Let me start by saying this is no attempt to CURE HSV-2. My plan is to boost my immune system to the point where the IGG specific anitbodies no longer indicate HSV-2 in my body on paper.
I do realize that I will always carry these anti-bodies, but what makes this virus any different than a common cold or chicken pox? We carry these anti-bodies with us, but we aren't cosidered sick...right?!
My current level is 1.36. You have to be over. 90 to be considered positive. 5.0 is considered the cut off mark & indicates a high level of antibodies in the blood. Antibody levels are raised when the viral load has peaked, ususally when a person has an outbreak.
I have had ZERO outbreaks (knock on wood) & my antibody level is considerably low. So I've concluded that my viral count is low as well. My plan is to get re-tested after 3 months of immunity boosting therapy. If successful my IGG anitbody will be below. 90 and I will be HSV-2 free...technically.
After some research I came up with a list of anti-viral herbs & supplements as well as anti-oxidant rich foods to boost immunity.
Lysine
Zinc
Vitamin C
Lecithin
Echinacea
Lemon balm
Oil of Oregano
Andrographis
Red beans
Blueberries
Cranberries
Vitamin E
Vitamin A
None of these supplements can hurt you, they can only help boost your immunity. A stronger immune system can eliminate outbreaks!!! I refuse to run around with the label of having Herpes if there is nothing to show for it. I am also abstaining from sex. I am integrating oil pulling (sunflower oil) into my regimine. I will start after one month of boosting my immune system, only because I don't want to risk exacerbating symptoms that are currently suppressed.
I'll keep you updated on my progress & will also let you know if my antibody test comes back negative. Wish me luck!!!

I've had HPV for around 5 years now and I am not one of those "lucky" people who have outbreaks or just one cluster that disappears on its own. I have 2 sets, one on each inner lip of my vagina. One side is one larger cluster of about 3 or 4 and then 2 small single ones below it and the other side is about 6 or 7 single ones in a straight row and both on the bottom half towards my perineum. I've been lucky over the years that they haven't spread but also unlucky in the fact that they've stayed put since the day they appeared. I just sort of "lived" with them being there as I couldn't afford all the expensive treatments and creams. I found this site about 2 years ago and read everyone's great success with ACV. Unfortunately I haven't had the greatest lifestyle to accompany constant treatment so up until now I've attempted it a few times but this time I've decided to go in with the big guns, so to speak.
Like I said this is not a 3 day success story, or even a week. I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now.
I really want to stress that just because you don't have the instant results that others do, DON'T GIVE UP! I'm going to share my story and results in hopes that maybe it helps someone else with more resistant warts.
Everyday I do the following: (and keep in mind these are specific to me. Adjust times, amounts, dilutions etc. to fit your own comfort level if necessary.)
I start with vitamins: vitamin c, d, e; l-lysine; garlic pills; and a multi-vitamin.
Everyday and in between each treatment I clean the area thoroughly (and I mean whole area, in between, on the warts themselves-everything. STAY AWAY from getting inside unless you have a very high tolerance for awful stinging pain) with 91% isopropyl alcohol. Keep in mind that after you have already started treatment, if the warts are sensitive or raw or anything like that, IT WILL STING! Before I do anything else, I apply either vitamin e oil or a diaper rash like cream to the immediate surrounding areas to avoid any swelling or irritation of unaffected skin. Then I make a paste out of aspirin (6 to 12 works fine for me-make sure you crush them REALLY good into a fine powder), add ACV (apple cider vinegar) in tiny amounts until you have the consistency you want, then I squeeze out a large capsule of vitamin e oil and mix it in well. Take some cotton balls and size it out to the area(s) you need to cover, then saturate one side of the cotton in the mixture. Make sure it's not too pasty and dry because you need it to be wet so it'll really get on there and do some damage. It will dry on later. Personally, I tape the cotton on with some medical tape and leave it on depending on my schedule; all day or a couple of hours and always overnight and keep it secure with some breathable cotton underwear. Depending on your level of pain tolerance, it can and probably will be very stingy. The very first time for me did not hurt but the more irritated the warts get, it increases. In between treatments I apply pure tea tree oil, undiluted to the warts with a q-tip, making sure to get in between and all over. Not everyone can use TTO undiluted so it's best to check before you do that. Otherwise you can dilute it with a bit of water.
I've been at it for about 3 weeks constantly now and I'm having great results. There are definitely little pieces falling off here and there but this is how it's gone from beginning to now: first time-turned white, then eventually they became hard and a darker off white-greyish color, then tiny black spots all over, still hard. Eventually mine became very scabby and large layers of them started peeling off like a sunburn. I've also noticed a big reduction in size. They just seem to be shrinking and coming off in layers instead of just falling off. I've been told the best thing you can do is damage them and keep kickin' em while they're down. It's definitely not comfortable and I don't love the smell of ACV but I'm seeing a dramatic improvement. Hopefully this keeps up and ill post back again when I have some new results. Good luck :)

I knew what I had was either herpes, or warts, but when I did research it didn't sound like herpes at all. True it wasn't as bad as the HPV pics I saw, but I knew that I had to have that. Well I don't know how I got here but I found this site this weekend, and figured hell I have organic ACV. So I've started.
When I'm home I soak cotton balls in Apple Cider Vinegar and apply directly to the spot, I can't use a band aid because they area they are is weird. But I clench that area closed tight for at least an hour.
Right now it's burning. But I can take it. During the day I use a asprin, ACV, vit E, and an essential oil and make a past apply to the area and go to work. You can't smell the mix, but I can bare dealing with it all day.
Just after one day I was able to take a bath wash the area and 2 warts have dislodged themselves already. I have about 4-6 more. I'm hoping that in 2 weeks everything will be gone.
Please try it! I didn't think it would work for me, but it is!!!

