Went to the ER after an excessive bleeding and pain episode after sex... Was told I had an ovarian cyst on my left ovary size of a bird egg... Was given provera for the bleeding and pain pills. Now the pain has subsided, want to know if it is ok to resume sexual activity and will it prevent me from having more children? Will the remedies listed here hinder me?

So far so good! Only 1 day of this mixture: 1 tbsp of each... Organic unsulphered black molasses, organic aloe vera juice and organic beet juice in a glass last night, this morning and tonight and my bloating that I had for about 4 weeks have subsided immediately. (touch wood) I had a pap on Monday and an ultrasound on Tuesday. I was told that I have a cyst on both my ovaries (left: 2cm and right: 4cm) since September and this is because of Endometriosis. I haven't felt this good in weeks. 2 surgeries to remove cysts and I refuse to go for a 3rd time and I want kids one day. Too much surgery in the same area will mess you up with scar tissue which is what you are trying to eliminate. I am also adding 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 3 iodine drops to 1 8-once glass of water 3x a day and irregular bleeding I had for about 2 weeks has ceased immensely. Wish me luck... I know these cysts will be smaller if not gone just like the other success stories on here. I'll post my results on how I feel in a month. Thank you everyone. Oh! Vitex tablets and boraga oil (omega 6) help with circulation of periods too.

1 part vitex (chaste berry) powder
LIVER CLEANSE TEA
1 part yellow dock root
2 parts wild yam root
1 part dandelion root
1 part oregon grape root
2 parts burdock root
1 part vitex (chaste berry)
Cinnamon, ginger, sassafras, and orange peel to taste.
*You need enough to drink 3-4 cups a day for about the same length of time.

1 part yellow dock root powder
1 part chaparral leaf powder
1 part goldenseal root powder
3 parts slippery elm bark powder
1 part witch hazel bark powder
1/2 part black walnut hull powder
1 to 2 drops of essential oil of myrhh and/or tea tree oil
You will make these with coconut oil and need enough to Insert one, 5 nights in a row, rest for 2 nights and then reapply for another 5 nights.
(for several weeks)
You will also need:
non gelatin capsules (available at whole foods)
castor oil
cotton flannel
Spirulina Greens Powder,
virgin coconut oil
-The recommendations for dissolving cysts is that you cut out:
sugar, white flour, caffeine, chocolate, eggs, all dairy except yogurt and most animal fats out of your diet and focus on dark leafy greens, whole grains, and sulfur containing amino acids such as garlic, onions, and beans.
Also, incorporate Castor Oil packs while doing these remedies.
I also purchased the book where these remedies came from. The name of the book is Herbal Healing for Women and the author is Rosemary Gladstar. This book is great and I find it quite useful.

Hi,
I am having 1.7 and 1 cm cyst in both ovaries. I have started taking Apple Cider Vinegar from last two weeks. It has stopped my bleeding problem as I was having extremely irregular periods from last 2-3 months. Now my bleeding is gone by taking ACV but from past two days I am having pain in my lower body (lower back abdomen and thighs). I read the TED's remedy, he has asked to take baking soda with ACV. So from past two days I am taking baking soda with ACV. I am really worried, it seems like my cysts are growing cuz I did not feel this kind of pain before. Is it because I took baking soda with ACV? Should I take ACV alone?

About fifteen years ago, I shrank my ovarian cyst with a mixture of herbs. The main ones are Red Root, Tumeric, Dandelion and Shepherd's Purse. I mixed them in equal parts and took 4 caps 3x a day.
When I went back for the ultrasound, the cyst was gone. The doc thought it was his med that made me bleed like crazy.

Jenny; You might want to seek a homopathic or "holistic" health care provider, other wise always be sure to get more than one doctors opinion in a different area/town then the Dr. you have already seen. Try to stay strong for your mom.
Either way I think your mother will be ok, we shall all pray together for her. good luck & god bless you both.

I also added the ACV on daily dose. To Ms. Che thank you for the moringa input, I'll try to add that. Hope these treatment work. I'll update after a week.

