Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Therapy And Children

Well, I have been reading about Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation therapy, at Earth Clinic, of course. Somehow it was very intimidating to me. But I kept reading because I really wanted to try it on my daughter. She is 9 and has asthma. She had a lot of trouble 18 months ago and we did a lot of natural things and she was better. But it just recently flared up again and nothing was helping her for long. I finally tried the inhalation therapy. I thought I would share what I did for other parents who wanted to try it.

I took a glass colloidal silver bottle with a spray top and emptied it into another container and cleaned it out. (I wanted to be sure to use a food grade container. ) I filled it with 3% hydrogen peroxide from the pharmacy. (I have food grade around but am terrified that I will mix it wrong and have a disaster. ) First, I tried it on me. I just sprayed it into the back of my mouth and inhaled. Then I tried this on my daughter. She is 9 and petite. I had her exhale, then spray towards the back of her throat and inhale. At first we did one spray twice a day. Now she does 2 sprays, inhales, then 2 sprays. When she starts wheezing, if she does this, the wheezing stops.

I do have her taking a number of herbs to minimize her allergies and that helps. (She takes nettles and quercetin. I am also giving her Evening Primrose Oil and Dandelion Root daily. ) At night we use an essential oil diffuser and diffuse good oils for her lungs. She has hardly wheezed at all since we started that. But she does wheeze if she plays hard, but she knows to come in and spray peroxide and take a dose of nettles.

Hope this will help another parent. I am so grateful for all the stories on earth clinic!

Thanks!

If spraying in the nose... Be sure to dilute down to a safe solution AND BE SURE to use ONLY distilled or BOILED water. This is important! But if, he is going to spray into the lungs 3% should be fine.

Jonathan, remember to dilute the h2o2.

Hello,

I have been researching holistic approaches to cancer as well as reversing the effects of damage to lung tissue from smog, chemicals and pollutants in the air we breath.

My father has had asthma since he was 6 years old and I am going to recommend he try the nasal pump with 3% hydrogen peroxide for his condition. I first heard about this method from a neighbor of mine who claims he cured his dad's lung cancer by providing him with hydrogen peroxide through a nebulizer. I was fascinated! I am fed up with the FDA mafia trying to make money and take advantage of the sick at such an exhorbitant price. Techniques like these cannot even legally be administered as a practice here in the states. Only surgery and chemo are currently legal. Its sad, not to mention downright wrong and immoral that we cannot share these alternate methods freely with the public without having to look over our shoulder or risk getting shut down if we use the wrong verbatim for advertising or information.

Thank You,

Jonathan

Thanks for replying. It's good to know someone is listening. I've started out on 1% H202 and plan to slowly go up to 3%. Haven's had any reaction, good or bad since I started two days ago.

I'm starting the inhaling method of H202 and would like to know if I need to follow the same guidelines as if I was drinking it with distilled water. Do I need to inhale 1 hour before I eat and 3 hours after? Also, is it necessary to avoiding inhaling H202 too close to taking supplements and medication? Is 3% necessary for it to work? Can anyone answer these questions? Thanks.

Jacob, I wouldn't know how to compare it as I don't take it internally, but for me the inhalation of h2o2 is very useful for any respiratory related ailment, and possibly for more things too.

I have been using Bill Murry's spray hydrogen peroxide for about 6 months. I also bought a Flutter, which is a mucus clearance device. The both of them have really helped. I use the huff to try and get air under the congestion to get it up. The hydrogen peroxide helps with the any lung infection. Hope this helps.

This should be clarified as H202 w/ Colloidal Silver may cause problems w/in the lungs, not just H202

Hi Megg. I stopped the hydrogen peroxide inhalation protocol for about 6 months. Can't tell you why, chaotic families issues. Started feeling bad again, started inhaling religiously again a week ago, and already breathing much better. Needless to say, I am definitely NOT lapsing again!!!! Thank you so much for asking about me....KellyJo

Hi - I've just read your post and realise it was written some years ago but would be interested to know if you found long lasting relief from COPD with inhaling H2O2. Please could you give me more details (I know about dilution) but would appreciate more info on how you inhale, how much, how often. Thanking you in anticipation. Nanny B.

re: worse cough, not better? Well, possibly find out what kind of infection the cough is from: mold related, pnemonia or? Nutrients to increase your immune system is so important. Enteric coated Vitamin C helps to improve it, plus B-complex, multi-vitamin, multi-mineral. Also try hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

Anyone submitting to this site needs to know and Bill will attest to this, that you want to be using 3% FOOD GRADE Peroxide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not what is in the Brown Bottle in the drug store!!!!!!!! This is very important. The brown bottle HP has other chemicals and preservatives in it and could cause a problem!!

