My younger brother is dealing with some severe kidney problems, and my sister struggles with allergies and thyroid issues. It's very sad, and I am grateful I've been given a lucky break (because I do not think it has anything to do with my own choices or lifestyle).
Anyway, long story short...ACV. I know it's got to be an amazing natural health supplement because my great-aunt just turned 101 and is still fully functioning. She'll be 102 in January. She drives, lives alone, chats on the phone when you call to say hello, STILL sends me and all of my cousins, aunts, and uncles a card every Christmas with 25 dollars, and even brings in some income from a small farm she lets out. The woman is sharp. People always ask her how she has managed to live so long and stay so healthy, and she attributes it unequivocally to Apple Cider Vinegar. She sips on it throughout the day in a glass of water. I don't know if she uses a straw, as I have heard it can deteriorate enamel (though she still has her own teeth! ). I am getting back into the habit of taking it daily--not because I need any remedy right now, but because I want to live to be 101! Or older! I should add that she didn't marry until her 40s, to a very gentle, sweet man who himself lived a full life until he died in his mid 90s. As a couple, they lived a simple life of gratitude and service, and I have never seen either of them rattled or less than fully present with whomever they were around. The stressors of day-to-day life that seem to affect all of us just didn't seem to bother them. Also, they had no children (! ) I personally feel this has to be part of the magic formula for her, but like I said, the apple cider vinegar is what has given her this extraordinary longevity, according to her. I thought I would share, in case, like myself, you don't really *need* any kind of cure right now but would like to continue living a high-quality life into your old age.

When we come here when the weather is warm…. then sunning on the beach consumes our time. Not so when it's too cool for that. Now we read old health books from yesteryear. One that we talked about years ago and that is the Russian Author, Mikhail Tombak, who wrote CAN WE LIVE 150 YEARS. He has written many, but that is the Bible as far as I'm concerned. He's the guy who advocates Spanish black radish and I was going to send you some but my crop failed. Know you could write a book your-self, but I suggest you get this one and read it at least 3 times.
This book gives you directions to clean up outside and inside. He says “ eat right and you will live 10 years longer……. but breath right and you will live 20 years longer”. He's big on keeping your spine aligned. I read this book some 10+ years ago but forgot his teachings.
For instance ……. the importance of food combining. He tells you why because protein, fat, carbohydrates all digest at a different rate. You have to factor that in and why. He tells you why you must chew your food some 30 times. That is hard because you keep wanting to swallow. He tells you why you do that for your health.One of our health toys you will recognize because you use it constantly. That is the Parasite Zapper. We are doing that in conjunction with Bob Beck's Blood Purifier. Both work off low DC current. I also brought my PDMF to address my lumbar pains. We do our bed PT on waking and and then swap massages followed with our hand vibrator. This has given me the courage to re-dedicate my health efforts.
Lately, I have fallen off the wagon. We are a boggie couple as you will see in the video that our daughter recently took. Won't get us first place in a Myrtle Beach Shag Contest, but will let us participate. Our goal is to do this boogie at age 90, ten years from now. ORH here, and this is about my lake neighbor of 30 years that runs our ridges 3 or 4 times a week. He is an engineer at Watts Bar Nuclear Plant and a shy, but good guy. He is 67, and thin as a rail. We have offered them garden veggies numerous times, but he always says that he only eats meat and potatoes. I told him he was a paradox because he works so hard to stay healthy and I would expect him to only eat organic. My Tractor Driver met his wife at our mailbox yesterday and ask about John because we have not seen him for months. She said he had a stroke in October and is just now getting out of the house. John is slightly wild and strange because all dogs will bite him and he has to run with an electric cattle prod to keep dogs from biting him. If you are frightened of dogs you put off a smell from three places....... under arm pits, palms, and soles of your feet. This is not sweat, it is due to emotions and all animals can sense this and it makes them nervous and they will bite you. John has been bitten many times as a result. John, is in deep sheet because plaque due to his diet has him plugged up...... running or no running. My wife explained that EDTA Chelation will clean all this plaque out within 3 months. I can promise you that John will not participate. I am 84 and he is 67 and I will out live him. You are what you eat. I testify before many, but no one listens. They think I am a nut. HI U GOD FEARING FOLKS DOIN,,,,,,,,,, I worked hard all my life and accumulated a little jack and now spending it on health things. This test showed some good results and some not so good. The not so good were due to me not addressing the situation. The one's I addressed were right on the money and I want to share those with you so you do not have to spend any money on an Anti-aging doctor. So here goes.
My RBC Mg was 5.5 within the range 4.0-6.4. She gave me pat on the back for that test. So what did I do to get that number. Got back problems, so I spray my hands every morning with MgCl and wipe it on my fanny and lower back. Then I follow that up with DMSO to drive it into my hips. That's all I do. The cost is not a deal.
The next is a no brainer and that is Vit D3.
We take 21,000 iu's every morning and my test was 78 with a range of 20 -100. D3 is cheap, but you must buy quality. Do not use D-2 as that is synthetic and made by Big Pharma.
My Cardiovascular tests were out of the ball park and what do I do for that? Well, we eat lots of green veggies and little processed food, but we do what is the mantra of all who read EC and that is ACV. My HDL was 63 and LDL 103 with a 78 for Triglycerides. That ain't too bad for an 80 year old Redneck. I won't go into my deficiencies as I did not address them due to my back and AFIB. Hope this epistle has saved you some time and money.

