Traditional Doctor's Therapy

It is important to have a Pap test often, since HPVs can cause to develop Cervical Cancer. I decided to make an appointment at a Women's Clinic. Also mentioned that I had some bad experiences with rude Gynecologists in the past...
Once I met my super-nice lady doctor, I told her about my two Genital Warts... She did not judge or make me feel dirty at all, instead she said it is nobody's fault. She applied some kind of acid to the warts, used swabs to make sure the acid went to only the spots that needed it, but before that, some vaseline to protect the rest of my good skin. The whole experience wasn't bad at all!
I have to go back to see her after two weeks from the treatment, but only one week after, my Genital Warts fell off.
Now, my boyfriend got Somoxal cream and accelerator on the mail today, it came from New Zealand and it doesn't look like something that is going to work to me. Even if it does, this treatment will take 6 weeks before the blemishes disapear. In the meanwhile, we can't have sex and pass the warts back and forth from each other.
Personally, I'm glad my problem is gone for now. Hopefully it won't come back!
Hot Tip of a Lighter

One definitely has to have them frozen but then-- soak in the tub daily with baby oil in very hot water---Johnson's lavender baby oil--and upon rubbing them they will come off. I was able to pick mine off. It takes quite a while, 1-2 weeks of this bath ritual but little by little you can get them off.

genital warts remedy
this has worked for me 100% it can be slightly painful but heat applied to the wart will kill it. easiest way is to heat up the tip of a lighter by simply keeping it lit for a while, (i recommend at least 20 seconds) or as much as can be tolerated. the more you squeeze the skin around the wart when you apply the hot metal onto it, the less you will feel the burning. hold until not hot anymore and repeat 2 to 3 times. i did this a few times some years back and didn't have a recurrence so its hard to remember how fast the wart disappeared but i think it was only a matter of hours for the smaller ones.

Colloidal Silver - Warts/HPV
After 4 unsuccessful surgeries to eliminate anal warts Colloidal Silver did the trick in days. For approximately 2 weeks I applied CS topically to my anus area with cotton pads - morning, night and after bowel movements. Leave the wet pad in place between applications if possible. My warts were both internal and external so I inserted the pad 1 to 2 inches. I began feeling relief in 2 days. That was 7 years ago and even thought the virus does not leave your body I have no visible signs or discomfort from the HPV virus. CS is available commercially but is easy to make and costs only pennies. Studies have shown commercial CS to be very inconsistent in its strength which is measured in PPM (parts per million). Dennis

Garlic

Hi, bill, i recently discovered that i have Genital Warts, and i have used the garlic treatment three times now, but like yours, my warts have swollen up, gotten really dark and look like herpes, and the skin around my shaft is extremely sensitive and painful to the touch. Should i still keep using the garlic treatment for another 2-3 days or should i stop ?
By the way, i'm 23years old, never even had sex, and don't have medical insurance or any money! I got infected with HPV from my father, who has a bunch of these on his neck and does not seem to care, he's had them from years (got them from someone he worked with), and he che's tobacco, which probably explains why he has not developed immunity to the virus.
Please advise if you can.

I would like to give an update on the garlic and red wine vinegar treatment for genital warts. Shortly after posting, all the warts were completely gone by the end of 2 weeks. I have also gone to my gyn for a follow up and i was told that my pap smear was normal and that I did not have HPV anymore. I was advised to make sure I get an exam every 6 month. I also shared with my gyn how I used natural remedies to get the warts off and she was impressed!

Hello everyone. I wanted to get back to you all in reference to my two previous entries into this web-site. Well after a year of trying multiple different organic cures for Genital Warts I gave up. I tried Garlic (useless)/Coconut Oil (useless)/Tea Tree Oil (useless)/ACV (effective-but not 100% for me). So, I broke down and went to see a dermatologist and there was some good news, some bad news. The majority of the "warts" I had weren't warts in the first place, they were something called "Pearly Penile Papules". Harmless, non-contagious growths. However, there was one genital wart. He froze it with liquid nitrogen, and said that in a couple of weeks it will probably be gone. Now, I ask you, was a years worth of torturing myself with different medications, thinking I had a more severe case of warts than what was actually the case worth it? No. I could have been done with this 1 year ago, instead my life was stilted for that whole year. Go see a dermatologist and he will take care of the problem, and tell you what it is you have. Looking at pictures on the web, and trying to figure out what you have will leave you like me-wasting a lot of time, frustrated and depressed. The procedure was relatively painless and quick. Save yourself the heartache and go see a doctor. Nothing to be embarassed about, as some statistics say that 50% of the population has genital warts at least once in their life. Doctor's respect your privacy, and will get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Good luck everyone. I hope that my story helps/convinces some of you to go see your doctor/dermatologist. Take Care!

