Hi...I started losing my hair a few years ago and my sister advised me to use Biotin. I did and, slowly but surely it's coming back. Vitamin D, Iron, Protein, and sunlight are major helpers too. Along with anything else you do please consider making sure their vitamins include these and that you also consider getting them more sunlight. I also just started using castor oil and letting it sit overnight, washing it out in the morning or I just put a few drops in my shampoo, leaving it in a few minutes. It's worth a try!
