removal claims. A lot of companies claim NSF accreditation, but one must be very careful about that and know exactly what the certification is for. Most of the time it does not measure how well the filter removes contaminants. Just thought I would pass on my findings as I have been researching for myself to ensure we get a quality filter that does what it claims from a reputable company. There is a small company out of New York that I found that has a filtration system (I'm referring to their under the counter 'ultra' version...though they have several other configurations) that removes fluoride, prescription drugs, and even radiation via Zeolite. It even raises the alkalinity of the water. They have an independent test done by a nationwide lab analysis company and I also contacted the lab personally to ensure that this company was reputable and that the lab results were not fabricated......anyhow it all checked out. The only thing that you might find is that the alkalinity of the water starts off a bit on the higher side (ph 9.3) but will settle in at about 8.0 after a month. Anyhow, I think they have an excellent filter and hope it will help in your search...good luck. Here is the link, and if you notice their customer reviews are all top notch, the best that I can find...if you have any questions at all someone will speak to you. I spoke with them, verified their lab test and I tell everyone about them cause its a fabulous product. http://www.pureeffectfilters.com/#a_aid=Ultrawater

BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

Ok, I thought to test Borax to eliminate Flouride poison because of drinking tea and municipal water and also to eliminate other parasites. As mentioned. Mixed quarter teaspoon of borax with 1 liter of water. Sipped it throughout the day.

I was just severely bloated the next day, I did not feel any positive change immediately. Then the second day I stopped drinking borax. May be the side effect is due to detox reaction.

However, the third day I really felt the body being very light, no feeling of heaviness. More energy. More clarity. It was great. I can really feel that the flourine was easily removed.

I did not continue this routine as the bloating is hampering my daily work. May be I will try again and explain detail.

Good Health. Thanks

If you are on well water, then there shouldn't be fluoride in it, as it is added by the municipal water supply? I think.

ALSO - There is a website called findaspring.com. It lists all of the natural springs in the US where you can go and get natural spring (live) water... you might want to look into that also.

Good luck!

Just a quick update on my progress. I have been rigorous about taking short showers, drinking distilled water, cooking with distilled water and eating raw foods when going out to eat. In short, for two months I've completely avoided fluoride and bromide as much as possible and my results are so good that I literally cannot BELIEVE this crap is added to our food and water supply. I have been ingesting this poison for 40 years, which I feel has been the primary cause for my Hashimoto's thyroiditis all along. I don't know what my ab titers are right now or my thyroid numbers, but I can tell the inflammation is way down and I feel so much better I can hardly believe it. One thing that has been interesting is that once I was off of the fluoride for about 3 weeks, if I ingested even a tiny amount of iodine even in my food I would have a hyperthyroid (ADD) kind of reaction. I couldn't figure it out at first, then I realized, without the fluoride/bromide suppression that had been there for years, the increased numbers of iodine receptors that developed in the enlarged gland to compensate for the blockage were now all available and over-stimulating. I actually began producing too much thyroid hormone. This lasted a couple of weeks but has leveled out now--I actually lost a little weight and had trouble sleeping at night from all that hyperactivity. Now that it has calmed down, I won't start taking any little bits of iodine again for maybe another month as needed to nourish the gland.

Another interesting thing is that I have been visiting a friend for about a month while going through all of this. One of her dogs had developed arthritis so bad she could barely move her hips and head. She told me she wanted to 'put her down' soon her suffering was getting so bad--she could barely stand up or lie down. So, I began to treat her with Borax too. At about 50lbs, I just adjusted her dose accordingly and began to add to all of her drinking water (tap water of course). Within THREE days, she lifted her head and began to move it normally. In three weeks time she is now running the back yard. While she was detoxing, I could tell she was experiencing the same detox funk--her eyes looked heavy and she was even stumbling a little, maybe a little bit dizzy? So I took the dose slowly and still such a dramatic response. Doesn't seem to have harmed her at all--in fact my friend said her urinary output and constipation have improved. My friend was so shocked because even the expensive vet she goes to had no treatment other than pain medication much more expensive than the Borax.

