This is the best site with the most caring people! I stumbled upon this site in December when I was having constant stomach pain and acid reflux, it lasted for about 2 months. I thought I had something serious going on and was missing too much work. I went to see a gastroenterologist only at the pleading of family and friends but I knew by then from reading this site I would not be taking their medications and I only wanted their diagnosis to see what I was up against. I was diagnosed with gastritis, lots of inflammation in my stomach, hiatal herrnia and polyps. I take juice of 1/2 lemon in a cup of hot green tea twice a day. This summer I will be using lemonade or lemon juice in water. To anyone thinking of using lemon juice, it works! Thanks again!
