Treatment for herpes

If anyone there is suffering from herpes virus, please try applying coconut oil on the affected area. Even if you don't have an outbreak you can still rub coconut oil on the affected areas twice daily to stop an outbreak. Coconut oils are easily available in any Indian shops. You can also make it at home. Take some milk from coconut and boil it under high temperature. Keep boiling until all the milk evaporaes. Squeeze the white substance that is left and you will get pure coconut oil. Please try, this oil treatment it really works. You don't have to spend so much money on antibiotics and it is harmless to your body. Goodluck and best wishes

I used the apple cider vinegar on the lesions on my genital and it burned a lot for 5 minutes and then it didn't itch for hours. It was great! But it didn't diminish the size of the lesions.

Then I applied coconut oil and 6 hours later it was itching again :( But when I looked at the lesions, they were smaller! I applied 2 more times and it seems to be working so far.

I am also taking 3 tablespoons of coconut oil a day, after reading a guy's post about eating coconut oil 3x a day and being free of outbreaks.

WORKED TEMPORARILY

UPDATE: the coconut oil no longer worked after a while. It was a relief from itching but did nothing to lesions. I had to apply colloidal silver on them.

Hydrogen Peroxide, ACV, Colloidal Silver
Posted by Genna (Austin, Tx) on 09/20/2009

Here's how I make homemade Colloidal Silver:

2 Silver wires. (.999 PURE silver: call Thunderbird Supply @ 505-884-7770 You will need 12" of 14 AWG. Cut in half.) I bend the wires over a wooden spoon so there is a one inch gap from the bottom of wire to base of a clear drinking glass. I attach a jumper (alligator to alligator jumper available at Radio Shack) to one silver wire, attach a second jumper to the other silver wire. I pour 8 ounces (1 cup) of warm distilled water into glass. I snap four 9-volt batteries together, exposing one leftover negative terminal and one leftover positive terminal. I attach one alligator to each terminal (the other ends are already attached to the silver wires.) I insure that the silver wires are about an inch apart all the way to the bottom. I set timer for 25 minutes. I pour resulting colloid into an amber or cobalt blue bottle for storage.

**Do not microwave distilled water to warm it. Heat it on the stove. The warm water (anything less that boiling) will cause a higher PPM "parts per million" colloid. The ideal voltage is between 27-36 VDC. After 15 minutes you can visually see the reaction occurring in the water by shining a flashlight through the glass, it will look like a mist between the two silver wires. Skky Vodka is a perfect bottle (with a plastic twist lid) for storing colloidal silver. This solution normally makes a 5ppm colloid when made at room temperature. Clean silver wires gently with green nylon scratch pad, my silver wires have lasted over 10 years. You cannot shock yourself doing this.

Christine, 14 AWG just means 14 guage wire. (I should have just said that!) Good luck, it is really easy to make colloidal silver. I have not had a cold or flu in over 10 years and I credit that to the silver. I put it in my husbands coffee and in my dog's water bowl too.

DMSO, Hydrogen Peroxide
Posted by Joyce (Joelton, Tn) on 09/05/2009 490 posts

Hi EC, Looks like this correspondent from the UK is saying to apply the above to the lower spine for herpes simplex, type 2 and to apply it to the nape of the neck for herpes, type 1.

Remember to cleanse the area where you will be applying it thoroughly just before using and I suggest cleansing with H202, not alcohol or soap. Remember DMSO is the most absorbable stuff known and it is also known to carry anything on the skin inside with it when it is absorbed.

i use a phototherapie-stick for labial herpes, works really well!

for genital herpes, though, it is not strong enough, but contributes to the healing.
i got rid of my last OB really quickly thanks to a combination of remedies found on this wonderful website :
i put on a cotton swabbed with ACV for a few hours, then 4 min of photo-therapie.
afterwords i applied a mixture of teatree-oil & gelee royale before going to bed.
the next day the herpes was gone, there was only a red spot, on which i applied again teatree-oil & gelee royale.
now i'm taking lecithin and ACV (2 TS in a glass of water, over the day), stayed OB-free when i got my period and throughout a bad cold.
thanks to everyone!!!

Seriously, try 20% cream Hydrogen Peroxide on a cotton ball and lightly press it on the area. Apply everyday until it's completely gone. I'm on Valtrex and Zovirax but hydrogen peroxide has done more for me and my symptoms are gone (for now I expect). This is my 1st outbreak so we'll see. I still need to convince my bf that he's got it. He has no symptoms and doesn't believe that he gave it to me, but he had tender lymph nodes on both sides. My doctor confirmed that this is a primary breakout for me.

