Where to Find Nasal Pumps
Posted by Ron (Great Falls, Mt) on 11/04/2010
People that are using the nasal pump method - I would suggest to ask your doctor (or pharmacist) for a 'spacer' this is a plastic cylinder that one typically attaches a portable inhaler to. But for this purpose, you would spray the mist into the cylinder, then inhale the mist. The whole idea being that with the spacer, more of the mist will travel down into your lungs, rather than collect at the back of your throat. In Lieu of using a spacer, you could hold the sprayer *away* from your face and pump a few times into the open air, and then breath in (through your mouth) from the cloud-mist that you just sprayed. Just a thought. I've had many a nurse or technician say (for using an inhaler) that you *are not* supposed to put it directly in your mouth, exactly because the medicine ends up coating the back of your throat, instead of going into your lungs where it is intended.

Wow, I can't believe how effective the hydrogen peroxide has been on killing whatever virus I had. I have had a really, really bad cold which went into my lungs and caused breathing problems (I have a little asthma) for almost two weeks. I also had the sore throat and cough - used the cayenne last week and within a day or two that was totally gone. But I was still miserable with the congestion and labored breathing. Read about the hydrogen peroxide inhalation therapy. So this morning I went out and bought the nasal sprayer, and 3% HP, and gave it a go. I did a few squirts as I breathed in once. Couldn't tell much at first, but slowly I noticed the congestion leaving and feeling more and more energetic. I did another round a few hours ago, and tonight I am breathing normal, very very little congestion, and I feel full of energy and life! I am having trouble falling asleep, too much energy, but I'm sure not complaining about that. Oh, I forgot to mention, I took a HP bath too, just poured one of those small 15 oz. bottles into the bath water and stayed in there for 45 minutes. All the warnings on other sites did scare me I have to admit, so I'm still not sure if I am brave enough to make this a regular practice, but to oust a bad cold or flu I will do it in a heartbeat again!!! Thank you Earth Clinic.

My husband started feeling symptoms of the flu on Friday, but I didn't feel them until Monday. I started inhaling 3% peroxide to the back of my throat and into my lungs following Bill Munro's instructions right away. I felt immediately better (literally, 5 minutes later) but 20 minutes later I felt the virus returning to my head. Instead of waiting the 2-3 hours for the inhalation like the instructions state, I decided to inhale again. Again my symptoms disappeared almost immediately. I kept inhaling every time I felt the symptoms returning and by midnight, I didn't have any more symptoms. I went to sleep, symptom free and did the peroxide again this morning, after an 8 hour break and will continue to inhale every 2-3 hours now. I am not 100% (mild congestion) but am doing sooo much better than my husband who is still miserable with congestion.
I am coming to the conclusion that the key to this inhalation method is starting it as soon as you feel the symptoms and then continuing it for a day or two. Don't stop doing it even if you feel better! I also think that inhaling every few hours is not enough if you have a bad strain of the virus. Inhaling every time I feel symptoms returning has been the key to kicking this virus. No doubt I will be able to test my findings again this winter, but hopefully not with the swine flu.
Good luck everyone. We need to be prepared for a bad swine flu season!
Steaming Vs Inhalation

Hello Sumesh! I've been inhaling H2O2 per Bill's instructions for two months now and am pain free. I had the same reaction (sore throat and hoarse voice) for a little while but it all went away in the first couple of weeks. Don't give up!
Steaming Vs Inhalation
Posted by Michael (Honolulu, Hi) on 09/22/2009
Since a ultrasonic nebulizer simply vibrates the H2O2 solution into a mist, it will work. A machine that creates heat will affect the solution. My thoughts on this venture lead toward efficiency and practicality. The pump sprayer is fast, portable, and it works just fine. A ultrasonic nebulizer would be just a fancy and expensive way of achieving the same result.

I am truly amazed. I can hardly believe this Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation WORKS! It can't get any easier to get healthy again. It's a miracle! What a discovery! Mr. Munro is a GENIUS and my HERO!
Anyone who understands and appreciates HP should watch this cartoon, The Sunshine Makers (link below)....JUST FOR FUN! It was made in the 1930's and I'm betting that "sunshine in a bottle" is really Hydrogen Peroxide! HA!!! I hope you enjoy the cartoon.

Well it's been almost two full weeks since I began H2O2 inhalation therapy. I have been breathing easier, especially in the evenings while sleeping. Some aches & pains from old injuries have subsided a bit. I am a one pack a day smoker. No side effects at all from the inhalations. 5-6 times a day, 5 or 6 pumps each. I am occasionally cough up some phlem and attribute it to some cleansing of my lungs. No problems at all. Seem to be more alert too, especially in the mornings upon waking.

