I am inhaling 3% Hydrogen Peroxide 3-4 times a day for more than a month. It really helps before the exercise I can do more or if I overwork my knee the soreness and tiredness goes away in 10 minutes after the inhalation. I cannot live without it!
So what is my diet? To make the inhaler liquid, mix 11 parts filtered water to 1 part H2O2 - must be 35% Food Grade. If you use H2O2 from the brown bottle, you should not. There are stabilizers in it, which could harm you. Then put the liquid into a small dark plastic bottle with an atomizer on top. The darker the color, the better as H2O2 is light sensitive.
I use it topically for varicose and spider veins. Also, it makes the skin super soft too. If you want to, you can put it on your face but first spray it on your cupped hand, then close your eyes and rub it on your face.

Dose: Important is to do dosen finding, as here we want to archive systemic therapy. So get some toxicology papers and try to find out NOAL, No Observable Adverse Events Level (of dosing, mostly per day). Stay below, measure the day's dose, and distribute in small portions like 6-10, for a day. Then do dose finding inhalation by starting at a low dose, and mindfully testing for breathability, before, during and after the inhalation session, use known volume (measured by syringe from pharmacy, buy some 2ml 5ml 10ml etc., insulin ones are iU 0.5ml and 1ml available, very fine needles can measure 1/20ml). Use repeatable inhalation style: switch on only while breathing in, keep breath a bit... If later letting inhaler run, just double dosing per session in ml. Testing free breathability: by quickly inhaling and exhaling by mouth and mindfully asserting any resistance (if ill and coughing, there is often some, but it shall not deteriorate by the intervention! If available, use a flow test for lungs. If very sensitive, first, some 1/2 hour beforehand, inhale some anti-allergic nasal spray 3 puffs, since expensive, let run only while breathing in, and keep breath if possible, maximizing resorption and repeatability). Now for the next inhaling session you go one click higher in dosing, e.g 1,5x or similar.
For correctness, you have to pause and observe degradation of free breathability also a while after inhalation. Since the effects of slightly inhaling above tolerance wane quickly, you wait for the lungs to calm down before inhaling with a lower dose. This concentration is then your personal maximum limit per session. You can try to inhale a bit longer, again, this is the same test. The best treatment is prevention, and to try this out while healthy and have trained the steps and have some buffered H2O2 eg in fridge, greatly helps. I could not muster the inner resistance to try this out when I first was ill from some flu, though I already read about the scarce papers. Then we inhaled: - always add or fill up to e.g. 0.9% salt, tried 0.4-2% salt. The more, the more astringent it is, which is nice if producing too much mucus in lungs or upper respiratory tract. One can even bring in fog in the caves of middle ear and sinuses, by applying undepressure, inhaling fog, and applying cautiously some overpressure. We have some inhaler that does this by a second membrane driven by 50Hz magnet without rectifying valve, they call it bolus, massaging your mucosa in nose and depositing tiny volumes of fog in the "cave-lets" of our head. Quite hollow, the thing... Lungs did not complain in this concentration at all. Kids inhaled freely whenever wanting to treat CoV or flu symptoms. Smaller kids do not like the scent and the bit scratchy feeling, dilute, effective starting at ca. 100ppm. The preferred inhalative.) We buy mouth or wound wash solution electrolytically produced, very pure, and Cl2 free, stabilized by pH 6 or so, readily inhalable, as salt water is the basis for producing it. Papers did it with 200ppm, but we just reduced inhalation time from 5-10mins to ca. 2 mins or 20 deep breaths for the kids, which fits for all kinds of ages, against respiratory illness, and repeat as often as you like, eg. each waking hour. At night, for little one, inhale a bit sparingly, not to produce too much fluid for them having to cough. For noon nap we timed at 30min before wake-up, as "coughing out mucus" is then taking place while awake again. - CIO2(aq) max.5ppm for us: not really inhalable, as alveoli irritating at some point, which makes up the "self-warning" function: you really have to cough, so obey and retreat. Gets toxic for lungs >15ppm, so 3x buffer from coughing point. Do not force it. But if you do not have to