Hello, I want to buy the following chemicals as powder or capsules to correct pH balance in the body .
1. calcium bicarbonate
2. potassium bicarbonate
3. magnesium bicarbonate
I will buy these supplements 200-500 grams each for my personal use . I don't want them in combination with other vitamins. Can u please suggest me local sources in Thailand, which are sellers of these chemicals as food grade? Thanks.

pH Meters

Ph, TDS and Orp meters: Hi everybody, I was wanting to get kitted out with some meters and found it rather confusing, not being much of a chemist yet, at the many brands and ranges of each meter. Does anybody have any advice as to a good multimeter designed for urine/saliva analysis, or is it better purchasing three specific meters for each test? Any advice would be more than welcome.
Kindly, Alex
Humic Acid
Posted by Ed2010 (Oakville, Canada) on 02/07/2013
There are variety of Humic acid and Fulvic acid products. Shilajit is one among them which is available in the Himalayas. Many indian companies sell shilajit in their brand names. I absolutely believe it will work for general health or for someone with serious illness. Even Ted recommends Humic Acid for UC.
Online, there are various companies that sell these supplements and they claim it to be superior. I am curious, has anyone used the Leafsource products which they claim is 100 million years old that is obtained from New Mexico. Most of their webpages are made with images, no contact information, no NPN. They claim to have patent and some other certification.
My advantage is I can get this leafsource product easily in my local health store to try. Has anyone used it before? Or which is the best brand?
Good Health and Thanks

I found several of the items needed for Ted's cures at sciencecompany.com:
sodium thiosulfate, 500 g, $6.50
sodium nitrite, 500 g, $28.95
methylene blue, 1 oz, $3.50
Hope this helps others!

I also added from sciencecompany.com:
sodium carbonate--as it seems NO stores in my area sell Arm & Hammer Washing Soda anymore!
pH paper that is specifically for checking urine and saliva pH: $8.50 for a 15 ft roll. The man said it is very finely calibrated for the range of values that urine and saliva should fall in, so you get very accurate results. Sounds like it should be easy and cheap.
Finding this site made shopping for things for Ted's remedies much easier!

Essiac Tea
Posted by Bess (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) on 01/04/2013
Hi Ed - I believe the following is the original (Canadian) Essiac:
https://www.essiac.ca/store/pc/home.asp
It says the formula has been trusted worldwide since 1922. Looks authentic (they warn against counterfeits and the product has the picture of Rene Caisse on the label - "Caisse" spelled backwards is "Essiac").
Hope this helps! Cheers, Bess

Hi Bess, I doubt that is a original site, you can see their company name is different. Most of the sites warn about fake essiac. I am not sure. Today, I saw the essiac bottle in a health food store. The website mentioned in that bottle was different and the website is not working. thanks
Essiac Tea

Hi Ed, I bought the original 4 herbs from anursesherbaltea site and made my own tea. I made a gallon and take 2 oz. per day, so it lasts quite awhile. I put it in (4) quart jars and it keeps in the refrigerator. Best wishes!

Hi Rsw, thanks for your reply. Are you taking essiac tea for any particular ailment or general health? How do you feel after taking it. Thanks

Hi Ed, I was trying to rid myself of Lichen Planus by following Daisy's lead of taking essiac tea tonic which cured her of LS, a relative of LP. I thought I might be making some progress but a recent visit to my dentist had him saying he sees no difference. I feel the same but it falls into the "can't hurt, might help category", and in Daisy's defense, I wasn't following her protocol exactly by using the tea itself instead of the tonic. I have seen people who say they have cured themselves of cancer with the tea, so I don't want to discourage it's use just because I'm not getting the results I had hoped for. Best wishes!

Hi Tango, You can get dong quai in a health food store as well so, if you have one close by I would check that. It would be in the herbs section. In Atlanta, there's probably a Chinatown in which you could find it as well. Or, you could just order it online by doing a search. I don't know if you would also want to find a Chinese medicine Dr.Of course, they could re- balance this for you and often TCM is very reasonable financially, just ask around. Hope this helps. Lisa

I am an HIV patient since 2007 and I am on anti-retroviral drug. I have 2 kids who look up to me for everything. I would love to stay healthier and stronger to provide support to them. I would like to order MMS or apple cider vinegar. Can anyone tell me where this is located in Phoenix, Arizona?

Lucas: The ACV can be found at your local grocer, or health food store for the "mother". MMS you will find from Online vendors. You will need the 25% Sodium Chlorite and an "activator". I use Lemon Juice Concentrate from grocer.
The HIV>AIDS connection seems more a "modern myth" (syndrome) than fact (after a thorough research). One noted virologist says, inexplicitly, that HIV is nothing more than a "harmless passenger virus".

Hi Sumeet, I am not sure where you are in LA but, have you ever heard of erewhon? It's a great health food store right near The Grove which is a landmark in LA you most likely know of. If you don't know of it, it's a great discovery! They have a tonic bar there that is amazing and worth checking out. Well, anyway, they carry comfrey but in the bulk form. I believe they also carry the tincture. The actual address is: 7660 Beverly Bl.
Hope this helps! Lisa
