Magic!! Thanks for spreading this info. I was desperately seeking a cure for my allergies.. after not being able to sleep through the night for the past few days due to pollen allergy. First, thinking all ACVs were all the same, I bought the regular kind (pasteurized & filtered). I felt better hours after taking the first shot. I slept through the night that night for the first time in a week.. I bought the unpasteurized one the next day.. I think both cure my allergy. I told everybody around me and so far, all of them cured from allergies, and these people no longer have to take allergy medication anymore. I love ACV!!!

I had quite severe seasonal allergies with non-stop runny nose, itchy eyes, and sneezing. I started taking 1 tbsp of ACV with the mother in a glass of water, sometimes with 1/8 tsp of Baking Soda and sometimes without. The first 2 days, there was not much change, and the stuffiness in my nose seemed to be more than ever. But on the 3rd day, all the allergy symptoms completely went away and I've been allergy free ever since.

I was excited after reading that someone got rid of itchy nose and sore throat after taking 3 tbs of honey and 3 tbs of ACV. I have had these symptoms for over a month now. I just wouldn't take over the counter stuff and wouldn't react until it gets unbearable. So, it got to that point, surfing the net took me to this website, I tried the remedy and voila! No more itchy nose and the sore throat is almost completely gone; right after taking the remedy! Thanks for letting me in this awesome remedy, people!

I stumbled on to your website after another severe allergic reaction to shell fish. I accidently ingested food cooked together. I have been aware of my allergy, so I'm pretty careful. I get completely blistered month, lips, throat and I think throughout my system. If I have touched shellfish my fingers peel. In agony, I was searching the net for treatment or relief of my symptoms. And up came Earth Clinic and ACV remedies.

I decided to try it immediately. I took 1 tbsp of ACV in 4 oz of warm water, drinking it down fast, then just rinsed my mouth with water and baking soda. I tell you, it was immediate relief! My mouth pain stopped and my blisters seemed to coat over. I had been taking a pain killer every 4 hours and it was not even touching the pain. I was so relieved I fell to sleep exhausted. I repeated the same dose 3 times a day and I am now 48 hours later. My blisters are completely gone! This is a miracle. Other episodes this has taken me 3 weeks to recover from. I am so excited! I have read and read peoples comments and suggestions, and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I am eager to see if it helps other ailments I am having. Ie: hives, asthma. Please anyone who suffers from allergies, give ACV an honest try. Be brave!

Do you have sever stomach pain when you have a reaction too? Just curious because I have been becoming randomly allergic to different fruits and veggies. It's possible for me also to become allergic to shell fish as well. But I just get super bad pain in my upper abdomen.

In the last few years, I have developed severe allergies-- almost debilitating during the warm weather. My face swells, eyes shut and itch--even my scalp itches, but worst of all is blowing my nose raw and the exhaustion from continuous sneezing, headaches and constant sore throat. Did I say that I was almost constantly miserable? I had lost all semblance of my carefree outdoor life.

In desperation, I tried every natural remedy and over-the-counter medicine I could buy, even doubling the doses--nothing has worked except slightly, perhaps, for an hour or two.

I have found so much help on this site in the past, so I came here again yesterday when an allergy attack was so severe, I could not continue to teach. My seventh graders kept asking, "What's wrong, Ms.? What's wrong?"

Going over your allergy remedies again, I could not help but marvel at all the people who were getting such tremendous relief from apple cider vinegar. I had tried it before with little benefit, and I was just wishing, "If only it would work for me!"

Suddenly, it dawned on me! Maybe I'm not using enough vinegar! Maybe I'm not using it often enough? I started to use about two good splashes of raw apple cider vinegar to about three ounces of water (less than 1/2 cup). On the counter, ready and waiting, I had mixed 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and a little water (Thanks Ted). Quickly I slugged the vinegar and water (strong but bearable this way). Then immediately swished my mouth with the baking soda and water to protect my teeth. Swallowed a little of this for my stomach. I did this on the hour, about four times, and about 11:00 PM, I started to notice some relief.

I took the cider vinegar once during the night and again upon rising. Then I noticed right away that all my allergy symptoms had subsided considerably. I used the intensified method five or six times the next day and felt so well on the third day that I dropped the "treatment" back to 4 times. I feel human again! I feel wonderful! I can smell flowers and cut my grass without a handkerchief tied to my nose By the way, my nose is not red and swollen, my eyes are open and clear. The sore throat that I have had constantly for months and months is finally gone! THIS IS A MIRACLE WORTH PRAISING GOD ABOUT!

PLEASE! PLEASE! ANYONE WHO DID NOT FIND THE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR TREATMENT FOR ALLERGIES TO WORK, TRY IT AGAIN AT MUCH HIGHER DOSAGES AND FREQUENCY.

It may be all you need to do to tweak this remedy and get your life back. I still can't believe how good I feel. Thank you Earth Clinic! So glad you're here for all of us!

