I started taking bee pollen for allergies and noticed that my toenail fungus cleared up! I take one teaspoon of local granules a day after a meal. It does help with seasonal allergies as well. It works best for allergies when combined with quercetin. I noticed nail fungus clearance after a month of use. Thank you Earth Clinic for allowing us to share this type of information.

For toenail fungus, it helps if you have a foot bath. Put in four cups room temperature beer. 60 billions of acidophilus. Four cups warm white vinegar. Soak your feet in this (Or fingers if fingernails have fungus. ) for minimum thirty minutes each evening. Dry throughly with clean towel. Use hair dryer set on low to complete drying. Soaking your nails like this will also soften them so they are easier to cut. Put antifungal powder in socks or gloves to wear to bed. Three nights got rid of mine.

Hi, I had toe nail fungus, mixed 50 - 50 Bentonite Clay & regular vaseline to make a paste.

Applied daily and once or twice a week. I also put 1/2 cup of baking soda in a foot bath to soak 20 minutes and found it was gone in 2 weeks..

Hope this helps.

I tried everything under the Sun for fungus on my fingernails (bleach, hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol, fennel oil, Vicks etc.). Purely by chance I discovered Birch Essential Oil when I was using it with coconut oil to help with cellulite! I would put approximately one Tablespoon of coconut oil in my hand, add 1-2 drops of Birch essential oil (too much is not a good thing!!! ) and rub my hands together until well blended. Then I would massage it on my legs, butt and belly after my daily shower. After a month of this I realized I no longer was getting inflammation under and on my cuticles and my nails were growing out. I only wish I had before and after photos to show how amazingly well this worked.

Peace upon all of you, I used black cumin (Nigella Sativa) for internal and external fungus and it give me a very good result, I think if you use it for Jock Itch it may give the same.

The way I used is: grind it then add ACV, let it stand around one hour to be a soft paste, take internally one teaspoon 2 times a day (before or after meal).

I used this paste externally for skin fungus especially feet fungus and it gives magic results and cure it forever.

Don't grind alot of black cumin, just prepare for 2-3 days every time and keep it tightly in a jar because it oxidize by air.

Bleach

My history with fungus started 6+ years ago. The infection was acute and was on the nails on both big toes. I went to a podiatrist who removed what remained of both nails and told me to use vinegar at home. At the time I was in a residential treatment facility and had no access to vinegar for the 3 months. Now the new growth about mid-way was reinvented and for the next 5 years was this tug of war with the infection. I used vinegar soaks every night for a month with hardly any improvement. I even used straight the distilled vinegar and no success. I was using bleach soaks with moderate success and stopped after the third try. Well, guess what? It seemed like the fungus built up an immunity to bleach and came back with a vengeance! That pic is what it looks like now. I am going to try the bleach but won't stop it until I know for sure it's been eradicated. I ordered colloidial silver with a high ppm number to use that am/pm. I will update my progress ( hopefully ) and include pics. Wish me luck!

Bleach kills everything but sin. Looking back I remember when they advertised medicinal uses on the back of the label. But good Ole FDA made em stop. This nail fungus cure really worked for me! Pain in toe nails totally gone in less than a week. In my case nail bed healthy & pink in three weeks time.

Everyone has their own degree of nail fungus & also sensitivity to the mixture. So I experimented with my skin type. Started with less bleach and worked up from there. After each soak I let feet air dry. For the faint of heart. Soaking feet in bleach & water is really no different than dipping your toes in a chlorinated swimming pool. I soaked both feet in pan of hot water just deep enough to completely cover them. Using 2 parts hot water one part unscented bleach. 1x day for 20-30 minutes. For faster results I could have soaked am & pm. Every few days Trimmed carefully.

The soreness gone was the first mile marker. Then next a healthy color returned. Thank God for tender mercies!

