I started Resveratrol 3 months ago for weight loss in conjunction with a new diet (plant-based) and exercise. I take 200 mg capsules, three times a day. Lost a few pounds, but more remarkable to me is that my blood pressure is down, having good sleep, and super high energy during the day. I am extremely focused and getting a lot done because of it.
