Started drinking apple cider vinger, molasses, baking soda about 5 days ago every morning. I'm a active workout Guy and I was afraid of not being able to go jogging due to my heel spur. I was not able to barely walk right sometimes. This drink has made the whole problem gone. I'm so impressed.. I would recommend this in a heart beat..

Thank God lead by Him to your web. I felt something usually on my left foot, but I was ok. It not bothered me. Somehow last late September 2016, both feet were inflame, around soles and needles seem poked under your soles!
I walked led as handicapped, not able to walk! I hurried ordered vitamine B complex, magnesium, calcium, potassium as my sister said that lack of those kind could gave me that sickness
X-ray showed that I have little bone spur on both feet. Oh, ye little but in pain, and not able to walk! Dr let me go to therapist. Help only 1/10 or 2/10 if I was lucky got the therapist with instrument to do the groupon (not sure the correct name) .other therapists they don' t have their own devices, they only massaged, not help at all!
Then how lucky I was, searching cure zone.com, it lead me to you . I applied vinager on both feet during whole night, the next morning, oh thank God I saw I was on heaven . I don't know how to use words to describe my happiness, my gratitude to your link with all readers had shared their success by using all the remedies on your link about bone spurs

Apple Cider Vinegar, Molasses, Baking Soda - Heel Spur
Well, it's been less than 24 hrs and it seems to be working: a lot less pain, it's almost gone, went from about a scary 9 to a reassuring I'll be normal again 2 on a pain scale, and that's a big improvement. I feel grateful to Earth Clinic and Earth Clinic posters. Thanks everyone! Even tho I have no idea why ACV, molasses, and baking soda works to resolve this painful condition, I'll keep doing this till it is gone and I can walk pain free. I don't think you can get into much trouble making concoctions from what you've already got in the kitchen. Doctors are great when you need them, but it's really nice when you don't. :)

Try 1/2 water plus 1/2 apple cider vinegar.
Soak 20 minutes twice daily.
Or soak a cloth in apple cider vinegar and put it on your heel spur and cover with plastic wrap and an ace bandage overnight.

I had heel spurs for 2 years and was getting steroid shots. Thank god for EC. I used 1,000 mg of msm, 1,000 mg of magnesium and 2 Apple Cider Vinegar tabs, daily, Within 1 week I was completely healed.
Calcium
Posted by Susan (California) on 07/28/2016
One other important thing is to take Vitamin K2 (as MK-7). It tells the body where the calcium is SUPPOSED to go and little by little takes it out of the places it does NOT belong.
Calcium

Thank you Debbie. My mom told me that women in our family shrink after having kids which I thought was some sort of superstition. I had four kids the youngest is now 26 and I have "shrunk" over 2 inches in height, and have been dealing with heel spurs + plantar faciitis, both horribly painful to where I had begun to walk with a limp. I have taken calcium with no noticeable benefit. What you wrote makes a whole lot of sense so I'm now juicing (leafy greens, carrot, apple and 1 clove fresh garlic) and taking 1 tbsp of Organic ACV in a glass of water. I'm in my late fifties so we'll see in a year what I can report back.
Borax

My husband has had trouble with his feet for a long time. He had plantar faciitis pain, which his mother also had. We found that the correct shoe made a big difference in his pain. He gets a well supporting shoe. Related to the platar faciitis is that he developed heel spurs. On the back of each heel he had a boney protrusion that resembled a half an avacado pit. I tried many different remedies from Earth Clinic and other things, and I can't even recall what they all were. But nothing was helping.
Somewhere along the line I started to give him borax 4-5 days a week for something else. While the dose for men is 1/4 teaspoon in a liter of water sipped through the day, this was too much for him. Instead, I put 1/16th of a teaspoon in his water for work (total of about 6 cups of water.) And he drank this through the day.
Over the course of many months, maybe a year, the heel spurs decreased in size, significantly and are barely noticable now. It took years to develop them, so it is not unreasonable to expect it to take a long time to heal. Though some people seem to experience relief more quickly with some remedies. Perhaps if his gut could have tolerated a higher dose, it would have worked more quickly.
But it worked for him. I could tell he moved gingerly when he first got up in the morning from the pain in his feet. He doesn't do that now.
Apparently borax can help to balance the calcium-magnesium balance in the body. I am guessing this is why it worked. For some, magensium supplementation works. But the easiest remedy for him was a bit of borax daily.