So, here is another disease, caused by a lipid coated virus, that BHT has proven itself to be an effective treatment for. Like fatcha brute says: THIS STUFF REALLY DOES WORK. He is also one of the success stories of BHT as a treatment for hepatitis C. Thank you so very much for reporting back into THIS forum with your results Teru....Oscar

I upgraded to strong adhesive waterproof medical tape and instead of just ACV, I made a solution of ACV and added a few splashes of Tea Tree Oil. I soaked the cotton balls in the concoction, covered the several areas of warts and covered my penis with tape. I mean covered. The tape was not coming off this time (I did tape a little tighter near the head of my penis to avoid any irritation caused by excess fluid. ) I didn't sleep much that night. I have a high pain tolerance but that was some of the worst pain I have ever felt. I tossed and turned but I knew a few nights of suffering would be worth it. I woke up the next morning in pain and immediately tore off the bandages. The areas covered with cotton balls were greenish/bluish gray. I was quite nervous. I thought maybe I had wrapped it too tight and cut off some circulation or not allowed any air to penetrate. Needless to say I did more research online and didn't find anything strange. I kept going with the treatment. The next few nights I couldn't even keep the bandages on all night due to the pain, but I wore the ACV and tea tree oil mixture for several hours during the day. The whole time I made sure to keep the area clean and put neosporin on when not saturating with ACV and TTO. Within a week or so my skin was raw and hurt. I decided to stop treating the area, but continued wearing neosporin.
After the area healed some I treated again, but focued more on using tea tree oil. In fact, I rarely wore ACV again and found TTO to be generally more pleasant, although it still hurt.
I finally stopped all treatment after a little over a week of vigorous treatments and a lot of pain. The skin took over three weeks to heal back, but two months later I am completely wart free.
However, I must warn that I do have one small scar and a larger sized scar on the shaft of my penis. If you are going to do this treatment get some scar reducing cream right away and apply as soon as the wound has healed enough.
I pray the warts don't come back because this treament is PAINFUL. However, it was completely worth the pain for me.
I don't have a certain recipe for the TTO and ACV mixture nor a certain schedule I followed.
1) Start with the mix at night and wear for as long as possible
2) Let breathe during the whole day or do another round of treatment for a few hours
3) Make sure you are constantly keeping the area clean and use triple antibiotic cream (Neosporin)
4)Shift towards TTO once the skin is raw
5) Neosporin and scar gel
Good luck and stick with the treatment!
I also want to thank everyone for their input. This disease is embarrassing, but thanks to everyone that submitted their story, everyone can hopefully treat, if not cure themselves. Thanks to everyone and Earth Clinic
Go see your doctor. If he wants to freeze it or burn it off, say no. We hate warts and we hate them down there and are eager to get rid of them ASAP. But don't be greedy, be patient. Or you will be very, very sorry, and will feel stupid for practicing medicine with stuff you read on the internet. ACV might be fine for warts on your hands, but please know that the only way to truly get rid of warts is to have your immune system fight them. Keeping them moist with oil or antibiotic ointment can increase circulation which helps your immune system fight them. Once your immune system wins, they will fall off. I tried to do it myself b/c I thought I would have a scar if I went to the doctor and he froze/burned it off. Now I have an enormous scar, and sense of major regret. If doctors recommended ACV, they would be sued. Please don't think you'll find the secret on the internet - boost your immune system and go see a doctor ASAP.
Multiple Remedies
I was almost completely convinced when about 3 weeks ago the warts returned in the same place. I knew then it must be GW and I must see a gyno immediately. After having much trouble with my insurance I finally saw a doctor that confirmed I had HPV. By then, I had emotionally prepared myself enough to take the news rather calmly. While there they froze off the most obvious ones. I took the pain like a champ! The nurse eased my thoughts a lot when she told me she has HPV as well. But it didn't end there. I began to freak out thinking I had other stds. So I jumped on the bandwagon of getting tested for EVERYTHING, including HIV. All were negative and I thought to myself if a few treatable warts is all I have to deal with, thank the lord!! It could be worse people!
The nurse told me give it two weeks and they would fall off. I thought, no way, they're going to be gone tomorrow!
I ran to this website and using my own pantry I began treatment:
Beggining two weeks ago, I made a paste of the ACV, vitamin E oil I use on my skin, and because I had no aspirin I used crushed vitamin c tablets. I rinsed the skin clean with water mixed wth ACV and then applied the paste in the morning and before going to bed. 2 days later what was supposed to take two weeks didn't! The warts fell off. For the next few days I noticed a few little ones sprouting up and became discouraged. I also noticed there were some at the entrance of my vagina and became even more disappointed. I remained positive and continued the external treatment. Making sure to wash my hands a gazillion times as if I was performing surgery. Do this to prevent spreading!
In one week I took care of all the outer ones. This past week I began applying the paste directly to the internal warts. A word of caution is only do this every two days or so because it nearly burned my skin bleeding raw. In between days I used coconut oil to help the skin heal. The warts are almost all gone. Probably another week and I'll be back to brand new.
Knowledge is power and in total it will take me less than a month to go from diagnosis to wart freedom.
Also from day one of diagnosis I started taking a whole food multivitamin, Omega 3, two 500 mg vitamin C tablets, 1500 mg Garlic pills, an Elderberry, Echinecea and Green Tea extract blend daily, Olive Leaf extract daily, and a few drops of colloidal silver daily. I also drink a cup of green tea nightly before bed and eat very healthy. I also began a monthly douching regimen of ACV, water, and a few bags of green tea thrown in the tub water. I also plan on going to see a homeopath doctor soon and get even more remedies.
I also would like to add some facts I learned of HPV (genital wart strain):
Condoms do not protect you from it, as it is transmitted through skin contact and from just about anything, including sharing towels. It is EXTREMELY common. 80% of people have some strain the HPV virus, just like herpes 1. 3 out of 4 sexually active individuals will have HPV at some point. And around 15-20% are carrying it now (likely do not know it). There is no test for men, and men often show no symptoms so they are silent carriers (dont mean to scare, but yeah). Unless you are vacinated, HPV is virtually unpreventable so don't think you are the only unlucky one! :p
Lessons learned from my diagnosis:
-Get tested for stds regularly! Have all your partners tested before you do anything!
-It could be worse and you should be grateful! Use this experience as a chance to realize our health is not expendable!
-You are not alone! And don't be afraid to tell people! I found out in my own circle of friends there are two with HPV!
-I felt joy because now I have become closer to God and thank him everyday that he made me see how important I am to myself! I have developed more drive in life.
-And if you still feel low about your diagnosis, turn on the news! Murders, major diseases, wars. And you worry about a wart? :p
And finally, those of you that are here just like I was thinking you MIGHT have this, please go to the doctor. It will not do you any good to be in denial. In the case that you have it, Just get the results, get the facts, and get to work!
God bless!!

