I got really bad food poisoning on a Friday evening, didn't sleep much that night with stomach cramps and felt bloated and as if I have a huge rock on my stomach. I could only sit or barely stand a couple hours after I ate the bad food. The pain and discomfort, which I won't go into details, lasted for about three days. I was exhausted and had little energy to get around. Just before I was about to call my Doctor to get antibiotics, I went online to read about food poisoning, came across this site remedies, read them, and decided to give ACV a try. I had nothing to lose and it is a very inexpensive trial. I took two gulps of the ACV. I know most of the testimonies suggest one tablespoon full, but I figure I was in a lot of pain, so went for it. The first gulp was like taking a shot of tequila; it burned some but it also felt good at the same time. Then waited a few seconds and took the second gulp; that one went smooth. I did feel the effect of the acid working its way into my stomach and intestines. I then had a different sensation in addition to my pain. Ten minutes later, I drank some water since I took more than recommended dose, and went about my routine. I can't figure out the exact time it took to stop all my pain, but I think it may have been about ten minutes or so total. The pain was gone. My intestines were a bit sore since I have been in pain for about three days. Next morning I woke up feeling well. I took two tablespoons full just to be sure I have killed the bacteria. I now feel very alert, with energy, so excited I discovered this website. I have been sharing my experience with everyone I know and care about. One more note, since ACV did the trick, I wonder what else I could use it for, so I decided to use it as a mouthwash after I brushed my teeth. It left my teeth and gums cleaned.

Thank you to whomever came up with this remedy. I am back to normal again.

Food Poisoning: My wife Melissa had a severe case of food poisoning today and ACV fixed everything! When she woke up this morning she was feeling very queasy and had diarrhea right before she started throwing up. We had to be out the door early this morning - I was taking her to an office meeting while I went to the mall. She was so sick she couldn't even smoke a cigarette (she's a pack a day smoker), and she didn't want a coffee... or even water for that matter... We have about a 30 minute drive to her work and she never lets me drive but she was so sick she pulled over and threw up then told me to drive. In the hour and a half she was at work she threw up 4 more times. We headed home and we had to pull over twice because she couldn't even make the last few blocks to the house. We tried gravol earlier but she threw it up. I bought some chewable gravol (upon the advice of the pharmacist because she couldn't keep water down) and then she threw that up too. I put her to bed and went to the store for ACV after reading these reviews. I came home and she was throwing up and heaving again! About 30 seconds after she finished throwing up I made her take the ACV and the nausea INSTANTLY subsided. She then slept for 2 hours and when she got up to have a soak in the bath she said "I can't believe it! I don't know what's in that stuff but I feel 100% better!!!" (still a little sore, of course, from the retching). We'll keep ACV in the house from now on for emergencies like this and I think this will be our new sworn remedy for food poisoning!!

I had been a bit drained and tired all day. About an hour ago I was shakey, a bit nauseous and weak. I sent my bf out to get me some apple juice. The moment I had 1 cup of apple juice and 2 TBL spoons of ACV, i felt INSTANT relief. I was definitely not expecting it. My bf had food poisoning or some kind of stomach bug over the past day and I was scared I might get it too. I went ahead and took the concoction and I feel fine besides the heartburn which will reside in a few minutes. I dont have as much gas in my stomach and my shakiness has lessened. :) I hope I had enough liquid with the ACV since this is my first time trying it.

When I got food poisoning last night at 4am I had no AVC, but i did have distilled white vinegar. I had my husband pour a tall glass of water with 1 tbsp of white vinegar and I drank about 2/3rd's of it. Normally when I get food poisoning I'm in the bathroom for 5-6 hours throwing up and having terrible stomach pain. Last night I throw up only twice. I was able to leave the bathroom after an hour of waiting and my terrible tummy pain weakened after two hours.Three hours after it started I was sleeping again, and even though I still feel somewhat weak today I'm really glad I remembered to use it last night.

I have been suffering from acute food poisoning for 4 hours now. Ironically, I contracted it eating a salad I made with nonorganic apple cider vinegar, approx, 3 tablespoons, for the dressing. So either I would be in the hospital now if I hadn't had the ACV, or this cure doesn't seem to help everyone.

My boyfriend has been visiting the bathroom non-stop for almost 24 hours now. I started looking on the internet for 'food poisoning cures' and we came upon your website and the apple cider vinegar. I then pop out to buy a bottle and after much consideration (and reading through all your 'Yea' comments), he decided to take it. At the dinner table, in front of a bowl of congee (which is porridge, but cooked with rice insteal of oatmeal), he downs the recommended dosage of two tablespoons and reaches for his cup of water when...he violently spits out the water and vomits all over the table and into the congee. I see him dash to the bathroom then hear him retching his poor, little body to death. He's now resting in bed, but I'm not sure if it's worked or not. We plan on visitng the ER later! Thanks for all your help!

I was on a trip and got what appeared to be food poisoning. I was sick for over a week and was down to puking up bile and was very weak. I could not hold down water even. I went to the emergency room at my local hospital and they could not find anything wrong with me other than that I was dehydrated, of course. They gave me some rehydrating solutions intravenously and sent me home and told me to try to drink some soup bland food. I threw that up. Not to mention they charged me $100 dollars for doing nothing. I finally called a friend of mine that was an alternative practitioner (why did I not turn to him before I have asked myself) He told me I was too acidic and that my Hiatal Hernia was popped up. I was to take a few spoonfuls of Vinegar and push my Hiatel Hernia back down. I was literally well in about 15 minutes. It was possibly the only miracle I have ever really experienced in my life. I have been a believer in vinegar ever since.

I was starving, bought a pork tenderloin sandwich, and after wolfing down 1/2 of it, noticed it smelled funny. Examining it closer, I realized it tasted off and really smelled bad. Remembered reading about ACV, so I drank a tablespoon in a 1/2 cup water and waited. And waited. Never got even slightly sick! And I have a rather delicate stomach usually. It's a miracle cure!!

After eating a chicken casserole I began experiencing nausea and upset stomach. Diarrhea soon followed. I had remembered somewhere on the web and article about ACV could help. I drank about 2 0z's straight. It tingled going down, but curiously enough felt cooling right after all the way down to my stomach. I chased it with 4 ozs of bottle water 2 minutes later. That was about an hour ago. My nausea disappeared writhing 5 minutes, upset stomach vanished and I have no had any diarrhea at all. I feel completely energized and better than i have felt all day. I will definitely do more research on how to use this wonder product for other ailments!

I came to this site after being released from the hospital. I had been hospitalized from 2 days because of bacterial gastroenteritis (food poisoning) and severe dehydration that resulted. Needless to say, I was depleted, weak and tired the day I got out. After reading about Apple Cider Vinegar that first day out, I decided to give it a try and drank 1 tbsp straight. Within an hour or two I was bouncing around the house! I left, went shopping for hours, came home and did chores, started calling up friends... it was really amazing!

After eating at a local restaurant, I had the irregular bowel movement and the runs really bad. For 5 days it lasted until I started taking ACV. I started taking it religiously, 2Tbs. morning and evening. The next day I was amazingly cured! I became regular. I know this stuff works like VOODOO.