Apple Cider Vinegar, Oil Pulling, Coconut Oil
For daily body washing: (1) I smear coconut or olive oil (1/4 cup) everywhere on my body and face (not eyes). I let it stay on for 3-5 minutes in a warm bathroom. I then scrub my body with a DRY, white washcloth & a damp cotton pad for my face. (I buy cheap white cloths in bulk so that I can throw them away as they get filled with dirt, oil, and dead skin);
(2) I make a simi-thick past of baking soda and water that I handily scrub on my body (face lightly) while standing in the tub. I usually add my favorite ORGANIC scent to this. I rinse this off with very luke-warm water and finish off with a COLD shower. I use an organic, natural deodorant with no odor. Skin Results: Smooth, clean, moist, no longer itching or smelling, invigorated!
(3) Weekly Hair Cleaning: I make a watery baking soda/water cup and poor onto my wet scalp and hair. I scrub my scalp for about 3-5 minutes and smooth thru my hair. I rinse & towel dry. Then, I lightly spray throughout the hair a bottle mix of: 1/4tsp coconut oil to 1/2 cup hot water & a spritz of organic cologne. I let my hair dry naturally. During the week I rinse only with cold water. Results: Very fast hair growth, moistness, no itchy or smelly scalp.
3) Progress of Teeth & Gums: I floss & oil pull every night before bed I still have 2 pockets left but they are not worse. I recently started putting MOM [Milk of Magnesia] in the pockets before bed (as someone suggested) and they are lessening; gum is actually growing back! I lightly brush twice daily with baking soda and sea salt, then, I rinse my mouth with this mixture: 1 tsp. MOM & 1 tsp of Hydrogen peroxide, 2 drops mint oil. (If you have candida, it gets cheesy on the tongue and allows you to scrape it off) Results: Fresher Breath, stronger, brighter teeth and gums.
4) The Norm Daily Diet : 9oz Meat, 1 Fruit, Loads of cooked veggies and salads. WATER Only. I exercise 15 minutes M-Sat. I take 2tsps of ACV morning and bedtime. I eat 1 tsp. Of coconut oil & dash of cayenne pepper with breakfast or in tea. I take the anti-inflammatories Vit-C, A, Quercitin, Bromelin, Curcumin. I keep magnessium oil by my computer and occassionally spray it on my palms.
Results: I'm now within 50lbs of my goal weight. I feel sexy and energetic, fitting size 12-14 clothes rather than 18s-20s. My husband says I look like I'm 30 and now "gaurds" me when we go out.. I don't need my glasses with the computer anymore, just for small reading; my thinking is clearer and, as long as I don't eat my primary allergy/rash triggers (wheat, milk, corn, suger), my skin, hearing, sight, brain, energy, sugar, and mood are about 90% of what they were when I was a youngster. I do sometimes wonder why people (men and women) keep calling me sweety or sweetheart because I'm not THAT tiny and certainly not fragile, yet. :) That, laughingly aside, I'm feelin OKAY and will continue on the good path until I'm done in this life. People always thought my father was our brother because he was blessed with great genetics, looking 10 - 15 years younger than his age and for many years I was the same.

Here's what I do externally: After shower, I spray ACV and water onto my skin, let dry, then apply coconut oil lightly all over, then use a light cologne. I apply ACV with a cotton ball onto my face, let it dry, then dab and rub VCO with water on it. I wear no makeup except filling in my eyebrows (until they grow back), and apply lipstick on top of VCO. Each morning I wake up expecting to see a change-back and I don't. Thanks a whole bunch!
