Rosemary

I have had ptsd-like symptoms for many years. Rosemary has been a huge blessing.

Coffee and green tea work somewhat, but rosemary is perfect. Just the scent of it is enough, but I make tea with a teaspoon of dry herb once a day. One cup lasts all day. After drinking it for a few days I didn't need it this morning.

Cake and peanut butter seem to be triggers for whatever reason. Certain smells in the air, too. I actually breathe shallowly for that reason, so I can't smell anything.

Recently I reduced my intake of copper (Alas sweet chocolate and peanut butter! ... One day we shall meet again... *sniffle*) and added high dose vitamin C, diatomaceous earth, molasses for iron, and zinc and selenium.

Only rosemary helps the ptsd.

Going vegan remedied the social anxiety :)

I have had PTSD after being hit by a car. Found Bach flower essences to be helpful. Also the homeopathic remedy Gelsemium. I also take hops and a herbal combination called twilite time to help me sleep.

Response to Rusty.

Rusty, in many cases problems are caused by parasites. Everyone has them. Go to your health food store and they will sell you Black Walnut Extract and Wormwood. Both are very effective. The ACV and honey help also. Everyone needs to do a parasite cleanse once a year.

We get them from our foods. I know this will help you.
Good Luck,
Carolyn

Try a B Complex to replace the meds for PTSD. It generally will do the trick

Mind quieting supplements

Due to PTSD I am taking Klonopin and Cymbalta to quiet my mind so I can sleep without grinding and clenching my teeth. Over the years I have worn away all carteledge at the TMJ and now wear jaw separators 24/7. I would like a natural supplement to replace the medications.
