Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation Method
Posted by Kevin (Nova Scotia) on 03/24/2016

I had asthma since the late 80's...Mainly used Symbicort 200...

In regards to taking Hydrogen Peroxide, I made the bad mistake of using it from the 3% at my local drug store which contains bad solvents and used that for my Asthma in my nebulizer machine a few years ago...After a couple of weeks, I could hardly walk and have been on my machine and taking Steroids daily ever since...I have been on antibiotics several times in the last year and as soon as they wear off, I'm feeling bad again...I now think I have COPD...So don't use DRUG store stuff...Make sure it's food grade...I'm a 61 year old male in Canada, thanks.

For my COPD, I put about twenty drops of 35% HP with my cpap water and it works great.

Also, my doctor told me to take 3 capsules of cayenne pepper plus apple cider vinegar. I have seen improvements.

I have been using 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide for my copd and it has all but gone completely. I put 3 drops of hydrogen peroxide in a 8 oz glass of water and drink it three times a day adding one drop daily until reaching 25 drops and then staying on 25 drops for 5 days and then working back one drops less each day until I reach 3 drops daily for one week. and then check your status.

I began 2 weeks ago nebulizing 35% Hydrogen Peroxide. I am amazed at the results. I have tried every prescripition drug available for asthma and COPD available in the US. The side effects were so horrible, I was unable to continue treatment. I finally decided that I had nothing too lose so I decided to try the Peroxide treatment. Here is what I did. Just to mention I only did this twice a day for two weeks. On Oct 17 and 18 2012, I have not used the nebulizer at all. I am totally amazed, no wheezing, coughing, or heavy chest. I sleep comfortably throughout the night, something I have not done in over 8 months. I have a nebulizer that was prescribed by my doctor, but I also have information on purchasing one without a prescription, but more on that later.

Here's what I did. In a glass measuring cup pour one ounce of 35% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide, then pour into a sterile glass jar. I used a canning jar that I sterilized in boiling water. Then I measured 11 ounces of purified water to the peroxide and mixed well with a plastic spoon. Put into refrigerator. To nebulizer add 1 ml peroxide solution and 1-1/2 ml purified water, shake gently to combine. I breathed this for one to 2 minutes two times per day with amazing results. In severe copd cases you may nebulize more often.

I have been doing more extensive research on alternative treatments for COPD and found that nebulizing buffered L-Gluthathione has been proven as an effective treatment for COPD. L-Gluthathione is a very potent anti inflammatory and antioxidant. The liposomal form is best for inhalation. I am going to try this next.

I will stay in touch as I test and try new treatments for COPD

After living with COPD for several years my condition recently got worst to the point that I could barely manage simple chores like taking out the garbage. 2 wks ago my Pulmonary Doctor told me to use Oxygen 24/7 and to use an Albuterol inhaler twice a day and as needed for emergencies.

A few days later I had a serious incident from trying to climb some stairs, and almost passed out. The next day I had another incident from a minor exertion. I believe that an angel must have directed me to the earthclinic web site because I found the Hydrogen Peroxide treatment there. I am lucky enough to have a better system to administer the Hydrogen Peroxide than using asquirt bottle. I have a machine for my Sleep Apnea where I sleep with a mask that covers my nose and mouth and the machine provides positive air pressure to keep my wind pipe open. The machine also has a water tank of about 6 oz to keep the air moisturized.

I began my treatment with standard drug store 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, and dialuted it 50/50 with filtered water. I braethed that mixture for 8 hours that night and in the morning my lungs were clear. I didn't have the usual coughing fit to clear my lungs of mucus. The next night I used a 30% mixture instead of 50% and the results were just as good. I stopped using my hand held inhalers entierly. I again cut the dose down to 20% and still had the great results.

On the 10th day I awoke with so much energy that I changed the bed sheets, vacuumed the floor and cleaned the bath room. 2 weeks before this I could barely walk across the room.

The Peroxide treatment is a blessing to me.

Actually very good for covid as well - the quinine works like a hydroxychloroquine substitute (the "quin" at the end refers to the quinine). I have added organic lemon pulp to the grapefruit - and the recipe I followed indicated you should not lift the lid for a few hours after the boiling process. I think the suggestion to freeze in cubes is excellent as you can just thaw out a small amount that way. My grandma called this grapefruit bitters and it's a tried and true remedy for all kinds of cold and flu symptoms.

