48 Male, 32yrs of chronic asthma

Hospitalised many times, many very close calls.
daily medication taken, Ventolin inhaler 2-3 a month, Clenil modulite 200mcg 1 puff twice a day, Salmeterol 50mcg 1 puff twice a day, Montelukast 10mg tab one at night.
3% FG HP method in use, ( Bills very own inhaler method )
DAY 1,
3.30pm' 1 puff (straight into the lungs every time) - ( Test, Never died, no side effects )
4.30pm, 3 puffs ( never died, no side effects )
12am, 5 puffs ( still alive, no side effects )
= Let's reason until I say different, that I survive all inhalations :) =

Day 2,
6. 30am 6 puffs into lungs ( no side effects )
10.30am 6 puffs into lungs ( no side effects )
2. 30pm 6 puffs into lungs ( no side effects )
6. 30pm 6 puffs into lungs ( no side effects )
10.30pm 6 puffs into lungs ( no side effects )
2. 30am 6 puffs into lungs ( no side effects )

Day 3, same as day 2, = 6 puffs into lungs ( no side effects )

Day 4, stepped up to 8 puffs each time, ( no side effects )

Day 5, back to 6 puffs a time ( no reasons for this action )

Medication was used days, 1, 2, 3, 4 ( 2hrs in-between doses )
Ventolin hardly used throughout 5 days treatment.

4th night, never took night time medication Salmeterol or Montelukast.

Benefits ...
Still smoking, but way less, strange don't feel the need so much.
Ok, long way off from being cured :)
but I'm feeling and seeing things that make it clear I'm on the very best path.
massive reduction in ventolin inhaler
tightness in chest gone
still getting lots of crap of my chest, white / green
1st time in over 10yrs I jogged around the shop floor and was hardly puffing at all,
only a short jog ( 1min - ) but if I did this before treatment of 3% hp started I would need ventolin and would be in a very bad way without it.
sleeping better
skins looking younger and skin under pinch test on back of hands springs back straight away, this was not the case by a long shot a month ago.

NOTE 1 = I have also been putting drops of 3% in my ears once a day
NOTE 2 = We are all different and react in different ways, do not just dive in taking lots of puffs 1st time
Try a single puff an hour later try 2 puffs, let your body know what's coming give it time to adapt.
NOTE 3 = I will carry my ventolin for at least a year maybe more, its better to have it than not need it than not have it and... Safety 1st

Thanks to Bill and all posters, you may have saved my life, you have made my future brighter.

40ml of HP has 14ml of pure H2O2. Adding 500 ml of pure water makes 14 / 540 = 2.6%

So you are using slightly lower % than the usual 3%.

Hi how many times a day should I do this for mucus in my lungs and shortness of breath, how drastic will this change peak flow readings? I need about 100 more. Also at what strength for great results?

Thank you Kimosabi for a fantastic relivate article! I have searched high and low for an article on how to nebulize H202. I needed precise measurements. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to study and experiment with nebulizing H202. You have helped other people to do the same but in a very safe way. Thank you sooooo much! God Bless your heart for giving of your time and expertise!!

Hi, Last night I tried the hydrogen peroxide inhalation method using 3% diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide. I immediately felt pressure in my chest that has not gone away. I also have sustained heavy breathing. Has anyone experienced this? I sprayed about 4-5 times. Is the concentration too strong?

Hi PJ (and All) Please please read "the china study" - buy or search for the PDF ;-) It's written by one of the lead researchers of our time, compiling over a 1000 studies (very large scale some of them - hence he title) - Summary Animal protein bad, plant good - If you 'wouldn't' kill it and eat it raw (while still warm) then we probably shouldn't eat it - just because we can doesn't mean we should. Also the "80-10-10 diet" is another great read. Live long.

That is too high of a dilution. You are at a ratio of 32 drops to a 8oz glass of water. It should be no more than 25 & that is even a bit high. Also H2O2 from a Pool store? All information specifically say food grade HP. There are 6 or 7 grades of HP. Some for industry, some for cleaning...etc.

