I started taking marine phytoplankton for all the wonderful benefits it was supposed to offer. The only thing that happened was the relief from gout (which was fantastic). I have not had a bout with that horrible troll in 8 months now. I drink beer every day and eat all the red meat I want, along with gravy and other items that bring on the attacks. (it seems that everything I like is on the "do not eat" list for gout)

I know that all our bodies are different and we get differing effects from vitamins and supplements, but I wanted to put this out there just in case it might help someone else. Gout is the most painful thing I have ever fought, and if this helps just one person, it's worth this post.

I take one capsule every morning, now. When I started this, I was having frequent attacks. If I felt the twinge in my toe, I would take two for a couple of days. Now, all I have needed to take is one. Good luck to all. Hope this helps.