ORH, I certainly hope the information helps. I found it interesting that his CHF seemed to be linked to an undiagnosed hypothyroid issue and that was the key to resolving it. Apparently, his thyroid blood tests appeared in the "normal" range...but as we know a lot of these lab tests are not worth the paper they are printed on. Magnesium is a great example...because your body will pull magnesium from organs to regulate blood levels the blood tests never show a deficiency even when a severe one exists. The Nature-Throid web site has a search engine to find Doctors near you that prescribe it.

Barometric Pressure and COPD

I've been reading EC for a couple of months. Love this site. I have COPD. Supposedly in final stage. But, I'm pretty stubborn. Was already doing common sense things (diet, vitamins, etc.) when I found EC. Now I've added Hydrogen Peroxide (HP aka H2O2) and Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) with Baking Soda (BS). Am doing much better with these additions. Here's my big question: Does anyone else have issues with humidity and air pressure? I can have a pretty good day, then when the sun goes down and the humidity rises, my breathing becomes labored. Same when a rain or snow storm is coming. My breathing is acting like a barometer. All ideas welcome! Just like all of you out there in EC Land, I thank God several times a day for this site.

Buteyko Breathing Method

I have copd for about 7 years diagnosed. I have never taken any inhalers or medication for it. I only took Bill Monroe's hydrogen peroxide by spraying in throat, but things were not getting better even though Bill peroxide helped. I started experiencing high anxiety and shortness of breath, I even went so far as to buy a very expensive oxygen concentrator. I read how my co2 was the problem and causing my shortness of breath. So I went to Google and tried to find out how to reduce my co2, Boy did I get a shock when I found out that co2 is a good thing and not bad!!! What? The problem was the co2 was being trapped in the lungs and not able to get into the blood where it was needed. I was told we are all overbreathing or hyperventilating. The doctor who found all of this out and was the discover was Doctor Buteyko. If you look up Buteyko breathing and do a search you will find all the information you need. By the way, I have never used my $2,500 dollar oxygen machine. My bronchitis is gone I am walking 1 mile with very little discomfort I am sleeping better at night and anxiety is at a minimal.

For those of you who won't look this up I will give you a very simple exercise to do at least 2 time a day or whenever you think of it. The more you do the better you feel. Keep your mouth closed at all times!!! The feel of smothering with leave, sneeze through your nose and cough through your nose. You can yawn through your mouth. Take a small breath in and a small breath out and then hold for 5 SECONDS.

The best to you all, Yolanda

Hi Pamela. Sorry to hear that you have run into problems with using H202. I suspect though, that you could be using the wrong kind of Peroxide. You mentioned that you purchased 3% peroxide called Gold Cross which sounds like a chemist/pharmacy bought product to me which is the wrong king.

The pharmacy bought product will contain what is called stabilizers, added chemicals! These you do not need. The Peroxide that you should be using is 35% food grade with no stabilizers and this you will dilute down to 3% and then you can inhale or drink in this form. Do not use in the 35% form, always dilute. In Australia there are many sites online that you can buy the 35% food grade H202, so search out one of these and when you receive your bottle keep it in the freezer to retain the potency. This should not burn your throat, a bleach type taste is normal, and you certainly will notice changes in your condition. So keep the gold cross for other purposes. All the best.

definitely 3 %. I don't feel that this message is clear enough to readers, so I want to say for all readers - 35% H2O2 will burn a hole in your skin - that means it will perforate your throat, larynx and lungs. NEVER TOUCH 35% HYDROGEN PEROXIDE. Wear gloves when mixing it with distilled water - one part H2O2 to 11 parts distilled water.

DAVID, ORH here, and I too spoke with Bill Munro many years ago. I had e mailed him and he called me. What a delightful gentleman. I moved from his hydrogen peroxide delivery system to a nebulizer a few years ago. Thought I was pretty savvy, but this video sent me to school about increasing the effectiveness with Vit C. This is one of the most informative sessions I have ever watched in my long life. I was aware that most women's breast cancer is due to the toxins in their teeth and gums, but did not realize that this is also a root cause of heart problems. This doctor advocates using a dental pick containing hydrogen peroxide as a cheap and natural way to address these problems. Here's the article.