My bf has been in Iraq for the past 6 mos. and he was here 3 weeks ago for leave. Two weeks after he left I developed symptoms. During a routine exam my doc saw a tiny pinhead sized bump (looked like a goosebump) and asked me if I had oral sex with anyone in the past few weeks. He did a swab of the area and five days later told me it wasn't the cold sore variety but genital herpes. This f---- sucks because I didn't get anything from my bf before. He probably got it in Iraq. lol WTF

I've actually tried huge doses of Lysine in the past. It never worked for me. But now, I actually have a little trouble with my liver. So for that reason, high doses of Lysine is not a good idea for me. But I agree it's a great option for many out there.

Instant pain remedy for Herpes! I found a quick remedy for the pain associated with genital/oral herpes. Being in so much pain, I racked my brain for something that would help. I thought of Orajel aka Ambesol, tooth ache gel. IT WORKED GREAT! I have genital herpes. It halts the pain instantly. Any oral pain reliever works. Just apply a dab to the areas in pain. Within seconds the pain is gone. Yes...it wears off after a while, but just re-apply. I also found that helps to keep the area extra clean! Soap & water at least three times a day and the the application of the orajel shortens the outbreak to less than 3 days.

I have been learning from some very informed people that Lemon Balm is much more potent if used fresh, since the volatile oils are scarce compared to other herbs. I take the fresh herb and pulse in blender with vodka. Then I put it in a jar and let it sit in a dark place, shaking it up every day or so. Just as easy and you get all the oils this way.

Dietary Changes

Hi 2nd Chance, I just mentioned the zapper last week. It is a device based in Hulda Clark's principles. The actual zapper I use is called The Terminator Zapper. It's simpler than the actual Hulda Clark zappers and very effective. I have had one for a couple of years and wore it all the time for a few months. Now I only use it occassionally. I just had my daughter wearing it as she had a urinary tract infection.

If you google it, you will find lots of information on it. I believe I bought mine for about $115. They can be expensive but it's unnecessary. They can take care of worms, parasites, viruses, funguses. It alkalizes the body and transmits frequencies that kill all pathogens. I would wear my zapper on my hip and at night as well. If you have any other questions, let me know. Hope this helps, Lisa

Coconut Oil and MMS
Posted by Carl (Philadelphia, PA) on 09/07/2008

I have also had the same experience with MMS. I felt the tingling sensation but I got no actual outbreaks/sores. MMS works very well to destroy bacteria, fungus, parasites, viruses etc. The issue with MMS is that it is fighting the fight against Herpes alone, hence the tingling sensations. MMS cannot to its best ability fully destroy the Herpes virus when it is protected by it lipid coat (Fat coating). Monolaurin (coconut oil) is a supplement that dissolves away and destroys the lipid coating on the Herpes Virus, leaving it naked and exposed to our immune system. Monolaurin is not a drug, therefore, the Herpes Virus does build immunity to it like it does with Valtrex. Many people who use Valtrex claim it stops working for them after 2 years. The reason for this is because the Herpes virus builds an immunity to it, making the virus stronger, smarter and harder to kill. I would not be surprised if the drug companies introduced a new & stronger drug that claims to be much stronger than Valtrex.

By using Monolaurin, which dissolves Herpes's lipid coating and also using MMS, which oxidizes and kills the virus along with a healthy diet you will be able to stop all future outbreaks. But please keep in mind that you must eat well and clean your system out. Nobody can claim that there is a cure for Herpes, but I believe the cure for herpes is right in front of us. If everyone in the U.S. with HSV donated $2 (for example) we would have enough money to hire our own researchers, doctors or even help a comapny focusing on this cure see their passion to the end.

Hydrogen Peroxide

Warning: Hey guys hold your horses- you MUST tell people what strength of HP you are using for different treatments. As you know HP comes typically from 3% to 60% and these stronger ones can cause serious damage if used undiluted. So before you use HP Google about the dilution of it. Usually 3% is safe for most uses except you don't want to let it get into your eyes. 6% can be use for some treatments. Also you never want to digest any drug store brands, because they have other chemicals in them. If you for some reason try eating or drinking it; use food grade HP, which is 30 or 60 %, so you must dilute it a lot. So do be careful. And don't ask me where to get the food grade, because I don't know. Google it.