Not to lower the tone... I contracted genital warts some years ago and underwent cryotherapy and used Imiquimod to clear them up. And they disappeared - or so I thought. Recently one reappeared. The horror, the horror. It was tiny, I'll admit, and I thought I would try banana skin before going through the abject humiliation and misery of seeing my doctor. Today I went and bought bananas and applied a little piece of skin to the wart... (Not in the supermarket, obviously...) After five hours, maybe even less, I CAN'T FIND THE WART. I was very sceptical prior to trying this, I confess to not having had much faith at all. If you're reading this and wondering if all these stories are written by quacks or nutcases - they're not. I've never written something like this before, but something that works so well, so easily, has to be shared. If I'd only known all those years ago. Thanks for the help!

Wart Remover Medication

Despite regular condom use, I ended up with genital warts at the sides of the base of my penis and in the pelvic region. At first, I tried podophyllin treatments at the dermatologist's. Nothing happened. Then, he froze them off with liquid nitrogen, which was quite painful and left the areas raw and bright red for a while. Several months later, I had either a recurrence or new warts (4 or 5) but no medical benefits, so I tried Thujia as reccommended by a naturopath. I followed the directions on the tube but got no results after weeks, so I tried oil of oregano and then taped garlic. No results with any of those treatments either...just pain and redness. Finally, I was so frustrated I got a do-it-yourself kit (from CVS I think) for freezing (burning) warts. Use on genital warts was contraindicated in the directions, but embarrassed and with little recourse, I tried it anyway. I followed the directions and after fifteen seconds or so the warts dimpled and make a popping sound. It definitely hurt, but not as much as the nitrogen treatment though they basically died off and scabbed over the same way. I did each wart weeks apart and got the process down better each time. I picked the first off and a small scar remains. So in consequent freezings I let the scabs fall off naturally. Warts in the pubic region were less sensitive and seemed to heal faster than the ones right on the penis. Infection was a concern, so I put some triple action antibiotic cream where I froze and took some internal echinacea and reccommended amounts of vitamins after topical surgery (consult google and the net for those). I had a few more recurrences for the next year but in slightly different areas. Nothing regrew on the scar tissue, which, fortunately, except the area that I picked, isn't visible unless I shave the pubic hair down entirely and look quite closely under bright light. Hope that helps.

Incense Stick Burning Method!

i started with garlic on one of about 6 small genital warts around the penis shaft, after a couple of days it started to go black.A few more days not much change. I decided something more radical was needed! i took a lit joss/incense stick blew the ash away then gently tapped it several times on the surface of the warts (it doesn't hurt as much as you might think) next day woke up with a small blister with a black dot in the centre (the wart). Next day i took a piece of tissue and pinched the blister puling it and the wart away as one! now i was left with a small raw red patch which i applied tea tree oil to untill it had completly healed about a week. This was about a month ago i appear to be wart free but continue with application daily of coconut oil mixed with tea tree. My theory is too give the wart a good beating to start with then apply treatment! hope this helps people with this very embarrasing virus.
Job's Tears

After reading the genital warts cures page, I tried the garlic remedy. I took 3 or 4 capsules twice a day, but after 2 weeks it didn't seem to be doing much. I searched on the internet and found a remedy they use for warts in Japan, a plant extract called hatomugi. It's also known as Job's Tears (Coix lacryma-jobi), Coixseed, adlay, or adlai. The herb is readily available here, as it's said to help clear and whiten skin. It comes in a powder form, pre-packaged in individual doses, but they also have tea, and bags of the dried herb at Chinese medicine shops. Within two days of taking it, any small warts had disappeared completely. The larger ones have been shrinking gradually. I've been taking it for a month now and am almost totally healed!
Coconut Oil

