Hi. I have found that taking cell food was causing me to get outbreaks! I wasn't sure until I stopped taking it for a while then started taking it again. Sure enough, after the first day of taking it, I got an outbreak. Happens with stabilized liquid oxygen too. Not sure if the oxygen brings the virus out to kill it or what, but will not use it anymore as I don't want anymore outbreaks.