Hello Chris, The vaporiser near your pups sleeping area at night will be the best way to help.

As for inhaling, reduce from 3% to 1% and insert tip of pump sprayer into side of mouth towards the back- you may wish to hold the lower jaw down a bit so you avoid the tongue.

A couple of drops in drinking water will also help. 2 drops of 3% per liter of water.

Hope this info helps, good luck :)

Hello, my dog, a Jack Russell Terrier, has just been diagnosed with emphysema, and also has tracheal collapse, which could likely be the cause of the emphysema.

I have been doing tons of research on the benefits of food grade diluted hydrogen peroxide for emphysema and other lung diseases & other health problems. I have found two ways of inhaling H2O2, either by vaporizer or using a fine mist nasal spray and spraying the mist to the back of the throat while inhaling as discussed in this article.

I have read the first vaporizer approach is ok for dogs, using a ratio of diluting 1oz of 35% food grade H2O2 with 1 gallon of distilled water.

http://examiner.com/alternative-pet-health-in-salt-lake-city/help-for-pulmonary-emphysema

However my question is do you think this approach using the nasal spray fine mist into the throat while breathing is safe for my dog? I'm pleased there are countless human testimonies that have benefited tremendously from it, but I haven't read anything about dogs. My dog currently has labored breathing and it really pains me to see her this way. I know the prognosis is not good, especially considering she is 14, but I really just want to make her breathing more comfortable for the rest of her life.

So any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

P. S. she has reacted pretty well to a shot of cortisone steroid which seemed to boost her energy, appetite and help a little with the labored breathing, but it will only last about 3 weeks and I'm also hoping to find something healthier to help her as there are side effects to the steroid. Please help thank you.

Whilst I was enquiring about mullein locally, fortunately everything was calming down with ordinary tap water drinking & steam inhalation & thank God everything seems ok now but once again thank you for your response.

Dosage
Posted by Tracy (San Augustine, Texas) on 03/04/2012

I think you should follow Bill Munro's dosage suggestions or at least work your way up to them & have patience. Everyone's body is different. Disease & other health problems can affect people differently. Look for other ways to improve your health as an adjunct to the HP therapy. By reinforcing your immune system in other ways, you may help to boost the efficacy of the HP therapy. Eat healthier & more simply. If your body is spending too much time digesting processed food & trying to remove dietary & enviromental toxins from the body, it cannot devote the needed time to heal itself. That is why many people don't get the same results as others. Excess phlegm and/or mucus may just be part of the body's way of cleansing itself. You can reduce your HP dosage until the mucous level drops or you can take other natural aids to further cut the levels of excess mucus that is being produced. Things like lemon juice in a glass of water can often help, as well as other natural remedies. The key point is to continue your HP therapy so that you can continue to improve.

I have started using Bill Munro's method but find that the doses I inhale are too small to kill off the bacteria and I still produce a lot of phlegm and/or mucus that is (most of the time) difficult to get rid if. Bill states that one must inhale a level of oxygen that kills the bacteria only then will there be relief. The question is to what levels? Has anyone experience with this? How many pumps does one apply each time or does one keep going till the right dose is found? Your comments will be much appreciated.

Can you please advise on protocol re oral taking of hydrogen peroxide. William campbell douglass states in his book medical miracle never to exceed 10 drops 3 times daily of 3 percent dilution yet others indicate dosages of 3 drops up to 25 drops 3 times a day of the much more stronger 35 percent. Two of which are the little help brochure supplied with the 35 percent food grade h2o2 I purchased and also the book the one minute cure. thank you. hazel.

Hello EC, Can anybody help please? I inhaled too much 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide using a facial sauna (I know someone who uses HP this way). This was 8 days ago & at first the top of my lungs started to feel like they were burning. I still have an ache (on & off) at the top of my right lung despite regular tap water steam facial saunas, exercise & drinking water to try to ease the effects. I had to visit the local hospital at first & I have an appointment soon with a chest specialist. I stopped the HP as soon as I realised something was wrong. Is there anything else I can do to calm things down & to limit any possible damage?

