Gary Null says to drink chlorophyll every day. That's what he does and doesn't seem to have a gray strand of hair on his head. I'm going to do that and I let you know how it works.

It's an Edgar Cayce remedy and it truly works to cure grey hair. Peel the skins of 2 white potatoes and tie them up in patapar paper. Put them in a pan and let boil (just a slight boil) for 12 to 15 minutes. When done, let it cool for a few minutes and eat the skins. Also, drink the water. I, personally use 3 to 4 cups of water. Do this every other day, and in a few months you will see a tremendous difference. You will notice some difference in a few weeks, but be patient. Good luck.

EC: Patapar Paper is Vegetable Cooking Parchment. Easy to find on the internet, just do a google search.

Why bother putting the skins in the paper if you're just going to eat the skins and drink the water?

Remedy for Gray Hair

I used 1 healthy egg, avocado, honey. Whipped it up so it is smooth and mixed good. Worked it through my hair and my hair seems darker. Maybe once or twice a week. (Gray hair).

I would look for a brand that does contain copper. I think that is important. BSM with molasses even worked to restore the fur color on my dairy goats! But our BSM did have copper in it.

Be careful with too much BLACKSTRAP MOLASSES. It is ok once and awhile but it gives the body a lot of iron. And too much iron is not healthy. That's why people with too much iron in their blood donate their blood. Just to eliminate the excess iron.

Hi,

I started to go grey in my head when I was 20-22, now at 29 I have many greys. What's bothering is that about 1-2 years back I started to get grey in my beard too. I do regular exercise and have a decent diet.

2 months back I started taking blackstrap molasses, multi-vitimains, c etc don't notice anything as such.

Please tell me if anyone had success with reversing grey hair. Tell me your personal stories or the ones you've seen not the ones you've read online. Appreciate responses.

hi there, I recently came across this site while doing research to reverse my rapidly greying hair. I am very interested in all the posts citing Blackstrap Molasses as a viable remedy. Most of the posts list copper as the primary effective element in this treatment. Today I went to the grocery store to purchase the recommended brand mentioned in the majority of posts, but the nutritional information lists the copper content as 0%. Am I missing something here? any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Today is the 7th week I've been taking 2 tbsp of Blackstrap Molasses every morning for my gray hair. I have black hair and I've had gray hair since in my 30's. And I don't see any change of my hair color from the roots. I had high hopes because I am extremely allergic to Permanent hair dye. It makes my scalp swell up & itches like crazy & I been using temp hair dye but the color fades fast. I was hoping to at least get a slight darker change of my gray. But no results here. I will keep taking it for couple of months longer. I'm not giving up that easy LOL!

Get your thyroid working really good. It will improve hair and temperature of the extremes. Check Dr. Brownstein's work and the iodine protocol. Don't do it different than the protocol. You'll get more energy too, that's great :)

Hi, I use Bsm for anemia and I have not noticed a change in my hair colour- I use the unsulphered organic type. I also have worn 2 copper bracelets for a few months but really I haven't noticed a change in hair colour. Obviously we are all different and we have different body chemistry. Interestingly when I had my last hair mineral test it didn't say I was low in copper but I swim in chlorinated water once a week and this may have skewed the results. Maybe the answer lies in having a hair analysis and seeing what you are deficient in? Interestingly, of health gurus actually have grey or White hair so perhaps there's not a cure? My mother is in her mid 70s and has mostly brown hair( she has less grey than me!! ? Her hair is auburn colour which is dark brown with quite a lot of red in it( copper). The main drug she takes is thyroxine which could be similar to taking iodine? If this helps I'm not sure- her father didn't go grey till he was in his 80s..

I have quite pale skin (I'm not the whitest in the world but I'm quite pale) Blue eyes and premature grey hairs. I've heard that blue eyes and premature grey hairs is a b12 deficiency that can result in having Pernicious Anemia. I have done plenty of blood tests in my life and nothing has shown up about anemia or low vitamin b12.

I just thought I would put this information out there if anyone has these symptoms and wanted to get a blood test and check it out.

I think gray hair is a mineral deficiency. If science comes up with a pill to stop Gray hair it won't help the underlying problem, that is a mineral deficiency.