Apple Cider Vinegar, Tea Tree Oil, Supplements
★★★★☆
Since I don't really have the funds to go the doctor to get them removed, I started researching home remedies. Like so many others I came across the apple cider vinegar remedy. Since my life is more often than not extremely hectic, I've tried it many times but never kept up with it.
Finally I'm trying to keep on top of it this time so this is what I'm doing:
Vitamins: (because immune system is key to kicking this things butt)
Vitamin E, Vitamin C, L-Lysine, Odorless Garlic Pills, Vitamin D... Also a TON of water and green tea everyday. I'm really trying to quit smoking also, but still working on it.
ACV and tea tree oil combo: Before doing anything, first clean the area - I use alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. DO NOT do this if you have any open wounds or highly irritated skin because it WILL HURT!! To avoid irritating the surrounding skin, I cover the other areas in diaper rash cream or vitamin e oil. First, I take a cotton ball and make sure to cover all the warts in tea tree oil. (it irritates some peoples skin, so you can dilute it with a bit water if you need to. ) Next, I soak a cotton ball in ACV and stretch it out to the size I need in order to cover the entire area. Then I tape it down with medical tape (you can use band aids or something else like that - but be careful in that area because it'll hurt coming off! ) I personally leave mine on for large blocks of time, changing it when I go to the bathroom, take a shower or after keeping it on overnight. The important thing to remember is to keep the area as clean as possible and do not let the dressings get wet. The warts thrive on moisture. Usually after the first full day, the warts start to turn back in spots and eventually the whole thing will. They also tend to get hard. The tiny ones seem to shrink in size and eventually disappear. Im at the turning back and hard phase right now so I'll check back soon when I get some substantial results and let everyone know how it goes.
Disclaimer: ACV has a tendency to sting especially if you have any warts that are irritated at all. I personally don't have a low pain tolerance so it really wasn't that bad for me. Everyone is different. Its proabably wise to take a break for a couple days every other week especially if you are experiencing a lot of irritation or burning. Diaper rash cream with zinc oxide in it is a great thing to put on whole area, warts and all, in the meantime during breaks.
I'll check back soon with a report and good luck to everyone else! Have patience.
Well now this thing on my anus has consumed my mind, and getting rid of it and making sure it never comes back has become almost an obsession. I found this forum and that very night I tried using the ACV method that so many people have written about.
The first night I dipped a piece of cotton in the ACV then taped it to the wart and the surrounding area. It didn't sting or hurt, went to bed with it. The next morning I found the top layer of the ward had gone white and even bits of it had turned gray. How much was for the ACV and how much from the freezing, I can't be sure. But I tried it again for the next two nights. By the third night it was stinging like hell. I think some of the ACV had irritated the skin around the wart which was red. Makes it difficult to move around when the irritated skin rubs up against anything. However the wart itself which seemed like it was almost a little coil shape had begun to change size. The black bits came off in the shower and I can see it's getting smaller. After every ACV application I can see the skin turns white, and then gray. I've done this for 4 nights now, I'd say of that big wart has decreased about 40-50%. Some of the skin around it also turned slightly white but I'm not sure if those are warts that were just flat/unseen or skin that's been irritated.
The skin around it is raw so I've been using neosporin on it which helped sooth the skin. I'm going to try this again tonight, maybe use a smaller piece directly on the wart and try to avoid any other part of the skin.
I have to say this has been a very psychologically and physically humiliating experience. I can only hope that there's no recurrence and that I can get rid of this for good. I know it's down to ones immune system to fight off the HPV virus, that's why I've also decided to completely change my diet and my bodies internal environment so I can make it impossible for this to ever thrive again! I've read up on the bodies ph balance and have a feeling I have a very acidic internal environment which is perfect for viruses and other bacteria to thrive in. Drinking things like coffee, eating foods high in starch and sugar all contribute to this. So I've been eating more alkaline producing food, started taking ACV as a shot twice a day, and packing up on the vitamins. I'm hoping within a week or two this will become a distant memory! I'll keep everyone posted about the progress. Thanks again for the support and for everyone who shared their story!