After extensive research on the web when I discovered I had genital warts I decided to give coconut oil a chance. I couldn't bare the thought of going to a doctor and asking them to look at a growth on my butt, worse, there were some just inside my colon (which is typical with genital warts on the anus). After 6 weeks of 2xdaily enemas and massaging in a tablespoon of coconut oil over the warts... they are completely gone. A lot of information on the web says genital warts don't go away without serious treatment (burning off, laser, freezing, etc). I am a believer in coconut oil. It worked on me. It also made my skin glow and feel baby soft. I found myself caressing my skin, amazed at the pleasant silky feeling. Rubbing it in my hair made it super shiney and healthy. I want to fill my hot tub with coconut oil and marinate in it for days.
White Vinegar

I had a recent outburst of a vaginal wart. It looked like a raised bumpy mass and it kept on growing, fast. It got to the size of a thumbnail and raised about 1/4 inch. I did not want to use traditional medications so I saw that Apple Cider vinegar worked on regular warts. Well I had no Apple Cider vinegar, how about regular white vinegar. I soaked a q-tip in the vinegar and treated the wart directly for 10 minutes a day. After about 8 days the wart started to disappear, more and more each day. Then the area would bleed where I applied the vinegar, something was happening. As it bled the wart was disappearing. I treated the area every day until it bled. Eventually the wart was gone and a hole was there. The vinegar ate away the wart. This took about 2 weeks. If the wart threatens to come back I re-treat with vinegar for a few days, and its gone again. I hope this helps someone else.
Wart Remover Medication

I'have a somewhat painful, but seemed to be a very good way to reduce my outbreaks. wart remover for genital herpes. im a bit quirky on my ideas alot, but for me this worked well. i have no medical training whatsoever, but i often wonder about things. i remember having normal warts on my hands and wrist. i remember that the wart remover never seemed to work till it had eaten or burned its way through the wart to somewhat of a raw skin, most cases just slightly bloody, just like a small cut that burns with rubbing alcohol, not meaning in anyway that it was severe bleeding. i got genital herpes in my early 20's. i was getting an outbreak about once a month, give or a take a week or so. nothing doctor gave helped. so after learning a bit about all viruses, i was shocked to learn we have never cured a virus ever. we have slowed and controlled viruses, and nearly wiped them out with imunizations, but never actually cured any. i came up with this thought, lots of imunizations involve using dead virus cells. i also wondered why outbreaks were happening only at certain spots not others. i thought maybe when wart removers work for me only at the point where it burns down to raw skin, it may be that at that point, the wart remover kills a few of the viruses, then maybe those enter the blood stream almost like a immunization shot, and the body can then develop the proper defense.i thought this because one year, i had a large amount of warts on my wrist, i was a cashier at the time, so i could not have nasty lookin warts or white medicine showing on my hands and freaking out customers, so under my long sleeve shirt where there were ever more warts, i really laid on the wart remover thick. once i killed a few under my shirt sleeve, the ones on my hand just disappeared on their own,so i thought then that killing the other warts helped build defense against the warts on my hand. also i wondered about the skin texture, like why was the out break of herpes only at certain spots and not others, and could the mild chemical burn create a thicker skin sorta like scar tissue, and would this thicker skin be less likely to have outbreaks. so off i went, putting the leading brand of wart remover on my outbreak area. it was very very painful, had to bite on a rag. A month or so later, i got an outbreak, i was upset it didn't work, but then i noticed something very remarkable. the area with the new out break was different than the previous. so i tried it again, and sure enough, the next out break was in yet another spot on the skin. i never documented this, it was too embarrassing to do so for me, but, after a few months, i stopped getting outbreaks as often, and every new outbreak i did get was in a new area, never ever in an area that i had applied the wart remover. after a year or so, i reduced the outbreaks, and the size and area of the out breaks. that was about 15 years ago or so, and i now get outbreaks approx once a year, as opposed to once a month.and the out break is now never more than the size of a bb, and is easily taken care of in a couple of doses of valtrex and gone in 48 hours or less.
Garlic, Red Wine Vinegar

