I started to drink Organic Cherry Juice for gout. I mix it with another antioxidant juice for sweetness. I mix 8 oz. of Cherry juice with 4 oz. of antioxidant juice. It tastes less tart this way. I drink 2-3 glasses of this when I have an acute gout (pseudo gout actually) attack.

I also take 900 mg of turmeric in a capsule form in the morning and another 900 mg capsule in the evening. Works better and gentler than prednisone.

I have suffered for this ailment for 15 yrs, and it has been hard when the medications don't work (allopurinol) or the doctors don't want to prescribe them (prednisone). I wish I had known about this years ago. It is very potent., and works for me very well.

Warning though: the Cherry Juice will cause some serious flatulence if your stomach isn't used to it. It did to me...:)