Hello I am a 39 yo female with Addison's Disease & Chronic Fatigue & Fibromyalgia, I started doing the 3% hydrogen peroxide in a nose spray bottle 6 drops in back of my throat every 4 hours for fatigue & muscle spasms. It did help me get more energy however I started noticing after 3 days of using that I was getting bad acid reflux, painful tightness of the throat, severe dizziness, nausea, abdominal bloating, hypertension, gas, and the scariest of all as soon as I would inhale the Hydrogen Peroxide my fingers would swell up and turn shiny red/blue & they would get numb & tingly. It happened every time. That was enough to make me stop. 3 days after I quit inhaling the symptoms continued to plague me except I had no finger swelling. The acid reflux & dizziness has been the worse. Today is 5th day and I do feel better & symptoms have subsided. I used the 3% peroxide to clean my face today and within a hour my face looked like there were burns on it? Very red & it looks burned. Does this mean I am allergic to this stuff? I have been battling candida yeast when I started taking it too. I do not understand all these symptoms while on this stuff. It was the most awful experience I have ever had. I was so dizzy I couldn't function. I threw up mucus because acid reflux was so bad. I didn't know if I was sensitive to it because of my addison's or was it a reaction to the yeast or what. Because I did like the energy when I used it. Could you please tell me what you think happened? Thank you

I have used HP as a mouth spray, bath, footbath, gargle, sinus flush and internally. I have benefited from all at times. I lean toward the baths, gargle and internal methods as I get the best result that way. You might try a bath as it has also given me a lot of energy for at least 24 hours following. You may need to stay in 45 -60 minutes. 200 mls of 35% foodgrade per bath. HP I have recently overcome a "bug' that i could not shake any other way.
My method: HP food grade 25 drops (2.5 ml ) into 1 liter de-mineralised water. Drink half of this 45 minutes either side of food. Drink it all at once. Once a day. If you get a reaction it may be temporary but if it persists you may be better to take a break for a day or two then try again. Alternately reduce the strength and/or the volume you drink. You could also try taking a toxin absorber such as bentonite clay to mop up any die off the HP is doing.
See my post from 09/06/2008
I have also had a hangover reaction to HP when I first started using it but I do not experience this now. Personally I find 3% strength too strong even in a spray. I get good results with just .5% for gargle and sinus. The strength described above is only .25% and easy to take. Good Luck

I'M NOT TELLING YOU TO STOP OR START I'M NOT A DOCTOR, BUT IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN TED SUGGESTS NOT MORETHAN .5 OR 1/2% H202 FOR INTERNAL USE. 3% IS PROBABLY WAY TOO HIGH FOR YOU THOSE ARE SOME BAD SIDE EFFECTS. i HOPE THAT HELPS, BEST WISHES

Peggy & Elizabeth, Have you read "the watercure". Dr Batmanghelidg asserts that asthma is caused by dehydration..the lungs partly shutting down to conserve the body's water which we use up at around 2 litres a day. Even if you think this sounds way out, the book is definitely worth reading, I have had really great benefit from following his advice. Also, it doesn't cost anything to do the watercure!

Dr. suspects I also have MAC. Asthma and COPD symptoms although I have never smoked. Couple of spots on my lungs. Been getting increasingly worse except for a year when I took IV ozone treatments. I am trying the peroxide inhalation method but 5-6 times a day was creating a sore throat so I have cut back to 3 times a day, hoping to slowly build up. Can anyone explain to me why a person has trouble sleeping when inhaling h202 later in day? Thanks for any and all input. I am desperate to breath better without meds.

I bought a nasal sprayer today, and plan to start inhaling tomorrow.
I have emphysema, caused by smoking for many, many years. To all who are still smoking (why?) I can recommend Tabex tablets. Google tabextablets - $30AUD. They made it unbelievably easy, so I told my son. He also quit with no problems.
Having tried just about every other method, I was amazed at how easy it was. What made me cross was finding out they have been available for 40 years, and I never heard of them!
They are made in Bulgaria, and I definitely have no connection to them. Just wanted to pass on the info.

i hope people know, who are reading these posts, 12 years later (2023) that since the popularity of that "Amaz**" amazing store, even in the USA, we can purchase 12% food grade hydrogen peroxide as easy as picking up our cell phones. sure its a little more expensive than the dollar store, but why take the chance?? Food grade is EASY to order on line and probably safer than topical. And while im advocating for quality of product... while nose spray is good, perhaps, for inhalation; a hand-held NEBULIZER produces much finer (smaller) particles which is much easier to absorb in the lungs. Less than $50 at that "amazing" store. You could "breath" in a 1/2 teaspoon of water w/ H2O2 in one quick inhale (followed by coughing like you just got pool water in your lungs! YUCK! Or you could gently inhale that same 1/2 teaspoon of water w/ H2O2 over say 10 minutes... no coughing. easy and gently absorbed.