Borax Foot Bath

I had heel spurs on both feet. The treatment I used was an old remedy my grandparents gave me.
- Soak feet in mixture of 1/4 cup of Borax, 1 capful of ammonia, and 1 gallon of cool or lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Rinse well with lukewarm water, using a washcloth to rub your feet. Let feet air dry (I used an electric fan to speed up the drying process).
- Wrap green banana peels (not yellow) on the heels and tape it with duct tape. Put white cotton socks over them. Keep this on overnight.
- In the morning, take the peel and tape off, rinse feet and air dry again. Put on ACV with a cotton ball and let it dry on your feet.
I did this for about 5 days...But I noticed a great improvement after the 1st treatment.
The extra skin, which I'm supposing was the heel spur, or excess skin, came off (around the 3rd day)!!
I have been heel spur free for 3 years and counting...And yes, my job requires me to stand 8-9 hours a day, 5 days a week...It worked for me :) I hope it can help anyone else!

Heel Spurs:
I have a friend from Africa and he said to
- Get a rock 1/2 the size of your heel and put it on the gas cooker to make it really hot.
- Put a sock on your foot and then put your heel on the rock and keep it on for as long as you can.
- Do this three times in a row. Keep doing it for three weeks and it will be gone for ever.
I have tried it for the last week and it works. I have had a heel spur for two years and it was so painful.
Good luck, Denise

Yeah! To whoever said, Here We Go! I got a real laugh out of that! I've been wondering what I'm going to do about my feet for almost 2 yrs. now, all the while they get worse! My X told me about soaking them in ACV but with a little honey or sodium. At this point I'm going to, I just figured this out as I was typing.
I'm going to use an ace bandage and soak it in ACV and sodium, I'm not talking about regular salt I'm talking about the kind you get from the hospital or pharmacy, HCL, sodium used for external irrigation, anyway, thanks for the inspiration. Rick from Calif.

Ok so I didn't have any apple cider vinegar on hand and used plain old white. I wrapped only the hurting foot From where toes are joined to foot up and around my ankle, as ankle has swelling too.
What I observed is that the white vinegar must work too. all the pain is gone but do have some soreness. Didn't hurt to walk on my foot either.
It appears that the vinegar must reduce the inflammation. it is obvious that the foot that was wrapped is smaller than the other foot now. Haven't tried plain old water wrap. If you don't have vinegar on hand you might try just plain cold water. since I used vinegar that was room temp I'm going to put it in the fridge. That might even work better.
I have suffered with bottom heel spurs in both feet that is in the arch area over the past 30 years. The problem comes and goes. the worst was having it in both feet at same time. Left lasted approximately 9 months and right approximately 18 months. That was up until about 3 weeks ago I jumped out of a boat in shallow water. I thought I had broke my foot. First time I've seen on X-ray what these nasty little critters look like.
160 bucks for the office visit and X-rays and left with no prescriptions, no shots, just dr saying take anti inflammatory over the counter for it. I Thought I broke my foot! Thankfully daughter n law is a RN and she helped me with dosages and when to take ibuprofen and Motrin. Motrin seems to work the best and when in severe pain take ibuprofen in between. Don't take anything if I can tolerate the pain. Yes I need my liver. LOL
HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEBODY.

Yesterday I spent a few hours on my feet and at night my heel spurs were on fire. Pushing down even lightly on it felt like a nasty bruise.
I found the apple cider vinegar wrap remedy last night and immediately tried it. I used two small hand towels and Saran wrap. I placed the dry towel on my heel and started wrapping from my ankle down. Once the towel was tightly wrapped I poured the ACV down there and soaked the towel. I then finished wrapping to about the arch of my foot. This left my toes comfortably uncovered.
I slept about 7 hours and then took them off. My heels were like grapes. I thought that maybe I over did it. I pushed on the heel and felt no pain.
Today I was on my feet for hours and my feet feel great compared to yesterday. I don't have the bruising feeling. I just wrapped them again. I don't think I'll need to continue this very long. I'll update

Dear Becky,
I think the honey would not be harmful, but you may lose some of the benefit of this remedy by substituting. If you use Blackstrap Molasses, you get many additional nutrient benefits. (Honey has great benefits, too, just suited to different situations.) In particular, I think the magnesium content in the Blackstrap may be what helps with the bone spurs.