Wheatgrass
Posted by Sue (Virginia, Usa) on 12/29/2010

Did you buy it in powdered form, or in capsules?
Also, a question for some of you biochemists out there: I read that oils can remove pigment from hair, which makes sense given the many people who report that oil-pulling removes stains from teeth --maybe oil lifts pigment from surfaces. But oil is also used as a conditioner, and at least one reader mentions using castor oil on eye lashes to darken them. Does anyone know more about oil/pigment etc? Or do various oils do different things?

Vanessa:
Have you tried any of the other remedies on the Gray Hair page?:
https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/hair_gray.html

I would guess that where you live, something like seaweed should be readily available. Also, it's non-prescription and it should be quite inexpensive too. Remember that the life cycle of each hair is a few years, and the hair shaft above the scalp is dead keratin, so it won't change back but new erupting hairs you will be able to see if they're dark. The amount of bound iodine in seaweed can vary greatly, like by a factor of 100, but Iodine isn't the top reason for seaweed in this case. As a living plant from the ocean, it will have most or all of the trace minerals that are mostly missing today from any land soil-grown food plants. The one specific trace mineral that gets mentioned repeatedly as being deficient in gray hair is COPPER. It is also necessary in reinforcing the arterial walls to prevent aneurysms. It is usually available in a 3 mg dosage tablet copper sulfate.

http://www.livestrong.com/article/172218-supplements-for-gray-hair/
According to Oregon State University's Linus Pauling Institute, loss of pigmentation is one of the many symptoms of copper deficiency, since copper has an essential role in the enzyme processes involved in melanin formation. This is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs only a small amount. While too little copper can contribute to health problems, too much copper can also be unhealthy. Consult a certified nutritionist to help determine the right dosage before supplementing copper to help with graying hair.

Kelp: Sea-based foods like kelp are high in naturally occurring minerals including iodine essential for the proper function of the thyroid gland. Unfortunately kelp has fallen out of favor in Western diets due to its salty taste. Whilst in Asia recently I remarked how uncommon it was to see people under 70 with gray hair, this is due partly to their wholefood diets and consumption of sea-based vegetables. #

Fermented Foods: long implicated as being essential for a healthy digestive system. Most cultures have a version of fermented foods which provide local beneficial bacteria for the digestive system. Examples include miso, Kimchee, Sauerkraut, yogurt, Kefir, sourdough breads. Many of these you can make yourself using easily obtained base products.

Then there's Foti:
http://www.scumdoctor.com/beauty/hair-coloring/gray-hair/Herb-To-Eliminate-Gray-Hair.html

Many traditional methods use herbs to eliminate gray hair and a popular Chinese herb used to get rid of gray hair is Foti. Foti is the common name for polygonum multiforum. It is a climbing vine with red stems and white or pink flowers. It is grown in central and south China. It is known to grow to a length of 30 feet. It is known as He Shou Wu named after a folklore hero

Sorry Kay - I will give you some direct quotes from the Edgar Cayce Readings -

(Q) What can I do, if anything, about my hair turning gray so prematurely?
(A) With those shocks to the nervous system there has been changed a great deal of the pigment, or the flow of the activities. If you would prevent the hair from turning gray, let at least two meals each day be taken of the peeling of Irish potatoes - it'll turn it to its normal color again! They may be cooked, yes. 32.

(Q) What is lacking in my system that is causing my hair to gray, and what can I do to prevent it?
(A) Eat more potatoes; that is, the skins of same, and we will find it'll change the color back more. The PEEL, not the pulp! 33.

(Q) What is best to use on my hair at this time?
(A) Any of those influences or forces that we have indicated are well for same. Nothing better than White Vaseline and a WEAK solution of alcohol; but grain alcohol, NOT that which has been denatured. 34.

