Arnica, a potent herb renowned for its healing properties, offers a natural solution for treating broken capillaries. Derived from the flower of the arnica plant, this herbal remedy has long been utilized in salves and creams to alleviate bruising and inflammation.

However, it's essential to note that arnica should not be applied to broken skin, as it may irritate.

Crafting your own Arnica Cream for Broken Capillaries is simple and effective:

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup dried arnica flowers (readily available online or from health food stores)
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine the dried arnica flowers and coconut oil in a clean, dry jar.
  2. Place the jar in a warm, sunny location for approximately two weeks to allow the infusion process to occur. Alternatively, place the jar on a cloth in a crock pot filled with water for a quicker infusion. Keep the crock pot on warm, adding water as needed. If you choose this method, your oil will be ready in about three days.
  3. After the infusion period, strain the arnica flowers from the oil, ensuring a smooth consistency.
  4. Your homemade arnica oil is now ready for use.

Application:

Apply the arnica oil topically to affected areas of broken capillaries twice a day. This versatile oil can also be used on bruises or as a preventative measure against bruising.

Harness the power of nature with this homemade Arnica Cream, which provides relief and promotes healing for broken capillaries and beyond.

I have seen near immediate temporary results with topical Arnica cream (100 mg Arnica montana 1x per gram) used at bedtime. Used at bedtime I see almost immediate results and wake with reduced appearance. I will be increasing to use post shower and/or daytime application for 2x per day. I was given the cream at a cosmetic facial clinic to treat facial bruising so figured it might help reduce the appearance of my capillaries. Age/sun/large busted?? My upper chest is getting broken capillaries. I'm a 54 post menopausal woman on topical HRT (Wiley). One area to place my hormones is my upper chest but have never applied them there.