I still inhale the. 5% peroxide about every hour of the day, after meals and also when I wake up at night, which is maybe twice or so. I have been inhaling for over 4 months now, and nothing I have tried over the last 18 years beats this H2O2 inhalation for a facial pain situation.

Three sprays per breath for ten breaths, using a 2 oz spray bottle from Wal-Mart which costs about $1, using the bottled 3% peroxide from Wal-Mart or Dollar General diluted 5 parts well water (tap water and not chlorinated) to 1 part 3% peroxide.

Now I can eat anything and instead of pain, I just do some sprays and the pain is very much suppressed. I used to worry about what I was going to eat, avoiding hot peppers and many other foods like nuts or sugar. It didn't seem to matter what I ate that brought on pain, but now, it is just the opposite where it doesn't matter what I eat, the pain stays subdued.

I do avoid corn, however, because it stirs up fungal conditions like atheletes foot with me.

Hi Scott, My 11 year old daughter is currently using an aerochamber for taking 3 puffs of Flovent 250 mcg twice a day. I want to start her on hydrogen peroxide inhalation. Can she use the aerochamber that she uses for taking her Flovent or would it not really work given that H2O2 is liquid and not powder? Does she need to use a nebulizer or will it work for her to use Bill Munroe's nasal spray approach? I'm just concerned that she might not get the H2O2 into her lungs properly. We have 3% hydrogen peroxide 10 volume WITHOUT stabilizers (30 mg/mL Hydrogen Peroxide and purified water) that I obtained at Safeway (also available at Save-0n-Foods).Thanks.

Hi. I am similar to yourself. I tried the HP (food grade) 3% and watered it down a little with medical purified water to see how I reacted. So far, I have had four puffs once a day over two days. Since this, I have not stopped producing clear phlegm that I am having to cough up and my asthma seems to be aggravated.

Do I continue? Is this normal for some people? Should I cut out the extra water and just do the 3%? I would be grateful for any advice please, because at the moment, I don't fancy carrying on, but I see so many benefits from others testimonials.
Many thanks

Yes Jason.. I have....

My reason for trying this was because of the severe problem I have had for 2yrs continually producing sticky phlegm and finding it difficult to clear from my throat (and lungs). In fact it is as if I am a mucous production factory. When I wake I feel a "swog" of mucous in my throat that has collected overnight and I have to "unswog" my throat and spit it out. Then it's back to the 24/7 mucous production!

15 mins ago I took my first dose of 3% "H. P. " and this is what happened to me:-

I took 2 inhalations from the sprayer pumping it 4 times on each inhale.

1. First sensation a terrible burning at back of my throat then down into my oesophagus.

2. A terrible feeling of Nausea.

3. Burning sensation in the upper chest (Lungs I figure)

4. A terrible feeling of fear that I had poisoned myself. Wondered if I had mis-read the instructions and should have used the HP on my hair instead! And considered calling the online poisons centre for advice.

5. BAD Vomiting symptoms, (but no vomiting as I had not eaten for more than 6 hours - I guess)

6. Feeling ill and Nauseous and coughing a lot. Then coughing up sticky bubbly mucous.

7. Feeling so bad, I gulped down a glass of water to flush the HP on my throat and mouth down into my stomach and then mouthwashing and spitting it out in the kitchen sink.

8. Reflex coughing continued along with vomiting reflex down into my stomach and then coughing up more sticky bubbly mucous, this time onto a plate.

9. I put my finger into the mucous to feel and see its consistency. As I moved my finger..... So the mucous stuck to my fingertip and was pulled across the surface drawing along behind my fingertip. (I thought... Maybe I've accidentally found a new Superglue ?)

10. Cough cough drink drink drink , , retch retch retch...... (why am I doing this? I ask myself)

I am pleased to report that the nausea and retching and feeling bad has passed. My chest feels a little clearer and I am not presently coughing up mucous. I have just taken a Vitamin E capsule and drunk my first shot of ACV.