I've tried ACV, and it worked, temporarily. I think I just didn't follow through enough. I've tried black salve, and that stung like crazy, and the warts became bigger instead of smaller. I've tried freezing several times which would cause the area to turn black and the wart to come off, but the bigger ones kept coming back. I used tea tree oil, but that didn't seem to work at all for me, and I could always smell it.
Then I read posts on just warts, and saw many posts on the effectiveness of hydrogen peroxide, and since I had some food grade H2O2, 35%, on hand I thought I'd give it a try. This strength of hydrogen peroxide is not recommened, but I didn't care. It has been 6 months since I first noticed them, and I want them gone. I would use a q-tip to apply directly to the warts, and it would sting like crazy. I would apply at least once a day, but usually twice, and sometimes more depending on if it was a workday or weekend. After the first couple applications, the warts were noticeably smaller. Now after a week there is no raised area left. I still will apply to the pinkish area left until there is no immediate reaction from the hydrogen peroxide, just to be sure I got it all. At least thats what I'm hoping. I will post again in the near future with updates, but as of this post, I'm pretty certain its going to work! Best of luck.

05/26/2008: El Ahr from Cairo, Illinois writes: "Genital Warts: (This is long but it is WORTH THE READ. I DETAIL HOW TO MAKE THOSE WARTS DISAPPEAR FOR GOOD!!! Don't waste your money on any gimmicks - this advice is free and it worked for me).
I was a HUGE skeptic when I first decided to try a home remedy for my warts. When I first realized I had warts on the shaft of my penis, I cried with shame. I scoured the internet, did tons of research and panic took over as I sought a way to get rid of this taboo STD. And if you stumbled across this website, I'm pretty sure you've felt the exact same thing I've just described. But ladies and gentlemen, SAVE YOURSELF THE EMBARRASSMENT of having genital warts a part of your medical history. Before you go see a doctor, relax, take a deep breath, and from this moment forward, put yourself in a POSITIVE state of mind because everything is going to be alright. I found this site MONTHS AGO, but I have waited to post until now (three months later) just to be sure this wasn't a fluke.
To begin, everybody's body is made up a little different, but I swear on everything that is holy and dear to me, this worked for me and I feel like a new man. I followed this procedure and by the third day, my warts fell off:
First, start off by taking a nice warm shower. Clean your whole body, and pay special attention to the area with warts. I suggest taking a bottle of hydrogen peroxide in the shower with you so that after you're done soaping up and rinsing, you can poor it directly on the area just to kill off any wart particles that may cause the nastiness to spread. After your shower, dry off. Get some regular sized bandages, some cottonballs, and some Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). ACV is cheap and any kind will work. Take a bandage and cut a strip of the adhesive part off the bandage. This strip will serve as "tape" to hold the cottonball in place. Then, take a cottonball, rip off a piece that is about the size of the wart, and roll it up nice and tight. Take your little ball of cotton and soak it in ACV. Squeeze it gently so it wont drip, but don't squeeze it so much that the cotton ball is dry. You want to leave some ACV in there so the wart will drink it up.
Next, take the ACV-soaked cottonball piece and put it in the middle of the adhesive strip you cut (on the sticky side). It should stick to the strip. Then carefully, place the cottonball directly over the nasty little wart you want to kill. Gently push the advesive srtip onto your skin, but don't push too hard. Once you've done this, cover that strip with a small bandage to keep in place.
I've read some people report that this stings a bit. It stung a little for me by the second day because ACV might take off a little bit of the good skin around the wart. But TRUST ME, it is worth the sting and after a bit, you should get used to it. If anything, put yourself in the state of mind that "the sting is the wart dying. " That will help you to grin and bear it.
Do this in the morning after your shower before you go to work/school/wherever. When you get back home in the evening of the first day, when you take off the bandage and adhesive strip, you should notice the wart to start to turn whitish-grey. Take another shower, and repeat the process of soaping up, soaking in the warm water, and pouring hydrogen peroxide on the wart right before you get out of the shower. Follow the same procedure with the cottonballs, the ACV and the bandage strips and leave it on through the night. When you wake up in the morning, you will notice the wart turning a blackish/dark-grey color. That means its working.
