Well, I didn't believe it was possible, but turmeric worked. It has been a full week since the 35mm or so rock-hard lump showed up in my groin. I went for the turmeric remedy. I've been taking turmeric tablets three times a day for over a week, plus washing the area with antibacterial soap, and applying tea tree oil. I used the tea tree oil three times a day the first few days, then dropped down to once a day. A lump that normally would have stayed around and caused me pain and discomfort for up to a month was 80% gone after four days, and is 99% gone now. I have to really feel around for it-it's about the size and depth of a lentil. It occurred to me that I had a mammogram and very messy ultrasound a little less than a week before the boil and boil, jr. showed up. Think about it-these procedures required equipment to be aggressively pressed into my underarms and upper chest-lymph areas? Anyway, I'm thrilled that the turmeric worked. I still can't believe it. I used to get boils and cysts about once a year, but I've been getting them several times a year for the past 18 months or so. I hope that this remedy continues to work.

Well I was online looking up cures for boils I've been getting since I was a teenager...I was very over weight and finally lost weight as I got older. I noticed that for that period in time when I was lighter I wasn't getting boils at all...now I just recently gave birth and gained about 60 pounds and have only lost 20 pounds of the baby weight and have noticed that I'm now getting boils and pimples that I used to get as a over weight teenager... I only have gotten them on my inner thighs, buttocks, underarms and under my belly buttom and have always picked at them and because of that I now have horrible scars, that are sooo embrassing....I came across this site claiming that turmeric would cure my boils and help clean my blood...so I bought some powder and took 1 tablespoon with half a glass of hot water only once a day and then ate a cup of nonfat unsweeten yogurt. Within the next morning I noticed the boils that had developed under and around my belly button had gone down and one had developed its white pus filled head...I continued to take that amount for the pass 3 days and have stopped because I am breastfeeding and do not know if taking so much turmeric would affect the baby...would it???...at this point the boils have all almost dissappeared...now today the 4th day that I stopped taking the turmeric I noticed 2 boils in my inner thigh, I go to touch them and they started to drain dark blood mixed with dark bloodclot looking liquid, they are not that big about 1" and the drain hole is tiny....I want to know if I can still take the turmeric and not have it affect my baby???

I've been taking the tumerick for about 2 days already and the pain is far less than it was two days ago! I have one right in the crack of my...well, you know...and the pain has been crazy! The last time I had something like this was about 10 years ago. I went to the ER and they sent in a Dr. Boil to look at me (I'm not kidding). I said, "Great, I'm the ER entertainment for the evening." All he did was poke around, which wasn't helping, and give me some antibiotics that worked about as well as the tumeric, and I can tell you I paid way more than $5 for the antibiotics! Hey, the tumeric seems to be clearing my skin of acne, too! Anyhow, try it, what have you got to lose except your boils?

I tried the TURMERIC remedy for boils about 4 days ago, initially with little hope it would work, but in a state of desperation, since this was my THIRD boil in less than 6 weeks, and I had 2 more starting! I went out as soon as I finished reading all of the testimonials on your site, and bought a bottle of Turmeric capsules from my local GNC. That night I took three 500mg caps with dinner, and another 4 capsules before going to bed. (If a teaspoon is good, a tablespoon is better!) The next morning the boil on my stomach, which was a dark purple golf ball radiating excruciating pain the night before, was now a light purple golf ball that was starting to drain, and the pain had gone down by 80 to 90%!
In addition, one of the new boils that was just starting, (a tiny painful pimple,) started to heal, and the other one, slightly larger, while it didn't go away, it stopped growing, and with 72 hours it too drained (really like a normal pimple, only thicker discharge and more painful.)
It's now been about 4 days, and while the large boil is still draining (the core came out yesterday) and is still very tender, it is healing and no other boils are starting.
BUT!
The big BONUS is this: The arthritis in my shoulder that I've been suffering with for the last year, is gone, and even more exciting, I have been dealing with Heal Spurs (Plantar Fasciitis) for about 2 years, and have been suffering TREMENDOUS pain in my foot, every day, all day.
Within 24 hours of taking the Turmeric, my feet have COMPLETELY stopped hurting!!!I plan to continue taking at least one capsule a day indefinitely as a preventative for recurring boils, and as an apparent remedy for my Heal Spurs!!! The real miracle here is that I don't even believe in natural remedies! Thanks so much for the great advice!!!

I tried Turmeric Extract in capsules (300) mg. for 4 days now and it already has healed up my painful boil which was a hole with blood and pus coming out. I took 3 caplets a day. Now I'm going to continue taking it and see if it will help them from coming back. Thanks for your terrific website. I went to at least 4 or 5 doctors and they weren't helping me at all. they gave me antibiotics and also lanced them and it didn't help as quickly. I'll never trust doctors again.

WOW! After reading all these stories and giving tumeric a try, i am 100% convinced it works!!
i had a boil right above my crack of my buttocks for over 5 years. it would come and go. last year i started getting boils on my upper thighs as well. i went to gnc and bought the 500mg capsules and began taking them 3x per day. that was 1 week ago. at that time i had 4 boils. now... total count...0.
doctors have no idea about these treatments??? i hope they too are investgating your website and helping people instead of getting rich on our concerns. but, then agian they might have to give up their 60' boat or $500,000 car. i thank you so much for your dedication, knowledge and most of all your heart! i am sharing this with everyone i know because i believe this is a cure for many issues. thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I had him take turmeric 4 X a day 1 teas in a glass of water relief for him within hours. The boil was 1 1-2 inches across, sore and hard. In two days nearly gone. Thanks for the site!