(Q) How should the potatoes be cooked with the peelings?
(A) Either baked or boiled. The Readings have continually recommended the addition to the diet of the juice made from Irish potato peelings. Stew the peels of three or four potatoes in a little water and drink the juice, about twice a week.
Cayce Quotes on Potato
257-228

The peelings of potatoes don't of themselves make hair grow if everything else is done to prevent it! But it tends to stimulate, to keep the activities in such a manner as to be beneficial. For this body, or any other body - if it desires to use it - though it's rather late for this body to undertake to grow back hair, when it might have followed this procedure some twenty years ago and prevented the loss of the hair; but for most bodies, about an ounce of the potato peeling juice taken every few days is beneficial. It also carries the salts that are helpful in stimulating an activity for better assimilating forces in the body. For it tends to keep a balance. But remember, much depends upon the manner in which such potatoes are used, - where and how they are grown, and how prepared. But in general, these are beneficial in the manner indicated. 2011-2

(Q) How can I keep my hair from turning gray?
(A) The citrus fruit juices and the regular weekly use of the juice from the Irish potato peel. Peel the potato and make a soup of the peelings, see. Take this weekly. This, with the character of the dressing for the hair, should correct this condition. 3900-1

(Q) Is there any real benefit to be gained from the "gray hair" vitamins?
(A) Upset stomach is usually gained! If you desire to prevent gray hair, drink at least once each week half a pint of juice prepared from Irish potato peelings. Just the peelings, not the bulk of the potato. This will aid in keeping the correct color in hair. 5197-1

(Q) How can I improve texture of hair?
(A) Better be glad that you have it, but the peelings of Irish potato boiled and taken once a day will improve the texture of the hair. This will require a long period of about six months. Two ounces of this fresh juice a day. 774-2

While there are those conditions that still disturb the body with the manner in which there is the inflammation in the eye, or in the lids and the iris, these - as we find - are somewhat on the improve. We would use the potato poultice, scraped old Irish potato - not new; put the scraped potato in a gauze and place on the eye (with it closed); not the potato directly to the eye in this particular case, but in a gauze, and sufficient quantity of it to fill the whole socket space. Let this remain as the body rests, for an hour to an hour and a half; then take off. It will be found that considerable amount of inflammation will be drawn out. Do this for two to three days, or two or three evenings; then rest by leaving it off for two or three days - if it makes for too great an irritation, which at times it would, dependent upon the newness or oldness of the potato, you see, that is used. When the poultice is removed each time, cleanse the eye with a weak solution of boric acid. This will make for a cleansing of the inflammation from these conditions. 5499-1

Do not use the new potato; that is, use the potato of the year previous, and scrape same and lay over the eye of evenings, and cleanse same afterward with a weak solution of Boric Acid. 2638-1

.... We would apply a scraped Irish potato poultice over the eyes; that is, scrape an OLD Irish potato (not new potato) and apply between gauze. Let this remain on the eye for at least thirty to forty minutes. Then bathe off the eyes (when this is removed) with a weak eye lotion

I hope this helps!

I would think that any white potato would work. Also get a formula with the following in it : Lactated Pepsin, Black Snake Root Extract, Essence of Wild Ginseng, Atomic Iodine, Extract of Liver, and Grain Alcohol - you can look that up and get it online. I have used it for approx 2 months now and have noticed a HUGE change in my hair - color and thickness!

I dont think the Blackstrap Molasses works for grey hair - I used it twice after I read these testimonials and I have to say that I noticed 2 new grey hairs in my beard today - I never get any grey hairs in that part of my beard, but after I used the BSM I noticed more not less grey hairs.

My only explanation is that even if its unprocessed - its still has the same negative effects as sugar. if its copper that retains hair color then I will be seeking that in another non-sugar product to try it out - I'm not over 40 yet and have some grey hairs.

I used organic BSM unsulphered from Paraguay. I probably will try it for a few more days but if I continue to see more grey hairs I will stop and will post that ppl wanting to stave off grey hair not fall for the snake-oil sales pitch I see being posted so much.

When I started getting grey hair I didn't care. Everyone in my family that I remember went grey, then white if they lived long enough. After reading this post I went to the mirror, looked and I don't have it anymore. I don't remember how long ago I started taking BSM every day but prior to that, when I had grey hair, I remember I was only taking magnesium powder and an occasional vit C. (I drank OJ everyday but when I consumed a little more cheese I took one or two of the 1000 mg C tabs for preventative reasons).

I am poor and cannot afford a variety of vitamins and/or supplements. These are available in our food. There is a problem with what has happened to our food so any added vitamins or supplements could cause an overload of something. According to a nutrition almanac BSM is a balance of nutrients in itself. Who knows how long that will be safe?

I started taking BSM because of the water soluble B Complex vitamins. Taking only one of the B vitamins for something specific can cause a deficiency in the others, contributing to major depression which I had years ago. I'm convinced that BSM must have given me what I needed to get rid of my grey hair even though it did not matter to me.