Do this for two more days or until the wart just falls off in the shower. If the skin around the blackish wart turns whitish, that ALSO means it's working.
I think one other person on here has addressed how to take care of your skin AFTER THE WART FALLS OFF. You may notice that when the wart falls off, the skin underneath will be raw. You may see like a little hole in your skin. Thats a good thing, but your REGIMEN DOESN'T END THERE!! Once the wart falls off, if you are in the shower, IMMEDIATELY rinse off the area and pour hydrogen peroxide on the skin. The area will turn white and bubble up (the reaction from the Hydrogen Peroxide killing off the germs). This is a good thing so don't freak out. Then rinse off. You may notice that when you rinse, the raw skin may stay "whitish. " That's okay. Thats just the hydrogen peroxide that is in the skin now. When you get out the shower, dab some hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball and hold it on the new skin for few seconds. Then CAREFULLY take a cottonswab and put some antibiotic on it (like an ointment with zinc oxide in it) and dab it on the raw skin. DON'T smear it all over, just dab it right on the raw skin. Cover it with a bandage, and for extra caution, once you are done putting on the bandage, take some hyrdrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol, dab it on a cotton ball, and wipe the area where the bandaid is just to be sure you aint spreading wart germs.
Repeat this for an additional four to five days and the area will heal up like brand new. You will never even know a wart was there. In total, you can be like new in about 2 weeks time.
In addition to this direct method, I have decided to build up my immune system. This not only has prevented new warts, but I swear I haven't gotten sick AT ALL. Im sure that by now, my body/immune system has killed off whatever virus was in my body that caused the warts.
On a daily basis (and I take this with food so I don't ruin my stomach), I take 1000 mg of vitamin c, 1000 I.U. Of vitamin E, 25,000 I.U. of vitamin A (as beta carotene), 50 mg of zinc, 500 mg of lysine, an Echinacea and Golden Seal complex pill, a One-a-day multivitamin, and Garlic Supplement pills (2 at a time). I spent only 30 dollars buying all these pills at a drug store, and it has been every bit worth it. They have lasted me already almost four months and I feel great. If you read up on these vitamins, ALL of them are known for either boosting the immune system or helping the body kill viruses. They really really work, I swear by them.
For those of you freaking out about your genital warts, TRUST ME you're not freaking out nearly as much as I did. I almost went crazy living with them. But I followed the advice of people who have been through this before me, and I am passing the advice down to you coupled with my own little tricks. It upsets me that there are so many jerks out there that try to charge you for advice to help you get rid of these nasty little things. I learned everything on this posting on my own, and it WORKS.
Also, I would HIGHLY recommend trying this remedy first. Don't waste your money on unnecessary doctor visits and prescription drugs that are probably gonna do you more harm than good. However, don't take this message to mean you should not see your doctor. If there is something wrong with you, by all means go see him. But for a genital wart that you can get rid of on your own? In such a short amount of time? Save your money, save your time, and follow this procedure. You are not alone, and you WILL get rid of them.
Thank you Earth Clinic for this wonderful site!!
Good luck and God Bless.

Application:
1. Btw do NOT use a cotton swab or cue tip as you WILL miss one or two behind and in a week they will return.
2. Take a wash towel and soak it in ACV. Squeeze the towel so it's not too drippy and cover your entire genital area, wrapping the penis entirely ( men) including the upper pube area for one hour.
3. Repeat this for 3-4 nights. Do NOT leave for more than one hour because it will scar your skin. Burning sensation is normal.
After the second application you should see the warts, including the ones you didn't know about turn dark. That's when you'll know how many more applications are needed, but no more than 2 one or half hour applications. You should be wart free in one week after the scabs fall off. I've been wart free for one year now.
Further advice: try and take a shot of ACV every other day. It's good for you and it builds your immune system. I personally like the taste, but you can also pour it on salad. Stay healthy, eat well, work out. All this will build your immune system.
Cheers and you're free from GW.