Me, I'm going to jump on this with both feet. Not hearsay, but two doctors discussing how to help avoid heart disease and cancer. ==ORH==

DMSO, Colloidal Silver
Posted by Dave (Fountain Inn, Sc) on 09/05/2013

As far as usage of DMSO in a nebuliser, you'd want to dilute significantly... 5 parts purified water... Distilled... To 1 part DMSO. I've read widely that you should not use Hydrogen Peroxide with DMSO while using in a nebuliser. Posts on Earth Clinic discuss this. Please read them. I regularly use a nebuliser with Colloidal Silver but have not used it with DMSO in a nebuliser. And I regularly use DMSO when I want it to act as a carrier. Also DMSO can be used as described on the Jacobs/60 Minutes/Youtube site.

Also "Ted" who regularly writes on Earth Clinic discussed DMSO relative to use to disolve "tar" in the lungs... But it is his THEORY. Please read him yourself... I don't want to speak for him.

If you do use DMSO in a nebuliser... Only use it once... A few light breaths... And see if there is any problem. Wait for a while... Even hours to make SURE the DMSO isn't causing a new problem. After all, if the lungs starts letting loose the tar (if that's what you're after) then doesn't it make sense to do this VERY gradually?

And one last thing: Do you know that DMSO will penetrate directly into what ever you apply it to? So why wouldn't the DMSO work if just applied (diluted) onto the chest... Letting it go into the lungs via the skin? (Diluted... Or it will sting the skin. ) Just a thought.

BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

My father is 66 years old and has been smoking from the age of 18 except for a small period of four years from 2007 when he had his coronary bypass. He was diagnosed with COPD last year and his symptoms have been worsening- Constant wheezing and phlegm, frequent infection of respiratory tube/ food pipe, resistance to antibiotics, recently episodes of fast/heavy breathing, flapping tremors which I'm told is a symptom of Hypoxia. He takes Deriphilin steroids when his attacks get worse; but they have become so frequent( at least once every 3/4 weeks) that he has developed Cushing's ( buffalo hump, moon face, emaciated limbs).

Five days back I started him on Colloidal silver - he nebulizes 2.5 ml every day. The third day he developed Fever, weakness, flu-like symptoms which was a Detox reaction, I guess, from the CS killing the pathogens. His fever is better in the last 2 days, and his phlegm seems to have reduced but he still has constant wheezing. Hope that things will get better. Will keep updating. Hopefully it may help some one. God bless this site and all the people who contribute to it!!!

Hydrogen Peroxide inhalation for COPD

Hello, My name is Maggie and I live in Massachusetts. I am writing because I finally decided to take a chance on inhaling hydrogen peroxide for my COPD. I have been sick every Winter since I was 26 (16 years). I have tried diet change, steroids, antibiotics, supplements (with some success) and every other alternative offered to me. I have used your website for other ailments, but thought this was a little crazy. However, I have been using this method for 3 weeks and have NEVER felt this good in the Winter. I have also stopped using my rescue inhaler (down from 6-7 times a day) and am not taking any medications. I will be personally sending an email to Bill Munro, who is now my hero. Just when I finally began to accept that I was going to be another statistic (surviving as many Winters as I could handle until my disease did me in, as it did my father), a miracle falls into my lap! I will do this treatment for the rest of my life and I will recommend it to EVERYONE who ever complains to me of bronchitis, asthma, or any other form of COPD. Thank you Earth Clinic and thank you Bill Munroe for giving me a chance to live my life, instead of biding my time!!!

I have emphysema. I get tested every 6 months to check the oxygen in my lungs.. Before I inhaled 3% peroxide my test prove my COPD was getting worse... But this time, after inhaling peroxide for three weeks my lungs have greatly improved. My pulmonologist was impressed at the technician's report that he tested me on difficult state of the art machines that measure the capacity of air in each test and he indeed reported much better than the previous three years.

I didn't tell her what I was doing. I was afraid she would try and stop me... Joan

Daphne, it is my understanding that all citrus fruit has some level of Quinine in it but grapefruit pith has the highest. The quinine is part of what gives grapefruit its bitterness. I believe pomellos are sweeter so it may have less in it.

