Jock Itch - Bleach, then ACV, then hair drier.

Use old, cleaned-out, peanut butter jars.

Mix 1 tablespoon bleach to 1 cup water. Label jar with Sharpee marker.

Mix 1 tablespoon ACV to 1 cup water. Label it.

Take 1/2 cotton-ball and rub bleach mixture all around affected area. Set timer for 5 minutes.

Neutralize bleach with ACV on 1/2 cotton-ball. Let sit 10 minutes, then dry with hair drier set on low or no heat from 2 feet away (don't burn them, ouch! )

Repeat 3 times per-day for a week. Although you'll see immediate improvement, keep applying three times per-day to eliminate problem.
