I used hydrogen peroxide (food grade mix to 3% mixture), that I inhaled. I misted and inhaled and I couldn't breath had to call 911. Thought I was going to pass out. Scared the hell out of me.

After having great luck with inhaling drugstore h202 for viruses and flu in January and February, I switched from 3% to a dilution of food grade. I wasn't sure about how many drops to add to the inhaler, so I only added 2 drops to filtered water. This wasn't enough! After a couple of days, I felt the beginnings of a virus, which wouldn't have been the case if I had enough oxygen (ie., h202) in my blood. I quickly dumped out the food grade and added back the 3% and pumped 6 times. The viral symptoms disappeared within about 3 hours. It happened fast because I don't think the virus had been in my system very long. I am going to stick to the 3% for viruses and occasionally use the food grade to drink. Since Bill Munro has used the 3% for 12 years, I am not so worried about the additives!

Hi Betsy, I had the same exact problem when I sprayed HP in the back of my throat and then decided to use it in a nebulizer machine and it was the same. I saw a post here saying that coughing and burning is caused by having an allergic reaction to Hydrogen Peroxide and one should be careful not to cause lungs damage SO I IMMEDIATELY STOPPED. I am still coughing from the ending of 2023 but it's far less now. God bless you all EC.

I am 68 and currently fighting Cov. I have always been prone to bronchitis which can turn into bronchial infection and/or pneumonia. I feel it is leaning toward pneumonia and I've been told to nebulize hydrogen peroxide.
All I have is the usual 3% solution, but even I've been told I can use this, I should dilute it with saline. I only have a nasal saline solution that is 0.65% sodium chloride solution. Does anyone know how to use these?

Why do you strongly state "DO NOT INHALE IT UP THE NOSE!!"? I have chronic sinusitis and thought this could be helpful.
EC: Because Bill's method does not dilute the peroxide and 3% H202 should be diluted at least 50/50 with distilled water if you are going to sniff it. That method (ie, the hydrogen peroxide in a neti pot or hydrogen peroxide and sea salt in water) is very popular if you check out the feedback on the Sinus Infection page of Earth Clinic.

It seems you all use a pump to back of throat. Have any if you used a nebulizer? Because I ordered it an it looks like it has a mask type that I think covers both nose and mouth. And I read here you aren't supposed to get it into your nose. So I'm confused....

Hi there, Does anyone know if you can use the inhalation method with mercury amalgam fillings? I found out the hard way that you really cannot drink it unfortunately, and I haven't had them removed yet. I got so many benefits from H2O2 (before I got sick due to teh mercury released) that I would like to be able to use it. Alternatively can I drink it using a straw as one person suggested? Sorry if this has been covered, I haven't been able to find the answer.

Inhalation, if done correctly, should bypass your fillings. I would not recommend using the H2O2 mouth rinse though. I suspect, that a good deal of rinsing with water and spitting would minimize any amalgam/H2O2 reactions.

Hi Kennywally,
Any information at all with regards to COPD is very helpful! I have heard of the ACV as well but not tried it..(as yet) the H2O2 has done wonders for me, but anything that comes along I'm willing to give it a go.
In a Rehab unit I was in a few years ago now, there was a large sign on the wall....it read, "When you can't breath, nothing else matters" and that sentence is so true.
Thanks for letting me know about the ACV. all the best Kennywally.

I have also experienced severe wheezing, coughing and restricted breathing since I started the protocol. Mine started within 2 days, and has gotten worse over this first week. I had finally gotten my asthma under control through using homeopathic remedies and then it started again with the H2O2 protocol. Not being able to breathe is a side effect I can't deal with so I stopped the protocol. Your testimony is the only place I've seen where someone else experienced this, too. I wish I knew if this was “normal” to experience.

Hello Mama to Many,
I feel breathlessness many times. Specially winter and in summer if it it humid. Also I feel breathless when I have not eaten anything for a longtime. I feel breathlessness if I have some tensions of completing a task like cooking, cleaning etc. Can I use 35% food grade h202 by putting one drop in 8 oz water?

