Four Thieves essential oil for Herpes type viruses.
At the first sign of discomfort, rub Four Thieves on the base of spine. Do this at your convenience through out the day. Takes 48 hours for all symptoms to disappear. WARNING: this oil can burn! Test it out on you skin first and wait a while after taking a shower due to pores being open (more likely to burn). I hope this works for others as well as it has worked for me. Also, no need to buy the most expensive brand!