Three infected pimples developed quickly into boils two weeks ago on the top of my right thigh close to my knee... I tried everything. Aloe Vera, Baking Soda, Garlic, Colloidal Silver, Hydrogen Peroxide... all topically. I even tried the bottle method. After a week of experimentation, I was limping badly because of the excessive pain. That's when I read about Turmeric. I'm taking TWO teaspoons SIX times a day in water, because I figure anything less is a sissy dose. The pain is completely gone, even though two boils still remain. But they are GREATLY reduced in size and almost no swelling. I've been on turmeric for about four days now. It works, just have patience. I'll try using some Neosporin topically soon to close these things up for good.

Turmeric cured my constant struggle in battling uncomfortable boils. I found this site in the midst of a painful attack from a giant boil on my forehead. The boil was hard, not coming to a head, growing everyday, very red and was causing severe headaches. On day 8 (when nothing was working like always- not even a hot compress) I found this site and ran to the grocery store to get turmeric. They only had the powder form so I bought 2 jars! First, I made a paste with some milk, applied it to the boil and covered with a band aide. Then I drank two lg warm glasses of water filled with a heaping teaspoon of the spice! Sure it tastes gross (and stains so don't drool or spit out the turmeric cocktail!)but when I woke the next morning, the boil was 1/2 the size and the pain was virtually gone. Yes, it was GONE! Now its my second full day on my turmeric diet and I feel like a new woman. Last night I put turmeric in my tea and I also had a glass in milk. I cant believe at 35, knowing how long I have struggled with boils and cysts, that I finally found this site--and relief-- better yet, a cure. I am going to share this information with others. Most importantly, I have purchased Neem and Turmeric capsules. I am going to incorporate them into my regular diet/vitamin regime to prevent the boils from recurring. Thank you so much for sharing this site; I can't thank you enough!

Turmeric worked. About a week and a half ago my mother developed some boils on her legs. since it was the weekend the doctors office was closed. My mother doesnt have any health insurance.so I went on this site to look for something that can help her for the next few days until I could get her in to the doctors. I went to Albertson and they didnt have it, so I went to GNC and purchased Turmeric tablets for about 22.00 dollars. she started taking it and I checked in with her everyday for about a week. She was amazed that she felt a lot better (she couldnt even walk before) and was walking fine. She went to the doctors and they told her she to take antibiotics for 20 days. She did tell me that she is truly amazed how these tablets worked. thank you for you wonderful site!

I've been suffering from monthly recurring boils for the past 6 months. Twice I've taken antibiotics and had the boils disappear, only to have them reappear a month or two later. This website was a blessing for me. I drank turmeric, took neem, and an Indian concoction called Safi. This did not make the boils disappear, but it made more stop from coming (before, without antibiotics, more boils would constantly emerge). I later bought Silver 100 from Invision International (seems to be the best one out there), and that has accelerated the healing process. I also had to eat yogurt, because of the detox-effect of silver. Yogurt happens to have acidophilus in it, which I've seen recommended here.
I have a tip on a 3-step external healing-process for a boil.
1) Use hot water to make the boil open,
2) Use baking soda to get rid of the infection and swelling (this is wonderful!), and
3) Use a mixture of turmeric and raw honey to accelerate wound healing.

My 9yr old daughter came to me a couple days ago with a very small pimple like bump on the back of her thigh. She said it hurt very bad when she sat down, so I thought it may be an infected hair follicle or something. I had her apply some heat and ice to it and I cleansed the area with antibacterial soap. The next day it was a small mountain on the back of her leg that was very swollen and hard. It had a head, so I squeezed it to rid her of some of the pain. Since draining it seems to cause the pain to subside a bit. Yesterday she woke up and it was even larger, it was near the size of a soda bottle cap. We had her apply heat to help with draining, and some ice to help with the swelling, plus more showers to wash it up with antibacterial soap. I went to work and returned 9 hours later, to find it was still as large as it was 9 hours prior. We did the shower thing again, and it started to drain in the shower on it's own. I came to the internet to find any help I could. It is hard to see a child in pain, especially because she had never had any type of skin imperfections ever before. I searched for "cure for boils", and I think your site was the third on the list. I checked out the other two, and still didn't find exactly what I was looking for. They were remedies I had tried in the past for myself, and I knew they wouldn't work quickly, if at all. So when I got to your site, I read everything there was to read and thought I need to try this. It was just a few minutes before the only grocery store in town closed, and I ran up there and bought 3 bottles of ground turmeric. I got home mixed up 1 tsp in a cup of warm water and had her drink it. She did not like the taste at all, but I encouraged her by drinking some with her. She finally got through it, and then it was time for bed. When she got up this morning I asked her how her leg was. We took off the bandage, and looked. I was absolutely stunned, I cannot even tell you how impressed I was. It was still a bit hard and red, but the swelling was completely gone. The entire back of her leg is now all flat, no more giant volcano back there. I could not believe my eyes, just 8 hours before that it was nearly a 1/2 high, and about as big around as a quarter and now it is flat. Also, I woke up with a stiff neck yesterday, rotating the mattress always seems to do that for me. After drinking the turmeric, the pain is nearly gone in my neck now. I thought it was odd coincidence until I looked up turmeric this morning and found it has anti-inflammatory agents in it. This is huge for me, as I don't like my family to take antibiotics and pain killers unless it is absolutely necessary. I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart! You are a Godsend!

Hi, I wrote yesterday to tell my "boil story" and started the Turmeric treatment last evening. The swelling of the largest boil has now subsided at least 50%! It is not nearly as painful as it was yesterday afternoon. I also used witch hazel on cotton underneath of my arms and then put Betadine on them and covered with a bandage. Then I used the heating pad for a couple of hours on and off. The smallest of the boils have no more pain and have reduced in size, too. Thanks so much! Sherry