ACV, Flower Remedies, Diet, Tea Tree Soap
Posted by Anon (London, UK) on 06/18/2008

I caught the dreaded GH a few years ago actually from oral sex, not even a shag for the pleasure! Anyway, symptoms came regularly, each month with the usual burning sensation up my thighs, small red sores on the penis, etc - hassle is an understatement! I was 32 at the time, and it def slows you down in your tracks! Tried the usual remedies, Apple Cyder Vinegar, Bachs remedies as recommended on this site, diet change etc. I'm generally pretty fit and eat well, but to be safe I totally cut out anything with artificial sweeteners and stopped eating bananas / peanuts. By following the Organic Apple Cyder Vinegar route and the Bach route for months on end, the results were not really obvious - did lose a bit of weight though - probably the ACV and the cutting out of artificially sweetened food - also cut out booze almost completely to test the alcohol theory. All of the above may have helped slightly but it's hard to say. One thing I did notice about ACV was if you apply it directly to the sore areas with a cotton ball, or tissue - it would bring out the blisters/sores very quickly - almost instantly - maybe speeding up the clearing cycle, but once again it's hard to say if it helped. I'd also generally drink ACV twice a day, morning and evening (a lidfull in a glass of water) it's pretty good for you anyway so no harm giving it a bash.

I have not tried any doctor prescribed medicine at all - in fact on both tests at the STI clinic I came up negative for G-Herpes, amusing really, I didn't have a blood test but it shows the swab tests are scarily poor! There is no question though, it is def Genital Herpes I have.
I researched the web everywhere for help and found this site to have the most sensible suggestions and promised myself that I'd comment on here in the future. My symptoms were not as bad as the pictures you see on the web, but we're more than enough to put me off sex for a while, general inflammation of the skin near the head of the penis (redder than it should be), slightly itchy tingles like you have a pubic hair caught in your foreskin, tiny blisters which seeped a little for the first few months, these died down a bit to a less obvious soreness, but still obvious to me! As time goes by the symptoms seem to naturally slow down and come out less aggressively which makes sense - but they still appeared each month or even every few weeks. Just as I thought probably gone this time - there the usual redness/tiny sores would pop up again.

I tried using non-scented soaps - the usual high street suspects, I'd wash my penis each morning and night, but you get a bit worried about aggravating the already seemingly angry Virus so I was always cautious what I washed with! I found the Bach remedies to be a bit of a hassle, you'd end up going to the bathroom at work, putting a few drops on the areas which were aggravated, then standing there with your penis out waiting for it to dry, the Bach remedy also left you a little sticky as it is sweet, but none the less worth a try!

Anyway, cutting a long story short I was in Waitrose (English Supermarket) about 9 months back and picked up a bar of soap as part of my continuous attempt to find something that helps. The soap was made by Tisserand and is called Tisserand Organic Tea-Tree Soap. It comes in a cardboard packet and is a 100g bar of green soap. This soap which says it has "naturally antiseptic properties" seems to have worked at cutting down my symptoms, in fact it's almost eradicated them. Costs about %3 a bar. I wash my penis in the morning and evening with the soap, just lather the soap up in my hands and then wash myself with it, I also use it for the rest of my body as it's really nice soap anyway. I've not had an outbreak for ages, and the soap seemed cut outbreaks almost as soon as I started using it. It is possible that the timing of when I bought the soap coincided with my bodies natural defense to overcome the continuous virus outbreaks, (I started using it about 20 months into contracting GH - but I was still getting outbreaks roughly every 4-6 weeks at the time) but I would say it's more likely the soap does have something in it that helps massively. I can pretty much eat anything now and can go out on a drinking bender without worrying too much about the consequences.

In summary, get your body back on a healthy diet/lifestyle. Try and get good sleep hours to save you from being run down, don't go out drinking too much. If your system is run down then the virus is stronger. Cut out artificial sweeteners altogether, I didn't notice any obvious worsening as a result of consuming them, but everyone else seems to suffer so I just eliminated them from my diet - if you need sweets then eat things with natural sugars - honey sandwiches for example. Definitely try this soap Tisserand, make sure it's the bar of soap I've mentioned above as I think they do quite a few ranges in liquid form etc - I'm sure it's what helped me. I completely stopped Bachs remedies as soon as I started using the soap -they're really a bit of a hassle and people always ask you what they're for. I still drink the ACV every few days or so just because it's quite good for you, I also drink a lot of green tea as it's an excellent anti-oxidant.