Colloidal Silver, Hydrogen Peroxide

Hi Lorie,

Oral colloidal silver (AgNPs) are not likely to get any useful amount of AgNPs into the lungs. The only way I have managed to have an impact on the lungs with AgNPs is via inhalation of AgNPs using a cold process small room vaporizer/humidifier. A nebulizer will work, but it is slower because of smaller delivery volume than the cold process vaporizer/humidifier.

A word of caution though, you cannot use the hydrogen peroxide (HP) at the same time as AgNPs because the HP will destroy real colloidal silver in seconds.

For myself, if I was going to try and use both, I might experiment on myself by alternating a week of HP inhalation and a week of AgNPs. If I was going to do this everyday to myself, I would limit my AgNP dose to twice a day for the first week and then once a day after the first week. After the second week I might switch to one application every other day.

If after a month or so I determined improvement when using one substance over the other, I might consider switching to the better substance only, but that's just how I look at it.

I will soon be writing a post about COPD which will offer another supplement worth considering. Keep an eye out for that!

You should always check with your doctor or professional health care provider to make sure that such use of HP and AgNPs is safe for you.

I was never diagnosed with COPD but ever since I was a child I couldn't go into steam rooms without almost passing out. Hot showers will do that to if the bathroom isnt well ventilated. Humidity weather wise is a no go also. I can't function and have a hard time breathing. Lower elevation or below sea level causes issues also. I hope the Hydrogen peroxide mixture helps you have a better quality of life. I'd like to try it but I know nothing about it and would have to find someone to teach me how to do it.

Carolyn, my DH has copd & has been on oxygen for some time now. When he inhales the H2O2 from the mist bottle it makes his shortness of breath worse. He takes blackstrap molasses daily along with vit D3 & C and also uses NAC. He always feels better after taking these (we get powders that he can put in water or juice, so easy to take). This is a progressive disease, but careful management can help you live longer and avoid complications.

Do what you must to manage this. Have you looked into pulmonary rehab? It's covered by most insurance and they teach you various exercises to keep you strong, ways to perform various activities to minimize shortness of breath, a lot about various medications and strategies for taking them, when to call the dr and when to deal with it yourself.

A good support system is really important. Try to have someone with you for all appointments, it takes 2 sets of ears to hear and remember. Good Luck.

After reading a bit more on that website I had found as well as this earth clinic website. I think I also need to use the nebulizer with the H202 and also use it in the diffuser. It has to get into the lungs and bronchials to kill the bugs.

When I first began trying to combat this ailment, I thought maybe I had CHF... so I had done some research and found 4 supplements to help with CHF. On the COPD website listed in my first comment, I found there are specific supplements that will help for COPD... He mentions them also in his book. But, I have to say the ones I am using that help with CHF also help with COPD. All I'm saying is, don't skip the supplements that are mentioned. There are also breathing exercises that can be done. So, when you combine everything, its a full protocol that can help.

Another thing, I wanted to know is if COPD could be reversed. The guy who wrote the book says it can and he did heal his mom's COPD which also included emphysema. I sure hope it can cuz it is a debilitating ailment.

This is the website with the essential oil/homeopathic remedy I found specifically for COPD. Its a bit pricey... and comes from the UK. I'm still waiting for it. Instructions on how to use it are included.

https://homeopathicremedyfinder.com/shop/respiratory/copd-treatment-homeopathy/

Just saw this one today for emphysema. I have not purchased this... but I might later if I feel it necessary. First wanna see how the COPD remedy will work.

If you are a smoker... you've got to quit smoking. The video listed in my first post explains why and how it can lead to COPD.

Interested in hearing theories on this. Ted maintains that Dmso has the potential to dissolve tar in the lungs. Recent studies with lab rats have found that using a retin A substance injected into the rats allowed them to regenerate new alveoli and cured them of induced emphysema. Since we know that dmso penetrates the skin directly, what might be the potential of mixing 2% retin A (tretinoin) into a 50% dmso gel and using this transdermally on the chest. Any thoughts on this?

WARNING!

I have copd and I kept reading of h2o2 inhulation therapy. I started Bill Munro's regime, but not faithfully. One weekend I decided to go at it aggressively. I did the nasal spray in the throat, plus I added it to my nebulizer. A little works, so A LOT should really do it, right ? I did not measure it, I just added h202 straight. Did not help my breathing because I had loosened whatever is in my lungs, and blocked my air. My husband had to call 911. My O2 was in the 50's and I blacked out. Had to be on by-pap for 2 days.