I am from the Philippines and moringa plant is very abundant. For your ovarian cyst why dont you try dried moringa powder in a capsule. There are many testimonies and researches that point to moringa as a miracle tree that can cure 300 kind of diseases according to ayurveda. Moringa has 36 anti inflammatories. Several people I've known took moringa and the cyst just shrank. There is one who has a boil like in her neck for over a year and after taking moringa capsule twice a day, in 3 weeks time, it was gone. Its a very potent whole food that could supply us of the nutrients that our bodies need to be free of illnesses and diseases. I have a thorough research of this miracle plant. Everybody in our home takes it daily as our food suplement and vitamins. We used to visit the doctor monthly because my grandchildren are always sick but thanks to moringa it saves us from visiting the doctor monthly. Big savings thanks to moringa.

Hi--you can use castor/cold pressed oil topicaly around your whole pelvis morning and evening. Be generous--use some old but clean cotton cloth as it will be not washable anymore. Make a solution of warm water a tbspoon of baking soda and wash your skin to alkalize itand destroy all toxins. Use it for 14 days. You may/may not develop a rash but do not panic--that's normal. After 14 days let the body relax a recupurate for a week then continue the same again. See your MD and wait for his observation. If all is good--then you may tell him about your secret... Good luck

Hi Luz - I have been doing iodine "painting" on the area of my ovaries every other day for the past two months, alternating with the foot painting of iodine... And taking a day off here and there. I just noticed that I didn't even have a twinge of ovarian pain this cycle at the 14 day mark. (I can usually set my clock by my ovarian cysts. Even though they are much, MUCH better now that I do the ACV and Virgin Coconut Oil, I still knew every darned time I was ovulating by the "day of pain". I just started the molasas a week or so ago, and will update on that in a few cycles. Good Luck!

Hi my name is Pilar and I just loved what you wrote, I have the same problem , a 5.5 cms ovarian cyst, I'd like to contact you if is possible is about the list of what you did, for example did you practice the moxibustion daily, weekly or monthly? what about the ear acupressure? that was done by a specialist, or by you learning where the acupressure points of the body are? I read that you were healed in about 5 months, if you fasted for 7 days, what was your average diet the remaining time? I will go on a raw diet, maybe a 70% and 30% wholesome cooked food, do you think this is ok or I should just stick in the raw food? how is the ginger oil applied? sorry they are so many questions, but I was very impressed with your method, I firmly beleive that one can cure oneself, in the power of faith and prayer, have a blessed week!! I will thank you forever for your help :)

Charlotte, thanks for pointing out the benefits of aloe vera and beets. I'm the opposite-- I understand the benefits of molasses but don't know why beets and aloe vera would be helpful. Do you have a link to the studies?I've been taking the unsulphured blackstrap molasses for 2 months now. I'm lazy about the beets and not taking aloe vera at all. I think the molasses supplies some missing nutrients, because pain during my cycle has decreased a lot while my energy has increased. I haven't been going to the doctor, and I don't feel that there's been significant shrinkage to the cyst. With your encouraging testimony, I'm going to add the beets and aloe vera as well.
Earthclinic's molasses page describes some of its benefits. There's also a book solely dedicated to stories of healing from molasses

I had ovarian cysts, 3 of them, about tennis ball sized that caused significant pain. As they were dermoid cysts they had to be removed surgically. A few months after the surgery, I began feeling the similar abdominal/lower back pain once again. I went in for an ultrasound to verify, and yes, I did have ovarian cysts (they believed these to be follicular cysts). I found an online article claiming that drinking aloe vera juice mixed with beets and molasses every morning could help shrink tumors and prevent their recurrence.
This was about 6 months ago. It works!!! As long as I keep drinking the concoction daily, I am pain/bloat free! Sometimes I get lazy and stop drinking it; and the pain slowly returns until I begin drinking the mixture again.
When I first began drinking the mixture, I noticed small improvements within a week, noticeable improvements within two-three, and was virtually pain-free within a month.
In separate studies, both aloe vera juice and beets have been shown to cause a reduction in tumors-both cancerous and benign. The compound in beets which gives them their dark red pigment works within the body to cut off blood flow to tumors/cysts over time, which causes them to stop growing and shrink. The aloe vera juice helps to flush out the system and the liver from toxins. Taking them in combination works beautifully. I'm not 100% sure how the molasses helps.
I read about this "cure" online, researched the claims in peer-reviewed medical journals, and then proceeded to try it for myself. It worked for me. I just wasn't willing to accept that the only way for me to live pain-free was to take drugs everyday and have multiple surgeries!!

