Apple Cider Vinegar has cured high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and gout. 2 tbl spoons in a glass of cold water every morning. This is truly God's gift to mankind. You will never need another pill, ever. By the way, the gout was caused by taking the pills prescribed by my doctor. (rosuvastatin 10 mg ). It's such a pleasure to be able to pass on such good news. God bless you all.

What can I say. This stuff is the bomb. I have suffered from gout for what seems like ever, and prior to taking ACV had what I thought was a gouty knee ( sure enough it was ) which had been sore and swollen for almost two months. At my wits end ( the wife's nagging finally made me go to the quack ) I went and had my knee x-rayed and blood tests taken etc, only to have the Dr tell me that my blood pressure was 192 / something......HOLY CRAP!! Having too many drinks during the week was not contributing to my health, plus not having been hiking for some time was driving me nuts as well. Either way it was a wake up call. So, one night while I sat with my knee up, I surfed the net and found something about ACV. So I had a crack at it. What could I lose? Two days later, my knee was no longer hot to the touch, was feeling better ( but I was still looking at it dubiously ) and I wondered if there was something to this vinegar cure. Well, bugger me. It works. My wife was amazed as she watched my knee slowly lose the swelling ( as was I ) and my tenancy to retain water in my ankles while sitting at work stopped. Just like that. Stopped. My joints in general feel so much better. My skin feels better too. I seem to have more energy and I noticed that when one drinks ACV, well my wife and I anyways, I start to feel hot. If I exercise I start to sweat 10x quicker than I use to. This to me shows that my metabolic rate has increased. Yesterday, we bought a Blood pressure monitor at Costco, and when I got home I gave my wife and myself a hell of a shock. 3 weeks ago, I was 192/ ? ( forgot ) and had the wife almost comatose with worry at how high my pressure was. Last night - 137 / 80 ( taken average of 3 tests ) and considering I had gout that was on the start as well ( left toe ) which had developed just prior to taking ACV - plus a stressful day at work, I was STOKED! So was the wife. I decided I should check this morning though, as its an ideal time to check your true pressure as one is still relaxed etc. Hows this....

127/78- Bloody hell. Its awesome.

My toe with its gout, is on the mend as well and my knee is basically at the 98% mark. All this after only three weeks. I drink a shot glass ( 2 ounce that once hosted my Tequila ) in a glass of Lemonade ( Paul Newmans or any other half decent brand ) with a little diet sprite flung in there as well. Makes a nice tangy spritzer type drink. That's it. We are both sold. It has now become our daily regimen. To the ancients out there that cottoned onto this cure......THANKS!

This was my first experience with gout (in my left big toe) so I researched the internet for natural cures. I found out that apple cider vinegar was one of the fastest cures available. Before bed I took 2ozs. with honey, when I woke up in the morning the swelling was gone and although I still had some pain I could at least walk again. I took another 2ozs. before I left for work and after 2 or 3 hours the pain was minimal to the point that I could curl my toe again.

First thing in the morning I pour a large glass of filtered water (using a PUR water pitcher) with 2 tbls of ACV added. Since beginning this while under a severe gout attack in the base of my left big toe where I had once suffered a break, I have had NO more attacks and have changed absolutely nothing else in my daily life. I not only recuperated faster than normal from the severe attack, but the swelling that was always in that toe knuckle before, is no longer there. Yes it tastes bad, but a few seconds of bitter aftertaste verses excruciating pain is a trade-off I'll make every time.

Last week I had an attack of gout, it was probably the worst I have ever experienced! It was in my right foot and ankle and just walking to the bathroom brought tears to my eyes. I was taking Naprosyn and Aleve and it was not working. In desperation I called several health food stores in my area and asked if any remedies for gout were on the shelves. One said he had invented a wine, one said cherry root and one said _______'s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 3 times a day. My husband went to that store and bought the ACV. I took one tablespoon twice that day and the next morning my foot was normal! I was astounded, I could not believe it. I called the health food store and told them that I was taking the ACV by the tablespoon and he said to dilute it with water because it was too acidic alone. I don't mind the taste by itself but I am diluting it. In two weeks I am going to try eating shrimp and see what happens and I will post the results of that food test on this site. I realized that drug companies and doctors don't want us to know this for greed reasons but I intend to tell everyone I ever knew about this remedy for gout.

