I am, by NO means an expert, but I do read a lot, and I have been desperate to get rid of 2 lipomas on my face. The main one was on my forehead by the hairline and it was the size of well smaller than a grape, but large enough that my husband noticed it even though I have bangs.

I ordered some bentonite clay powder. I mixed it with water two nights ago and applied it just on the lipoma like a facial mask, and then rinsed it off once it was all dry and flaky. The cyst is noticeably smaller, but not gone. I spoke to a friend last night and asked her if she had heard of that, she acted like I was a late bloomer or something. She told me that she mixes hers with apple cider vinegar to make the paste (the ACV must have Mother in it). I'm going to try that tonight. Just wanted to let you guys know, since I saw a lot of people asking, but without a lot of answers. The bentonite clay has many uses and is very affordable. Hope that works for you!

BETTER BUT NOT CURED

I have found that ingesting bentonite clay has a lot of benefits, including liver, kidney and gallbladder cleansing as well as intestinal cleansing. The clay can also help heavy metal detox and remove toxins from the body while adding plenty of healthy minerals to the diet. I have been faithful with my bentonite clay (2x 2 tsp @ first thing in the morning and before I go to bed). I mix the 2 tsp of bentonite clay with a bottle of filtered water (not tap) and mix it all up (without a metal spoon or anything because the clay has metal properties and will lose potency if mixed with metal).

Doing this for the last month and a half, I have not had any more additional lipomas. I currently have 5 lipomas: small and pea sized- soft too. My father has them and I inherited them. From all my research and reading, I have seen many "solutions" and mixed results. I believe if you stick to the bentonite clay long enough there can be a reduction. I am not there yet, but am faithful it will happen. In addition to my daily ingested clay, I have also switched over to a paleo/fish diet (strictly fish/vegetables/fruits/NO SOY and reduced polyunsaturated fats). I have lost over 15lbs and have felt overall improvement in my self-esteem and have worried less about these lipomas ever since. I look forward to where my healthy eating habits will take me as well as the bentonite clay.

Warning: you will experience some constipation on the first day, but it will subside- DRINK A LOT OF WATER. The clay is not easy to down because it is literally dirt. Mix it with water and drink it 1hr before your first meal, make sure to be on an empty stomach and be persistent. The lipomas will disappear, or at the least be halted.

Keep your chin up, let God do the healing and hold the faith while you're at it.

Bless up.