cough or feel any irritation, it is safe. The nice side of self warning function. Yes, CIO2 is very hacked upon, but yes, it is 10x more efficient than even H2O2 and NaHClO. Still, compared to 800ppm NaHClO or 2% H2O2, it is a bit weak. So remember it when you can not get hold on some alternative that is more suitable to inhale. ClO2 is self-distributing in air, you can use this for an easy inhalation of upper respiratory system and tracheae, but not alveoli. So be quick and prevent infections from sliding down! Use e.g some empty beverage carton (tetrapak) and cut away the bottom. Place some cotton fleece wiper (thin!) on one side wile putting it flat on the table. Pour eg 4ml CDS = 4ml CIO2(aq) 0.3% on the fleece, perhaps thin a bit if coughing, and breath in through the top opening. Keep bottom closed with some foil if not breathing in. I have to try this and optimize it. By 4ml you do a quick systemic intake of 12mg CIO2. (NOAEL is 3mg/kg/day, for 70kg person 70ml ClO2(aq)0.3% are 210 mg ClO2. Take 1/10 of that as one session dose max.. If you cough, breath in more slowly, or dilute with some drops to ml. of water. THIS is possible to use for 8 billion people at once, simultaneously. We have not enough nebulizers for any other method! Full stop. THIS is why I did the experiment on myself, first by placing a tight blanket over me like doing a vapor bath, 17cm plate, distribute 4ml CIO2 0.3% with fingers to shallow pond. 2-3mins later 90% were evaporated from the water (you can see if collecting the fluid back in a glass: yellow color is proportional to cncentration. You can even DIY some 3€ spectrometer measuring difference between purple (best 380nm) and red absorption. - NO Nitric monoxide: generators are placed at every respirator. Demand run time protocols, as I feel no pandemic in hospitals is really possible If this is running in systemic dosing to free lungs of clots. I have not tried this yet, for god' sake, thanks. Perhaps you can test it if not ill if you work there. Try getting NOAEL for systemic effects. For sour tasting solutions as H2O2 or some PVP-I, you have to buffer, neutralize, it to "just not tasting sour" any more. You can use your tongue as "pH meter", which is precise enough. We found we do quite reliably reach ca. pH 6.5 which is perfect for still being somewhat stable for some days and perfect for the mucosa. Buffer solution: we used sodium bicarbonate 0.5% solution (one flat tea spoon solved in one litre of water), and trickled it in. (For 0.05% phosphorus acid in H2O2, used as very needed stabilizer against degradation on shaking on transport etc., we needed ca. 1% from H2O2 volume of the buffer solution, so 50ml H2O2 would be buffered by 0.5ml buffer solution.) It is very easy to do, and in fridge or lying around in shade, I did not perceive any degradation in strengths even in weeks. But the recommendation is "buffer volume needed for some days". You can also use Elsholtzia essential oil for inhalations. Only 2 distributors who I'd trust, never Amazon. Floracopeia and Young Living Oils. For a nebuliser : use cold boiled purified water (or a saline solution for inhalations) and add a trace of this oil, not even a drop. You can also add a trace of this oil into a hot steaming water and cover your head with a towel.
Try Manuka Honey lozenges. I buy all Manuka honey products from NZ directly even if it's available in the US. The shipping is fast and affordable. But try reputable distributors in the US.
p.s. to get a trace of an essential oil simply turn the bottle upside down, then back in the upright position. Open by removing the cap. On the surface of the bottle opening you will see traces of the oil, rub it with some non reactive or absorbing stick (handle of a teaspoon or some glass stick?) then stir the solution or water with it- this will transfer it into the water. Remember, one drop is too much and you don't want to waste even one drop of an authentic medicinal quality essential oil. I have a special stirring stick for that

I used a sinus inhaler (the kind used for head colds). I rinsed it well and filled it with H2O2. I pumped it 2-4 times into the back of my mouth, sucked it in as hard as I could and held it for 5-10 seconds. Do that 3-4 times and do it 3-4 times a day. I noticed within 2-3 days that I no longer had panic attacks. I would do the inhaling whenever I went out to the store, or whatever, and within 2 weeks I found that I didn't need to do it anymore. I always thought that the panic attacks were tied to my ADHD but...I don't know how it worked, it just did.