Since you can't use iron for RLS, try getting a foot massager that really gives your feet a good workout before you go to bed. That usually works.

Fluoride is highly damaging to the thyroid gland. Pure water is a must... The enzyme poison effect extends to our genes; DNA cannot repair itself, and chromosomes are damaged. Work at the University of Missouri showed genital damage, targeting ovaries and testes. Also affected is inter uterine growth and development of the foetus, especially the nervous system. Increased incidence of Down's Syndrome has been documented. Fluorides are mutagenic. That is, they can cause the uncontrolled proliferation of cells we call cancer. This applies to cancer anywhere in the body; but bones are particularly picked out. The incidence of osteosarcoma in a study reporting in 1991 showed an unbelievable 50% increase. A report in 1955 in the New England Journal of Medicine showed a 400% increase in cancer of the thyroid in San Francisco during the period their water was fluoridated. My particular concern is the effect of fluorides on the thyroid gland

Perhaps I may remind you about thyroid disease. The thyroid gland produces hormones which control our metabolism - the rate at which we burn our fuel. Deficiency is relatively common, much more than is generally accepted by many medical authorities: a figure of 1:4 or 1:3 by mid life is more likely. The illness is insidious in its onset and progression. People become tired, cold, overweight, depressed, constipated; they suffer arthritis, hair loss, infertility, atherosclerosis and chronic illness. Sadly, it is poorly diagnosed and poorly managed by very many doctors in this country. What concerns me so deeply is that in concentrations as low as 1ppm, fluorides damage the thyroid system on 4 levels.

1. The enzyme manufacture of thyroid hormones within the thyroid gland itself. The process by which iodine is attached to the amino acid tyrosine and converted to the two significant thyroid hormones, thyroxine (T4) and liothyronine (T3), is slowed.

2. The stimulation of certain G proteins from the toxic effect of fluoride (whose function is to govern uptake of substances into each of the cells of the body), has the effect of switching off the uptake into the cell of the active thyroid hormone.

3. The thyroid control mechanism is compromised. The thyroid stimulating hormone output from the pituitary gland is inhibited by fluoride, thus reducing thyroid output of thyroid hormones.

4. Fluoride competes for the receptor sites on the thyroid gland which respond to the thyroid stimulating hormone; so that less of this hormone reaches the thyroid gland and so less thyroid hormone is manufactured. These damaging effects, all of which occur with small concentrations of fluoride, have obvious and easily identifiable effects on thyroid status. The running down of thyroid hormone means a slow slide into hypothyroidism. Already the incidence of hypothyroidism is increasing as a result of other environmental toxins and pollutions together with wide spread nutritional deficiencies. 141 million Europeans are at risk.

One further factor should give us deep anxiety. Professor Hume of Dundee, in his paper given earlier this year to the Novartis Foundation, pointed out that iodine deficiency is growing worldwide. There are 141 million Europeans are at risk; only 5 European countries are iodine sufficient. UK now falls into the marginal and focal category. Professor Hume recently produced figures to show that 40% of pregnant women in the Tayside region of Scotland were deficient by at least half of the iodine required for a normal pregnancy. A relatively high level of missing, decayed, filled teeth was noted in this non-fluoridated area, suggesting that the iodine deficiency was causing early hypothyroidism which interferes with the health of teeth. Dare one speculate on the result of now fluoridating the water? It also displaces Iodine in the body.. **********************************************************

Try having 2 teaspoons in a cup of water with half a teaspoon of honey, I have just read from alot of people it is really hard to keep down, after having it now for a few weeks, it almost tastes like weak cordial, and its all a mind over matter. I discovered Apple cider vinegar when my cat became sick with a Urinary Tract infection, upon giving him a teaspoon in his wet tuna mix, and a bit of water, he was happier in a matter of hours and is completely normal now. To everyone seeking a detox or a trying to lose weight, I can assure you this works. But make sure you use only pure water.

For removing flouride from your system, go straight to potassium iodine and borax -that's right, 20 mule team! Google them both and be amazed. Good Luck