Red Wine Vinegar and Garlic cured my genital warts. I recently discovered bumps around my vagina and thought they were pimples, but when they didn't go away for 3 weeks, I went to my doctor and was told I had genital warts (HPV). I was devasted. I felt nasty and dirty. I was actually crying in the office. My doctor gave me a perscription for Aldara cream. The medicine had so many side effects. I used the medicine for one night and to my surprise, I discovered MORE WARTS spreading....that was one of the side effects listed on the instruction sheet! After searching online, I read on this site about garlic and apple cider vinegar for genital warts and wanted to give it a try. I started off by doing a cleaning of red wine vinegar every time I went to the bathroom, dabbing each wart with a q-tip or cotton ball... it stings like crazy... but afterwards if feels like it's working. I washed my vagina 2-3 times a day with "neem"(a healing plant from india) soap. I also bought a bottle of liquid garlic, I puntured one capsule and applied the liquid garlic on each wart before bed. I also began taking 3 capsules of liquid garlic in the morning and 3 before bed (6 a day). By the fourth day, the warts were extremely small. My confidence in these remedies are soaring and I am continueing on this regime until I am healed. For added bonus, I have also applied the essential oil Tea tree oil to each wart at least 3x's a day with a q-tip (3 drops on the q-tip). I was careful to keep my hands and nails very clean while treating myself. For the future I plan to share these remedies with my doctor and I plan to practice safer sex with my life partner.

Thanks so much for creating this forum. i was diagnosed with genital warts 3 years ago and have podophyllin, liquid nitrogen, and attempted to use Aldara but was too scared after i bought it and read side effects. i'm now going to try home remedies. i attempted to put garlic on the wart however i felt a crazy burning sensation. has anyone else experienced this? i could only manage to keep it on for 5 mins before i started sweating. i will continue with ACV, Hydrogen Peroxide, and everything else...i want this chapter of my life closed. thanks!

Garlic really works on genital warts too. I didn't know about banana peel or potato so i bandaged crushed organic garlic [the strongest garlic] every night before bed and if i stayed home during the day too, sure it's gonna smell down there but who cares, it works! I also eat a few raw garlic cloves every day until symptoms, and did a whole body detoxification for 30 day- herbcleansing capsules u can find in every health food store.. in a few days this garlic and cleansing pushed the wart out from the skin, it got really big and it seemed like it stopped growing now i just had to figure out how to dry it off, i was reading a lot about sulfur for warts that it dries any wart off and i remembered i have a sulfur acne cream from an acne complex kit the "acne spot treatment", 3% sulfur..and put this on a bandage all day, change it about three times or so a day until it dries off compleatly leaving a small hole where the wart was. then disinfect the hole with hydrogen peroxide until it heals. It took about 3 weeks and the wart was gone in 3 weeks.
ps:i was also applying an oxygen facial mask on it and the oxygen helped too push the wart out too and i think probably just pure hydrogen per., could do the trick too since it creates an oxygen reaction if applied but i didn't know that than and i heard fluor toothpaste dries off acne maybe it dries of wart too- i don't know this for sure but i know it works for pimples for sure.with this emberassing problem i didn't even show this to a doctor, i just cured it at home, without telling anyone, but i'm telling this now to anyone who is reading this site, no worries there is cure for genital warts too, u can do it..
ps2: this what i wrote down it only worked on a wart that looks like a bug bite or has that big pimple look, it didn't work on a wart that looks like a skin tag or "roosters hair", with that i did have to go for nitrogen treatment. [maybe the banana peel, potato or hydrogen peroxide works on that too..]
ps3: oxygenate your body with with drinking oxy water every day, or put oxy drops in your water from health food stores,or doing the baking soda -citric acid mix half and half will oxygenate your body or hydrogen peroxide in your water-why oxygen? because no virus can live in an oxygen rich body, helps to destroy viruses and bacterias as well.
ps4: I also think that going to a tanning salon during the outbreak helps. I noticed after tanning it pushed it out even more. [i think this is because Uv light also kills viruses and bacterias]so it helped to push the virus out. BUT PLEASE IF YOU HAVE THE OUTBREAK ONLY GO TO A STAND UP MACHINE-NO BEDS!- so your genital will not touch the machine-who knows if they clean it properly, for your protection also, with an open sore you can pick up something. So if the stand up machine is busy when you go, just wait for it, don't use the bed! Do the tanning maybe 2 times a week [or 3, if you don't burn], naked-don't cover the wart, don't touch it make sure your genital don't touch the bulbs. You'll see doing this too will help to speed up the healing process.