i have been plagued with the gout, and i tell you its the most painful thing i have experienced. i have developed it in my left foot big toe. i am 36 , and i think my bad diet, and beer, and whiskey consumption were the major factors in my problem. i weigh 225, and i am 5 foot 11. over weight slightly as well. i am currently trying black cherry concentrate juice, and the cherry extract pills. before i bought these today i did try apple cider vinegar, blahh nasty, but the swelling went down pretty fast to my surprise! i still have a pain in the middle of my foot left of my big toe, but i can walk now. i never thought i could get something like this, but it can happen to anyone. i will tell if the cherry stuff works it out completely. for now i got my fingers crossed, and i am going to change my habits alot. drinking eating good food in moderation i think is a better idea. plus too much of a good thing spoils, and you'll get the gout!! good luck all, and drink plenty of water.

I got terrific pain in my left big toe (which I have also had fungus under the nail for a long time) It was swollen and sore. I found the information about Apple Cider Vinegar and tried it...it was wonderful! I take it in the morning and evening. I pour some in a small glass, add water and 3 packets of Splenda. I have passed this on to friends and another tried it and it worked for him too. Yahoo for ACV!

EC: Read about artificial sweeteners.

I tried ACV to help releive my gout on my right foot big toe, the pain was getting worse I found the earthclinic web site read the reports on the use of ACV for gout and decided to try it to my suprise it has worked after taking for 1 week 2 tbl mixed with water 3 times a day after my meals, after taking ACV for just 2 days I noticed the pain was not as bad I also noticed that my right knee that I have had problems with for over 8 months was getting better I can now bend my knee fully again I thought my knee was done & was about to see a doctor about it, & on top of that my blood preasure was slightly high is now well within normal range. I cannot belive that the medical profesion does not know about this, all the wasted time & money spent on on these problems can be solved with a simple remedy ACV. Many thanks to earthclinic web site & ACV. Len from London Ontario

I have had periodic gout attacks for about 3.5 years and really never gave to much thought to ACV. After a recent excruciatingly painful bout that festered in my ankle, I gave the ACV a try and I am definitely using ACV on a daily basis. Within 2 hours the pain had subsided. I believe with the correct dosage of ACV and a healthy diet and exercise, I hope gout will no longer be a problem.

I have battled gout for about four years now. My Dr wanted to put me on daliy medications which I bought. A friend of mine told me about ACV, so I decide to try it! I have not had a gout attack in 6 months!!! I mix 2 tsp. of ACV and 2 tsp. of Natural Raw honey with 8oz of warm water and drink it three time a day. I feel a 100% better since starting this practice! Geno

In January of this year I wrote that I had tried Organic Apple Cider Vinegar as a remedy for Gout. I have NEVER had another episode of gout. I have eaten shrimp, scallops, steak and many things that cause gout but have not had a problem ever again. I took the vinegar 2-3 times a day in the beginning but now take it only on occasion. I am very grateful for this website and the information it provides to all of us. Thank you.

Why don't the doctors tell you about ACV? This stuff is a miracle cure! I was having a gout attack I also took three doses of Asprin, prior tp going to bed. I woke up at 4:00am WIth my Big toe throbbing. I didn't know what to do. I have never had an attack like this one before. I went to the internet only to discover that taking aspirin increases the effect of the attack. My wife Finaaly awoke at 7:00am and went out to by ACV. By 12:00pm the throbbing had gone away. I took another dose at 12:00pm by 4:00pm the pain had subsided enough fro me to walk on it. In the past taking colchachine I would have been vomiting and other things due to side effect of the drug, and my foot still wouldhave been on fire! Thank you fro puttinh this stuff on the interenet. I will never again be without ACV!

ACV and GOUT: This is in response to Phil from Las Vegas. My initial comments were posted on 6/23/2006 (see post below). Since that time I have reduced my intake of AVC to a tablespoon in water a few times per week. My gout has not returned. I eat a normal diet with no constraints. Phil, I am not a manufacturer's representative. I'm just a customer who had success with the product. I hope you find a cure, I did.