Hi, I own a masticating juice and it is very easy to make any kind of juice, be it fruit or vegetables, even herbs. You can Google masticating juicers and get more information. As they turn quite slowly they keep all the enzymes alive, the juices also keep a wonderful color even if you keep them 24 hours in the fridge, they don't oxidize. If you throw the pulp in a few times you get all the juice out of it and actually the juice becomes a smoothie without containing too much pulp which many people don't like and to be honest I don't like either!

I stumbled upon this site by accident but I will tell you that I have been to many other sites, even You Tube and they all say the same thing. Beets, molasses, and the aloe vera and it's working. Also the castor oil patches. What they also included though (which I did not read as much here) was to eat organic foods especially vegetables and fruits and cut down dramatically your intake of meat until you are healed. If you must eat meat they recommend mostly fish and secondary chicken. I believe that these were your missing elements. Our attitude also plays a very big part in our healing. Kathy believe by faith that you are healed and you will be!

In august, I got a pelvic exam and was told that there was about a 5cm cyst on my ovary. I immediately started employing some natural methods, when I returned the next month, I was told that it was down to about 3.5cm, but still there, nonetheless. Then by ultrasound, I was told it was an endometrioma (or chocolate cyst) on my right ovary (which is more serious than just a functional cyst, which it was they first thought). When I researched it, the only real treatments I saw or read about were bleek, --surgery was the main option. That worried me tremendously. And I haven't had children yet, so I got even more worried, so I was faced with an awesome opportunity, not an obstacle.
So this is what I did and I wanted to share it with people. I don't know if it was a combo of all the things I did or just one thing.... In no particular order, although #1, was the very first thing I did and I did the juice fast within a week of learning about the cyst....
1. Always believed I could heal myself
2. Visualizing the cyst shrinking (over and over and over)-for weeks
3. Didn't listen to fearful stories. I avoided them or immediately discarded them. 4. Writing & journaling about my feelings, especially those concerning my reproductive organs, fears, concerns, worries, and relationship woes
5. Forgave people that I needed to forgive
6. Asked my guides, healers, angels and archangels to help me heal myself and guide me on how to do that & meditated on healing
7. Asked my body what it needed from me (& listened)--sometimes it would say exercise, sometimes sleep, sometimes it would be- 'eat blueberries'
8. Honored my feelings (released anger and frustration appropriately, practiced acceptance also)
9. Asked the cyst to kindly leave my body--thanked it for its presence first
10. Prayers of others (friends)
11. Rubbed castor oil on me and put heating pad over my abdomen
12. Biomat
13. Infrared sauna
14. Ear acupressure
15. High impact exercise (5-6/days per week)
16. Chinese moxibustion stick
17. Night/dream healing from a close friend
18. Icy-hot patches for pain
19. Healing crystal directly over skin
20. Acupuncture with scannar and laser
21. Ginger oil on the skin over my abdomen
22. A 7 day juice fast
23. Black strap molasses (in beet juice or almond milk) (p. S. When mixed with almond or soy milk, it is DELICIOUS! )
24. Increased my intake of raw foods
25. Decreased dairy intake
26. Decreased sugary & processed foods
27. Apple cider vinegar and water drinks
28. apple cider vinegar douches (1-2x/month)
29. honey & cinnamon drinks
30. Increase in using tumeric
31. Took milk thistle
32. Increased intake of ginseng
In december, I got a follow up pelvic exam and ultrasound to confirm that the cyst was GONE! For anyone reading this, if any of this resonates with you, then employ some of these therapies. If they don't resonate with you, then discard them and do whatever feels right for you. You body will tell you.

Ovarian Cyst Remedy - Alfalfa
Did not work. I'm writing about a possible remedy that I read elsewhere (someone supposedly had success with Premium Blended Alfalfa). The alfalfa would theoretically have worked by balancing the extra estrogen. Not only did I not get better, but I believe that the alfalfa may have caused the cyst to enlarge-- and I've been in horrible pain for the last 2 days. It may be possible that this remedy works for smaller cysts (?), but if in doubt, skip it. Hope that this experience helps someone out there.

