Thank Goodness! I have been very worried about Ted also and sending good energy his way.

Ted's contributions are extensive in EC. You can see variety of treatments recommended by him in different posts for different diseases. Top of everything is Ted's Alkalizing formula. I wish he comes free from any issues. Good Health.

My heart is heavy to know that someone who works so hard to help others has been arrested for it. I am keeping the situation in my prayers and hope to hear a good outcome soon.

Yes, Ted has has helped so many of us! Hey EC, is there any type of fund being set up or any way to help at all? I know this is not a political website, but it doesn't seem fair to abandon him after all he has done to help folks here through the years.

Ted should be given NOBEL PRIZE for the Ted's Alkalizing Formula. For a long time, I thought Sodium Bicarbonate taken in excess will corrode the stomach. We use Baking soda in pinches for some menus that is it.

Even though I was a regular reader of EC for more than 4 years. Never tried Ted Alkalizing formula as I was afraid of taking baking soda in half teaspoon and 1 teaspoon dosages ( and I did not try to understand the chemistry how it works). Just an year ago, I tried Ted's Alkalizing formula. What was the Result?

My Lower Back Pain was relieved in the 3rd day. Atleast the stiffness in the lower back muscles was relieved. Severe constipation was relieved in 1 day.

The reason for above symptoms were because body being too much acidic, which is because of North American Processed Foods.

I don't post often, but try to visit this several times a week and keep current on posts. There are so loyal members that admire Ted and have been helped with his remedies or advice. In the last year in my web searching for additional help with my candida/mycosis, I have seen his name mentioned so many times on blogs and forums. I am sure many would be willing to do what ever they can to assist Ted with this recent event in his life. I have googled and found a few short related news items. Ted has been on my mind since it was posted a few days. He has given help to so many. I don't think he has the type of wealth of doctors is so common here in the US of A. Many of have been sickened or near death due to big pharma drugs or careless doctors diagnosis or treatments. I don't think many of those responsible parties in jail. Life is not fair that is for sure. I hope he can make it through this mess. Please let us know what we can do to help and keep us updated with any news. I don't want to post the link because it mentions names and the charges. The news story reads/sounds so incriminating, but we know the truth about our "Ted" and how he has helped so many sick desperate people and payment was a post stating "thank you". You can google "Ted from Bangkok, Thailand" narrow the search to current week. If you search you may also see a site/link of a thaivisa forum linked to the story. It has some good/bad comments but furthers speculation of the event.

Unlicensed clinic owners arrested for putting patient into a coma

The Ministry of Public Health and the Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) held a press conference yesterday about an unlicensed clinic in Bangkapi that put a patient into a coma.

The patient was admitted to the ICU of a private hospital after suffering severe drug allergies at the clinic.

The authorities searched the clinic located in a house on Ramkhamhang 83/2 and found dangerous drugs, muscle-relaxing radio wave machines, an infrared machine, and patient records.

Pahatti Na Pattalung and Nicha the owners of the clinic, were arrested for practicing medicine without a license, running an unlicensed hospital, and prescribing drugs without a license.

The Minister of Public Health encouraged locals to report any questionable hospitals/clinics on 1556, the Daily News reported.

The Truth
Sunday Sept 1st 2013. Just prior to Midnight

Dr Ted's colleague Khun Nicha was called by her friend K. Waree and her friend to come to assist a 31 years old Thai man who had collapsed or fainted in a car park of the MT Serviced Apartment (RKH Soi 42) building nearby. She initially suggested they get him an ambulance to take him to a local hospital.

Khun Nicha knew of this man, as he had been a client of Ted's on 1 prior call, within the previous month. Asking Ted's wisdom & advice for a natural solution for his anxiety & a sleep disorder. Ted recommending changes to his diet, no sugar, no fried foods etc. And as Ted had limited time during his first visit, it was planned he would come back another day to discuss in details, to find a natural solution.

This night, Khun Waree told K. Nicha that the patient had apparently had possibly taken an overdose (more than 3 times the prescribed dose) of a prescription drug which he had been taking for some time prescribed by another hospital or doctor, for bi-polar condition, depression, anxiety & a sleep disorder.

(Further investigation has revealed he had overdosed on Seroquel before. This popular drug in the US currently has a case where 10,000 patients' have filed against Seroquel, claiming permanent disabilities, including nerve damage and other serious side effects. )

As the ambulance was not forthcoming, Khun Waree asked Khun Nicha could they wait for the ambulance at Ted house, as he would be more comfortable in his delirious condition than in the car park of the MT Apartment. Khun Nicha agreed & he apparently collapsed several times on the way in the taxi only 150 meters away to Ted's house.

Meanwhile Ted had been asleep upstairs, unaware of the situation downstairs.

Khun Nicha comforted the Thai man, in the downstairs area of their house, who was vomiting & in various delirious states of consciousness, back & forwards, lying down between the bathroom floor & the nearby sofa, while the waited giving only drinking water and moral support, complaining of pains in his legs, that he couldn't walk. Khun Nicha asked is there someone we can call to inform them of his condition & to possibly assist, for the 4-5 hours for the ambulance to come, which eventually arrived at 5am. No other treatments or drugs were discussed or given.