You need an assessment of your health. Go to jingherbsanalysis.com and do TCM assessment, then set up a free 15 min. Consult with them or $150 consult, they will give you a $150 certificate, so it is still free. I have tried to find an online diagnostic service where you answer close to 1000 questions about your health and symptoms, but have no luck so far. I used them in 2006-07, they are in Hawaii and it is all computerized. If I find it I will let you know. You need to know what is going on. Resetting your body is another way to go, but google about it. Ice water showers is all I know. You need to stress your body enough for it to reset itself and that is something you need to decide for yourself. With too many symptoms you need to step back and evaluate it from the holistic approach. You did not tell anything about yourself, symptoms, the approach would be different if you are 25 or 65.

I have chronic bronchitis. MDs almost killed me. They failed to diagnose hypothyroid disease for years until I was almost dead. All they did was prescribe antibiotics for years, which ruined my entire body and my health. It's been a long road back, but now I'm much healthier. H2O2 was a huge part of my recovery in ALL areas.
I use 1/2 H2O2 (Buy 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide at Whole Foods) and 1/2 distilled (DO NOT use tap) water in my nebulizer cup. Inhale this for 15 minutes. If this is too strong or too long for you, work up to it. I use it every other day.
You also might want to try Probiotics and/or organic Apple Cider Vinegar (2 TBSP/DAY) for your intestinal problems. Also buy a juicer! Veggie juice will help cure everything! Get rid of ALL junk food-sugar, flour, anything processed. Eat organic as much as you can.
Best advice, find a good integrative MD and stay away from conventional MDs. I would be dead by now if I was taking medical advice from them. Also read online the symptoms of hypothyroid. If you think you have it, find an integrative DR. who will actually listen to you, and prescribe these hormones.

Hi! I've been battling with an ongoing staph infecting for about 5 years now. ABX obviously don't work & I've been using minerals as ABX whenever the boils/cysts presents itself.
I've used H2o2 IV's in the past, but they are so incredibly expensive I haven't been able to keep up with them long enough to eradicate this bacteria fully (though it's definitely weakened). I think nebulizing with H2o2 is the ticket & after reading so much about your experiences and successes, I'm sold.
I'm worried about nebulizing H202 in high altitudes. Should this be a concern? I'm between 5,000 - 7,000 feet above sea level and I've only just moved here, so my lungs have been feeling a slow readjustment to new altitude.
Thanks for any help/input. x Mallory

Turmeric is the answer to boils, staph - I have used after learning on EC for years. Buy a very large bag at the local Indian grocer, take a teaspoon at a time several times a day when you have boils, works wonders, dries up quick, pain stops. Search the site and read all about this spice.

I've been doing some research on Bill Munro's hydrogen peroxide inhaling treatment and so far all I've found indicates that it is extremely toxic. Of course, prior to finding as much information, I decided to give it a try by adding 1 tiny drop of h2o2 to my albuterol solution and the first time, worried about the consequences I found it felt as if it might work. My breathing immediately improved and felt different than just taking the albuterol. Unfortunately, after having read more, I must say I am now more worried of continuing. I'd appreciate any information amy one can provide on the subject.

Gus, the internet has every idea and it's exact opposite all over the web. So if you experienced help from it, go for it BUT SLOWLY. For example, I alway water down even the plain 3% HP from the drugstore even just for rinsing the mouth.

Dear Gus,
I agree with Mmsg.
We have found H2O2 inhalation (via inhalation or nebulizer) to work very well and we have not had any side effects in our family.
I do not think I would mix albuterol with Hydrogen Peroxide. I am not a chemist; perhaps it is okay. But unless I was sure there would be no reaction to use both together, I would use them apart. Maybe even 4 hours apart from each other. We have used albuterol and hydrogen peroxide in the nubulizer, but never at the same time. When I use peroxide in the nebulizer, I dilute it with distilled water. 5 drops hydrogen peroxide to 35 drops of water.