There are many, many people out there that would disagree with you. I've used it for chest colds and have recommended to others that have had remarkable success. There is a lot of info. on the internet regarding this procedure, and so many who have been helped. There are even some good books on the use of HP. Look into it a little further, you might be suprised by what you find.

Dercum's Disease (Painful Lipomas)

Having done the whole H2O2 inhalation method diligently for about 18 months now (thanks Bill Munro and earth clinic), I feel it's time to report on the undoubted improvement in my health.

In October 2010, I came down with a rapid onset of what turned out to be the supposedly rare "Dercum's Disease", also known as "Adiposis Dolorosa". It is a fat disorder, whereby lipomas or fatty lesions form in any part of the body, but most often subcutaneously. 1% of any population will have these fatty lumps and they are usually benign and entirely painless, but in Dercum's sufferers (and I use that term advisedly), a whole syndrome comes into effect -short term memory dysfunction, severe pain, mobility problems, cognitive dysfunction, fogginess in thinking and great fatigue. Lumps can appear overnight, which is frightening. We need to be hugged very gently and repetitive movements aggravate lumps in or on our muscles and nerves. Carrying shopping bags on our upper forearms is a no no. Very, very few doctors know or care to acknowledge the existence of this scary disease. We are left to google, network with fellow sufferers and disseminate both natural (H202 inhalation) and allopathic treatments that work for us individually. And we are all individuals in our we experience any condition and cure/treatment. For me, stumbling across Bill Munro's video on this site was a Godsend, literally. I felt, having read Bill's account of his self treatment that it just might have relevance to my Dercum's Disease. I also have lifelong asthma and an auto-immune form of low thyroid, called Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I know I move too little and hence my lymph drainage is less than ideal. The fatigue and pain was absolutely overwhelming.

I decided H202 was affordable, available and extremely easy to inhale, in my case, at regular 1.5 hour intervals during the day and about 5 pumps of the nasal spray bottle on each long inhalation into the back of the mouth. I have no side effects other than a lot of belching if I've overused. I have a much improved quality of life, much, much less pain (I'd been struggling on paracetamol with codeine tablets) and much better mobility. I can walk mostly without pain again, am fitter and can do my own housework and shopping once again. I even applied for a job yesterday :). Not sure yet if I will be able to manage it, but - 'nothing ventured, nothing gained'. Certainly I don't feel up to a full-time job as the fatigue and memory issues continue, but I am experiencing continued improvement, month by month, so who knows how well I may become? I do continue to take my asthma and thyroid medications and am still a 56 year old post menopausal woman, so jumping over puddles will probably not be happening any time soon, but I am once again happy to be here.

I was searching for some ideas regarding natural therapies to supplement allopathic treatment for pneumonia and came across your site. I was very surprised to see a recommendation for peroxide inhalation to treat pneumonia. Yikes! While I can appreciate an exchange of ideas and see your site has a disclaimer regarding medical advice, I'd just like to make a comment to site participants that I would strongly discourage inhaling peroxide. Just as it creates a "bubbling" effect on a wound, the same would most likely happen in an infected lung creating a dangerous compromise in lung function and make things worse. I am not a physician, but an RN with 28yrs experience and I hope no one does that without talking to their doctor.

One thing to remember is that it took us a long time to get to where we are in our ill health and it will take awhile to get back to feeling better again. When you experience detox, that means that the therapy is working. You may have to scale back a little on your therapy for a time in order to tolerate the detox symtoms. Persistence is the key. Stick with it and you will feel better.

Since he was one year old we have spent a good portion of his little life in hospitals on antibiotics for a bacteria he grew in his lungs called pseudomonas. I was reading about hydrogen peroxide inhalation benefiting the lungs. He already takes an inhaled antibiotic twice a day everyday, as well as ventolin and hypertonic saline. I am wondering if it H2O2 therapies could benfit him and his damaged lungs. I would also like to know what method you would suggest I try. The spray, nebulizer or vaporizer? Greeting, I just started inhaling HP 3% food grade. I bought this from sunfoods at least two years ago. I am not doing it on a regular base and started 5 days ago.

My issue is right around when I started taking HP I started getting flu type symptoms, my little ones where sick so I thought it was from them. I'm not sure this is the case. I am congested, coughing so bad I start throwing up; throat and chest area is hurting when I cough. and now having joint pains. My coughs are very dry but at times flim comes up its just clear & white. I want to keep using the treatment. Is this normal, it can be pretty painful and hard to deal with at work. Is it possible the HP is bad? Also I'm a smoker and stupidly still smoking while doing treatment. I would appreciate your insights. Regards

So glad I found this website. Today I spoke with Mr Munro. I believe I found a place to help with allergy symptoms, and breathing, and sinus, and allergy problems.

