As everyone should be I was very skeptical when I read of all the cures acheived with ACV. I started out looking for relief for my partners enlarged prostate. When I kept looking at all the things ACV could do, I said what the heck and tryed it along with him. Well let me just say that I feel like a brand new woman! I have had sever back pain and degenerative disease since I was 11 yrs old. About 6 yrs ago I was in an auto accident that I have had constant neck pain from. More recently, with my age now being 48, I have had knee and hip pain on my right side. After taking ACV in water, 2 tbls in 8 oz, for three days my hip no longer hurt! I decided to follow the recipe better and slowly drink 3 to 4 glasses of the same recipe all day. While at the gym I realized I could move my neck and look over my shoulder with no pain!! When I get up in the morning I no longer have to hang on to the counter when I kneel down to get something from the bottom of the cupboard!! I wake up everyday now PAIN FREE! I can't wait to see what happens next! As for my man, well he see's what it is doing for me and wants to do it too but hates the taste and doesn't have the patients. I have been doing all I can to get him to do it. He will now and again but won't do it every day. Does anyone have any ideas how to make it taste better for him? I am used to it already and really with everything it has done for me wouldn't care how it tasted.Thankyou so so so much for this site! Who would have thought that a little bottle from the grocery store costing all of one dollar could make me feel younger then I ever have!!

Apple cider vinegar all but eliminated swelling and pain. I am 58 and have been in good shape most of my life but had a low back injury over 3 years ago and have had severe pain and stiffness which has sent me to doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists and even a rolfer for 15 sessions! All of these helped but very temporarily. I have also been doing yoga and exercises from a book called Relaxercise (excellent by the way) which have also helped but only somewhat. I had been getting worse within the past few months and had develped knee, foot and hand pain along with swelling of these areas especially one ankle and foot which was twice the normal size. It hurt to walk or wear any type of shoe. My husband is an RN who looked at my swollen ankle and foot and told me it almost looked like gouty arthritis. This comment prompted me to research the subject and I found a blog of 100's of people all of who had been using ACV and all but 1 person rated the treatment 5 stars. I immediately went to a health food store and bought the organic, unfiltered ACV and started by taking 3 tablespoons in a large glass of water sweetened with organic raw honey. Following the first dose the night before, I woke to find the swelling reduced to about 1/4 of what it had been and the pain nearly gone. The stuff works like a miracle! I have continued to take it every day but have cut down the dose to 2 tablespoons 2-3 times per day in the same amount of water with honey. I have only a twinge of pain and 1 spot of swelling about the size of a quarter remaining on my ankle. Amazingly, my low back has less pain and more mobility than what I have ever had since the injury over 3 years ago. All this and I have only discovered this treatment less than 1 week ago! Amazing!!

ACV is a miracle, have stopped taking medication for nerve pain in legs, and for acid reflux. Arthritis is not a problem anymore, and have lost 25 lbs in 8 week. I feel 20 years younger, and will be on ACV for the rest of my life.

Then I searched on the net and came across your site, tried ACV and you won't believe that all these 3 months pain vanished in few hours. I thank all the people who submitted feedback in this forum.

I love this site. I stumbed upon this site about a week and a half ago and started the apple cider vinegar remedy last week. I love the taste, in water. I put 4 tablespoons of ACV in 20 fluid oz and sip it all morning at work. My appetite has decreased as has my taste for sweet things. I am terribly overweight and have had weight problems all my llife, had 4 knee surgeries and have arthritis and edema. My' pain has lessened as my edema has and I really feel healthier. This is something I would recommend to everyone! Thank you for this website. My only problem is when I get home I feel suddenly a big decrease in energy, which is not so bad since I have been feeling so sluggish the new energixed feeling I have had is very welcome. I was just wondering if I should drink a tablespoon more of ACV when I get home in order to keep the energy level up. I did not want to over do the ACV as I am new to this. Thanks for any help! Sincerely grateful, Carolyn

I've had diabetes for several years, put on insulin some months ago. Sugars still hitting average of mid-300's all the time, day and night, A1C well over 8. BP about 145/90, cholesterol low 200's. Started raw, organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with "the mother" couple of months ago. Unbelieveable. With absolutely no other changes, sugars hover about 100, A1C 6.0, BP 122/80, cholesterol 122. No more joint pain- I quit my daily dose of 2 Aleve tabs. Now I'll begin backing off insulin and other meds to see if I can maintain the good numbers. I am dumbfounded by this, and people think I'm nuts. My doctor is absolutely ecstatic. I use a "shot" of the ACV (I use _______s) in about 6 ounces of ice cold purified water morning and evening. (Make sure you mix the bottle well before pouring, to blend in the sediment on the bottom of the jar).

I have had joint pain in my hip and knees for years after a car accident..I had a total hip replacement in May of 2006, because the pain was so bad.I thought I may have to have my knee replaced also.A friend told me about ACV and how it helps your joints I have made a cocktail with ACV daily, I am so amazed I am totally pain free.I noticed a difference in two days.. I no longer take tons of asprin or antiinflamitory drugs.I save so much money now and my liver and kidneys are better off..It truly is a miracle in a bottle.

03/21/2007 I was in so much pain yesterday I could not stand. 03/22/2007 Now after three treatments of ACV and 8 oz of water 90% of my pain is gone and I can stand. Do you have to mix ACV with water? Has anyone ever taken ACV pills you can buy at health food stores with the same results?

I have always known that apple cider vinegar was good for stomach pain. I decided to get a bottle of apple cider vinegar and start taking it. Almost three years came ago, I started having pain in my elbow hip and big toes . After taking the apple cider vinegar for my stomach for three days, the pain in my hip was going away and I and I could get up from the bed without any pain. I love this apple cider vinegar.

Hi everyone please believe all the other comments on this site that ACV works. i did a search in google and found myself here, i went out and bought some ACV. I was a bit cautious at first but thought have ACV or pain. It was the best decision of my life.also hadn't eaten for 3 days before i took and boy i polished off a jacket spud with tuna sweet corn, and oh how i enjoyed it. This is definitely the Miracle Cure. Doctors -- who needs them :)smiles all round I'm even gonna open a site dedicated to sufferers if your interested in posting comments stories etc... email me thanks to this website I'm living my life again.
