Dercum's Disease

Having done the whole H2O2 inhalation method diligently for about 18 months now (thanks Bill Munro and earth clinic), I feel it's time to report on the undoubted improvement in my health.
In October 2010, I came down with a rapid onset of what turned out to be the supposedly rare "Dercum's Disease", also known as "Adiposis Dolorosa". It is a fat disorder, whereby lipomas or fatty lesions form in any part of the body, but most often subcutaneously. 1% of any population will have these fatty lumps and they are usually benign and entirely painless, but in Dercum's sufferers (and I use that term advisedly), a whole syndrome comes into effect -short term memory dysfunction, severe pain, mobility problems, cognitive dysfunction, fogginess in thinking and great fatigue. Lumps can appear overnight, which is frightening. We need to be hugged very gently and repetitive movements aggravate lumps in or on our muscles and nerves. Carrying shopping bags on our upper forearms is a no no. Very, very few doctors know or care to acknowledge the existence of this scary disease. We are left to google, network with fellow sufferers and disseminate both natural (H202 inhalation) and allopathic treatments that work for us individually. And we are all individuals in our we experience any condition and cure/treatment. For me, stumbling across Bill Munro's video on this site was a Godsend, literally. I felt, having read Bill's account of his self treatment that it just might have relevance to my Dercum's Disease. I also have lifelong asthma and an auto-immune form of low thyroid, called Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I know I move too little and hence my lymph drainage is less than ideal. The fatigue and pain was absolutely overwhelming.
I decided H202 was affordable, available and extremely easy to inhale, in my case, at regular 1.5 hour intervals during the day and about 5 pumps of the nasal spray bottle on each long inhalation into the back of the mouth. I have no side effects other than a lot of belching if I've overused. I have a much improved quality of life, much, much less pain (I'd been struggling on paracetamol with codeine tablets) and much better mobility. I can walk mostly without pain again, am fitter and can do my own housework and shopping once again. I even applied for a job yesterday :). Not sure yet if I will be able to manage it, but - 'nothing ventured, nothing gained'. Certainly I don't feel up to a full-time job as the fatigue and memory issues continue, but I am experiencing continued improvement, month by month, so who knows how well I may become? I do continue to take my asthma and thyroid medications and am still a 56 year old post menopausal woman, so jumping over puddles will probably not be happening any time soon, but I am once again happy to be here.

Hi Ben,
The info you provided seems worth investigating.
I've been recently diagnosed with emphysema (although a non-smoker) and at present I only suffer from cough and little sputum so I'm desperately trying to get rid of my infection in the hope to stabilise my condition at least.
At the moment I'm in a strict sugar-free diet, plant-based (live food like sprouts, etc) with a few known supplements like NAC, proteolytic enzymes (containing Serrapeptase), beta glucan, Omega-3's.
At the same time I'm nebulising Magnesium Chloride, Nascent Iodine and just started H2O2.
Although some of the therapies you mention like extra corporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation and uvbi sound worth pursuing, I'm not well-off enough to consider them.
>>"Alts have prove them wrong.."
Could you please tell us who is Alts?
I have searched the connection of Gallium nitrate and its application for COPD on line but could not find anything, are there any links you could provide?
Do you know of any COPD patients who had any success with this treatment?
Thanks for posting this,

H2o2 healed my chest condition
I used h2o2 as suggested by Bill Munro, inhaling it some time ago when I had a wheezing chest and cough that wouldn't go away for over four months. After I started using the hydrogen peroxide, it went away in roughly one week. AND HAS NEVER RETURNED. I still use it occasionally now whenever anything goes wrong.

I would try turmeric. It seems to help support many different organs in the body. I started using it and it seems to help my lungs and the memory. Get a good organic turmeric and use black pepper. Put it in some warm water drink down. They also say fat helps into the system. 1/2 t turmeric 1/4t pepper. Use it on your food also. Best to you God Bless