For the past 6 years I suffered with irregular painful menstrual periods. At least so I thought were menstrual periods until I saw my ob/gyn and found out I had a cyst the size of a lime. I was horrified. He had me take hormonal treatments(provera tablets) to hopefully shrink my cyst and get me back to normal. It was a waiting game after that. Waiting and waiting, and no luck. My cycles were still irregular, painful, and a mess!
My brother has used home remedies for just about everything. I called him and asked him if he could find something to help me get rid of this cyst I had. So with research he found that apple cider vinegar, unsulphered black strap molasses, and milk would do the trick. I took this remedy for 3 weeks, and thankfully my pain & bleeding have stopped. I have yet to see my ob/gyn in 3 weeks to see where my cyst is (hopefully gone). When I took the 1st mixture I took it at 6pm. By 11pm that same evening, my heavy bleeding and bloating stopped! The next 3 days my bleeding was lighter and lighter till no more. I feel great and I am so happy. I hope to get good news in 3 more weeks when I get my ultrasound. The recommended period to take the mixture was from 6 weeks to 3 months depending on the severity of one's condition. I will send feedback on my situation in 3 weeks. Wish me luck guys! 3x's a day for 6 weeks to 3 months (depending on severity of cyst)
Mix 1 cup of organic milk w/ 1 tbsp of organic unsulphered black strap molasses until well blended

I've been having pain in my lower right abdomen for the last month. Due to current health insurance status, I can't make any Dr. Appointments until next year. But a friend of mine is a general prac and she said it sounded like a cyst or fibroid. I came to to this site to find ways to alleviate the pain until I could get an ultrasound done to verify that it is a cyst. I wasn't sure what SSKI was, so I ended up getting a bottle of Bernard Jensen's brand liqui-dulse at the farmer's market. The suggested dosage is 4 drops per day, which equates to 225mcg of iodine. I've been mixing it with my water/apple cider vinegar drink for the last 4 days, and the pain is practically gone. I only get a twinge once or twice. I am shocked at how fast this seems to have worked. I'm going to continue drinking this, and if the pains subsides completely, may not ever get that ultrasound.

★★★☆☆WORKED TEMPORARILY
I've been struggling with an ovarian cyst that an ultra sound found on my left ovary. I started drinking green tea for a month and the cyst shrunk significantly, I couldn't feel it anymore. However, I stopped drinking the tea and the cyst is back. I also noticed a little cyst on my right breast near my arm, it is painful to the touch so I think its just a swollen node. I've also noticed some swollen lymph nodes under my chin. I'm exercising regularly and loosing some weight, but not too much. I've come to the conclusion that I'm detoxing too fast and my lymph nodes are getting overwhelmed. I've also learned that I have an iodine deficiency that is causing an under-active thyroid, which is causing a hormonal imbalance and slowing my weigh loss. There in lies the reason why my cysts keep coming back and are hindering my success in becoming pregnant. I've been searching for alternative treatments and it looks like I will be taking some sea kelp pills to get the iodine I need to help my thyroid and get the hormones back in balance. I will also be adding the Apple Cider Vinegar 2 teaspoons with 8oz glass of water 3 times a day. I've already ordered some PH testing strips to test my alkalinity and some Apple Cider Vinegar with mother from Amazon. I'll post my results in a couple of months.