I did some experimenting on my own after reading numerous articles on H2O2 inhalation methods. I contracted some kind of virus that affected my lungs..with coughing spasms. I filled my cool mist humidifier with 1 gallon of reverse osmosis water and 2 ozs 35% food grade H2O2 and slept with this on thru the night for several nights. First thing I noticed, was that I was able to breathe considerably better with less coughing. This is strictly my own concoction..I was desparate, as conventional medicine was not doing anything for me. Thought I would pass this remedy on......

Is H2O2 inhalation safe for my son who is on asthma medication?
This concerns H2O2 and particularly inhalation. I read the whole post on inhalation including the warning to smokers and individuals who have had medication via inhalers. My son was diagnosed with asthma a week back and as I have previous good experiences with drinking H2O2 (it eliminated my chronic sinusitis) I gave him a very dilute solution in fruit juice. Immediately his colour picked up and he says he feels great - but he is 7 and a sunshine, and says that of every medication I give him. He takes his cortisone by inhaler 2x per day as per prescription, but he coughs chronically and suffers from constricted chest, and as he is very active he was also prescribed Ventolin (a bronchodilator). With him regularly inhaling cortisone and having inhaled the Ventolin, would I cause a dangerous situation giving him H2O2 by nebulizer? Should I rather keep giving it to him in juice?

I never realized anyone had replied to my comments, but I came back looking for information on fibroids. Anyway, I was diagnosed with HPV, and the warts were present. There was only like one or two small bumps at the back of the vagina closer to the anus. I drink the hydrogen peroxide three times a day, and inhaled I think six times a day. I can't remember when I drink the peroxide in relation to meal time. I'm currently doing it now and I am doing it 1 hour before a meal. I pumped the nasal sprayer five or six times in the back of my throat while inhaling.

I am so interested in trying the inhalation method of peroxide therapy. I have suffered from chronic sinus problems for years. My left ear has been plugged for over two years now. The older I get, the more congestion I have in my lungs, even though I have never been a smoker. How exactly do I inhale this? Do you spray on the tongue and then breathe in or do you breathe in at the same time you spray in mouth (like you would an asthma inhaler)?
I am also wondering if there is any danger of this therapy while on prescription medications. I take Tramadol almost daily due to the headaches from sinus problems. I am hopeful that H2O2 will take care of my problems and that I will be off this med ASAP.
Thanks...so grateful to have found this site!!

Yes, could be toxins moving out and could be you got a bug/cold/flu same time and thought was side effect of H202 inhalation. Did you try again and get same side effects?
I only write this because similar has happened to me. When I found b/f got same symptoms, I realized it couldn't have come from current home remedy I was testing, since he didn't take it too.
But could also be temporary healing crisis. Try drinking more water. I sometimes take this Echinacea-Goldenseal tincture and some vitamin C in water a few times a day for a few days (as bottle says) to deal with healing crisis and its helped very much.

I found that 3% H202 helped me with my pneumonia and airway track infections which I have had twice this year: My breathing is so much better. Also found it to move on sore throats and blocked noses from flu..gone instantly: I use it daily as spray inhaler: And I will find it does so much more:
Change:
Vitamin C Powder: IT WORKS and simple
It worked for me: Skin cancers gone
Now another that is wonderful is Vitamin C powder....great to move on skin cancers, boils, warts and many many other things....Method to use the powder is to wet infection by either sorbaline or olive oil....then taken a large pinch of Vit C dust and rub into the infected area keep rubbing until it turns into paste then keep rubbing until it disapates......do each day until skin cancer moves away: It worked for me: Skin cancer is just a virus...I also have heard that it also helps with cancers within...
NOTE: Now it must not be used on Kemo people to use it.....as it will not work..it will crystalize inside ones body: The powder can be taken orally with water or juice it can be purchased from either a chemist or health food stores for around $10 Aus
And it does much more: Injections of high dosage Vit C into infected area's also helps for ones who R ill...I also wonder about aids plus other viruses and infections? Much more