Hi Rob From Manhatten,

I've been experimenting with the herb Polygonum Multiflorum, and it does seem to be working but it is very slow. I was at about 35% gray, but recent pictures tells me I have decreased in gray, and natural hair color is coming back little by little. At first I thought I might be under 10% gray now, but the pictures tells me it's more like 20% still gray (wishful thanking I guess). I am making my own tincture, and it seems to be working better than the health food store pills. I still want to give it more time, and am not giving up.

I started taking the health food store capsules back in Mid January, 2009, with little effect. Then started making my own Tincture about Mid March, whereas I started noticing some results. So in essence I have decreased gray hair by about 15% in the last 3 months. It is stated on herb pages that it takes approximately 6 months for desired results. I am hoping I can report even better progress within the next 3 months.
My partner who is 62 has thinning hair along with gray hair, has only been taking my tincture for about 2 months. He told me his feels like it is getting thicker, and pictures are showing a slight difference. We are both hopeful, but again it is too early to be conclusive. I will report back in a few more months and let those who are interested know. Peace, Rena.

I have to retract my Yea for fo-ti to a Nay. I was not meaning to be deceitful but I only figured out recently that it is due to where the flash of the camera is placed on my hair. The camera flash really picks up the gray, and if the camera is further away, my hair looks darker. However, recently I took another photo at exactly the same distance from a picture I took back in June and there was no change in the gray. I wish there was a way to post pictures on Earth Clinic to show what I mean. Guess I will have to put up with aging and the gray, such is life, Peace, Rena.

I have been taking blackstrap molasses for about 1 month now. I mix a spoonful with my coffee in the morning. It's too soon to tell if it is working for my grey hair, but my skin seems to be getting darker. I took zinc supplements for years for my joints. I found out that zinc depletes copper from the body. That is probably why I started turning grey at age 28. Copper is responsible for coloring our hair! It turns out that blackstrap molasses is full of copper. So in theory, blackstrap molasses should work for grey hair. I have talked to one person who had a relative in her seventies with no grey hair. The relative said that her secret was that she too a spoonful of molasses every day. I will write back in a few months with an update on my grey hair.

I am in the late 20's. I don't know if this will work or not but there is no harm in trying as this is a more natural alternative. Every human being's body is different and reacts differently. So I am not surprised this hasn't helped everyone. But I think all of us with gray hair should give this a try and inform each other. I will definitely update in a few months if I see any difference.

I am 30 years old and am about 40% gray and the blackstrap molasses is not helping! I am losing the will to live with all this grey hair (not literally though!) Can you tell me exactly what brand of blackstrap you are using? I not that people on this site mention that copper is needed to turn the hair to it's natuaral colour and I also note that the blackstrap molasses I have makes no mention of copper. Perhaps this is the issue ...

Hi, this answer is for Deepak, Frances and Guest Mother (hope it's helpful). I have used different brands of vitamin B supplements - we get many brands (that I'm unable to post on this site) in NZ. I think just as long as you are getting B6 and B12 with all the other B varieties in your supplement. I would like to emphasise that taking the molasses and B vitamins took a long time to show an effect (6 months to a year with a regular daily dose). As I mentioned before I am unable to write specific brands here - the site forbids it! Anything calling itself organic unsulphured blackstrap molasses should contain the same ingredients. Incidentally, I still take 2 tablespoons of BSM and B vitamin supplements daily and am still free from all but the odd grey hair. I agree with others on this site, though, that a healthy diet is also important. Frances and Guest Mother - you may like to try the B vitamin supplements as well as the molasses. Can't really help any more, sorry. Hope you start seeing results soon, I know how frustrating it can be.

I have noticed some improvement too after about 6 months of taking a multivitamin containing huge amounts of B vit group. Three month into it, I also added BSM after reading positive feedbacks on this website. Once or twice a day, BSM taken with milk and brewers yeast. So, yes, I added more vit B in the form of brewers yeast. Now I can see auburn highlights so clearly around my face (on the temples and just above my forehead). My natural colour is ash blond and these auburn highlights look quite different from my natural colour but it is still better than having these patches grey. My grey strands, however, are still there on the rest of my head. I found a few strands with brown roots but the white rest. So it is definitely helping but slowly. I have recently added black sesame seeds (like 10 days ago). One table spoon a day. One chinese doctor advised me taking them as in China these are known to promote black and healthy hair.