Hello Geoff from Birch Run, Michigan,
Sorry you are having problems and hope you are much better now. Had a little trouble with some of your spelling but think I got the gist of your complaints: beginning of common cold, used peroxide and got worse, now decided that worse because used the peroxide. Not sure what the return of "wam" means (did you mean warmth & fever?) or did you mean, try the peroxide again - Wham! fever & chills return? Your really tired is easy enough to understand, but your "shifty vision" leaves me wondering if you mean nystagmus or what some people call "dancing eyes" or something else?
First question I have is how did you use the peroxide, - orally, inhalation, external or what???? I tried the oral peroxide a long time ago and found that my stomach just couldn't tolerate it, so gave it up.
After reading about Bill's ingenious method of inhaling the drug store variety of peroxide, my curiosity got aroused and I tried it with his drug store variety. I tried it a few times and my stomach did not object to inhalation of H202 since it didn't pass through my GI tract and it worked wonders for opening both my chest and head up. OK! Figuring it would work just as well and probably better without any stabilizers in it, I purchased some 35% food grade peroxide to eliminate the stabilizers and use it more often than before. No problems whatever except for the taste of the small amount left in my mouth that didn't get inhaled and the benefits derived far out weigh that small distaste of H202.
As for the sickly color, almost scaly look of your hands, I can't say what that might be. If sickly color is "white & cold" makes one wonder if you might have Raynaud's disease. However, one can never rule out some weird reaction to anything, even a food, vitamin or mineral. My hands get icy cold, pale when exposed to some smelly perfumes.
I was told by a worrried grandmother whose young granddaughter kept having recurrent urinary tract infection, that when they finally played detective (as instructed) with everything that went in her mouth and found the problem, I was dumbfounded when she named Flintstone vitamins as the culprit causing the recurrent UTI's. After some thought, it seems more likely that it was the food coloring and the chemicals used to flavor them up like candy that caused the problem, not the vitamins. My suggestion to her was to get the child some uncolored and unflavored vitamins to take. They did and no problem with the vitamins then. If you think it is the peroxide, then I definitely would not repeat it.
If you think it might be the stabilizers in the drug store variety of H202, you might try the food grade without stabilizers to see if that is the problem. If you were trying it any method other than inhalation, try it that way to see if it makes a difference. WARNING!! If you are using a higher concentration of peroxide, be sure to dilute it down to the 3 to 3.5% solution before trying it by inhalation or any other method.
AS for the yeas and nays - I have read many of both on EC. I even read of one on EC who reacted to MSM, which I have been taking for at least 15 years with no problems, and none of the other people who started using it when I told them that it helped me, have ever had any problem with it yet.
Some unlikely things do seem to work wonders. Did you ever hear of the "chicken manure" tea the old folks used to brew up in the old days? That really blew my mind when I heard it. No way was I ever going to knowingly try it. Well, in reading a book on the history of medicine, I was astounded by reading that they first found aureomycin (an early antibiotic) in the white part of the chicken manure, which is the part that my mother said the old folks used to make their chicken manure tea. Well, maybe it would work, but my total anatomy rebels against the thought of it so I will just keep on taking my pokeweed berries (which I grew up believing to be poison), and other herbal remedies.
Hope you are feeling fit as a fiddle and no longer in need of any "doctoring" for any ailments. As the old fellow said when asked to what he attributed his longevity: "The main thing is just keep on breathing". Been practicing it ever since I read it.

The past two winters I suffered from a cold that then turned into months and months of persistent coughing and more coughing. I started another cold three weeks ago and have been coughing just as I have in the past. Today I read about Bill Munro and using a nasal spray bottle to inhale hydrogen peroxide I have to say Thank You Thank You. So at lunch I went and bought both, wash the bottle out and started inhaling the hydrogen peroxide... the tickle immediately disappeared, and the cough has subsided greatly and has seemed to almost disappear in some instances as I have had stopped talking when I didn't have to as it produced more coughing. So again Thank You Earth Clinic and Thank You Bill Munro.

My wife has had breathing problems for years (the dr`s say it is from smoking... not true, it has bubbles in the phlem they pop when you crush them.) I gave her mouth to mouth as her lungs were stuck together and she was suffocating and could not keep from passing out. As she exhaled I breathed some of her air in to my lungs . I have this now, I wheeze when I sleep and have become very tired. I also cough very hard, three times of taking antibiotics has not stopped it. I tried your hp by inhaling the fumes from a bottle by placing on my lips because I had no spray bottle. It is also mixed with iodine as I can smell it. It stopped the coughing & phlem in less than 18 hours. I and my wife are heavy smokers. It increased my lungs capacity's to process air. I have recovered lots of the energy I did not know I had lost. Today is the second day after trying this. Yesterday I could do more reps of the exercises than before. Hydrogen peroxide works amazingly well, I am impressed. There is no storm today, so we will buy the real thing. Hydrogen peroxide and a nasal spray bottle. I and my wife are feeling much better lots of energy. I would like to thank all the people here for you information. This will get rid of this virus of that, I have no fear. Thanks a lot to you all.

PAMM, based on your medical history, I'm wondering if the symptoms could be from heavy detoxing. Sounds like your body needs to rid itself of alot of toxins and the h2o2 might work pretty heavily on this. The cleansing symptoms would be very extreme. I would definitely proceed with caution, but I would still suggest that your body will experience severe detox cleansing symptoms regardless of the natural remedy that is used, to rid itself of the disease.

