BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

I have been drinking the cherry juice for my gout and it worked good, but it spikes my blood sugar levels. I talked with my doctor about it and she said the cherry juice has about 50 mg of sugar per serving and recommended to try the Fruit Advantage cherry capsules because they have less then 1 gram of sugar in them. I have switched over to the capsules and my gout hasn't returned and my blood sugar is level now. If you are worried about your sugar levels, stay with the cherries, but try the capsules for the low sugar.
