I have done the 3% hp with my nebulizer for my lungs. I put 7 drops of 3% hp and 30 drops of distilled water. If I want to do it longer I put 15 drops of hp 3% and 60 drops of distilled water. This is good for a lot of things.

It is said that those with mycosis are often tied to the candida wing. Reading here various testimonials on oxygen .. Does anyone have any experience with inhaling oxygen for candida and mycosis ^ any tangible result? I didn't understand one thing. Do you put 3% pure or diluted oxygen in the nebulizer? How many? Many thanks

Dr. Thomas Levy says Yes. The remedy is hydrogen peroxide H202, aerosolized in any standard nebulizer.

I'd like to ad my 2 cents on the Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation methode from the late Bill Munro.
My father already had a history from asthma since he was 6 years old. Back in the old days young children would be sent to live by the sea for a few months in order to heal. He smoked, unfortunaltly, 'till the age of 57. Stopped, because he needed heart-surgery due to being diabetic since he was 16 years old. When he became older his lung problems reappeared again. With a bad case of double pneumonia in 2003 that nealry killed him.
I kind of stumbled across Earth clinic a few years later and learned about Bill Munro's Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation. (Among so many other life-saving tips and knowledge.) Since then I was able to stop every bout of bronchitis he had before it could develop into pneumonia. Which would have killed him at his age. By using Hydrogen Peroxide in a nebuliser. Of course Food Grade 3% with the same amount of distilled water.
He died last May, 88 years old. And was regarded a walking medical wonder by doctors because he got that old in spite of his many health scares. Just died in his favorite chair because his heart simply stopped beating. I saved him many times with the healp of Earth Clinic when doctors had given up upon him. Thank you all for your contributions here.

Total H202 Routine:
I have used the H202 inhalation method for years and it has been very effective for colds or other sinus infections. Once I notice a cold coming on at Day 1, I do the Munro throat spray routine at 3%, for about 3x's. Then I move on to a mix of 1.5% H202 in the nasal sprayer (3% is too much for your nasal linings), then I do a routine of H202 in my ears for 4 min each ear then dry them out with kleenex & cotton swabs and finally after all this drains into your mouth I gargle for a minute with H202.
IF I do this on Day 1 I have never had to go to Day 2 of this routine - never in 10 years of use. This is why people go to Ear, Nose & Throat doctors - these are ALL inter-related. You need to fix them all. Hope this helps.

I have also experienced severe wheezing, coughing and restricted breathing since I started the protocol. Mine started within 2 days, and has gotten worse over this first week. I had finally gotten my asthma under control through using homeopathic remedies and then it started again with the H2O2 protocol. Not being able to breathe is a side effect I can't deal with so I stopped the protocol. Your testimony is the only place I've seen where someone else experienced this, too. I wish I knew if this was “normal” to experience.

1. Stop all sugar. Very inflammatory
2. Take a vegetable based vit d with k2 drops a couple times a day (Vit D is a steroid).
3. Drink a couple glasses of green juice daily. Kale, spinach, celery.
4. Take magesium l-threonate to calm the system
5. 1 tsp of nigella sativa, black seed oil, 2x a day to keep your lungs clear.
This is what I do daily. Haven't had an asthma attack in 2 years.

★★★★☆BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS
H2O2 Inhalation for Back Injury
I began the H2O2 inhalation therapy about a week ago. I reduced food grade peroxide to 1.5%. I found that my throat burned (severe enough that it felt like strep), like others have complained about. As a remedy for that, I sprinkled a small pinch of baking soda in my hand with some water and sniffed it. I also mixed 1/2 tsp. baking soda with 1/2 cup of water, gargled and swallowed. I got relief within minutes.
I detoxed terribly with Lugol's, recently. I thought my system was clean. Now, I am detoxing again, although, not as severe. I have had 5 days of congestion headaches, pimples in random places, sinus stuffiness, sores in my mouth, and my eyes are discharging. I received increased energy and insomnia the first few days, as many have reported.
I am using the H2O2 inhalation for back pain and peripheral neuropathy. I have noticed some decrease in pain. I pray with continued use, I will heal completely.
I would love some feedback from others that have used H2O2 for pain.

