I was a skeptic but I was also in severe pain. This was my third attack and the longest one so far lasting more than 9 hours. At 1 am I couldn't handle it anymore. I took 2 tablespoons of ACV with apple sauce and within the hour I was asleep.

Been suffering from intermittent Gallbladder Attacks for over 20 years (maybe once or twice per month), but didn't know that's what they were until recently - I'd always been told the pain was related to my Kidney Stones (referred pain) or ulcers (stress) or GERD, so I never have received proper treatment for the pain and have just learned to live with it until the past 2 months.

For the past 2 months my Gallbladder Attacks have steadily increased to daily episodes which have lasted longer and longer until, for the past 3 weeks, the pain continued unabated 24hours per day every day.

I've come to this site because the Attacks are making daily activities, including eating and working, nearly impossible anymore and I need to find some relief from the pain and perhaps a cure as I do not wish to have my Gallbladder removed to fix this.

I've begun with the Apple Cider Vinegar treatment - it has helped reduce the pain by about 50% for a short while after taking a mixture of 4 Tablespoons of ACV with 8oz of water (chasing it with Cranberry Juice to kill the taste and help reduce my Kidney Stones), but it can't stop the pain. I plan to move on to the Epsom Salt Cleanse to see if that helps and, of course, alter my diet to remove those foods which aggravate the condition.

Thank you all, and this site, for the helpful information provided regarding Gallbladder experiences, symptoms and treatments.

Good luck to us all in dealing with this ailment.

Regards, -Darin

Wow - I can't believe how fast this remedy works! I just took about 1/2 a glass of Apple Cider Vinegar. I didn't have apple juice, so put in some pear juice. It was a bit hard to swallow down, but 30 min. Later, my pain is greatly reduced. I've been feeling absolutely aweful for about a week - pain, a pressure/bruised feeling under my right ribs and a sharp pain through my back between my spine and right shoulder blade, gas, diarrhea, nauseau and some vomiting. I went in to see a specialist yesterday and he ordered blood tests (liver and thyroid too) and a fasting ultrasound which I just had this morning. But waiting days for a result has been aweful. He said if I get a fever or the pain is excruciating, go right to the ER. I took the drink about 30 min. Ago and I'm much more comfortable. I wouldn't say it's completely gone, but I definitely feel better.