I read on another board that Acid-A-Cal could stop heel spurs and it works, I was suffering with pain for over six months and after three days of taking this stuff the pain is almost gone, I'm going to finish this bottle and hope the problem doesn't come back, if it does, I know what to get. Sure beats expensive and painful surgery!
I don't understand how this stuff works, it says it helps the absorption of calcium, perhaps the heel spurs are being reabsorbed?

L: I started taking extra B-6 & P5P recently for improved metabolism & detox but noticed little in that way; BUT, perchance, taking B-6 w/ Zinc was significant improvement. After reading up on B-6 it is known to readily bond w/ Zinc or Magnesium for added benefits compared to either alone.

Heel Spurs:
It's hard to believe, because it's so simple, but 3 gals including myself healed heel spurs by taking Vitamin B6, 225 mg, once a day for 2 weeks. Also my Cousin has Plantar Fasciitis, and after the 2 weeks told me it was 80% better.
Can't hurt to try it?

On the Apple Cider Vinegar for heel spurs, we use Organic Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered.Organic Unrefined. It still has apple bits in it. You can find this in grocery stores or you can order online . This means the apples and the tree were never sprayed with chemicals and it's important to have the bits from the fermenting.

I tried soaking a brown paper in ACV and putting it in my shoe, but I realized that it can't be reused as the paper tears into several smaller pieces and it also dries up quickly... Can I just dip the part of the sock that goes near the heel into ACV and wear it?

Hi Sam, my husband has heel spurs and there is a strong link between heel spurs and arthritis or another inflammatory disease. Heel spur remedy mentioned of ACV, molasses and baking soda would alkalize the body and reduce inflammation.
Regarding calcium, I have a condition where my body doesn't process calcium very well (hypoparathyroidism). I've been dealing with it for 40 years, and have learned a thing or two about calcium. It's essential for just about every organ in the body, not just bones and teeth. Too little will cause blood pressure to plummet, fainting and the heart to struggle to beat. Been there, done that. (I must take mega-doses of calcium and have never had a heel spur. Neither have other members of my family with this same condition.)
All calciums are not equal; I've tried every kind and calcium citrate is absorbed easiest. It would be best if everyone could get all the calcium they needed from food, but it isn't possible for many and I'd hate for anyone to be discouraged from taking something so essential. If one must choose, too much calcium is preferable to too little.

Heel spurs could be caused by calcium supplements. One don't need supplement calcium. It should all come from food. Body can't absorb calcium supplements. For centuries it has been know by herbalists that regular intake of horsetail helps prevent bone loss and will speed up the repair of broken bones. Yet, horsetail contains little or no calcium. What it does contain is rich amounts of silica. Apparently, the silica atoms in horsetail can be converted into calcium atoms by the body. However body can't transmute just any old silicon into calcium. In fact, ingesting inorganic silicon will cause decalsification of bones, page 669, book: The Chemistry of Essential Oils by David Stewart.

Apple cider vinegar wrap worked for mey heel spur I was in agony for months I had 3 cortozone injections in a week, that's how bad I was. I used a paper towel and made it damp but not soakin put it on my heel for most of the day. When it dried out I repeated the procedure. I did this for 6 weeks taking it of at night and I have been pain free for a year and a half. It sounded really daft but I think its fantastic. My skin peeled where I put to much but it wasn't painful. My brother soaked his feet in a bucket of water with apple cider vinegar added and he got relief too.

My family laughed at me when I told them I was going to try an apple cider vinegar wrap for my heel spur. The first morning, it did feel better, but didn't last for long only a few hours. The next day it felt better. The third day it felt heaps better. Not sure if I felt something perhaps break in the heal like the spur broke off. Anyway we are at the Bathurst racetrack now for the big race and I have been walking around a lot and it is good, so much better than before I tried it only a very small amount of pain now. Will do a few more treatments when we go back home.

Looks like most of the shoes and sneakers designs are the cause of heel spurs. A flipflop design is both flat both on sole and the inners creating bare foot walking feeling for your feet. Eventually aligning the foot naturally.