Hi Rosina,
I gave Pat the reply for the correct dilution for 35% because that is what she was using.
I personally use 12% hydrogen peroxide, and it is food grade! The companies I use dilute the higher concentration hydrogen peroxide with distilled water to bring it in line with the law over here(uk). As you mentioned you can only get hydrogen peroxide at 35% in the uk, with a licence. The 3% you can buy over here from a chemist, is like you say at £1.05 a bottle, but that is for mouth wash, it has stabilizers in it, and is not to be swallowed!
This is the company I use, www.apcpure.com (I have nothing at all to do with them by the way, other than get my HP from them.) This is what they say about the 12%
"APC Pure is the largest manufacturer of Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Solutions in the UK. We use only carefully sourced Aseptic Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and blend it with Pharmaceutical Grade (BP) Water to ensure our customers can safely use it for any application."
You can also get your distilled water from them too!

Hi Ann, I have spent hours on here reading pages upon pages about H202 which I was already aware of and have been for many years, but never tried it. Can I please say to you Ann and anyone at all that lives in the United Kingdom! 35% food grade IS BY LAW IN THE UNITED KINGDOM NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD! ANYONE CAUGHT SELLING IT TO PEOPLE LIKE US CAN BE SUED! It was stated no companies was allowed to sell any more than 12 per cent hydrogen peroxide??? Now and I am writing this on the 9th March, 2018, Boots and most of the chemists have been told they cannot no longer sell it! Even 3 per cent ordinary H.P. which can be used as a mouth wash and using on the teeth? Priced at a mere £1.05 has been withdrawn!
So whilst many people are continuously stating on here "USE 35% FOOD GRADE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE? These people are all residing in the USA or other countries? We simply cannot get it in United Kingdom! I think it's a disgrace! Something that is saving so many people's lives, have been stopped purchasing it by the Medical profession, the same as Lobelia, Apricot Kernels, you name it anything that can cure is being taken off the market! In the United Kingdom. You can, Ann of course buy 3 per cent and 6 per cent ordinary Hydrogen peroxide the same sort you could get from Boots Chemist it is in a brown glass bottle with a blue and white label, it will of course cost you now about £3 a little bottle instead of £1.05 well these sellers have to make a profit from our illnesses don't they!! I do believe you can use this ordinary peroxide, hence my reason for reading literally hundreds of messages on here today. I cannot be certain, but it seems many are using the ordinary 3 per cent, and many thanks to Mama to Many! Whom I believe uses the ordinary one. I tried every single company in the United Kingdom including Bobs Store, and each have a notice up on their website, THEY CANNOT SELL ANYTHING OVER 12 PER CENT BY LAW! So whilst I appreciate guys and gals from the United States and other countries, don't you think we would prefer to buy the best thing? 35 per cent Food Grade? We simply cannot get it which is such a shame. So I hope this is of help to anyone from the United Kingdom! I have tried every chemist going and they all said no, they have been ordered not to sell it anymore, having said that I did find a chemist called Nash, and I was over the moon when they sold me 6 bottles 3 per cent only and not Food grade but I grabbed it! Because even when I used to buy 2 or 3 bottles from Boots, I was then told only 1 bottle allowed? And now zilch you cannot buy it, but you can on Amazon or Ebay, I suggest anyone in the United Kingdom stocks up on it, before they stop the sellers selling it!
And yes my son, Paul and I have breathing difficulties, so of course I am searching for something to help us both. Good luck everyone in your search for good health and most of all a cure!

I see that Terry is also from the United Kingdom? And his message is very up to date? in fact just 4 days ago? I would like to ask Terry where on earth did he get 35 per cent Hydrogen Peroxide from? It is against the law from any seller to stock more than 12 per cent? Only companies can purchase 35 per cent food grade?? In fact most of the chemists have been told they cannot sell 3 per cent!! These bottles I used for mouth washes? It seems so ridiculous! They only cost £1.05 per bottle, how petty can the medical profession be??? Was Terry using simply 3 per cent hydrogen peroxide? As is available on Amazon or Ebay? I have also found out in case anyone is unaware? THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS 3 PER CENT 8 PER CENT 6 PER CENT OR `12 PER CENT FOOD GRADE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE! Please be careful as I went onto a proper site who states 3,6,8 or 12 hydrogen peroxide is NOT FOOD GRADE! I would like to ask Terry or indeed anyone else? Can we use ordinary 3 per cent hydrogen peroxide??? Many thanks Rosina from East London

hi pat,
Have a good read of all the posts and you will see that you must never use 35% as it is, it needs to be 3% and no higher for the nasal spray. You will need to dilute it 12 to one, and it must be with distilled water, depending how much you want to mix, may be 1 table spoon of 35% hydrogen peroxide and 12 tablespoons of distilled water, would give you the right concentration. Put rubber gloves on, in case you spill it on your self.