Laser treatment 14 days prior. That's why they recommended the surgery (which from what I read online could have an INTENSELY painful "recovery" period afterwards and that the warts will likely return, though treatments thereafter may be easier as they'll be smaller. I am petrified of this period if I can't get maintenance/treatments more frequently than two weeks or more apart while they speed-expand (assuming that continues post-surgery. ). I tried the vinegar last night just with the hope of keeping them from becoming a tail outside my butt. So far it's not clear to me anything has happened but it's very hard to see back there. Looks like the tip may be a little white, and I'm not even sure the mass hasn't grown again since last night. Hard to say. My doctor has recently seen cases even worse than mine--the day before laddering mine she had treated someone with a mass that extended all the way to the testacles, and she was unshackled an unperturbed by the size when she first saw me in August. (She works in a clinic that sees a lot of rectal and hpv-related conditions, though the focus is on HIV there and I am negative for HIV, am otherwise very healthy, got the warts from a long term monogamous partner who I'm no longer with for three years. ) Should I keep up with the burn of the vinegar or follow my doctors advice and let it become a painful bloody life threatening tail before a surgery that could produce months of even greater pain at least while passing bm? Who has treated internal masses this way? Anyone?
If you really want to diminish HPV and Genital Warts, you must prepare for war, with the virus of course... So strap your helmit on and go get some ammo. You need to infiltrate and attack from not only outside, but inside as well. Sure ACV, Freezeaway and acid will take out the warts you have now, but what about the virus silly? Hit this virus on all fronts till it says screw it im outta here; White Flag. This is for people that want to be HPV and wart free, free and fast and back to normal.
Go to CVS and buy the following:
1. VITAMIN C TABLETS 500mg
Take these 5 times a day, you seriously need to overdose on vitamin C, the key element to the immune system.
2. GARLIC OIL PILLS
Do not waste your time with odorless garlic pills, they will not work and are essentially useless, You want the smelliest, potent oil pills out there. Odorless pills have the essential antioxidants removed.
Take these 8 times a day you will hate the burps, but you will love what theyre doing.
3. DAILY MULTI-VITAMIN "Daily Multiple" Plus Minerals
One a day? no way. Try 3 a day. This has the building blocks that will deminish the virus. VIT D, VIT A, ETC.
4. FISH OIL PILLS

Genital Wart Advice
It's been about a week now and I'm still doing the same treatment and the area is generally flat now (opposed to the raised wart). However, now there is a white ring around the outside of the area where the raised section was and where the layers peeled off, it is all dark yellow with a black spot in the middle and starting to turn black around the inner part of the white ring. I haven't scene much info on the warts turning yellow; mainly just white, then black, then fall off. My question is is this yellowing a normal part of the process and should I just continue with the Apple Cider Vinegar treatment until it falls off or is there something else that I should be doing? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

But the damage had been done. Little did I know that I was going to discover OxyFend- a topical treatment for genital warts. Soon after using it regularly my genital warts cleared.
I feel like I was given a second chance with that HPV scare. Today, proud to say I am more responsible and I have no plans of wandering off another path anytime soon.

WARNING!
A more cautious approach: I strongly advise trying one small area (size of a pea) for 30 minutes or less 1 day. Giving it a break. Examine the damage. If your are comfortable try that 2x day the next day and try a couple other spots. These treatments are cumulative and you can suddenly have a few layers of skin come off with one short treatment. Once you see how you react, then decide. I strongly advise against covering a large area of inner labia tissues with vinegar for long stretches on the softer genital tissues. Over night is out of the question in my opinion - especially on the delicate tissues of the internal parts.
Infection can happen. Remember, this area can get very raw if you are covering a large surface. There are specific anti-biotics that might be prescribed. It's a catch 22. Might kill the wart, but put yourself at risk of infection. Putting anti-bacterial oitment inside the inner folds of your vaginal area (labia minora and labia majora) as someone else recommended might guide you right into a yeast infection. Scatching might spread your warts. If a yeast infection does happen because of this process, FeminaFlora (product by New Roots) herbal supplement - no personal affiliation at all (about $20-$25 for 10 capsules to be inserted in the vaginal opening) is really a product that should be more well known.
It's not the end of the world, even if it feels like it. Killing the wart is one thing, but getting the virus into submission is how you are going to get the results you want. Eat natural things, curb your sugars (including white pasta, rice, patatoes), sleep well, drop the cigarettes/alcohol/chemical street drugs). Suppressing a virus is a good trade off for vices that are harsh on the body. Good luck all!

I was horrified to discover that I had genital warts which I contracted from my unfaithful husband. I should say my now former husband. I used the ACV, aspirin, castor oil treatment and was happy with the results, however the burning was excruciating and the recovery time was just as painful. I had results but it didnt get them all and I just keep having them returning. The itching is unbearable at times.
Upon researching I found a post elsewhere that said a highly oxygenated substance will kill the warts. The person stated that they used a product like oxyclean or a powdered oxygen type cleaner ( I will add that discription in case the product is blocked out) add water to make a paste and aply it. I tried it only I added the castor oil instead of water so it would apply better and stay on better. I tried a small test area and left it on for a couple of hours. I was elated to find that the very small wart had turned black and after one more application it fell off leaving the surrounding tissue unharmed. Last night I tried it on a larger area. I have to admit the burning was intense but I had used to Apple Cider Vinegar mixture so I had open areas. I meditated through the burning for 3 hours in the night and then rinsed off. I was amazed. I am in very little discomfort and it had a definate effect on the warts. I didnt know I had so many some were gone leaving just a small open area some were rasied and will need another treatment. I also learned that a hemrhoidal ointment will soothe the itching so you can rest. I just wanted to share this alternative with everyone. I hope it helps. Namaste

when you apply ACV on the skin make sure to apply pressure by pinching the skin. This cuts the blood flow and helps the vinegar penetrate. I have seen the area turn purple after 5 to 10 minutes. You do not have to keep the soaked pad on the skin all day by doing the pressure on the skin will cut the process in a matter of minutes and the next day you will notice a scab on the area. Restricting the blood flow while helping the vinegar penetrate allows the skin heal faster. I read about the laser treatment and one of the things the laser does is to cut blood flow to the sick area and also, claims to kill the virus.