My feeling is that some of you that got no results with BSM taking the gray hair away is that perhaps some of you are looking for a magic pill. BSM is not a cure-all. BSM should be taken along with a very healthy diet for best results. If people take BSM and eat a poor diet, use tobacco, drink alcohol, and other things, BSM may not give the results you are looking for.

I don't think BSM will help everyone. It might depend on what nutrients one is lacking in.

It may be as Kevin from NYC states you may be taking other things that are interfering with its' absorption. Understand too that families tend to eat similarly thus causing what appears to be genetics or heredity. I don't know specifically about graying in your twenties, but in other areas there is a correlation to familial diets and their individual health. As for me I'm going to try it. I could use the trace minerals and iron as well.

Hi Donald, I am not claiming to be a specialist on the theme here, but as far as DNA playing in to greying hair goes I think the scenario is more something like this: our DNA is what determines that around a certain time of our lives (average age 30 ish) the body will start reducing its production of or assimilation of the minerals that play major role in hair color. Reinforcing that mineral or group of minerals (this is the extent of my knowledge on the matter-I'm just referring to the principle of it) rekindles the 'coloring' process back on! On top of that just like deborah suggested, if for some reason it didn't work for you, you still did yrself a big favor by supplementing with many of the minerals our 21st century foods are depleted of.

You may want to have your thyroid checked as gray hair and vitligo can be symptoms of an underactive thyroid.

I have to agree with Dan and S. about the Black Strap remedy for gray hair. I tried one tablespoon daily, then two tablespoons for 6 months now and I do not see any change! For those of you who have had success, did it work soon, or did you have to stick with it for a long time to see results? I am becoming frustrated with the process and I'm considering abandoning it, but I would love some feedback from those of you who have found success with it.

I'm 65 and started taking about 10 times the MDR of iodine daily (kelp in gel cap form) about 3 months ago. 3 weeks ago I noticed my white hair turning brown again. It's totally brown now.

Hurray for kelp!!!

Love the blackstrap molasses, too, on our almond flour pancakes 2 or 3 times a week.

Dear Kevin from NYC, NY

From the research of Dr. Ray Peat, coffee (caffeine) is a benefit to the body.
http://raypeat.com/articles/articles/caffeine.shtml

Please cite the study (or studies) you are referring to that caffeine is a negative for good health. thanks

In regards to the diet soda issue, it's not the caffeine that is destroying anything good they do, it's the artificial sweetener! I have read many studies on the topic from various reputable resources (I never take just one source's word for anything, always cross reference! ) It has been shown to actually CAUSE weight gain primarily in the abdomen. It has been shown to not only CREATE cancer cells, once they are created the chemicals then FEED the cancer and it grows at an alarming rate. It's poison and it infuriates me that I have to be so very careful and diligent about not getting any food with it in it, the first step in my personal choice to purchase (or grow) organic and even then you still have to read the ingredients to check for cholesterol, sat fat, SODIUM (thats the one I see the most of) but at least you dont have to worry about preservatives (shown to be the main cause of lower testosterone levels in men, which can lead to PSA, colon cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure and ED! )

Oh btw I found this thread when searching for which vitamins CAUSE gray hair. I have recently completely changed my lifestyle regarding nutrition, supplements and becoming more active. I just noticed a gray hair and upon closer inspection I found quite a few gray roots, the length of the new growth looks about like the the length of time since I have made these changes, the first was cutting red meats, sodium and sat fats. Eating more fish fresh veggies and lots of fresh fruit and smoothies with raw oats, blueberries, greek yogurt, ground flaxseed, scant amount of physllium husk, vanilla almond milk and organic protien powder. I have been taking 5000mg of Biotin for about a month to a month and a half now. I noticed my eyebrows growing back in first, they had bald gaps in them before and I had to draw them in with an eyepencil, then my hair seemed to be getting thicker. I am suspecting it may be an imbalance in the zinc and b vitamins. I am starting a b-complex supplement today in addition to my biotin, b-6 and folic acid with DHA among multiple other vitamins and supplements. Oh sorry to make this so long but another topic you should read is on this site is