Can someone tell me if there is a benefit of gaining oxygen in the blood by diluting H2O2 in steam distilled water in a cool mist type humidifier while sleeping at night?
I need to know the amount of H2O2 3% to put into how much steam distilled water.
Would it be beneficial (if the humidifier idea is any good) to buy one of the blood O2 sensors at a pharmacy (the kind the nurses use to test O2 level on a fingertip)? Just to know my blood O2 levels before and after application of the humidifier. Would the O2 sensor be of any value just to know blood O2 level when before and after use of the inhaling of mist from a spray mist dispenser for nasal use, but used for inhaling H2O2 through your mouth?

My dear friend, I am very happy that Hydrogen Peroxide helped you with your breathing issues. May I suggest using food grade H/P? Get the 35% and make your own.(buy the best and cleanest)
God knows what is in the Pharmacy H/P, what water they use and how their containers are washed. As you may know it is very easy to make your own 3% H/P at home with distilled water.
Eleven drops of distilled water for every drop of 35% H/P and you have your own very clean and very home made 3% Hydrogen Peroxide. Taking that internally is the best thing you can do for your breathing and everything else you may wish to use it.
All the best

Hello everyone! I am just 1 day old using the hydrogen peroxide inhalation for my allergic rhinitis that triggers an asthma attack, but mine is not I would say, pure hydrogen peroxide as it is already mixed with a sterile water for injection. I bought this mixture from a friend who said she and her mother who suffers asthma bought this from a nurse who does detox, etc. and prepares the mixture hersef and use it for better breathing and to cough up phlygm. it is not really that expensive, just 300 pesos/btl. And I put it in my nebulizer( the one I use for inhaling my ventolin 2.5 nebule) she said it is food grade 3%hydrogen peroxide mixed in sterile water used for injections. I could see frm label too.
I started using it yesterday when I started having very sore throat and became bad dry cough.put 5 ml of the mixture into the base connecting the mouthpiece and turned on the machine. At the first contact of my throat with the mixture I felt like suffocating but slowly it eased up. I have to stop once in a while as I felt like coughing and my throat became so dry that I felt it became more sore. After more or less 30 min. I felt mucus coming up and had to cough up very yellow phlygm. This lasted for almost an hour. I tried it again before I slept. I believe I was able to sleep but I felt weak and when I got up felt again the sore throat and dry cough so I nebulized again. Now, I am observing myself for any reaction as I know the method I used is different from most of you. Am I using the correct method for asthma/dry cough, allergic rhinitis? I am very skeptical at first but had to try to feel better and regain my life. Any comment, answer is truly appreciated.thank you,
Estrella
p.s. I also have severe GERD( gastro esophageal reflux disease) which triggers an asthma attack and was diagnosed in 2015 for pulmonary fibrosis. I am 65 yrs old and still long to have a longer life to be able to enjoy my grandchildren...

Was that 3% or 35% used in humidifier? it must have been 35%, which would be way too strong undiluted and could do that. On this site it clarifies ratios when using 3 % or 35% and even percentages in between. You can print them off or copy them. Good Luck and best wishes in future.

In the research I have done on this site and others it says Tap water is not okay to use with HP nor spring water, Distilled is best and what is always recommended. Reasons given are non distilled waters have minerals or may have fluoride treatments etc and this counteracts the effectiveness of the HP, i.e. reduces its effectiveness, so can no longer produce the desired effects on the body.

The nasal inhaler is suppose to be used in the mouth not up the nose. In Bill Munro's video he explains that using a nasal inhaler emits a fine spray so is easily inhaled via the mouth into the lungs. Hope that helps.

How to mix the peroxide? Exact directions, how many times a day? I am chronic COPD!

This stuff is amazing. Have the flu and a severe cough, coughing up mucus. I can even hear the sound of my breathing of the rubbish on my lungs. I remembered the inhalation h2o2. Seriously I tried it late afternoon and before going to bed. Woke up... No cough. I did an intensional cough and it brought No phlegm up. It is amazing.