1 Cup of water microwaved for 30secs to warm it up.

2 Teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar(8% strength).

2 Teaspoons of Maple Syrup.

The warm liquid enabled the Maple Syrup to dissolve easily and I drank it like it was Ambrosia from the Gods!

Right now I feel fine again and will get back into my HP/ACV/Vitamin E Regime for the nextr few weeks to see if I have in fact found a miracle cure for my ailments.

My chemist has had a field day with me, my wallet has thinned a little... But what the heck. If $50 turns things around, that's gonna be worth every red cent I now have to account to the wife for........... When she gets home!

After 3-4 weeks of taking H2O2 via your inhalation method my painful legs are 90% cured. They have become so bad over the last several years I have a Disability sticker for parking. The anti inflammatories doctors prescribe were losing their effect.

I tried drinking H2O2 years ago but could not stand the taste. I started the inhalation method hoping to cure a cough I have had for 6 years (mould related) and that is looking promising.

Why don't doctors know these things?

The 3% peroxide found at drugstores or whereever contain stabilizers and other elements although they are not listed on the label. Food grade is only peroxide and distilled water and come in 3, 6, 12, 30, and 35 percent and truly contain just that, no stabilizers, iron, or other minerals. Food Grade is the ONLY PEROXIDE RECOMMENDED FOR INTERNAL USE although many including myself have used the drugstore stuff (inhaling, and ingesting it) as did the older guy from the article for years with no problems.

This technique has worked for my 10 year old son. This has been a 5 year journey for us to get off steroids. The only time he got sick was when I weaned him off the stuff. The doctors told me that is evidence he needs it. Hmmm, I guess when a crackhead gets psychosis from withdrawal from crack, this is evidence he should be on crack all the time.

I have tried several alternative treatments with varying levels of success. This includes the Butekyo Method which helped us cut down the amount of steroid to one puff a day or less. It seemed to be related to yogic breathing so I reseached that subject and found a book, "The Science of Breath. "

It's an important read if you have breathing problems.

When I found Bill Monroe's HP inhalation method I tried it on myself for a couple months. It didn't kill or maim me so I tried it on my son. On the last inhale of hp I did a rapid drum rhythm on the front and back of his chest. I had him hold the breath for as long as he could while I did this.

I weaned him off the steroids and kept up the hp treatment. After about one weak he coughed up brown old blood. When the mucus turned to clear I stopped the hp. He got a cold that turned to asthma. I resumed the treatment and the asthma went away. He been off steroids for 3 months.

There is much more detail to the story but I thought I'd share this much.

Incidentally, I called Bill Monroe about this and only have good things to say about him. I can tell he's a kind man. He's my honorary grandfather.

Regards, Scott

I have been looking all over the Web for Specific Information on Nebulizing Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and haven't had much success finding very good quality information, I have decided to write up what I have been doing in regards to Nebulizing Hydrogen Peroxide recently.

I have had quite severe Asthma for over 30 years and have had my fair share of trips to the Emergency Department, one trip in the back of an Ambulance to Hospital after 5 Ventolin nebs one after another didn't work!!! I've been on the Steroids, Ventolin, Preventers and all the other stupid stuff that the Medical Industry of $$$ motivated incompetence has provided us with.

I have been able to get on top of my Asthma in the past few years by Cleaning up my diet (Mostly Organic food), Lung Herbs, Doing repeated Dr Schulze Bowel, Liver and Kidney Cleanses, some Juice Fasting etc, etc...

Just recently I had been having quite a few problems with my chest for the past two months which started with some sort of Cold/Flu which got into my chest and then a particularly bad Hayfever season we have had this year. I even had to start using Ventolin again which I haven't used for the past 3-4 years.

Well after a few months of my chest messing me around and me starting to get annoyed because it wasn't getting better, so I decided to do something about my chest. One of the things I started researching was Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Therapy so I decided to try it for myself.