Because Garlic burns the skin. Cut one, and bandaid it to your hand overnight... It will burn.
I had a two big plantar warts on my hand. I got the advice from a natural medical book. I could not leave the garlic for the full 24 hrs required. I think it was 8 to 12, it was unbareable. The book said that blisters would form and make the wart "fall off. " I got one blister, it was beside the wart where the garlic had laid on my skin. You're only suppose to cover the wart. Also that didnt work for me, maybe because I didnt wait a full 24 hrs. I dont know.
If you want to know the name of the book email me HollyBoston90(at)yahoo(dot)com

Green banana peel cured my 2 tiny genital warts in 24 hours. Not wanting to burn my perineum with ACV, I thought I would try green banana peel. I scraped of the green skin of a lady finger banana and scored the inside to release that sticky unripe sap. I swear within 4 hours they were softening and hard to detect. They were two small pimple like bumps and I wore banana peel overnight and in the morning, I could only feel one tiny lump. A day later I could feel nothing. No burning, no smell, no pain from this remedy apart from the fact that banana peel stains horribly! I am backing up with Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) now to keep them away.

Back to the bumps... I began researching genital warts on the internet and looking at pictures of them. Many of the pictures I looked nothing like what I had going on. I thought maybe I was chaffed or irritated from my thong underwear. I work as a waitress and wear thong underwear and polyester pants. Not much air circulates. The bumps started to go away on their own.... But in a week came back ten times worse than before. I came online desperately searching for some type of relief. I have no health coverage and was completely humiliated, disgusted and scared. Lucky to have an extremely close relationship with my sister-in-law I had her look at them. She confirmed that they looked just like cauliflower shaped bumps protruding from my skin. I wanted to cry and scream.
I came across the posts on this site written by people who used ACV. I went to the grocery store immediately and started treatment. I would soak rolled gauze in the ACV and wedge it between the folds in my vagina where I found the warts and my anus. I slept with it on 5 nights in a row. The entire area turned white and was extremely sore... I mean it hurt like HELL! I was in tears.
I started researching again and went to the pharmacy. I purchased bleach, tea tree oil, vitamin E liqui-capsules and vitamin C with Rose Hips (because I learned this is an immune system thing). I started taking the vitamin C orally every 8 hours 2 days ago. The tea tree oil acts as a natural anti fungal, anti-inflammatory and astringent. Trust me this felt like a complete relief compared to the ACV. Here's what I did: Soaked Q-tips in bleach and placed it over the larger warts for about 1 minute. I wiped it with a baby wipe and put tea tree oil on my finger (wearing gloves). I rubbed in circles about 20 times or so. I then snipped the end of a vitamin E capsule and rubbed that all over. Later that night I did the same procedure with the rolled gauze but soaked it in tea tree oil. This also burned but I endured it because I want these gone! The following day I had to work so I just rubbed a little tea tree oil and vitamin E on the spot. When I got home I looked in the mirror and realized my skin was coming off. It looked burned and there was fresh pink skin underneath. I decided to give my skin a rest and just use the vitamin E that night and a diaper rash cream. So I woke up this morning and the larger more stubborn warts almost disappeared.
I have been repeating the same bleach, oil, vitamin, ACV procedure every 3 hours or so. I wash the area with a feminine sensitive skin wash, blow dry it with a blow dryer and do the steps. I am so happy with the results as I am taking a vacation in 1 week and want to be rid of this headache before that. I have been using the ACV for about 10 days and the other treatments for 3. The only difference is that my warts never turned black only white. I could feel them coming off in the shower. It's important you stay clean, keep the area dry, wear cotton panties and have persistence. You can beat this. I was so heartbroken when I discovered this and now am overjoyed to know there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