turmeric (I can speak for this, IT WORKS! ! ! I had horrible boils come up fast and big and PAINFUL, in desperation to avoid the ER, a search brought me to this site and the topic on turmeric. I started it on Sunday morning (3 a. M. Edt) and it is now Friday and it is completely gone, only dark spots remain where the skin is still healing. Within 3 hours of the 1st dose I had incredible relief and 50% reduction in boils and some completely gone. H2O2 inhalation therapy. I have heard of this before. I have known someone using the ingestion method and she was visibly younger looking! I have been too scared to try it. I got all the supplies and followed the preparation instructions but have not really tried it yet. I have also just purchased some herbal tea for cleansing. My current dosing formula for blood cleaning, gray hair,

in 8 oz glass I combine (all ingredients are raw, organic and natural):

1 tsp ground turmuric
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8-1/4 tsp ground black pepper (1/4 makes it a bit spicy)
1 tbsp honey
1-2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar with MOTHER (I have found only ONE that is not pastuerized, which kills it)
2-4 tbsp lemon juice (this works amazingly to cut the vinegar taste and smell! )
1/4 c boiling water (this helps melt the syrups and make it thinner for fast swallowing)

stir well and drink it down. I have found that holding your nose really does take bitter tastes away and sometimes I use less water so there is not so much to drink but since discovering the lemon juice its almost good! . I use chocolate almond milk to chase it, its thick and YUMMY and almonds are super good for you! Peace - May it begin with me. . . Steph

I was just browsing through some of the information posted and wanted to add my "5 cents".

I should mention, if you do use blackstrap molasses to "blacken your hair" be careful that you do not develop a vitamin B3 deficiency, WHICH IS known as pellagra, which apparently is important for the diet for those with Lupus.

For the man who treated Lupus on a gluten free diet...take head, that this goes right back to a probable involvement of strep as this is the main bacteria that feeds on B-vitamins, as it is essential for them to live. This is especially true if you eat corn products because corn alone can induce pellagra if the corn has not been fortified(i.e.canned corn or corn on the cob, corn chips, or unfortunately for all its good intentions..organic corn producers that do not fortify their processed foods. If you have Lupus and you're going luten free and eating unfortified corn, you're inching closer to pellagra. This one instance where eating a wholesome food (corn) will give you disease (pellagra) if eaten in large quantities and it is not fortified.

You scare people from eating corn that has not been "fortified", but fail to state precisely what the corn should be "fortified" with : "Genetically Modified Organism" chemistry, perhaps? Or perhaps some other manmade "process" that allegedly "fortifies" food, when in fact it so changes it's character that the body can't process it as food properly, and develops health-issues related to long term use of manmade chemical pharmaceutical by-products, I. E. Unnaturally occurring "Fortified" food-stuffs masquerading as natural foods.

Faithful I am happy to hear you have more energy but besides the microwave use I am concerned that you are using the flavored coffee creamers to make it taste good. Faithful, that crap will give you more to worry about then a few grey hairs!! I don't mean to scare you but my hope for your better well being is that you consider stop using that artificial toxic "poison." I have read various health reports that creamers are at the top of the most chemically treated artificial products. It should truly be banned! I don't understand the FDA. I feel so passionate about how bad it is for us that I have also urged my friends and family to stop using it. You are better off with just milk and adding the molasses or honey to sweeten things. Almond milk and coconut milk are great substitutes. And while I am on my rant lol I hope you are not using splenda or any of those sort of fake chemically toxic sweeteners either!! It defeats the purpose if you are taking stuff that your body and hair can benefit from but zapping and canceling the good stuff out with "poisons". Anyway, I have said my peace and I just could not resist bringing to your attention a few healthful tid bits:) cheers to your health and no grey hairs!!

Please note that hair on the crown of your head grows an average of 1/2 inch per month and grows at a different rate than the sides. You might try adding some chelated zinc to your diet as low levels of this mineral can hasten the greying as well.

I used a combination of biotin, organic silica, and zinc to stop hair loss and to regrow hair that grew back in in my natural hair colour and not the grey/white hair that fell out.

I hope you all know about CODEX ALIMENTARIUS, the U.N./WHO project to do away with natural healing, health foods, vitamins, supplements by government control and pricing them out of reach by most people.