Now for me, Nebulizing Hydrogen Peroxide makes the most sense because it's going to penetrate most deeply into the lungs and help wipe out any nasties that may be lurking in there, but the question is, how much to Hydrogen Peroxide to use without irritating the already sensitive lungs.

So this is what I did, over 3 - 4 days, I nebulized 5ml of Distilled Water plus 5 - 10 drops of 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide whenever I started wheezing and experimented with taking a puff of Ventolin Inhaler 10 Minutes Before or After a H2O2 Nebulizer if I felt I needed it.

What I did find is the Hydrogen Peroxide Nebs did seem to make the Ventolin more effective and my consumption of Ventolin did decrease quite significantly once I started the H2O2 Nebs.

The only useful instructions I could find on the web about Nebulizing H202 was on Curezone which was 5 - 7 drops of 3% Food Grade H202 in 5ml's of distilled water which is what I have been doing.

I have tried 10 drops of 3% H2O2 but did find it slightly irritating so I would recommend 5 - 7 drops of even start with 1 drop of 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and work up to 7 drops.

For a Chest Infection with lot's of Mucous I'd possibly try 10 Drops of H2O2 to help try to break up the Mucous as quick as possible, but if your suffering from Allergy/Lung Irritation as I was, would stick with 1 - 7 drops of 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide.

First of all, if you have 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, lock it away in a cupboard a long, long way from your nebulizer to make sure there are no Accidents!!!

Only have 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide near your Nebulizer, and pay attention if your going to try this stuff, because 3% Hydrogen Peroxide is still going to be quite irritating to the lungs if you breath it in using a Nebulizer.

Now for the Maths, this was the most annoying part of my Foray in Nebulizing Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, because I wanted to know what Percentage of H2O2 was I taking by adding 5 - 10 H2O2 Drops to a 5ml Neb.

From my research 1 drop can equal 0. 045 - 0. 055 ml, but I am going to assume that 1 drop = 0. 05 ml

So then we can say 1 drop or 0. 05 ml of 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide contains 0. 0015ml of Hydrogen Peroxide.

So in the Table Below I'm going to show how much Hydrogen Peroxide is in a 5ml Distilled Water Neb up 10 drops.

5ml Neb 1 Drop 3% H2O2 = 5.05ml Total 0. 0015ml or 0.029% H202
5ml Neb 2 Drops 3% H2O2 = 5.10ml Total 0. 0030ml or 0.058% H202
5ml Neb 3 Drops 3% H2O2 = 5.15ml Total 0. 0045ml or 0.087% H202
5ml Neb 4 Drops 3% H2O2 = 5.20ml Total 0. 0060ml or 0.115% H202
5ml Neb 5 Drops 3% H2O2 = 5.25ml Total 0. 0075ml or 0.142% H202
5ml Neb 6 Drops 3% H2O2 = 5.30ml Total 0. 0090ml or 0.169% H202
5ml Neb 7 Drops 3% H2O2 = 5.35ml Total 0. 0105ml or 0.196% H202
5ml Neb 8 Drops 3% H2O2 = 5.40ml Total 0. 0120ml or 0.222% H202
5ml Neb 9 Drops 3% H2O2 = 5.45ml Total 0. 0135ml or 0.247% H202
5ml Neb 10 Drops 3% H2O2 = 5.50ml Total 0. 0150ml or 0.272% H202

So from the above Table, we can see that percentage of Hydrogen Peroxide is very low and is well below the 0.5% used in the Rats with Cancer Experiment.

To do a 0.5% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Neb, then add 20 drops of 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to 5ml of Steam Distilled Water.

To do a 1% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Neb, then add 50 drops of 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to 5ml of Steam Distilled Water.

So for my experience with Nebulizing 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and 5ml of Steam Distilled Water. My Peak Flows had ranged from 260 on my worst day to 450 on the last day and were quite Variable. I would cough up little bits of almost clear phlegm after each Neb. A week later I was able to blow 490 on the Peak Flow and have been able to go back to Bikram Yoga and haven't had to take Ventolin since.