Liz

Apple cider vinegar cleared my allergies and congestion!! I followed the 2tsp in 16oz of water recipe twice a day. I don't measure exactly, though, so I may be a bit over 2 tsp actually. After returning to Mississippi for a visit in mid-March, my allergies (already pretty bad) got so bad that I lost my voice and could barely breathe. I am also asthmatic, and I was coughing so hard that my chest hurt. When I got home, I tried the ACV formula and within 3 days I was no longer coughing, and I was fully clear! I have not been congested since!! I tell everyone around me how well the remedy worked for me because now all my friends and family are suffering and I am not. :)

WOW!!! My allergies have been worse than ever this year. I have been to the doctor twice and twice given antibiotics. They helped for a few days but as soon as I completed taking them, a few days would pass and I would feel bad again. Almost like I had the flu. My dad has sworn by ACV for years in helping with his weight loss. "Son, a glass at night and one in the morning" he says. KOOKOO!!! Was my thoughts. Well, I am at the end of my rope. I am a business owner and can not afford to be out of the office. I just mixed up a batch of blackberry tea (helps with the taste), 3 Tablespoons of ACV (always a beliver of more is better), and a 1 Tablespoon of honey. Well, as soon as I took my first sip, I had to blow my nose. I have now finished my first glass and feel like getting out of bed and going to work. Thanks for the website and now I will call my dad and apologize!!!

Living in Houston, Texas we have yellow pollen everywhere right now. A few days ago myself and two of my children started with the runny noses..so I made up an ACV/honey (home grown in our town)/blackstrap molasses with warm water drink. We all drink a cup in the am and in the pm before bed and it clears our noses right up! No sneezing and itchy eyes. It is so awesome because I HATE allergy meds for their cost and side effects. So thank you so much for this website...it has ben a HUGE blessing to our family!!

Hello, I have tried to drink the ACV with water in the morning and it seems to upset my stomach, so it occured to me the other day to try it in the evening after dinner, so I did. I have only been doing this for the past 3 days but I can tell you that it does not bother my stomach and I do only sip my water not gulp it down at once. I also mix a little organic lemon juice in mine to add flavor and just a few drops of liquid stevia to sweeten. I think I am sleeping better and I dont seem to have the sneezing episodes quite as much as I have been having during the day at work. I work in an office and handle alot of paper and files during my work day which I think adds to my sneezing but it has eased up some since I began doing this at night.

My step sons girl friend had allergies. He found this site, and she used ACV for very short time (about 1 week). she does not have allergies for about 3 months now. The first side effect she noticed, was a lot more energy! Like never before, and no dark circles under her eyes. she does not drink it any more!

WOW, allergy-induced sinus and upper respiratory infection feels better after just 1 tbs ACV w. honey in water plus ACV & Eucalyptus steam. I will keep this up! Also going to go on Ted's common sense and easy to use "allergy buster" diet. Will it help me tolerate the gorgeous oak trees around my house? We'll see but so far, I'm SO GRATEFUL for the reader feedback on the ACV. It helped me try this folk remedy, which so far is helping a lot. THANKS ALL.

I am in my early twenties and over the past 3-4 years I developed severe allergies. The cause of the allergies was difficult to pin down, but one major culprit was the dust mite. In addition to respiratory symptoms I also found myself breaking out severely with eczema on my face, hands, arms, shoulders, and occasionally other spots. The breakouts would come and go, I could never fully figure out how to get them under control and did not want to rely on harsh steriodal ointments and medications. About a year and a half ago I began to drink apple cider vinegar after having read about it on earthclinic. I would take about 2 tablespoons twice a day diluted in juice and water, sometimes tea. I am convinced that without the ACV my severe breakouts would still be going on. They have not completely stopped but the difference is like night and day. Whenever I accidentally skip a dose or two or ACV I can see my skin becoming worse. Thank the heavens for ACV it has been like a miracle. I cannot as readily attest to whether it has aided me with other health issues.

I read on this website about ACV remedy for allergy. I am allergic to certain food and wanted to find a natural cure rather than the nasal sprays. I read quite a bit about yeas and also about its taste and side effects and was a big freightened to try it out, nevertheless I wanted to try it. As someone has mentioned about adding ACV to salad, I added 1 tbsp of CV to cucumber and onions with some salt and pepper and ate after 15 mins. Wow, the taste was sooo good, especially because I like sour things, rather than sweet things. I drank the left over juice and wanted more. I did it for 2 days and loved the taste. But as most people and this website recommends 2 tbsps dissolved in 16 oz water, today I tried this method, but with just about 1 tbsp, as I am just beginner and wants to test myself against any of the side effects people had mentioned. I must admit I didn't quite like the taste, especially because I don't like apples.

Can anyone tell me if I will get the same results if I add ACV to the salad and eat it, rather than dissolve in water? I prefer the salad method...I love the left over ACV with salt and pepper!!!

ACV for allergies and Sinus issues, I'm presently in a shack in the mountains with 2 hairy dogs going out of my brain with hangover feeling/scratchy eyes/mucus and sinus issues (this is whilst eating pure organic food ACV bicarb etc). Last night before bed i felt compelled to sniff diluted ACV up my nose, (swimming pool effect)-desperate. Upon waking I still felt groggy, repeated the solution and within 10 minutes my head and nose cleared. It's going to be a good day. Thanks Earth Clinic x

I had a bad reaction to ACV. I tried it for allergies, and I got an extremely itchy nose and throat and started wheezing with asthma symptoms. If you are allergic to apples...... I decided I must be, you could try white vinegar for the allergy treatment. I hope it will work for me.

I love using 2 cups of white vinegar in a hot bath. My skin is looking much better and not itchy. I have little white spots on my skin and I'm trying to get rid of that! Hopefully this will work.... I'll write about it in a few months.....yea or nay!