It may be the amount of time I've had it, but at 20 months in I was convinced the GH was going to keep recurring regularly and was finding it was really controlling my life, I planned everything around it. Now 29 months in it's no longer really a hassle for me at all and hasn't been for the last 9 months since I first started using the soap. So my conclusion is it's either time or the soap that's done the most for me - so if it's time then there's light at the end of the tunnel for most of us, and if it's the soap then I'd recommend you at least try it - I'm not going to stop using it (ever!) - so Good luck Team H, my thoughts are with you!!!! Two other things; I also cut my pubic hair pretty short as I found it would get caught in my foreskin on occasion and cause unnecessary itching - guess that's a guy thing! And also I only wear loose cotton underwear, generally Ralph Lauren as I'm pretty cool like that ;-) Good Luck!

I also have herpes so I though I would try it on a sore and again the itch disappeared and the sore healed in two days. Next I am going to try drinking it and hopefully it will help prevent the allergies and outbreaks. I applied the AVC twice a day with a cotton ball.

Oregano Oil

★★★★★

I was doing some additional research on a particular brand of Oil of Oregano (as I mainly used another brand) and came across info regarding it's effectiveness to cure Herpes. While I have not used Oil of Oregano for this purpose, it's one of the staple natural remedies I've been using for years. Some of the things I've successfully used it for are: Yeast Infections, Abcesses, intestinal parasites (after eating Pork they usually make themselves known), bleeding gums, itching skin and I'm sure there are many more things it could be used for. Give it a try and see what happens. It's a little pricey for the small bottle but it lasts a long time. It can be used internally and externally. It's very caustic taken in liquid so after a while I got smart and now buy gel capsules and use the dropper to fill it and take it that way. If you try it, please report back your findings so others may benefit.

For Herpes (http://www.doctorajadams.com/OilOfOregano.html):
In "The Cure is in the Cupboard", Dr Cass Ingram's states that "a study done by Sidiqqui determined that the oil completely destroyed herpes viruses, 'disintegrating' them. He states to daily rub the oil vigorously over the spinal column since that is where the virus lives when it is dormant. He states to take 5 or more drops of the oil under the tongue twice daily. Naturally, everyone's immune system is different so no time frame is given; however, one of the testimonials given in the book states that a woman's genital herpes completely disappeared after only 1 month, after having it for several years.

Also visit Edgar Cayces' site on using Caster Oil packs to strenthen your immune system. Don't recall the URL so you'll need to Google it.

P.S. Make sure the Oil of Oregano you purchase comes from the Mediterranian. This is the only kind that contains the medicinal properties.

Saw Palmetto and Natural Oils

At 40 I starting using Saw Palmetto for BPH, benign prostatic hypertrophy (enlargement of the prostate) to control the life altering affects of not being able to urinate and feeling like you have to pee all the time. I have had genital herpes since 1983 or so. I had stress related outbreaks 1-2 times a month for 2o years. healing time about a week. I noticed, how could I not notice that I have had only 1 very small fast heeling (1day) painfree outbreak in 18 months. I take 450 mg once a day in the morning. I also have oral herpes, oh that is embarrassing to say the least. About six months ago I started using an online product from healing natural oils. www. amoils. com I would also get stress related outbreaks on my lips about once a month, with 1-2 weeks to heal. I rub the oil under my feet twice a day. I would always get an out break after being outside all day. Now I have a high stress outbreak about every 6 months, it does not turn into a blister and heals in 24 hours. No unsightly sores to embarrass me in public. I never get an outbreak after being outdoors or camping. I used saw palmetto a year before using the oil, so I know that the saw palmetto worked for me. Hope someone finds this helpful.

Apple Cider Vinegar, L-Lysine

Hello My name is Melissa J. I am from the south georgia area. I have had herpes type I since i was a kid and got herpes type II in 1985. Back then there was not much help even the doctors were not effective in treatment. I was going to take what they prescribed i started reading about the drug and i didn't like what the side effects were. So i set out in what would help me. This is what i use as a combination it may not work for you its a matter of trying something until you find what works for you. I highly recommend L-lysine it also works in case you have you HVW that is herpes viral warts PPV i mean. So my recommendation is L-lysine, B-12, apple cider vinegar, vitamin E, stay away from artificial sweetners, reduce stress and get enough sleep. Also i use mind over matter if i feel that i am getting any kind of outbreak i will mentally make it go away and it does. However this method takes practice. The main thing is to not focus on that you have herpes. I don't mind and herpes doesnt matter. I had to tell myself that over and over again. When i stopped focusing on what i had i became much better. Its not easy dealing with it and when you meet someone new you know the risk if you tell them they walk away but i would tell them hey you might have something worse than me. How do you tell someone you have it just be honest if they walk away oh well someone will understand one day just dont give up hope ever of finding the right one....Good luck