I did take Peak Flow Readings Before and After each neb, but never had any conclusinve results. I found that sometimes the H2O2 Neb lowered my Peak Flow Readings afterwards and sometimes they increased.

What I did find is that when I did take my Ventolin Inhaler, it did seem to be more effective and which meant I wasn't having Ventolin as offen as I was before I started H2O2. Also I couldn't feel the other things(side Effects) Ventolin does to me when I take it.

So now we have some structured information on Nebulizing 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide in 5ml of Steam Distilled water, I'd love to hear what other people experience if they try this.

The h2o2 inhalation seems to be doing better than anything else I have tried for my facial pain. I went back to the 10 breath dose with 3 sprays per breath. That seems to last at least an hour, depending on what I have recently eaten, or I can spray every half hour if necessary. The .5% dilution seems just right, with a couple small swallows of water after each dose of ten breaths to wash away the peroxide.

NAC will boost Glutathione which is like a second immune system. Be sure to take recommended at least 200 mcg Selenium and extra B-6 for the NAC to work properly; 500 mg 2 times daily during infection and reduce as health improves. Also drink plenty of clean water and kidney stones shouldn't be a problem, but with many yrs infection, kidney disease is common so one may want to drink some Cranberry juice on occasion. Watermelon, Parsley, and Juniper Berries are all good for kidneys and will help clear infection.

Mike, are you filtering the air in your house??? If not, improving air quality could help. In times of any possible lung infection, I put a few drops eucalyptus on my shirt just below my chin so to breath the germ-killing oils into the lungs. Even better is to have a steam-room with eucalyptus for inhalation therapy. Also I use Colloidal Silver one day then H2O2 next day Nebulized for my lung conditions. Astragalus Root is a very good immune & lung tonic.

No it does not. You inhale inside into your throat and it does not discolor.. If it does it is just temporary.

Hi JJ from Los angeles,

I read just now that N-Acetyl cysteine causes kidney stones. The person whose account I read said, he/she even used vitamin C supplement, yet, kidney stone developed. When my wife starts taking it, what should she do to avoid kidney stones? What is the right dose to take to avoid kidney stones?

I am awaiting your reply. Thank you and GOD bless.

Does the peroxide colour your mouth and throat when you inhale?

Hi , I see you have had lung problems, one thing I could suggest is taking the amino acid, NAC, my girlfriend cured her asthma with this, it is a great lung cleaner. Jarrow makes a great brand, it should be taken immediately when you wake up on empty stomach. You will see how your lungs will clear out.

Also another lung healer is colloidal silver, also taken on empty stomach. That's three hours after food or an hour before food.. You can't take colloidal silver more than a week though or your skin will turn gray.. Ok
Luck and light , xoxoJ

** John from Sevierville, Tn. Replies: "Use in a CPAP machine, I have used H202 for 18 months in my CPAP machine, mixture is 1OZ in gal of distilled water. It works great"**

Are you using food grade or 3% store bought? Thanks.

You might want to try a gluten-free diet for him for a couple months. I used to use inhalers and such (with 'severe asthma' and 'severe allergies' and 'severe acid reflux') even when they really helped, I'd still be coughing and obviously, in need of them as well. When I dropped gluten from my diet for awhile (by accident sort of), all of that just vanished. Since then I've heard the same report from hundreds of people in online areas I hang out in, as well as from friends and family. It's possibly the most undiagnosed "intolerance" there is. - PJ

There are other research studies which indicate, for example, that 'animal' protein causes cancer while 'plant' protein does not, but if you look at the study or read the writing of a researcher in the field who does, you see it's basically bad-science if not outright fraud. In many cases, the reason AP did and PP didn't, is because the PP was not complete in animo acids; and when the AP did, it's because the animals in the study lived long enough to develop symptoms of the poison they were also being given; all the others were already goners! In the last couple decades especially, pharma companies have realized that funding a small research study to find a specific desired/presented result (sometimes even when the presented result is, when you read the article vs. The abstract, the *opposite* of what was found! ), and then promoting that with a press release, is like millions of dollars worth of free advertising, in every form of media, plus it's got the air of scientific authority. Science has become a marketing outlet. Unless you study it a good deal, or follow the writings of people you come to respect as understanding the larger situations, it's best to consider everything you hear/read reference to with a gigantic grain of salt. Particularly when it starts telling you that natural, healthy elements that nature or even the body itself makes (e. g. cholesterol, h202) are 'deadly' (you'd better buy some drugs to save you! ).