I am not telling anyone not to do the inhulation, I am saying do not try to over do it for faster results!! I may even try it again, but follow the instructions that were so clearly given.

May I suggest, when performing a breathing treatment, H2O2, CS, DMSO, whatever, exhale as deeply as possible, inhale as deeply as possible and hold up to 10 seconds. As we repeat the process, we begin to breath in deeper and deeper, getting our chosen solution to the bottom of our lungs. Normal breathing only goes down into our lungs about 20% - 30% of their capacity.

I have been using DMSO and colloidal silver for two or three weeks now. There have been several days that I had to use an albuterol inhaler once a day due to wheezing but that is so much better than using a nebulizer 4-5a day wit albuterol! So....I am using DMSO and colloidal silver twice a day in my nebulizer. I mix 3cc of DMSO, 7CC COLLOIDOL SIVER AND 3cc. Purified water. I put 2cc of this mix in the nebulizer twice day as previously stated. I cough up yellow stuff many times a day, which I believe is residue from previous lung infections. I now have hope for a better quality of life for many years. I am stronger than I was a week before starting this treatment. I am also going to be starting MSM soon for asthma and allergies And various aches and pains.

I am 63 and have severe COPD from smoking since I was about 16. I've had chronic bronchitis for a number of years and recently found some articles on using N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) for clearing phlem, so I bought some from a local health food store. I've been taking 1200mg/day and am amazed at the results - after just one day I was coughing up a lot, but the phlem was foamy rather than thick and sticky. It's been over a week now that I've been taking the NAC and my coughing has lessened significantly. I am now also taking serrapeptase and niacin.

I was recently given a nebulizer machine by someone who's friend passed away from his COPD (he was 81 and had three nasty bouts of pneumonia) and have ordered some hoses/mouthpieces and some liquid DMSO, MSM and colloidal silver to try Ted's DMSO treatments to further help clear my lungs. I'll post an update after a few weeks.

Ref: COPD - 74 years old

I started drinking H/P - H202 just over one week ago so far I feel good with no problems or side effects, I bring up copious amount of mucus, and even though I need oxygen at times I cope well without it so far.

I must point out, never take Hydrogen Peroxide at full strength of 35% - always dilute. In my case, I use 200ml distilled water to 3 drops 35% 3 times a day and increase as per protocol.

Please read as much as you can on Hydrogen Peroxide before you start taking it scroll down the latest post and you find the protocol of use.

They fabricated a 12 year old girl that was killed by using H202. Only recently has this "staged" death come to light. Is there a limit to the evil of greed? We have been singularly honoured by the inspirational public service of a man like TED. He has and does share with us a fantastic insight into natural cures and nature.

The above is my "Sincere thank you Ted"

The study of H202 would be most rewarding and there are books available on this versitile Natural gift to mankind, go for it, please

re: COPD & Lung Cancer and virgin coconut oil -- I found almost immediate relief from thick mucous taking VCO. I started out with 1 T. with each meal, sometimes in tea or room temp juice. It thins the mucous making it easy to cough up. I also drink 2 quarts of water in addition to the VCO. The water alone did not help. My nasal passages are both open for the first time in years and breathing is much easier. VCO makes the skin lovely.

Did you mean to say this is a 'cure' for COPD, or rather something to help with the symptoms? COPD stands for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. It is progressive, and includes things like chronic Bronchitis, and Emphysema, which involves damage to the lungs. It may or may not be due to smoking. It is diagnosed with an extensive Pulmonary Lung Function Test, as well as other diagnostic tools, like CT scans, blood tests, etc. If this tea is a 'cure', it would be truly a miracle. None has been found, to date. I can imagine this grapefruit tea may help with some symptoms of a flare up, and I will give it a try!

BEVILE N C, ORH here, I'm good.... but you may be better. Have done all the protocols you say but have not found a natural solution for my CHF. I would appreciate your ideas on this subject. ====ORH====

Gina,

Nature's Way. I have also tried Zazzee brand but I don't think it worked as well.

Have to mention this tho... The 1-star reviews of his book on Amazon are pretty brutal. I'm in the habit of reading those first cuz sometimes you can get the real truth about a product. Some of them are nonsense, but some are not. You'll have to decide for yourself.