An alternative to soaking is simply to paint it on. Only the nail, including the nail bed, like you're painting with nail polish. Take a little (makeup) brush and dip it into the bleach and paint 2-3X daily. That's it. Maybe a total do it 1-2 weeks if done daily. I'm doing it now so I can update later but so far so good and it's been maybe 4 days. I think daily consistency is crucial. So far, I forgot to do it daily. Need to set reminders in my calendar. Some say you can dilute it 50/50 w/ water but straight up works fine in this case. It absorbs and dries quickly. Additionally, if you gently file down some of the fungus - in my case it was white. Filing it down (carefully) left a powder residue you can wipe off with a damp paper towel (you can feel when it becomes sensitive. It's recommended to use disposable paper towels when dealing with fungus to avoid cross contamination elsewhere.

I tried everything to cure my toe nail fungus. I finally found a tea tree oil on Amazon which states it also cures nail fungus. I had tried TTO b/f but this one seemed to work better. I got my toenail back.

Bleach

I am on my second month of soaking my toes in bleach and water to see if I can get rid of nail fungus on one of my feet. It seems to be working. FINALLY! I have tried every other nail fungus treatment on the planet, including laser treatment, to no avail.

I read about the bleach cure from someone on Earth Clinic. I have been using Chlorox bleach (regular, not the splashless one)... about 1/2 cup to a half gallon of hot water in a large plastic bucket (the kind you'd use for mopping the floor). I soak my foot for at least 1/2 hour, sometimes more, once or twice a week. I make sure to dry off my foot with a white towel and then hop to the bathroom to wash off any remaining bleach so I don't turn our carpets white!

If I fly, I make sure to do the bleach treatment on my foot the day before flying in each direction if possible.

Will update again in a few months, but so far, thumbs up on this cure.

I am following up to my post in June. I am continuing to soak my foot with a bleach solution for nail fungus twice a week. 2 of the infected nails are clear (yahoo!!! ). The big toe which was the worst of the lot, looks a lot better and has grown out halfway mostly clear. The issue is that the big toe nail is very weakened from fungus, so it looks like it can get reinfected very easily. Does anyone have a supplement recommendation to strengthen nails that have been infected with nail fungus? That seems to be what is needed to prevent reinfection. Thanks!

@Js: The b- vitamin biotin is very good for hair & nails. Coconut Oil taken orally will help prevent reinfection.

I had some toe fungus in my two big toe nails for about ten years. I tried many cures but with minimal results. The fungus was very deep under the nail. then by accident I found a cure that killed the fungus fast.

Here is how it happed. I always wear flip flops and with one black pair that I wear my feet get real dirty black and it is hard to remove. One night I decided to try socking my feet in a solution of bleach and water to get rid of the black color on my feet. it didn't work that well in getting rid of the black, but the next week I noticed there was a lot of space under my big toe nails as if the fungus had died. I soaked my feet again and the fungus seemed dead and easy to remove. a month later there was lots of space under the nails indicating that most of the fungus was gone. I socked my feet again and at least once a month for the next four mounts as a precaution to make sure the fungus was gone for good. the fungus is gone now.

here is what I used:

bleach, sodium hypochlorite, known here in the Philippines as zonrox.

I used one half cup of bleach in half gallon of water. I soaked my feet for about 45 min. I did it twice the first week then once a month after that till there was no trace of fungus

It was so fast and easy compared to all the other home remedies that I tried. and best of all it worked.

Try using Povidone Iodine 10% from local market or drugstore/pharmacy. You can apply directly or add to a warm water foot-bath.

You will also need to do an internal Candida Cleanse which may also include other cleanses like heavy metal, parasite, gallbladder, and colon, as fungal infections are most times opportunistic meaning you have chronic immune suppression.