Two days later, I discovered 2 new bumps on my groin area. They looked like little seed warts, cuz I get em' on my hands, so Im very familiar with them, I FREAKED!!!
The one I discovered before, also seemed bigger. Haha!! OMG!! I really freaked out, I thought I was gonna die, I was so dissappointed with myself. I just met somebody too, ugh, the feelings of horror and disgust I went through were overwhelming, I had to make an EFFORT not to panic and keep calm, and sane. i searched the internet for cures.
I imediately, did the ACV aspirin paste for 3 days and I taped ACV cotton to my groin area for 3 days. The wart turned black and fell off on my groin, then as it was healing I dabbed tea tree oil on it(twice daily), to kill all remaining viral activity on the scab, then followed by a week and a half of applying straight castor oil twice a day(morning and night), to get it to heal, and also kill the virus. That healed quit nicely, but left a faint scar, kinda sux, but its ok.
However, the major wart on my butt did not go away with the 3 day, ACV/Aspirin treatment twice daily, for 2 hours each application.
After the paste, I just put a mixture of castor oil and tea tree oil (not too much in the mix, just enough to where you can smell the tea tree faintly)on my entire outside of my vagina and anal area, aswell, as my groin, twice a day(castor oil does not stain cloths. I did that for about a week, but then the tea tree oil, started really irritating me, and I think caused a vaginal infection. Cuz, aout a week and a half into this I developed bacterial vaginosis. I wasnt sure if it was related to what I was doing or the HPV virus, because, I have heard it does cause vaginal infections. Surprise!!! HAHA!!
I then develop another small wart near the clitoral area, OMG!! Some part of me, was still in denial, thinkin and HOPING I was just treating skin tags, etc. Apparantly not, I was horrified. It was at this point I decided to switch to coconut oil.
I did about 2 weeks of castor oil, but I really saw RESULTS with the coconut oil.
The one on my butt, and another smaller on the other side of my butt(new one) have all shrunk, and are alomost gone. I mean microscopic. The one near the clit is alot smaller too, but not completely gone.
Ive been using coconut oil, twice daily(morning and night)for 3 weeks, and its awesome!! Im gonna keep doing it for another 2 weeks, cuz I dont want those bad boys comin back. Im thinking I may do the coconut oil at night, (once) everyday, indefinantly. I dont want new ones, Im terrified of this spreading.
Ive been battling this for over a month. In the mornings I just rub a little on the effected area, so as not to stain thru underwear and cloths, after shower. At night I SLATHER IT ON , all over, pelvic bone, groin area, every inch of my female anatomy and inside, and sleep with loose boxers on. Coconut oil.
I also take it internally, one tbsp melted in a cup of tea, in the morning once a day, and garlic supplements. Three caps in the morning and three at night. Six a day. Straight garlic is good too.
Elderberry extract once a day, and multivitamins, aswell as folic acid, B complex, vitamin E. Grapefruit seed extract is good, and I have recently added a probiotic, (acidopholis) for the BV issue.
ACV works, but its hardcore, and you need to heal after. I just thought, coconut oil would be less invasive and more casual approach and it works.
I also had 2 variations of warts(2 strains of HPV I guess). One responded quickly to ACV treatment. The other type would grow big when ACV was used and would not turn black before my skin was completely trashed. What I did was to use ACV and when the wart got big I then froze it with OTC wart freeze treatment. I then applied ACV with a Q-tip rather than beat up all of the skin and a few days later the wart head fell off but nothing turned black so I continued to use ACV and after a few more days the things cratered and turned black. This crater took 2 weeks before it healed but the wart. A couple of months later I used ACV to find a few more of these buggers and this time I didn't wait until the top fell off. I froze them then the next day put ACV on it and cleaned with alcohol and after it dried I took my finger nail and ripped the suckers off and immediately hit it with ACV. They turned black the next day. It still took 2 weeks for these to heal but I did knock one week off the total treatment. I learned this from a post on this site.
The second problem I have is with some of the advice. For instance, someone has posted that you can't spread warts by shaving as long as you don't bleed. This is ridiculous. Warts shed the virus through the skin. You can't tell me that they can be spread by simple contact with them but a razor going over them won't spread them unless you slice into the wart???? That advice is completely over the top and incorrect. It's not even logical. Unfortunately, if you shave you should stop until you have cleared up the warts. So, don't believe everything you read here but mostly the advice is good.
Lastly, if you think that you have a few warts in one area and want to just treat that area initially, forget it. Your first treatment should be as large of an area as you can stand to do. Not only will you save alot of time by avoiding additional treatments, but you will also understand the extent of your problem rather quickly.
For multiple treatments: when you do a treatment with ACV you will lose layer(s) of skin. You have to wait a period of time to heal before you do another treatment. I have repeated a treatment in the same area in as little as 6 weeks and didn't have a problem. I would recommend 8-10 weeks for a large treatment area.
I also added some of the internal treatments as recommended on this site. I am taking black elder berry and green tea extract and added vitamin C, E, potassium, folic acid and pantotheric acid to my regular multi-vitamin. No new warts have been found since I started the internal treatments.
I now believe that I can live with HPV. I will add that when you first figure out that you have warts it will be a psychologic roller coaster. You will think that your life is over. Don't take 18 months like I did to get this taken care of. Hit it hard and fast with everything you learned from this site. If I knew then what I know now this would have taken 3-4 months rather than 18 months to resolve. For those of you who do one treatment and you're done, good for you. I have a feeling though that your "yippee this worked for me" posts were a little premature and most people will not be so lucky. For your first treatment, plan on 7-10 days for full healing. Additional maintenance treatments, plan on 5-7 days.
Good luck!