God knows what is in the Pharmacy H/P, what water they use and how their containers are washed. As you may know it is very easy to make your own 3% H/P at home with distilled water.
Eleven drops of distilled water for every drop of 35% H/P and you have your own very clean and very home made 3% Hydrogen Peroxide. Taking that internally is the best thing you can do for your breathing and everything else you may wish to use it.

I gave Pat the reply for the correct dilution for 35% because that is what she was using.
I personally use 12% hydrogen peroxide, and it is food grade! The companies I use dilute the higher concentration hydrogen peroxide with distilled water to bring it in line with the law over here(uk). As you mentioned you can only get hydrogen peroxide at 35% in the uk, with a licence. The 3% you can buy over here from a chemist, is like you say at £1.05 a bottle, but that is for mouth wash, it has stabilizers in it, and is not to be swallowed!
This is the company I use, www.apcpure.com (I have nothing at all to do with them by the way, other than get my HP from them.) This is what they say about the 12%

Dercum's Disease (Painful Lipomas)

In October 2010, I came down with a rapid onset of what turned out to be the supposedly rare "Dercum's Disease", also known as "Adiposis Dolorosa". It is a fat disorder, whereby lipomas or fatty lesions form in any part of the body, but most often subcutaneously. 1% of any population will have these fatty lumps and they are usually benign and entirely painless, but in Dercum's sufferers (and I use that term advisedly), a whole syndrome comes into effect -short term memory dysfunction, severe pain, mobility problems, cognitive dysfunction, fogginess in thinking and great fatigue. Lumps can appear overnight, which is frightening. We need to be hugged very gently and repetitive movements aggravate lumps in or on our muscles and nerves. Carrying shopping bags on our upper forearms is a no no. Very, very few doctors know or care to acknowledge the existence of this scary disease. We are left to google, network with fellow sufferers and disseminate both natural (H202 inhalation) and allopathic treatments that work for us individually. And we are all individuals in our we experience any condition and cure/treatment. For me, stumbling across Bill Munro's video on this site was a Godsend, literally. I felt, having read Bill's account of his self treatment that it just might have relevance to my Dercum's Disease. I also have lifelong asthma and an auto-immune form of low thyroid, called Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I know I move too little and hence my lymph drainage is less than ideal. The fatigue and pain was absolutely overwhelming.
I decided H202 was affordable, available and extremely easy to inhale, in my case, at regular 1.5 hour intervals during the day and about 5 pumps of the nasal spray bottle on each long inhalation into the back of the mouth. I have no side effects other than a lot of belching if I've overused. I have a much improved quality of life, much, much less pain (I'd been struggling on paracetamol with codeine tablets) and much better mobility. I can walk mostly without pain again, am fitter and can do my own housework and shopping once again. I even applied for a job yesterday :). Not sure yet if I will be able to manage it, but - 'nothing ventured, nothing gained'. Certainly I don't feel up to a full-time job as the fatigue and memory issues continue, but I am experiencing continued improvement, month by month, so who knows how well I may become? I do continue to take my asthma and thyroid medications and am still a 56 year old post menopausal woman, so jumping over puddles will probably not be happening any time soon, but I am once again happy to be here.

The info you provided seems worth investigating.
I've been recently diagnosed with emphysema (although a non-smoker) and at present I only suffer from cough and little sputum so I'm desperately trying to get rid of my infection in the hope to stabilise my condition at least.
At the moment I'm in a strict sugar-free diet, plant-based (live food like sprouts, etc) with a few known supplements like NAC, proteolytic enzymes (containing Serrapeptase), beta glucan, Omega-3's.
At the same time I'm nebulising Magnesium Chloride, Nascent Iodine and just started H2O2.
Although some of the therapies you mention like extra corporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation and uvbi sound worth pursuing, I'm not well-off enough to consider them.