Hi Sashalani,
I have used colloidal silver for 15 years in a nebuliser for asthma and COPD and as a preventative when I have an upset stomach or a cold. My children and grandchildren use it for the same things. I have drunk anything up to half a litre a day with no side effects or problems whatsoever. I used it frequently when I was living in malaysia to cure "Delhi Belly. "
I use the strongest strength which I make myself. However there some important things to remember when using colloidal silver. It must be made only using distilled water. Water that is not distilled will make silver nitrate - that is what causes skin to turn blue, it will make you very sick if you use it in a nebuliser. Colloidal silver should be clear when its made. If its cloudy throw it out, the water has salts and or minerals in it. Colloidal silver must be kept in the dark and well away from any electrical sources. Hope this helps, Marlane ellis

For the woman with asthmatic children I would definitely recommend the so-called "watercure". Instructions are free and the only cost is for sea salt.
In my H2O/H2O2 research I've noticed a similarity in the greatly varied responses to this therapy. and it occurs to me it makes perfect sense that water in a dehydrated body (it is estimated that over 70% in US are chronically dehydrated) would have a profound and greatly varied, overall effect, just as an influx of oxygen would.
It seems that some are frightened by what is called the "healing crisis", but one must remember that oxygen (like plain water) is going to have an effect on EVERYthing, including problems one may not even be aware they are having. These "new" things may flair up, temporarily, as they are cleared and appear to be side effects when they are merely the healing of previously unknown problems.
I'm glad I found this site. Now I have water with extra oxygen plus, less craving for cigarettes! And now, if I could just get rid of this craving for coffee...
Thanks EarthClinic!!

Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation: While in Tucson, Arizona for an extended stay I caught a respiratory virus that nearly stopped my clock. The coughing was so severe and so frequent that I feared I would have a stroke. It was so bad that I literally could not sleep and was declining in health rapidly. I tried every over the counter cold medication I could buy with no improvement. Finally in desperation I bought a "Ocean Saline Nasal Sprayer Inhaler" --emptied out the contents --and replaced the saline with Hydrogen Peroxide 3% straight from the drug store shelf.I sprayed the H202 both in my throat and nose and relief was immediate. Within 3 hours the cough was under control. I continued using the spray for a week until the virus was killed. The only negative part of the cure was I lost my sense of smell and taste for several months. My taste and smell slowly returned to normal over a 6 month period. To say that I was scared by this virus, would be a gross understatement. To say that I am THANKFUL for H202, would also be an understatement. I am convinced it truly saved my life. 55 year old male.

Hi there.. About hydrogen peroxide, I have spoken twice to Bill Monro and yes he is a real person and he will tell you he is very deaf and he has rigged up a way to hear you if you call him. Anyway I have used his method many times, Mostly to give me energy. I am now a 67 year old guy .
I stopped using it for awhile and about 6 months ago I started getting a burning sensation in my esophagus!! And also in my tube going down into my stomach when I ate some thing hot.. well I tried TAGAMET which I got told I would have to take all my life to control it and to get a camera put down my throat to see whats going on.
well I didnt have the camera and the TAGAMET DIDNT DO MUCH ABOUT THE PROBLEM.
So I remembered the H2O2 and started blowing and breathing it down my throat again. After about a week of doing this my burning sensation of my breathing HAS COMPLETLY GONE When I do take it at night the following morning it clears up everything off my chest and yes I get a good nights sleep and im left with only a slight burning going down my tubes into my stomach .
I will now start taking more into my stomach and im pretty sure it will clear that problem up pretty quickly. I also use hydogen peroxide all the time on my skin to stop infections as I spend a lot of time in the rural area of the phillipines and there are a lot of bugs here that just loves to bite you ..
So yes people If you have a probs with different parts of your body.. Then try it out.. Read what other people have said about it and go for it. And thanks again Bill.. I havn't talked to him for over 12 months.. But he is a very nice man

I came down with pneumonia Jan 2007. Doctors at the urgent care gave me Factive and it cleared up the pneumonia at first. Then around summertime (same year) I developed a chronic cough which I felt was from the initial pneumonia. Around Novemeber I came down with full blown bronchitis, or some kind of a lung obstruction. I ran into Bill's HP treatment protocol and everything is fine now. What a rough year I had in 2007 regarding my health. This was especially difficult for a guy that has never been sick in his life. I will never stop using HP again. All of this suffering could have been stopped months ago. Thanks again Bill and Earth Clinic....