Hello, I had a dermoid cyst 4 cm for 6 months. It wasn't growing but my gyn wanted it out because it can twist and cause you mega pain and dermoid cysts CAN become cancerous. ( although really rare). I was terrified about surgery!! SO I tried everything for 3 months. I followed the mary parker project for 3 months lost lots of weight I actually shouldn't have lost and had absolutely no energy.
Then someone told me about the beet/ aloe/ molasses remedy and castor oil packs. I used these for 3 months non stop. Beet drink from beets in the garden, and I slept each night with a warm castor pack. I also took tons of milk thistle, vitamins and vitex and vitamine E - all that everyone recommended. I felt my energy rising really quickly. I also drank only 1tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glas ( 350 ml) of lukewarm water 3 times a day. I had tons of energy and felt like I could take the world with Gods help. I also used a terminator 11 from Don croft for 2 weeks straight. I thought all this would certainly shrink the cyst so surgery was not necessary.
Unfortunately after 3 months of this, the cyst was still the same size. I had surgery last week they left my tubes etc intact and I was back on my feet the next day feeling 100 % thanks to the good condition I was in before the surgery. No nausea, no pain, back at home in 1 day caring for kids and hubby. Now after 10 days, I have the energy for 10.. It didn't help to get rid of the cyst, but I got all my energy and positiveness back. The cyst is gone, but I am keeping to the diet just because I feel so great. Surgery was so easy, don't worry about it, it is not hardly as bad as you imagine. But make sure you are in good shape before the surgery. Hope this helps you with your fight against cysts.
I think I would do the same as you. I would also avoid ALL cow milk, avoid all gluten foods, and all refined sugar products. Take milk thistle, to help your liver and kidneys, and vitex would probably do wonders for you. Check up on Vitex for you. It takes a while to get result on this, I had a really terrible heavy period 7 days per 27 days and it is now after 4 months very light, 3 days per 28 days. I am 39. I had surgery for dermoid cyst last week. I tried it all too, but I had no success, but I was in great condition because of all this and was feeling great 1 day after surgery. Good luck Tina

Hi Sheree , yes I put the castor oil on the abdomin area on the ovary then put a cotton thin cloth then cover with plastic then the heat pad for one hour and a half three to four times a week before you sleep then remove the oil from your skin with tissues then wipe with water and sodium bicarbonate it will remove the oil. It's the cure for Cysts.

Thanks

Hi Nic, Try the castor oil, it's for all body cysts. Warm it, apply to the cyst. Put a piece of cotton cloth full of oil also, then cover with plastic, then put a hot pad on it for one and half hour. Then u can wipe and sleep. Do it 3 to 4 times a week and see what will happen, it will shrink more and more day by day. I cured myself of many kinds of cysts with castor oil, one of them was ovarian cyst (4cm) after one week it disappeared , hope this will help, mollases is good also I drink one teaspoon daily.

Hi Tina, sorry for being late to answer. I was out of country, hope that castor oil cured your cyst! No you don't need to put all day , your skin pores shouldn't be blocked all day , when you remove the oil use sodium bicarbonate disolved in water for wiping your skin, it will clear oil very fast. The molasses I drink 1 teaspoon daily, I like the taste.

PLEASE HELP! 31 years old, 6 years infertile, 2 surgeries and headed to the operating room again!!!! The fertility doctor says my husband and I are "normal". There is no medical reason we can't get pregnant. I took the drug clomid over 3 yrs ago and was blessed with not 1 but 4 GIANT OVARIAN cysts..... No babies! It seems my ovaries are in overdrive still and I have had 2 laparoscopys (surgeries) in the last 28 months. I sit here, unable to work or leave the house due to heavy clotting period, still childless with my "normal body", knowing the cysts are back and another surgery will be the doctor's answer. They tell me if I get pregnant my body may no longer produce these cysts. I have not taking any other fertility drugs. I have a list of vitamins I am taking and going out to buy Apple Cider Vinegar asap. I read up on Iodine and the link with ovarian cysts. I purchased some Atomidine (water and iodine trichloride) at a health food store but want to make sure I can do all these remedies combined. I would like to take 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, and the molasses, beets and aloe vera leaf mix and and 1 drop of iodine a day. Is this safe or correct? I am COMPLELETY DESPERATE yet grateful this is driving me to seek healthy answers. It's REALLY nice to read I am not alone (with tears in my eyes).

I just got back from my scan at the ob-gyn's. I'm definitely pregnant... But the cysts are still there on the right ovary. They didnt shrink-- they are still the same size so I guess the beetroot juice/ alkaline water/apple cider vinegar combo didnt eliminate them!

I drank the beetroot juice concoction for about 2 months... Drank apple cider vinegar for about 3 months... And we still drink alkaline water. I'm happy to report that I am 4 weeks pregnant! I'm scheduled to undergo a scan next week and I'll also find out what happened to those cysts... Apparently they were no longer a hindrance to conception -- so I'm really glad! I'm curious to find out if they have shrunk or disappeared and will update again after next week! Thanks again for these natural remedies to eliminate cysts! They must work-- because the cysts were causing fertility problems for me and I'm pregnant now!

