A friend of mine has a big hard ball located on his upper arm, about two inches above his elbow joint, that looks like someone stuck a golf ball on his arm. His doctor said it is just a big calcium deposit and wants to surgically remove it.
We've been trying vinegar soaked cotton, then wrapped it all up, careful not to get it on the rest of his arm and in only four days the big hard ball has become all swishy and rubbery like the chicken in vinegar trick.
But my question is: should we be continuing? Will it shrink/dissolve the big ball? Are we doing any harm to the rest of his arm bone? Your input would be appreciated. Thanks.
If you place a tablespoon of Calcium powder (Gluconate or any other purchased at store) into a glass of hot water and add a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (even the cheap stuff) and stir it up, you will see that the calcium will completely dissolve into the water...it will disappear. If you don't use the tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, you will notice that after a while you will see calcium on the bottom of the glass. So, as long as there is enough apple cider vinegar (acid) in the water the calcium will stay "in solution" (stay dissolved).
The same thing happens inside your body. If you consume enough acid it will keep excess calcium from depositing where it doesn't belong. Any excess acid will be excreted through the urine, causing an acid urine PH. If your urine PH is alkaline, then you know that calcium will be falling out of the fluid and depositing where you don't want it, like a calcium deposit.
The source of this information is mainly from a book by D. C. Jarvis, M.D., copyrighted in 1958. It is called Folk Medicine...A Vermont Doctor's Guide to Good Health. You wouldn't know it from the cover and index, but it is almost all about apple cider vinegar. He did several very interesting experiments on people and animals using apple cider vinegar. I got it used at Amazon.
