I've had gout for over 30 years. My doctor had me on Allopurinol. I got my first and worst attack on that medication. The cure was to give me Colchicine which would give me the worst case of diarrhea. I stopped taking allopurinol. I watch what I eat, make sure I intake a lot of water, and most importantly, I take Nsaids (Non steroid anti- inflammatory drugs). I take curcumin/turmeric, cat's claw, devil's claw, rosemary, and ginger.

The herb cat's claw saved me from a gout attack several years ago in Las Vegas. I had just gotten off the airplane and went to downtown Las Vegas, when I felt a slight twinge in my right ankle. At first I kind of ignored it. But as the day went on it got more tender and pain sensitive. I went tot the nearest vitamin world and purchased 6 bottles of cat's claw. In another 6 hours, the cat's claw had reversed the attack. That had never ever happened so quickly before in my life.

That's my story! I hope it helps someone else.

Love and kisses, Nate