Thank you Helen for your quick response. I bought the castor oil today and it feels so good when I apply it to my side of tummy with the cyst, that I could keep it on all day. I have a special belt that holds a thin heating pad in place around my tummy. It would probably not be good to wear all day, would it? I wish I could. Then you write about molasses, what do you do with that? Eat it? Is that the beet mixture you are talking about? Thank you so much for answering I really do appreciate it. Tina

What is the exact recipe for the red beet/ molasses. I want to know if it would work for a dermoid cyst? Did any of the women who are so positive about this mixture have a dermoid cyst? Any other positive stories on how to get rid of this? I am doing hydrogen peroxide and the Mary Parker program now, but still often feel a pain around that area so I don't think it is helping. Any advice would be welcome as I am scheduled for surgery on aug. 31. Thank you

In regards to the beet, carrot, molasses & n/a wine mix, I have not started it yet but heard this truly works. I was told it needs to be a specific brand of cooking wine. For those of you that this worked for could u tell me what brand/type of non-alc wine you use? I was also told if you stop drinking the mixture the growths come back - true???

Hi Dj,
Is the Red Raspberry tincture made from the leaves, the berries, or both? And is it from the common/garden Raspberry plant, or from the family (raspberry, salmonberry, thimbleberry, etc.) in general? I take a tea of one or two whole dried Thimbleberry leaves for menstrual 'bloating' (or it could be cramps or both, I'm not sure); I'm curious if a Thimbleberry tincture would also possess the pain-relieving qualities outside of the menses that you mentioned. Do you think it would be harmful to take for pain caused by ovarian cysts?
Many thanks!

About 6 months ago I the doctor found a large cyst on my right ovary, and told me I needed to have surgery. Following the surgery she discovered two very large cysts with cysts INSIDE cysts! All the doctors were amazed, I guess that's not very common. Anyway, it's been a few months and I am experiencing pain in my lower left pelvic area, sometimes when I urinate, pass gas, or have a BM I feel that area too, and I have been to two doctors who think it might just be scar tissue, and recommended that I stretch and use something that warms the area, a homeopathic gel.
Two days ago I started taking chaste-berry supplements a couple times a day, along with a liver supplement(found at a local health foods store), starting eliminating too much sugar (I have a sweet tooth), eating yogurt in the morning, exercising as usual, and for the past two days the pain has been EXTREMELY lessened. I have a check-up appt. Thurs. and another in 2 months, as I have another very small cyst on my right side! I am going to try this beet/carrot/molasses mixture ASAP! I am reading a lot into natural cures, and they all seem much more appealing than conventional methods.
Thanks for the info. everyone!

I have recently been told I have two cysts on my right ovary. I had my left ovary removed about 11 years ago for the same reason plus endrometriosis/black cysts. I have to see a GYNO in August but I know what I'm going to hear- the same thing I heard before. Try the pill and possible surgery. I don't want to go that route. I read about the beet/molasses/aloe vera treatment and have started it. Can I take them separately to still be effective and what can I do to get rid of the swollen uterus? It is sooo uncomfortable. I am also taking vitex 3x day. I am a thin person but feel like I'm three months pregnant. (no fibroids found) Will this remedy take a lot of time to see results?

Barefoot,
I can comment on my own experience re iodine deficiency. I'm allergic to iodine (well, I was told that when I had an allergic reaction when it was intravenously introduced for a brain scan when I was 12) so I really cut out all iodine from my diet. Eight years later I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst - they put me on the pill and told me it would pass - nope, it burst and I had an emergency laproscopy. I'm glad to now be informed of this site for any future ailments. Would love to hear how Valerie's problem turned out and if the alkaline water helped.

When I had a fibroid, these were the things that I felt: My period was heavier than usual. I would get bloated really easily after eating, especially after eating dairy. I sometimes would feel a "pulling" sensation kind of off center in my stomach area. On one occasion during sexual relations with my hubby, I felt this uncomfortable sharpish pain in my vagina.
Changing my diet did seem to alleviate some of the symptoms (like the bloating).
But everyone's symptoms can be different. I have read that a fibroid can cause back pain. It really depends on the size and location of the fibroid.
I hope my answer helped somewhat :-)

I did a lot of reading (because it fascinated me) about Serrapeptase. I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly but I was researching some other "female" problems and ovarian cysts came up. There seemed to be a lot of women who were taking this enzyme (I believe it's an enzyme) and they were able to get rid of the cysts. It took some time, it didn't happen over night, but they were all pleased about avoiding surgery. You may want to do an internet search to see what you find on it. And good luck.

