I have to tell you about this awesome remedy, I made my own apple cider vinegar after I read all the good comments about it :). I am taking one tablespoon in the morning with a glass of warm water. I wasn't really expecting much, but I got a lot :). I was having a heartbeat problem which sometimes was soo bad, but after a month or maybe less it stopped and I believe it is from the vinegar. Also from forever I was having problems with my voice, it would get low and people would not understand me. There was this tightness in my throat, I had to make an effort to talk and if I had to talk longer louder.. O my God. It was affecting my self esteem and I didn;t know what was causing it. And the previous couple of days I noticed that my voice was normal and clear and just wonderful. I am so happy :), I have to put a sticker on my car bumper - I love ACV :)

If iodine does not work completely, consider that it could be related to digestion. If you get diarrhea with the rapid heartbeat, it can be your vagus nerve. Gut and digestion supplements by heart and soil is fabulous for this.
Also, consider whether or not you are mildly dehydrated. This sounded silly to me at first but I have heard of so many people who eradicated arrhythmia by putting a pinch of salt in their water or drinking some Pedialyte every day. It can take a LONG time to rehydrate yourself so don't get discouraged if it doesn't happen right away.

I have had severe and intense arrhythmia for a few years now, all starting when I entered the menopausal change. It is quite common for many women to develop heart symptoms of all sorts. Well, I totally rejected the offered beta blockers (M.D.'s solution), and started looking to the wonderful and healing world of herbalism. Several cardiac tonics are available that work fast and immensely reliably. Motherwort would be the star of them all. In tincture form (as an infusion far too bitter! ) it can be taken everywhere and used in a 'heartbeat' if needed. 15 to 30 drops in a little water, one or a few times a day. Motherwort has many more benefits to women of ALL ages. I am a witness to its reliability and complete safety. For all women out there who are also experiencing their menopausal years, I HIGHLY recommend reading Susun Weed's book, Menopausal years The Wise Woman Way.
With the information and wisdom in this book I have approached even my N.D.s, and told THEM what I needed. Also, including very nourishing and with minerals loaded stinging nettle infusion (this is not a weak casual tea but a highly medicinal infusion of herb) supports the function of the heart (and the entire body), without dishing out a fortune for supplements. I do, however, supplement with RnA Remyte and ReMag on most days of the week. I determine the correct dosage for me each time I use it, with the help of my pendulum, as the daily needs vary. That saves a lot of money when you need exactly when and how much or little you actually need, as opposed to blindly following a protocol that is geared to the broad masses (yes, naturopaths usually work the same way as M.D.s, prescribing not what the individual needs, but what a certain protocol demands).
So, motherwort (leonorus cardiaca), nettle infusion (urtica dioica, see Susun Weed's books), ReMag and ReMyte, NOT skipping meat as it contains heme (there is not a single plant on this planet containing it), important for red blood cell formation and support of too many functions in the body to mention, but mostly iron supply.
I also learned that low ferritin levels (iron storage, NOT serum levels) can contribute or even cause heart arrhythmia. However, all that being said, we must remember that the heart is much, much more than a physical organ, and a vast variety of emotional issues or imbalances (anger, fear...) regularly trigger arrhythmia (I had a horrifying experience at one dentist where I considered not making it out alive there anymore; I went through 2,5 hours non stop intensely irregular heartbeat, did all I could and took my tinctures, did pranayama, had essential oils with me (ylang ylang, spikenard, lavender, marjoram, vetiver... just a few for arrhythmia), and absolutely nothing helped the situation. I prayed in the chair (mentally), I started crying, was very upset about the complete lack of compassion nor understanding from the dentist (he should never be let loose on the public), and realized that fear alone (in this case of the man himself as his energies were very dense and low) was the trigger that time.
The reality is, with heart arrhythmia there is no single cause, so it makes sense, to approach the 'problem' from more than one angle. I also do regular Dead Sea salt baths (26 oz per full bath).
As far as ACV goes, I find it way too acidic to take orally, even when diluted, and it has the potential to destroy tooth enamel. Not worth it to me. From an energetic perspective, in support of the heart there are a variety of crystals to use, such as red jasper, green aventurine, emerald, just to name a few. Working with crystals, however, is also a rather intuitive undertaking, and requires some understanding of the crystals themselves, how to use them, for how long, etc. The latest thing I incorporated to get the arrhythmia under control was/is homeopathy. I found an amazing doctor who practices traditional homeopathy (as opposed to those who use it more casually with little understanding of the matter). Great success thus far!!!!!
I am very certain that there are a myriad more solutions out in this world for arrhythmia, many of which the western world has never thought of perhaps. There are also insanely great ways from various types of energy medicine available. It all depends on the individual response of the person to any particular treatment (Acupuncture did absolutely nothing for me). I feel it is important to approach the matter in a holistic way as possible, physical, emotional, and working through the various layers of the energetic body. There is an amazing book out there, that everyone should have on their shelf: THE HEART SPEAKS by Mimi Guarneri, M.D., FACC. I hope I could provide the reader with more solutions than the three mentioned in the headline. Be well:)
Just reading through new posts and saw yours.
I'd simply start with something! If not taking magnesium I suggest it to anyone anyway...so that would be a daily protocol. So very helpful with many things including heart and actually arrhythmia can be a sign of magnesium deficiency. Also arrhythmia is very common with PeriMenopause/Menopause...though not sure if that applies to you! :)
I do a minimum of 250mg of magnesium daily and it helped almost immediately.
I also know the great benefits of cayenne and hawthorne (both wonderful separately and together) I'd try and find a combination of these in a capsule or liquid tincture and if it were me, start with one dropperful 2x a day or 1 capsule 2x a day...I play with my own dosages so you'd have to see what works for you. Can always increase.
I actually take ACV anyway each morning...about a TBSP with a pinch of baking soda to help keep my urinary tract in good order...so you may or may not have to take it. I'd try one or 2 things at a time so you see what's working.