Tried everything to save a gross toenail on husband's big toe - he was about to lose the whole nail to fungus. Very thick, woody, yellow and lifted up... Ugh. We put Clorox or Purex bleach (full strength) into a small basin and he put just his toes into it and soaked for about 10 min. Wiggling the toes so the skin would allow bleach underneth the toenail. You will see yellow dusty-looking stuff start coming out from under the toenail going into the bleach, and after probably 5 or so minutes, we took the foot out and dried it with a towel (it kind of ruins the towel, so use one you don't care about... We used paper towels). The next day there is more of a healthy pinkness to the nail, and we repeated this procedure in about 4-5 days. This totally got rid of the fungus, and now his toes are all perfect. About every 1-10 months, we do a fingernail that looks yellow, or whatever needs doing. Usually, drs. will tell you this fungus stuff comes with age, but we feel we solved it. Don't do it too long or too often because the bleach will feel like it is burning. Pills for fungus are quite hard on the liver, so be careful of those prescriptions...

I suffered from toenail fungus for 15 years! It began when I moved to Virginia & needed to wear socks & closed shoes because my feet get cold very easily. Since moving to Florida 4 years ago, I thought that wearing flip flops and sandals would resolve my problem but it did not. I found out that fungus does not go away on its own. It's too hot here to wear closed shoes and it was embarrassing for me not to be able to hide my problem. I had to find a remedy where I can wear nail polish. I first started applying Tea Tree Oil twice a day for about a month. Not only did it not work, it messes up your toenail polish. Next I tried applying Vick's for about 3 months/2x's a day and although it did seem to kill the fungus, there were areas where my toe nails that did not reattach themselves to nail bed. Those areas also turned brittle and yellowish and would break off easily. I kept cutting out these parts & kept my nails as short as possible. I also found out that Vick's turns your toe nail polish dull. My mother told me that she cured my dad's problem using bleach so I decided to give that a try. Per my mother's instructions, in 1 cup, I mixed 3/4 water and 1/4 bleach. I kept this in a small, glass container with a screw top. I dipped a q-tip in it and applied day and night to my affected toes. It immediately killed the fungus and in a few weeks my toe nails reattached themselves to the nail bed. Plus, it did not mess up my nail polish. It's been 5 months now and my nails are healthy, pink and growing strong. I am still using this but only once a day just in case. I'd like to add that the bleach mix did not hurt the surrounding skin in any way. I hope this helps someone else.

Vics = nothing, but bleach toenail fungus if it could penetrate the nail (See below). I have fungus -- 3 toes on one foot, and two on another and I tried the vapor rub fairly diligently with no success for several months. I gave up and wasn't putting anything on it for a while then the big toe nail got bumped on a couch and came completely off, so I tried some bleach on all toes for several months. The big toe is about 80% grown in looking healthy, while the others nails don't look any better. I concluded that the bleach absolutely works, but doesn't penetrate the nails well. So I think the next step will be to file off as much of the other nails as I possibly can and see what that does

My husband has had toenail fungus for about 6yrs. I started looking up home remedies and heard about tea tree oil, bleach, vics, vinegar, and so on. We tried them individually with ok results. One night we decided to try a combination to see what happens. We put a drop of bleach followed by a drop of tree oil then vics. We covered the feet with socks and he slept with it on. He said it burned some, but not too bad. I have to say, we have gotten the best results by doing this. Every day the area we put it on has turned an orange color and is now soft and comes right off. I have experimented some to see if it's just the bleach and vics or tree oil and vics and so on, but nothing gives results like the combination of the 3. I am recently seeing sights using ACV and I think I'm going to try that too. It seems people are having very good results with that as well. I'll post again in a couple weeks with my results. We have been using this treatment for about a month so far. Good luck with whatever treatment you use.

I have been using borax in water 5 days on/2 days off - for about 3 weeks... I feel rather tired which I attribute to possible detox.

However, my skin looks better and I can tell my feet appear to be shedding a bit of old fungal skin which is nice. I take 1/8 tsp in water a day and usually make a match tea with it in the morning. I sometimes will take a hot bath with 1 cup of epsom salt and 1 tblsp of borax and it does make my skin feel good, yet a bit dry... it does seem to be helping with healing.