The Emergency ambulance attendants strapped him to the stretcher & took him, and Khun Waree & her friend, Khun Nicha, traveled to the Kasemrad Hospital which was the nearest place. During that time in transit, the man's mobile phone rang, but was unable to speak or respond, so Khun Nicha took note of the number to call back later. This was later found to be the parents calling looking for their son.

At Kasemrad hospital Emergency Dept. Staff asked the normal admittance report details, next of kin, family etc. Including the place of pick up, (at Ted's house) Khun Waree & Khun Nicha who was most concerned, were checking on him every 15-20 mins, from while the hospital treated the man with a respiratory & for seizures in their normal way, while he remained sleeping. Which Khun Nicharee kindly paid cash 4000B for the hospital fee on his behalf.

From approx. 5 am till 9am they waited at KSR Hospital for his recovery. The nursing staff informed all 3 helpers Khun Waree & Khun Nicha that an other ambulance was forthcoming to take the man to the Kluay nam Thai Hospital where he apparently had his health insurance card.

Meanwhile the parents of this man had apparently filed a police report of unknown details, but something like a missing persons report. Finding out now that he Monday morning approximately 10 am. The Thai man & his kindly 3 helpers went along in the ambulance to the Kluaynam Thai hospital, At KNT Hospital he was admitted to the ICU dept., from where Khun Waree had rung the parents to inform them where the son was & the present situation, who remained sleeping the whole time. Khun Nicha called Ted to inform of the situation. This man remained in ICU while the 3 helpers eventually went home.

Wednesday Sept 4th Khun Nicha went to visit the man at KNT Hospital to see how he was recovering. The man told Khun N he wanted to recover & didn't want to be ill any more. At this time Khun Nicha met the man's father for the first time, explaining all the details of the situation what she had done to help his son, he said he had filed a complaint wishing to bring a case against Ted & Nicha, with the police, and didn't want to discuss anything further. She waited for another 40 mins to try to have the father discuss the situation. But he never responded.

Sunday Sept 8th, at 3.30 pm afternoon, Ted was in process of discussion of natural & nutritional health with 10 guests.

Suddenly 1 uniformed Police officers, plus 8 plain-clothes police, plus FDA & Health Department personnel, plus a gaggle of TV news reporters (17 in total) arrived at Ted house, claiming to have a search warrant, which was not presented. While the press photographing everything, The police searched every room in the house and found & confiscated bags of Vitamins, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, Folic Acid, Lecithin, Indian Tea a standard dentist Ant Biotic prescription drug (from Nicha's dentist) & bags of common Baking Soda, and 2 different model Rife machines, one that works and 3 unused broken machines.

They arrested Ted & Nicha and took them to the Hua Mark Police station, for further questioning, to write the reports & detained them for 2 hours and arrange the Police arrest ‘Photo Opportunity' press release, coercing them to sign a false confession of guilt, which they refused, and then originally claiming 1.2 million baht each, but after continued discussion it was reduced 75,000 Baht bail for each of them or 150,000B total. Friends of Ted came & paid the bail & they were released from custody.

Since then the plain clothes, & undercover police have been trying to observe & make a new arrests for other multiple charges, including one undercover policeman pretending to be an LPG gas attendant. As Ted was not at home, they were unsuccessful.

Since then Ted has been informed by their lawyer that the parents of the man in question when they had fully understood the situation & the support the Khun Nicha had kindly given they had withdrawn & dropped any charges against Ted & K Nicha.
However by now the police, FDA & Health dept. have taken up this as a precedence case.

Claims made against Ted include:

Calim 1: The house was a hospital/clinic. But in reality there are no signs to claim the building is anything other than a private house, there are no beds, no IV's syringes or standard clinic operation.

Claim 2: That Ted sells dangerous drugs. When all the items found and confiscated are common FDA approved vitamins & supplements (mentioned in detailed list above)

Claim 3: The Rife Frequency devices were claimed to give patients electric shocks. These devices actually work on Radio Frequencies & not electrical output. Also 3 of the 4 confiscated devices were old & not in use.

Claim 4: Ted is charged with dispensing non-prescription supplements, when actually Khun Nicha is a standard Herbal Life member distributor, of which no Herbal Life products were actually found. This issue potentially implicates all hundreds of thousands of Thai MLM including Amway, Herbal Life, Giffarine, Mistine, NutriLife, NuSkin, Unicity, Young Living Essential Oils, Zulian and all distributors & sellers of Thai herbal products unless one is a registered & licensed Thai Pharmacist.

Claim 5: Ted is claimed by a local newspaper to own the Earth Clinic Website, when the truth is it is a popular blog site & Ted is just ‘blogger' offering natural health advice solutions. Earth Clinic is owned & operated in the US by Deirdre Layne.

This is very sad news. But we have to realize that anytime we do not go along with their plans, we will be a target. Collect as much info as you can to treat yourself and be careful who you pass the info on to. Remember that truth seeker's, No matter what it may pertain to, will be targets... This is not just with natural meds, but everything in life. Seek The truth and they will seek you.