I've lost tons of weight and cured tons of symptoms by pretty much taking nearly everything the official government and health agencies recommend and doing the opposite. Diet of grains? Nix. Avoid Cholesterol? It's not just for breakfast anymore. ;-) You get the idea. Be skeptical (even of me! ) if you haven't really researched something yourself.

Best - PJ

Hi all,

I have been in contact with Bill Munro regarding 3% hydrogen peroxide inhalation therapy. He made it abundundantly clear that the HP you buy at drug stores is perfectly OK — even with stabilizers.

When I pointed out to him that I had read a lot of posts stating H202 with stabilizers is a real no-no, he said, "Baloney! Don't concern yourself! I've been doing it for umpteen years now and I'm healthy and I haven't had any negative effects."

I was drinking a few drops of 3% peroxide for a month: started with 2 drops into soup spoon with water on empty stomach. And every day I would add 1 more drop: 3 drops -day 2, 4 drops - day 3 till 7 days - but maximum I was taking 6-7 drops of peroxide on big spoon with water. After one week - one week rest (without peroxide). And again repeat. I did that for a month. Now I stopped. I can walk now (maniscus on my knees were ripped and I couldn't walk even 1 block). I read that peroxide helps on everything, including cancer.

But now I heard that a woman was taking 15 drops a day (I don't know how long and how many times a day) and she got blood cancer... It helped me tremendosly: I can walk, it stopped my arthritis - my pains disapeared, my back didn't hurt. Anyone tried that like me? I got kind of scared when they said about blood cancer... I read it does cure the cancer...

I have suffered with lung infections on a grand scale since 1999. Tests have ruled out genetic immune or enzyme disorders of any kind. I have never been a smoker but my parents were and my mother died of emphysema. I am now 56. I have been on antibiotics almost continuously for many years mainly for Haemophilus influenzae or Pseudomonas. The latter being responsible for hospitalization for IV administration of antibiotics. A tough time indeed. As soon as the antibiotics are finished an infection returns. The organisms of the past few years were not antibiotic resistant. Of course this has no doubt lead to lung damage and a diagnosis of probable COPD etc. No recent CT to prove but symptoms and a FEV of 3.2 suggestive if continued decline of lung function and disability by way of physical impairment. My Dr noting a lung transplant as my only hope if needed in the future. Gene therapy another maybe one day. Anyway the last time I completed my 8 week antibiotic treatment the infection and lung inflammation started to return once again!

This time after reading the experiences and advice regarding peroxide at 3% inhalation I decided to try it before more antibiotics. The effect was rapid. The usual bad tasting light green phlegm disappearing within days. I have only been using it around a week so far. And with the exception of a slight sore throat no adverse reactions to report. If this works I expect an increase of life expectancy of many years. I shall report again in due course. As for lung function improvement I do not have any data to advise as yet. Also I still struggle with discomfort in the chest/lung area. But again time will tell.

I discovered hydrogen peroxide inhalation last year when I was sick with a virus for 2 months and looking for a cure to my extreme fatigue. I was skeptical about the remedy but desperate for more energy. I inhaled up to 8 times a day for about a week and was cured.

Yesterday, I started to come down with a nasty virus that has been going around. After class I went back to my room and inhaled 3% hydrogen peroxide (not food grade, but a cheap drugstore brand): 10 sprays to the back of my throat. I did this every 3 to 4 hours until midnight. The virus symptoms dissipated within the first hour and had disappeared after 12 hours. I am continuing to inhale every 8 hours just to make sure it is gone. This remedy is an effective cure for viruses.

