Hi Eileen....I can identify with you about the pain. I lifted something pretty heavy and ended up with a horrible lower back pain the day after that almost incapacitated. The pain kept moving to my abdomen and then down to my legs, I tell you it was terrible to the point that I couldn't go to work. Hot water, cold packs, ointments of all kinds, nothing helped until I read that Magnesium help a lot with pain and also omega helps a lot as well. So that's what I did. The result? almost immediately, I felt relief and the pain got better and better as the days go by. Today after about 4 weeks of suffering, I feel almost 100% better.
