HI U OLE PATOOTS DOIN,,,,,,,,,
ORH here, and this is about my lake neighbor of 30 years that runs our ridges 3 or 4 times a week. He is an engineer at Watts Bar Nuclear Plant and a shy, but good guy. He is 67, and thin as a rail. We have offered them garden veggies numerous times, but he always says that he only eats meat and potatoes. I told him he was a paradox because he works so hard to stay healthy and I would expect him to only eat organic. My Tractor Driver met his wife at our mailbox yesterday and ask about John because we have not seen him for months. She said he had a stroke in October and is just now getting out of the house. We saw him today for the first time doing his jogging thing. John is slightly wild and strange because all dogs will bite him and he has to run with an electric cattle prod to keep dogs from biting him. If you are frightened of dogs you put off a smell from three places....... under arm pits, palms, and soles of your feet. This is not sweat, it is due to emotions and all animals can sense this and it makes them nervous and they will bite you. John has been bitten many times as a result. John, is in deep sheet because plaque due to his diet has him plugged up...... running or no running. My wife explained that EDTA Chelation will clean all this plaque out within 3 months. I can promise you that John will not participate. I am 84 and he is 67 and I will out live him. You are what you eat. I testify before many, but no one listens. They think I am a nut. New subject............. my left knee is now giving me pain. Let me tell you what I am going to do. I am going to shoot up my left knee with Ozone myself. I have had others save my right knee. Now I am going to save my left knee myself. If I fail, you will know. because I tell True Stories. Hips are also bad, but smart enough to not mess with my spine. Be glad when the IT's take over and we can progress by a thousand years on health and lots of things.

I am 43 and am completely wrinkle free and youthful looking and do not use any moisturizer or special cream. My secret is my diet and it is 100 % vegan and sugar, yeast and salt free (including hidden sodium in soy sauce and baking powder). It is tough not eating any of these ingredients and I have to cook nearly everything I eat but the pay off is that I do not have any wrinkles and do honestly look about at least 10-20 years younger than I am. Sugar, salt and yeast are what causes wrinkles and exterior aging, especially salt, and animals products is what ages us health wise so if you eliminate them from your diet you too can have eternal youthfulness.

I m actually 44 years old this year and have a 13 years old son but everyone thinks i m nothing over 25 or 26 and whenever they meet me with my son ppl always ask if he is my brother and i always get them saying that i m too young to have a such a teenage son. My secret to the youthful appearance (and i have energy of a 25 years old too) is i am a vegetarian, i eat lots of raw vegetables and fruits, i mean really plenty of fruits and juices and salads in my diet. I use only olive oil in any cooking, and i dont use any kind of salad dressing but instead i top up my salad with almond nuts and its not only healthy but also very very yummy. I take low fat yogurt daily. I never miss my green vegetables too, i have kale and spinach just lightly cooked with garlic daily and plenty of it. My weight never goes up and i m slim. I take a lots of garlic too. I drink plenty of water. I drink 500ml of green tea daily. I think more than chemical facials and other expensive skin care, what we eat is more important to determine our appearance and well being. use almonds nuts blended with milk into paste to apply to face for a about 15 mins and i wash off with warm water to get a clean healthy skin and beautiful skin. Apply raw coconut milk on face and lips and let is on for about 15mins and wash off, u will get a beautiful beautiful glowing skin.

Fountain of Youth-- I am 58 years old and I am still asked for an age ID when going into clubs. I have always looked much younger than I am - Here is what I have always done: * Never take drugs of any kind - no aspirin, no antibiotics, no alcohol, no smoking, This is most important. * I eat raw salads daily and use generous quantities of Apple Cider Vinegar - Organic - and Organic Olive Oil. Most of the food I consume is raw and occasionally I add a little cottage cheese or organic cheese in small amounts and about one time per month, I eat organic kefir or yogurt - The only cooked food I have is vegetable soup that I make from organic vegetables. I do NOT eat any grains, rice, beans etc. Everyone asks me where I get my protein. Apparently I don't need it.
* Still have not gone through menopause, my hair has no gray, my teeth are just like when I was young - I do yoga daily and callanetics and am very active physically. Most people I know are sick with all kinds of things and they run for a prescription immediately - this, I believe, was the biggest factor for me. Oh one more thing - I also use lots of fresh garlic daily in salads. This may sound difficult, but I find it extremely easy to live like this and cook so minimally. No grease in the kitchen! I am often told that I look much younger than my age. My concern for skin care has led me for many decades to be certain that I get enough protein each day to repair and replenish. It seems to have paid off. I use the formula of one half of ideal weight as the no. of protein grams needed per average day. More protein is needed when ill or under stress. I think it was Adele Davis who wrote on this in the 1960's and I have found it an unfailing formulas for health-the youthful skin is an extra bonus. People say to me "you must have never in your life gone out in the sun" Yet I never avoid the sun purposefully and go about my daily errands with no worries. I do use a light sun screen of course.