Unfortunately, the MistyMate8 had a spray pattern that was too wide at the source and not as fine as the MistyMate2.5, so I will probably return it to the company. The 2 oz spray bottle from Wal-Mart is not bad and I will continue to use it. I guess a nebulizer might be best.

Still getting good results it seems for pain if I spray hourly but I also recently started taking astaxanthin from algae, a red/pink carotenoid antioxidant with very favorable results.

Astaxanthin is what makes shrimp and flamingos pink. I take just 4 mg per day (one softgel) of the Jarrow brand. I tried 2 per day but got short of breath at night, almost like I needed more oxygen, so I cut it back to one softgel in the morning. Research and testimonials say astaxanthin improves the eyes, skin and is helpful for senility and dementia, both as a preventive and treatment because I think it said it crosses the blood-brain barrier. It helps my energy, too. Because astaxanthin is so good, I went off of trans-resveratrol but am not sure yet if permanently. I was able to also go off of vitamin E mixed tocopherols since starting astaxanthin as I felt it was duplicative and no longer necessary and I think the vitamin E conflicted with the astaxanthin as the two together made me feel bad if I am not mistaken. So astaxanthin is very powerful and helps my pain through an anti-inflammatory effect.

Nobody heard of peroxide blonde, people used to use it as cheap form of hair colour, I. E. Blonde, although it was actually more of a yellow, think it was 6% but no longer on the market, not in ozz anyway. While I'm here would just like to thank everybody involved in this excellent site & the input of all the caring sincere people, it is a mine of information, thanks again... Dave in Ozz

Still inhaling the. 5 percent (1/2 %) peroxide with favorable results. Intend to do this long term. Hope to turn any grey areas in my hair to the natural brown like Bill Munro. Still inhaling every half hour when pain is present (3 sprays per breath for 5 breaths) and every hour or two when pain is not present and also whenever I get up during the night.

If cancer is caused by a breakdown in the immune system, and the immune system uses hydrogen peroxide as it's primary defense, then inhaling hydrogen peroxide it seems would reactivate the immune system and possibly cure cancer. That is what I hope with myself, to become immune to and possibly cure any cancer in my body, which I would not be surprised that I have. That is what I hope to accomplish with H2O2 inhalation long term.

Cindy you could try good quality pure coconut water (no added sugar/water) to replace electrolytes, this is what many athletes use. Also, you could give him magnesium baths using ancient minerals bath salts (magnesium chloride), absorbs rapidly through the skin. All the best.

In the hopes of inhaling a finer mist, I cancelled my Conair facial sauna order and just ordered a MistyMate 2point5 instead. Will see how it goes. My throat got a little irritated on the 1% strength, so I now use a point5% (1/2 %) strength and I like it better. That is 5 parts water to one part of the 3% peroxide from Dollar General or Wal-Mart. My pain did well today inhaling every hour and I am looking forward to receiving the MistyMate because it appears to deliver a large amount of fine mist.

I started inhaling the h2o2 just over 3 weeks ago. I have a facial pain situation like a stinging and burning now for 17 years. Have tried lots of things. This h2o2 inhalation is excellent for my pain. First I dilute it to 1%. That is 2 parts water added to one part 3% peroxide in a pint jar. For spraying, I use an elongated, 2 oz spray bottle from Wal-Mart. I spray every 30 minutes after meals until the pain subsides because my pain starts after eating. When my pain is suppressed, I spray every hour or two. I spray 3 pumps per breath, for 10 breaths, which is 30 sprays per dose. I look forward to doing this long term to cure whatever is diseased in my body. I may purchase the Conair or Revlon facial sauna system to try breathing the steam at the same 1% peroxide strength.

Someone please help! The only HP I can find is 'HP topical solution' (not food grade, from walmart.. So far so good?) Under active ingredients: HP (STABILIZED) 3%.. But under inactive ingredient: purified water.. Is it still ok even though it says stabilized?