There are other research studies which indicate, for example, that 'animal' protein causes cancer while 'plant' protein does not, but if you look at the study or read the writing of a researcher in the field who does, you see it's basically bad-science if not outright fraud. In many cases, the reason AP did and PP didn't, is because the PP was not complete in animo acids; and when the AP did, it's because the animals in the study lived long enough to develop symptoms of the poison they were also being given; all the others were already goners! In the last couple decades especially, pharma companies have realized that funding a small research study to find a specific desired/presented result (sometimes even when the presented result is, when you read the article vs. The abstract, the *opposite* of what was found! ), and then promoting that with a press release, is like millions of dollars worth of free advertising, in every form of media, plus it's got the air of scientific authority. Science has become a marketing outlet. Unless you study it a good deal, or follow the writings of people you come to respect as understanding the larger situations, it's best to consider everything you hear/read reference to with a gigantic grain of salt. Particularly when it starts telling you that natural, healthy elements that nature or even the body itself makes (e. g. cholesterol, h202) are 'deadly' (you'd better buy some drugs to save you! ).
I've lost tons of weight and cured tons of symptoms by pretty much taking nearly everything the official government and health agencies recommend and doing the opposite. Diet of grains? Nix. Avoid Cholesterol? It's not just for breakfast anymore. ;-) You get the idea. Be skeptical (even of me! ) if you haven't really researched something yourself.
Best - PJ

Just for the record, I would like to comment on the data link that Nancy from Buffalo, WY, USA mentioned where she found the statement that;
"Smokers and individuals who have used prescription and nonprescription drugs delivered into the lungs are well advised to seriously reconsider H2O2 inhalation therapy. Upon entering the lungs, the oxidation reaction dislodges and delivers some substances directly into the bloodstream. In the case of smokers, this results in a possible extreme nicotine overdose that can cause heart failure."
I, personally, went to that site and contacted the company about this totally misleading statement. They admitted that it was the COMBINATION of H2O2 and colloidial silver that could cause these effects - NOT the H2O2 by itself. Their response to my challenge was the following;
"This applies very specifically to the combination of H2O2 and colloidal silver, not specifically for h2o2 alone (although I do believe that people with serious lung histories start slowly and gently when using H2O2 inhalation therapy).

I am using food grade (diluted correctly) hydrogen peroxide with the inhaling method
6 pumps / 5 times day.
The 'nebulizer' also did the trip for me.
Once I tried this (from reading this post) I was amazed!
What a high I got and rush of energy!
Clarity and a great sense of well being as well.
I have been going through some 'healing crisis' since I tried a H202 bath and drank some 3% (food grade) as well.
Unfortunately many of the spray bottles we all find don't all work that well.
Many just spray a semi fine mist or even steams of liquid.
Then not much gets into the lungs.
A good quality one is needed or possibly the portable nebulizer.
I already had a nasal/throat steamer that I got from my acupuncturist.
It is really the same as the nebulizer but you just push your face into the cup and steam flows into your face. You can either set it for forced breathing or having it flow to you.
My nebulizer is not very practice to take around but first thing in teh morning wil do the trick!
I am going to search for a high quality nasal sprayer though (misting)

Hello. I wanted to give you an update for another hydrogen peroxide inhalation cure. I wrote in a couple of weeks ago about how it stopped my flu in its tracks after a few hours (yes, I never got sick). Well, last night while I was asleep, my left neck muscle and shoulder blade went into a spasm. It was very painful and even more so when I got up in the morning. I went around yelping like a dog every time I moved my head or left arm. Anyway, after a few hours of this, I suddenly remembered that Bill M had written about how he used his remedy to stop a muscle spasm. I got out my little sinus spray bottle filled with h202 and did 6 quick squirts into my mouth (I like to hold my breath as long as possible after I spray and then spit out the left over peroxide). The excruciating pain jolts went away almost immediately and my neck and shoulder were back to normal after a few hours. Actually I can't tell you how long it took because I forgot about it until tonight when I realized that not only did I have no pain, but I had full mobility of my neck! I have had this same spasm occur lots of times over the years and it usually takes a good 2-3 days to recover. I LOVE THIS REMEDY!

That is too high of a dilution. You are at a ratio of 32 drops to a 8oz glass of water. It should be no more than 25 & that is even a bit high. Also H2O2 from a Pool store? All information specifically say food grade HP. There are 6 or 7 grades of HP. Some for industry, some for cleaning...etc.

My lung function has improved to near normal and I have much more energy. If anyone is thinking of using it, please take note of how to use it safely because it can be fatal if used incorrectly. Best thing I ever found on the net. By the way, I am not a daft teenager, I am a pensioner so I took a good look at this before I tried it.