Avoid Excessive Potassium

I have had Arrhythmia issues for years, never knowing what would bring it on. I recently went on a high fat diet that included avocados and nut and seed butters all high in potassium. My arrhythmia came back strong so it would come on whenever I went to bed. I tried all the things mentioned here and they didn't help. Then I found out about Hyperkalemia, top much potassium in the blood. I looked up the potassium content of the foods I was eating and cut out all the high potassium ones. My arrhythmia didn't appear that evening and hasn't since. It's only been about a week but I think that was what was causing mine.

Friends, keep posting what works for you. I need to know. I've fought this for 30 plus years, but the last few weeks it's gotten much worse- esp. at night. There are a lot of changes going on in my life right now. Although, I don't think I'm upset- there probably is anxiety going on.
One other thing I've noticed is; if I feel "bloated", that seems to bring the PVCs on in spades!! Alka-Seltzer can help, but I've also found GAS-X or something similar may help.
thanks for any input!! I'm getting tired of taking hours to go to sleep because the arrhythmias are keeping me awake. I awake in the morning feeling fine (after they finally subside enough to get to sleep)

Vitamin C Therapy is the answer to all of your problems with the heart. Take my word for it because I had A fib worse than any of you, it was a 24 hour 7 day a week problem with a heart beat of 155 beats a minute. In the mornings, I would wake to a heart beating out of the chest, not sometimes but every morning... Once again my thanks to the person that posted the part about Linus Pauling and I want to thank you for saving me from this problem as micro nutrient therapy is the answer to the riddle I was beating my head against the wall trying to find. No thanks to the dangerous and deadly incompetent medical industry with their dangerous chemicals and primitive medical practices.

In the morning drink a glass of water with a little salt in it. Experiment with the dosage. Shouldn't overdo it to start with. Try to eat at least one big green salad a day sprinkled with salt. Avoid in the evenings as you may get very thirsty in the middle of the night. I use Celtic Sea Salt, completely unprocessed and very tasty. Eat bananas too. You should see the difference in a couple of days.
Finally, I cant praise magnesium chloride enough. Magnesium is notoriously difficult to absorb. The absolute best & fastest way to replenish the body is transdermally. It's like balm for the adrenals.

I had the same problem of skip heartbeats a few years ago. I went to the DR. had all kinds of tests and he said I didn't have skip beats. Well I did my own research and he was right, I didn't have skip heartbeat, but what I had was every second heartbeat was weak, and I could barely feel it when I took my pulse. This did not happen all the time, but it bother me. I read about magnesium and I started taking one capsule every day and I still had skip beats. I looked at the bottle that said 400mg, and instructions said take 4 per serving. Wow, no wonder it didn't help! I upped it to 2 capsules a day and my heart beats normally now. Thank you God.
Fasting
★★★★★
Many compounds such as caffeine can make your heart increase its rate irregularly. As we age the ability of many tissues to eliminate by products is reduced. When such compounds accumulate in the heart outer layers, they will start to leak inside the heart and over stimulate its electrical system.
The surest and fastest way to eliminate these toxins is short water fast.
From my experience, the best remedy for arrhythmia is a 60 hours water fast.
Although mostly the results are achieved in the first session, it is very advisable to repeat it every month or two.
The Water Fast:
Water fasting is when you stop eating all food for the set period of time and drink water only.
It is advisable to drink 6 to 10 glasses of water during each 24 hours.
When completing the fast it is advisable to eat lite for the first day and then return to the regular diet.
Some people find starting with a 60 hour fast difficult, there fore if this is your case, I suggest to start with short fasts the first one for 24 hours, the next month do a 36 hour fast and the following month the 60 hour fast.
There is a lot of reading material available about short water fasting and anyone without experience is encouraged to learn about it prior to commencing a fast. You can also find people who professionally supervise fasters.
When fasting, the best method to determine the detox level is by checking the urine for color, smell, mucous and more. Other indications are tongue, headaches and more.
When encounter with harsh detox, an increase in water consumption, a glass or two, may reduce it. If this does not work, drinking some lemon juice with a little honey or maple syrup may reduce the detox rate. You must take in consideration that the use of honey may stop the detox altogether.
Please note that there may be an increase in arrhythmia at the beginning of the fast as the toxins leave the heart tissues. Controlled physical activity during such period may help to reduce the arrhythmia at that time.