The medical community has to much $$$$$$ to lose, their interest is in treating not curing.

First, they came after someone I did not know and I remained silent, because it did not affect me. Next they came after my neighbor, but I still remained silent, because this still did not affect me. Now they will come after you, because you did nothing to stop it.

Rebel: Thanx for your stand. After watching a Beck video on YouTube, one can't help but both respect and admire pioneer scientific researchers and advocates, and pity the persecution they endure.

Considering Beck's approach, I think he would have faired better having written & published a book on all his findings and lectured out of the book while charging a modest fee for attendance. There is both a necessity and freedom in terms of relations w/ money. Beck's approach of "giving away" his time and info can go unappreciated by many; and as for the conventional system, they NEVER operate outside money, so Beck went against their principle, thus inviting more opposition. Also, he should have been more inclusive in his application, instead he preached the empowerment of the individual health against all professional assistance.

The main issue here is that if someone has overdosed, you take them to the Emergency Room, you don't take a taxi down the street to a friend's house and then "wait" for 5 hours for an ambulance to show up. That is downright irresponsible. Sorry, but the version of events that I have read here appears to be manipulated for public sympathy and doesn't ring entirely true to me. Any responsible party would have taken the friend to the hospital immediately. I am glad the young man survived. Had he not survived the two parties involved would have been charged with a lot worse.

I was wondering if anyone has an update on Ted? I hope things are working out for him and he is able to get the problems resolved.

However, since the Thai police and FDA reps confiscated bags of B vitamins, files, and non-functioning RIFE machines from his premises, you can bet they confiscated his computer and phone, and are monitoring his incoming communications i.e. email and skype for connections etc...looking for 'breadcrumbs'.

Undoubtedly this ordeal has been very unpleasant for Ted. But having communicated with him before, I am aware of his online 'pattern'. Which has decidedly changed - suggesting possible surveillance.

Big Pharma and their FDA 'b*tches' will undoubtedly attempt to remove the 'thorn'. Charges can be conjured by looking for any 'links', no matter how tenuous, in order to achieve that goal.

Perhaps those sending him emails and skype messages might need to be aware of this possibility. A lot of good information has been provided on this website. So before firing off an email, message etc...consider conducting a 'search' first.

In regards to Ted's legal problems ... a general comment

In murphy's law, the first one listed is - no good deed goes unpunished. It makes sense why it is listed number one.

Helping people can be very risky because most people on this planet are dominated by their sociopath personality aspect. This is why the powers that be can be so successful in their agendas.

Another reason why the powers that be are successful is that most compassionate dominated people are dysfunctional. I have seen too many people who will be compassionate on a localized level but the same people will blindly support the most violent institutions and sociopaths on the other hand.

Compassion requires a very high level of awareness. Most people who are compassionate dominated will tend exhibit a low level of awareness of what is happening around them.This makes them function on the whole no different than sociopaths.

Most victims of the powers that be go into the after life never knowing the origins of wat lead to their deaths and why.

If you could psychologically profile the general populations sent to nazi concentration camps and the ones supporting the nazis, there would not be much difference especially how they view political institutions that rule over them. The Milgram studies show populations around the world are generally the same.

This is why most of the victims can never be rallied to oppose their victimizers.

It makes anyone trying to protect people against the large scale deathly agendas of the powers that be more vulnerable. Outside of pockets of support, they will usually receive very little support from the general population.

Thank you for your concern. Things are normalizing now but as yet I cannot live in my house. I am now volunteering part time in one stem cell clinic in Thailand which belongs to Villa Medica in Black Forest in Germany to get some protection from interference from FDA and health department. I may volunteer to work at another clinic which is cancer clinic. The reason I cannot go to my house is simple, the first month of arrest even on bail there was several attempts of FDA, police to make arrest, mostly false arrest. The reason why they cannot make false arrest is simple, after my first arrest I move out the house. There was a stakeout all day until midnight for at least 3 months. Each stakeout in one shift required four police officer and one out of uniform police officer disguise as a patient or some delivery people. So they spent far more money to get me arrested then a heroine trafficker. There is more story to it - in 2009 Thai now make laws stringent on selling of ginger, tumeric, neem and at least 16 other a hazardous chemical you can google natural news. Fortunately some of my patients in Thailand helped me as I would be in jail for sure. Ted

OMG! That sucks, I know there are laws, but not all of them are not right, he's just trying to help people. That have been failed by regular doctors or can not afford it. Will pray for you Ted, wish you the best.

Phara, , , , , , , , , , my man , you are so right. The stuff that was begun on Jekyll Island, Ga. with the petroleum barons some 100 years ago has spread across the world. It's all about Big Pharma. I will give you an example.

On Wed I had blood lab work and came home and was exhausted. I got into my recliner and soon someone put a 100 # weight on my chest. I soon went to the couch, but no relief. I figured I had a heart thing, so I got my tester and my blood pressure was good, my pulse was 170....not so good.