I am a hairdresser by trade, and several years back, I became toxic from not wearing gloves and using a lot of hair chemicals. Some I breathed, some went into my system through my skin, and even sinuses. It took a while, but I did have worse allergies of all kinds, right away, but last winter, and about this time of the year it started, I got horrible congestion in my sinuses, and chest. I then got pneumonia, for the first time, and it really didn't totally leave. It was on it's way to another year of the same, only it started earlier this year. I bought powdered vitamin c, took it, and got my inhaler refilled, used nasal spray, went to an allergest, and the nasal spray, made the whole thing worse. I also got a prescription for eye drops because my eyes burned like fire and were, and are dry. My lungs were so full of mucous, that I could not breathe well, and I was exausted, all day, and my personality changed from hopeful, during the summer, to thinking, here it is fall, and I was better, now I am exhausted, and I have so much to do. I talked to Mr Munro, on the phone today, and I am so hopeful. I had a pump sprayer, that I dumped the contents, washed it out, and am inhaling the 3%. Yesterday, I was so tired, and I mean exhausted from all of the congestion, and not being able breathe right, or think straight because of being tired, I could hardly navigate, at the grocery. My son, had pointed out that this time of the year, I get touchy, and I was aware, he was right, and I also realized that all of my winter projects, always got put on hold through my life, because probably all my life, the breathing problem in the winter, and allergy, and fatigue was there. I am fair, and have blue eyes, then in the winter and the furnace is on, the house is closed up, and the fact that I had all of the chemical exposure, it must have shown up in the last years, and got worse last winter, and really never left, and now I am hopeful, as I used the mister several times today, and I am breathing better, but the mucous is still present, and loosening, but I know , now that this is what to do. I would appreciate any input anyone has with similar problems, and I am so grateful that Mr Munro was so gracious to share all he knows and to be so kind, and helpful to me. I know this is part of why he is on the earth, to help who he does, and then we help who we do, as a result of him being so unselfish to share his information. I will share what helps me, and is, and it will pass on through us all. I will put my email on the letter I am writing as I might not find any replies, as I am new here, for the second day now. Thank you all, and Thank You Mr Monroe. Peace

I had posted a write up on this subject several months back. The improvement I got from the treatment has stabilized and leveled out at a defiantly improved condition. I now do the treatments on an occasional basis but have gone for weeks at a time without it and the benefit seems to be long lasting. As an experiment, I have been using a vitamin and mineral supplement which has added a new level of improvement! This combination has really helped me out. I did a cut and paste on mixing this solution after reading it somewhere on this site but can't recall in order to give credit. I put into "word" and will be happy to share it with anyone who requests it.

This is to Songbirdsiren. If you ever thought why Dandelion grows widely in North America. Mother nature has given us the seasonal remedies according to different geographical regions.

Dandelion is not only a liver, kidney, spleen strengthner. But it is also wonderful anti allergic remedy to toxins. And coughs, itching cause of allergens.

Just make a dandelion tea and drink once in day or two.

Pluck fresh leaves of dandelion on the sidewalk or on the road side. If you want to use dandelion leaves from your garden or your neighbour's garden make sure it is not sprayed with weed killers.

Boil a cup of water, add 1 dandelion leaf and simmer it for 5 mins and drink it. You can see difference in 3 days.

Hi Songbirdsiren... Using HP should certainly help to kill the mold in your lungs but you must make sure that you are using the right kind of fine-mist nasal pump spray. There is a picture of the right type of sprayer on Bill Munroes HP inhaltion Method page on EC -- which you should also read for more info:
https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/hydrogen_peroxide_inhalation.html

There is also a direct youtube link to a video where Bill Munroe fully demonstrates how to use the fine-mist nasal sprayer for HP inhalation into the lungs:

I was wondering if I breathed this in thru a vaporizer (the only thing I have right now) if that would work also? I am just starting on the food grade H.P. 35 percent 1 drop per 12 oz water 3x per day. I will be increasing each day by one drop.

I would greatly appreciate your help! thanks so much, "suffering"

p.s. I was exposed to mold and have been sick now for 1 year

Ive just used a 1.5% FG HP in the mouth and 1 spray up each nostril to stop a allergic reaction to something i've been in contact with. After a slight tingle, the irritation seems to have stopped (withing 1 minute) after 10 mins it still feels the inside of the nostrils is still a bit swollen (from the reaction). And sinds its nearly bed time I wont inhale it just yet. (i need every minute on my 4 sleep-cycles :P) ill keep you guys posted on the progress.

Pool supply has food grade hydrogen peroxide. It has no additives and so is labeled Pool grade to clear water of germs but is food grade. It's just not ususally the 35%, it's lower. If you look to food grade suppliers, you will also find they sell the pool grade and list it as food grade.

Bills inhalation method, I love it, but the style of the pump and chunky fingers can impede air flow.

Get a ventolin case cut the front away with a hack saw so your left with just the front and the mouth part, clean up the edges. Just pop the spray pump through ventolin mouth part and take a deep lung full.