For my arrhythmia, I take Eliquis, half of what the doctor says. I also do KATTSU to get my heart in sink. I do not take the other Rx garbage that makes you feel like you have been run over by a Mack Truck. Roy, read my posts because I have my own set of drums. Some love me, most do not. Guess what though, I still around and most others are gone. My problem now is facial skin cancer the I have dealt with all my adult life as a Gardner. I treat it with BEC 5 Curaderm. Got an appointment in Nov with my Dermatologist in case I fail. The 100 pulse thing is BS. Get concerned when it gets to 180 and 8 drops or Cayenne Extract in a 1/3 glass of warm water will not bring it down. Then go to the ER, because you do have a problem. I use doctors as consultants because I study the subject more than they. I usually know more than they. It's a sheeple thing.

EDTA Chelation
★★★★☆
My tests show that I have both a restriction and arrhythmia. I continue to do chelation but my cardiologists insist that I have a cardiogram and stints and bypass as they deem necessary. I refuse and they refuse to address my irregular heart beat. It pisses off heart doctors if you do chelation. There is no big money for them. Chelation cost's $ 3000 and by-passes are in the hundred of thousands.
Not only that , it pisses them off if you have an Anti Aging Doctor who does hormone modulation or supplements as I do. You got to do big pharma's stuff. You got to stay sick and visit them every few weeks.
At 73 , I thought I was in good shape. Upon reflection it appears that my heart damage was done when I was younger and in job stress as well as when I had Sleep Apnea. I will do better in the next life, if I don't come back as a goat.
Doctors don't like for you to challenge them. Just be a good little boy or girl and follow orders. It's a GOD thing. As a card carrying Redneck, I don't do that. They can kiss my grits.
Excuse my vent, but I had to or explode.

150mg x 2 a day of Ubiquinol, in a very good brand, I take Herbs of Gold in Australia
Thats really it after trying so many things, oh I also take a tincture of hawthorn berry from a herb farm, but the main thing I have noticed is the Ubiquinol after 2 or 3 weeks, heart rythm is solid as a rock, now and then with great stress may go out but its been incredible as I was getting so insecure in life never knowing it may go out every few days and I do a lot of housesitting, feeling that I maybe won't do it if out of the blue the arrythmia happens.
But now thank God, all because a simple young woman in a health shop suggested Ubiquinol, as the most effective form of Co-Enzyme Q10. Which by the way I had been taking tablets for years of Co Enzyme Q10 and nothing happening to stop the arrythmia, so sympathize with everyone spending a fortune trying to find what works.
After years this one thing, Ubiquinol, works incredibly for me and I still take Taurine 1/2 tsp a day as when I started it a year ago it did make episodes somewhat less.
Hope this helps someone.
Good wishes

Cardiac Ablation
Long story short, I spent three nights in the ICU and three months near death in bed at home. I'm am still very unwell. My point is not to scare anyone, but I highly recommend trying every natural therapy you can before taking what seems to the quicker route, no matter what the "experts" tell you: problems do happen. The clincher is that I still have arrhythmia and, after things went so terribly wrong, the surgeon dropped me like a hot scone, probably, I think, because he was worried about a law suit and hoped I'd simply disappear.
Although I have Obamacare, the insurance still hasn't decided whether they're going to cover the bill for the ICU - $120,000. And that's just the ICU bill - I have thousands more besides. The surgeon has gone a long way to ruining my life, although he does have a couple of very expensive cars.
Anyway, try magnesium first - "Calm" is a very good product as it doesn't have as many side effects as others I've tried, and it is easily absorbed.
Doctors are like car salesmen. Their business is selling cars. I promise you that when I go to buy a car, I know far more about this car than the sale man. The same goes for MD's. I promise you that EC folks that study know more about their problem than a doctor. For instance, a doctor recently chimed in on EC about the strength of H2O2 . He did not know his fanny from a hole in the ground. I wanted to burn him, but restrained. We all knew he was a novice, but no one challenged him. I can promise you that my doctors fear me far more than I fear them. They know that I know the subject.
Sometimes the EC text is of no interest now, but that can come back later to bite you in the fanny. That is the reason I try to read every post. We got some bright folks posting and you need to read all.

Thanks for your post.
I have had cardiac problems since birth but have been with all types of arrhythmia for the past three years. I am in my thirties and like everyone on here it can be debilitating. I have found this site very helpful and have had molasses which worked like magic.
Although I have respect for my cardiologist I have carried out my own research and have found Coconut water works wonders. I cannot recommend it enough. We are given medications and though they all have their function they are not a cure. Sometimes they do more harm than good and I know this from experience. They also steal nutrients and fluids from our bodies. There is a link between electrolytes and our normal heart function. I started looking into dehydration and went from there.
I hope you are feeling ok now its good to know none of us are alone in this. Keep positive!