Sorry you are having problems and hope you are much better now. Had a little trouble with some of your spelling but think I got the gist of your complaints: beginning of common cold, used peroxide and got worse, now decided that worse because used the peroxide. Not sure what the return of "wam" means (did you mean warmth & fever?) or did you mean, try the peroxide again - Wham! fever & chills return? Your really tired is easy enough to understand, but your "shifty vision" leaves me wondering if you mean nystagmus or what some people call "dancing eyes" or something else?
First question I have is how did you use the peroxide, - orally, inhalation, external or what???? I tried the oral peroxide a long time ago and found that my stomach just couldn't tolerate it, so gave it up.
After reading about Bill's ingenious method of inhaling the drug store variety of peroxide, my curiosity got aroused and I tried it with his drug store variety. I tried it a few times and my stomach did not object to inhalation of H202 since it didn't pass through my GI tract and it worked wonders for opening both my chest and head up. OK! Figuring it would work just as well and probably better without any stabilizers in it, I purchased some 35% food grade peroxide to eliminate the stabilizers and use it more often than before. No problems whatever except for the taste of the small amount left in my mouth that didn't get inhaled and the benefits derived far out weigh that small distaste of H202.
As for the sickly color, almost scaly look of your hands, I can't say what that might be. If sickly color is "white & cold" makes one wonder if you might have Raynaud's disease. However, one can never rule out some weird reaction to anything, even a food, vitamin or mineral. My hands get icy cold, pale when exposed to some smelly perfumes.
I was told by a worrried grandmother whose young granddaughter kept having recurrent urinary tract infection, that when they finally played detective (as instructed) with everything that went in her mouth and found the problem, I was dumbfounded when she named Flintstone vitamins as the culprit causing the recurrent UTI's. After some thought, it seems more likely that it was the food coloring and the chemicals used to flavor them up like candy that caused the problem, not the vitamins. My suggestion to her was to get the child some uncolored and unflavored vitamins to take. They did and no problem with the vitamins then. If you think it is the peroxide, then I definitely would not repeat it.
If you think it might be the stabilizers in the drug store variety of H202, you might try the food grade without stabilizers to see if that is the problem. If you were trying it any method other than inhalation, try it that way to see if it makes a difference. WARNING!! If you are using a higher concentration of peroxide, be sure to dilute it down to the 3 to 3.5% solution before trying it by inhalation or any other method.
AS for the yeas and nays - I have read many of both on EC. I even read of one on EC who reacted to MSM, which I have been taking for at least 15 years with no problems, and none of the other people who started using it when I told them that it helped me, have ever had any problem with it yet.
Some unlikely things do seem to work wonders. Did you ever hear of the "chicken manure" tea the old folks used to brew up in the old days? That really blew my mind when I heard it. No way was I ever going to knowingly try it. Well, in reading a book on the history of medicine, I was astounded by reading that they first found aureomycin (an early antibiotic) in the white part of the chicken manure, which is the part that my mother said the old folks used to make their chicken manure tea. Well, maybe it would work, but my total anatomy rebels against the thought of it so I will just keep on taking my pokeweed berries (which I grew up believing to be poison), and other herbal remedies.
Hope you are feeling fit as a fiddle and no longer in need of any "doctoring" for any ailments. As the old fellow said when asked to what he attributed his longevity: "The main thing is just keep on breathing". Been practicing it ever since I read it.

After reading about Bill Munro's h202 inhalation method, I decided to give this a try. I began yesterday evening and woke up this morning feeling SO much better. No dizziness. Ears not hurting. BUT, also, my sinuses and my head feel more clear than they have in a long, long time. I am amazed at such immediate and wonderful results from such a simple, low cost remedy.
I used 3% Food Grade h202 (1oz 35% diluted in 11oz distilled water)in a small mist sprayer (couldn't find a nasal spray so used a small glass spray bottle which makes a really fine spray) I sprayed about 4 times on the breath intake, and did this about 4 times during the evening.
I will be keeping up the h202 inhalation, I'm interested to see what, if any, other improvements I might experience through regular use. I love this clear feeling in my sinuses.