I was diagnosed with 2 3cm cysts on my left ovary last weekend and my doctor said that if in 6 months I still cant conceive, ill need to undergo another surgery (which i had 3 years ago when they found 5cm and 7cm cysts on each ovary!). I definitely dont want to undergo surgery again so I am trying other natural remedies to get rid of them.
I started drinking apple cider vinegar in the mornings mixed into a glass full of water. We've also switched to alkaline water as well. And just to be sure, I made some beet, molasses and aloe vera juice yesterday.
I bought 6 beets (about 2.5lbs worth of beets), a whole aloe vera leaf and a box of powdered molasses (there were liquid ones too but i saw the sugar-like one first). I peeled the beets and put them in our juicer. Mixed in the inside of the aloe vera leaf (which looks like a clear gel) and then chucked in half the box of the molasses. I drink 1/2 cup in the morning and another 1/2 cup at night! And the rest goes in the fridge.
Hope this works... ill post my results when i go for another scan!

If you have ovarian cysts or fibrocystic disease have your iodine level taken and take an iodine supplement. A large percentage of us have an iodine deficiency and cysts are one of the symptoms.

I was wondering just what does a fibroid feel like? I regularly take apple cider vinegar and I had cysts but never had any issues with them, pain wise. However I do sometimes have cramping near my pelvic area and I have to be careful not to lift anything heavy or push anything with my legs or the cramps come back. And it it very uncomfortable! I also notice if I stand too long or bend over too much I have pain at night. The thing that seems to help is staying away from sugar. But I really don't know for sure what is wrong...does it sound like fibroids? Help anybody!
Apple Cider Vinegar

★★★☆☆BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS
Started taking a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a pint of water (large tumbler) in the hope it would help with both an ovarian cyst and a fibroid. I like to take it a sip at a time and the drink usually lasts me all evening.
Ovarian cyst "disappeared" within three weeks of taking (not sure if it would have gone on it's own but my consultant was pretty surprised to see it had disappeared at my follow-up appointment). Also my bloated stomach has become much flatter and less flabby!
Have continued taking ACV in the hope it will also lessen the size of the fibroid I have, although since taking it I am experiencing cramps in the area that my fibroid is in. I am persevering with it for now in the hope that the slight cramping feeling is due to the area being "detoxed". Am also experiencing a slight "heavy" feeling in my legs - but nothing too uncomfortable.
Out of curiosity has anyone else experienced cramping in this area (legs, womb) as a result of taking?

I'm glad to hear that combination works! I want to try it as I just learned yesterday that I have an 8 cm cyst on my right ovary. Just for clarification, were you drinking a whole bottle of molasses each day or was the total combination of 2 lbs beets, 1 aloe leaf and 1 bottle of molasses divided over the 30 days?
EC: No! Here's a better description of the remedy
10/17/2009: Adriana from Pembroke P, Fl replies: "Thank You Brittany.!!
For all of you who keep asking about quantities... Brittany gave the quantities in here post of 4/17/2009. Here they are in case you missed them:
"With all three ingredients you put all equal amounts in a small bowl. [1]I first mash the beets (1 or 2 slices of the canned beets) with a fork. [2]Then pour about a tablespoon full of aloe vera juice on top of that.[3]Then I take about a tablespoon full of molasses and cover that, mix it, then eat it. You don't have to have a blender to mix it."
If using raw or slightly steamed beets, just grate them on a cheese grate. Use gloves."

MOLASSES, ALOE VERA AND BEETS - Yes it does work!!!!!
I had a 5cm cyst on my left ovary. My doctor gave me a 2mth window time to see if it would go away by itself. So every day for one month, I drank the juice of 2pounds of raw beets, one leave of aloe vera (the inside) and one bottle of molasses. I drank this mixture every day 3 times a day again for one whole month. When I went to get a check up on the cyst it was GONE.
My doctor performed an indovaginal sonogram and a a c125 blood test, and they both showed that the cyst was gone. Good luck and try it. Everytime you drink this remedy think positively, truly imagine the cyst drying out. Have faith that it will disappear.