Food grade h2o2 is preferable as drugstore h2o2 contains heavy metal toxins intended to stabilize the fairly-unstable h2o2 molecule and keep it from decomposing into water on store shelves due to heat, vibration, and simply time. You may not notice a difference, and drugstore h2o2 will still work, but heavy metals toxins are difficult for your body to purge and you don't want to promote their accumulation in your lung (or any other) tissue.

No one can be sure I guess, but I actually got more energy from the inhalation therapy. One thought came to mind tho as a long time smoker myself.
It is not recommended to use the peroxide after any breathing treatment or cigarette. Causes chemical reaction. So try that. Make sure you have not smoked or done any breathing tx close to the time you do the Perox.
Good luck.
If you had a heavy fungal infection in your lungs (these are often very difficult to diagnose, especially histo and a few others. Not like other fungus at all! It took a very long time on high dose of antifungals to make improvement years back when I had it disseminate again. Despite not having Aids, but actually having an OVER active immune(autoimmune) I have gotten disseminated histo 2x in my life. I suspect I am not alone and many are never diagnosed properly. Blood test missed it on 3 out 4 tests. This is worse because most doctors do the wrong test for histo. I am nearly blind from the immune reactivity during and after histo subsides in some of us. That is very rare tho and I suspect many are walking around with low grade, undiagnosed fungal infections draining the life from us. I am lucky my test was positive and they now keep me on maintenance. DOES NOT STOP me from getting some fungal infections in my lungs tho and the peroxide DOES HELP!

Thank you, Leroy, for your reply to my email last year. I just noticed the updates. Your issues sound similar to mine. Yes, I have also had the eye issues related to my fungus, histoplasmosis, that I take the maintenance of Itraconazole for. I am back because I got so much better last year I stopped using the Peroxide. I found myself again in serious situation much the same as last year. Could not even turn over in bed. Struggle to breathe, afraid to go to sleep due to low Oxygen. Same situation as before. Stupidly I had forgotten about the peroxide so had suffered now for 3 months! Started back so looking forward to breathing again. This time I will keep it up permanently. Good luck to everyone. Without this site I think I might have not been here this year!!

Hi Alice.
I really cannot provide you with the information you requested about stopping oxygen at night, or about your ulcer. All I can say is that starting the program will be the best thing for you, perhaps you can do both methods, ie; drinking and inhalation method, I do both every day now with wonderful results, and amaze myself with what I am able to achieve, it just gets better and better with time. Alice I do wish you all the best on your journey to good health. Geoffrey

Hi John.
Glad to hear that all is going well for you with the Hydrogen peroxide. I see where you mentioned you take it most days. Just a suggestion - try and take the H2O2 every day, you will get better results faster. All the best to you.

Have you ever experienced people complaining about burning in the throat from hydrogen peroxide inhalation? I am desperate for a cure and started the therapy yesterday with 3% peroxide, but am experiencing a burning in my throat. Any suggestions? I have Hashimoto and lung nodules, one of which is quite large and giving me troubles. Makes me cough all the time. Has turned into COPD. Please let me know what I can do.

Not reporting a cure yet. Hope that comes at some point. Just found a method for inhalation of peroxide that works well for me. I had an old Nebulizer and tubing from a prior run at the doctor for acute bronchitis and exasperated copd. I did not have a pump anymore, as it was a rented one.
I diluted the peroxide by mixing it with distilled water, 2/3 water to 1/3 peroxide 3%. I measured that mixture into the medicine cup, and, don't laugh, attached the tubing to a bicycle tire pump. I am currently taking 3 to 6 pumps, aiming for at least 3 times a day. After the first treatment, I got a little dizzy, but that quickly passed, and while I don't exactly feel energizer bunny just yet, I feel more alert. Hope to have an update soon.
Thanks for the wonderful information on your site. Sharon

Please people - should only buy the h202 at store that only has purified water added. other ingredients are very very toxic! Check the labels.

I got very sick. 28 doctor could not help me. Just took my money. To make a long story short it left me with vertigo and many other health issues remain. Even got my appendix out and could not fight off any sickness too well or drive. I've been on hydrogen peroxide inhale and taking it drinking it most days and I am progressing tremendously. I've driven a lot more. I feeling much better. I feel on this track I should be healed within the next 6 months to a year. Please, without this I believe I wouldn't have survived many more years.