Can someone tell me if there is a benefit of gaining oxygen in the blood by diluting H2O2 in steam distilled water in a cool mist type humidifier while sleeping at night?
I need to know the amount of H2O2 3% to put into how much steam distilled water.
Would it be beneficial (if the humidifier idea is any good) to buy one of the blood O2 sensors at a pharmacy (the kind the nurses use to test O2 level on a fingertip)? Just to know my blood O2 levels before and after application of the humidifier. Would the O2 sensor be of any value just to know blood O2 level when before and after use of the inhaling of mist from a spray mist dispenser for nasal use, but used for inhaling H2O2 through your mouth?

I am inhaling at least 8 times a day at 4 to 5 sprays. I have so much energy. I am breathing so much better and my arthritis is not bothering me except for a tad bit of stiffness in my fingers in the morning but no pain at all. I had a balance problem and that is gone already. My balance being off made me bounce off of walls and one of my feet would drag now and then and almost trip me. I can breathe through my nose again. Lots of gunk clearing out of my lungs and sinuses. My mind is clear and sharp. I feel like I have turned back the hands of time! It is amazing!! Didn't think I could ever feel this good again. I have had what I call a healing crisis where I felt like I had a case of the flu and ran back and forth to the bathroom and felt queasy to my stomach but I know that it is my body healing and detoxing and I am drinking a lot more water with fresh lemon juice in it. I might feel lousy for a little while but it quickly passes and I am feeling great again. Will continue the h2o2 therapy and I am going to pass it on to as many people as I can.

A couple days later I had a required covid test via throat swab for an elective surgery. I was told the next day that I was positive for covid and surgery was canceled. I've had mild lung issues ever since. I was recently diagnosed with three viruses: mycoplasma pneumonia, cytomegalovirus and Epstein-Barr virus. Very curious to me since I'm very healthy, eat very well and exercise. Have you ever heard of the “vaccine” being given to people via throat swab rather than injection?

RE Bill Munro's Inhalation of H202.. this is going to be used mainly to hopefully reduce, kill off, a large tumor, any breathing / lungs would be secondary.
I have reduced 35% to the 3% H202 as recommended, but am not sure if I got it right? As there be a fair bit of "foaming" in the mouth, after pumping several times when inhaling the 3% H202 we only experienced this when doing the One Minute C--e protocol when one increases the drops every day to 25 and then goes backwards! .. But was not expecting this foaming with 3% H202, and yes it is Food grade diluted. Thanks for your thoughts!
EC: Hi Jen,
Yes, there is typically foaming from the leftover 3% peroxide, and should be spat out. I mentioned this in EC's peroxide inhalation YouTube instructional video from 2014. Deirdre

Technically. H202 will kill any virus or bacteria it comes into contact with. I think it will do a great job of making the mouth and mucus membranes a very unfriendly place for a virus to breed. Follow some of the protocols for mouth rinsing and ear rinsing daily, and you decrease your chances of getting such an infection. Once you have it internally, I think H2O2 is less effective than the Lipisomal High dose Vitamin C taken orally, then switch to Colloidal Silver in the nebulizer several times a day and NO virus will survive in your system. I really wish the media would talk about these "cures" that the Chinese are using on their population with success.

I don't see why not. A vapor nebulizer does create a fine mist, which is important to get it as deep into your lungs as possible. The important question or warning is about inhaling it into your nose and sinus passages. I'm no expert, but I keep reading that one should NOT inhale via the nose thus getting it into your sinuses. I suspect that the oxidizing nature of H2O2 can, and will eat through your delicate nasal membranes over time, and with too high a concentration of peroxide. That is just a common sense response. I could be wrong.

From my understanding: It's a question of concentration/dilution. The advice not to spray in the nose is related to the undiluted 3% HPO. It will irritate too much. I use a 1% solution to spray in the nose and a 0.5% solution in a nebulizer. When nebulizing, I breath through the nose (also closing one nostril at a time) as well as through the mouth.

Hi Robert. I stink at math...please help me figure this out :). I bought food grade hydrogen peroxide at 3% strength, I know it sounds stupid but how do I get that to 1.5? I realize it's half, but what would be the water/hydrogen peroxide ratio?
Thank you in advance! I'm so happy to hear your positive story and that you are sharing it. We are not getting anything from the docs so thank GOD for this site.

If you use a drop of 3% HP, use the same amount of distilled water. That would dilute the 3% HP in half, which would be 1.5%. In short, dilute the 3% HP in the same amount of distilled water.

Robert you said to use the 1 1/2 % hp, I have the 3% in brown bottle, do I just mix the 3% 50-50 with distilled water to get the 1 1/2 %, my breathing is not good at all(yes I am a smoker unfortunately) and I want to try this. thanks

It may help for the 1st week of treatment to sleep in an adjustable chair, at least until you stop coughing up all the toxins. Cancers, viruses Can't live in oxygen rich environment! Have you included Oxygen therapy? Best 2 you!
