I had been looking for remedies and cures for my GH (I had it just 2 months ago) here in Earthclinic and it has been a great help! I also want to share my experimentation which had shorten the time of the outbreak. every morning and before I go to sleep, I soak a cottonball with Apple Cider Vinegar and put/pat it on my sores for 3-5seconds (it can be very stingy, I almost cried the first time i did it), then washed it with a feminine wash with tea tree oil, then I dry it up using a hairdryer (or sometimes just with a towel) then apply Zovirax on the sores. You can feel and see the results just the next day! This is all possible because of the prayers I made, for asking all the medicines I use will be effective for curing my disease.

I hope this will help anyone who will try this suggestion of mine.

I was diagnosed in 1985 with GH, I have found that Echinacea has reduced attacks to once a year. When I get the first signs of an attack I take 20 drops in water 3 times a day, after 2 days its gone. I have also noticed that attacks are very much related to stress and that daily meditation has helped me a great deal in reducing attacks.

I found out about Stabilized Liquid Oxygen and DMSO and used both whenever I felt an outbreak coming on. I used to have between 2 and 4 outbreaks a year. I have not had a single outbreak in 2 years. They stopped after using the S.L.O. and DMSO, only when I felt an outbreak coming on, for approximately a year. I really couldn't believe it. I kept waiting for another outbreak thinking I just hadn't been stressed enough to trigger one, but 2 years later, nothing, and I've definitely had some serious, nervous breakdown, kind of stress during that period. I also told a friend of mine, who has had HSV1 since she was a kid, about it, and she used it with great success also. I tried to go back and get a blood test to see if I was "cured", but the doctor said it would be a waste of money because the virus is so illusive. She said even if you've been diagnosed it is not always present in the bloodstream. I guess this is because of the virus being either active or inactive. I also have a feeling she thought it was pointless because according to them, once you've got it, you've got it for life. I don't know if I am cured, but I will tell you, since I was diagnosed in 2000, I had never gone more than 6 months without an outbreak, and here I am 2 years, outbreak free. I am not on any medication or anything. I only used it when I first found out, and had no success with it. It seemed to actually make me break out more frequently so I stopped. If you can afford to pay for that prescription every month, giving this a shot is nothing. I don't know how it will work for others, but I wish everyone great success with it. No one deserves to live with the discomfort or emotional pain of this disease. Best of luck!

I know this post is old and most likely SydAus will not see it, but I woke up today to find blisters on my butt crack. I was diagnoses with hsv2 15 years ago, and I knew it was an outbreak.

I purchased lysine powder 1000mg per scoop last week, so I took 1000mg lysine in the first hour, 2000mg on the second hour, 3000mg on the third hour. I also added some vit c every time (I have vitamin C powder in capsules, 1000mg on each capsule, so I opened the capsule and put maybe a 1/4 of the pill in the cup).

About half an hour after I took the 3rd dosage, I touched the area and SURPRISE!, no outbreak! I could not believe what I was feeling. I keep touching it but found nothing. I am blown away it worked. Usually those blisters go away after a couple days, so this was very exciting.

I already took my fourth dosage (4000mg lysine + some vit c).

So I can say lysine powder taken internally plus some vitamin C works to get rid of outbreaks right away.

The vitamin C is Now brand but I only bought it because it was cheap, less than 5 bucks.

I have been suffering from HSV-2 for nearly a year. Constant outbreaks were driving me made. I have tried Zinc and Acyclovir, with very little success. Then in Sept 07, I read on the an article on the 'Chemical properties, mode of action, and in vivo anti-herpes activities of alignin-carbohydrate complex from Prunella vulgaris. By Yongwen Zhang, Paul Pui-Hay But, Vincent Eng-Choon Ooi, Hong-Xi Xu, Gillian D Delaney, Spencer H S Lee, Song F Lee, Antiviral Res, 75:3:242-9 (Sep 2007)'.

I went to my local Chinese herbalist and bought a 160g of Prunella vulgaris ( self heal) for AUS$4 a bag. I was advised by the Chinese medicine practitioner to divided the bag into 4 by 40grams and to make a tea from each 40g part. I was to boil 5 cups of water down to 3 cups and, and drink. Do this for 4 days. From day 1 this really aided in shorting the severity and length of the outbreak.

I have been making this tea on and off since and I have only had one outbreak since then, Sept., versus what seemed a constant outbreak.

I tried another experiment. I concentrated about 1 cup of Prunella Tea, down to 1 tablespoon and mixed it with an acqua lotion from the local pharmacy. This lotion is frequently used to 'add' other lotions to it. You local pharmacy will have it and it is fairly inexpensive. I paid AUS$12 for 750g jar of it. I mixed roughly the 1 tablespoon of liquid and highly concentrated Prunella vulgaris with ~-7- 10 tablespoons of the cream. I apply it once in the morning and once at night to the infected area. Keep in cool in the fridge. It feels nice when you put it on and does not sting.

My one and only outbreak over the last ~3 months lasted 2 days, without pain or discomfort. The outbreak place is in a crease on my leg, where I get eczema frequently. The added benefit of this cream is that my eczema has also disappeared.

Please note: I am not selling anything nor trying to encourage the sale of a product for self gain. The Prunella vulgaris has definitely made a positive difference to me and is an very inexpensive solution. I am sharing my experience with you, for your own information.

I have researched Prunella vulgaris (aka Self Heal) a fair bit and have not seen any evidence, either medical or private that states there is any risks to taking Prunella vulgaris as an oral or topical. If you should find an article, please advise.

For genital herpies. You can get a thin needle and burn it with a match to sterilize it. You have to pucture the bubbles of herpies with one hand and have a tissue in the other hand to soke up the juice. You will also pore Hydrogen Peroxide over the open cuts so oxigen gets in there. You only use the needle method if your herpies has bubbled out. If you have open sores you just need to pore peroxide on it. This is not a cure but it help the healing fast.

"Stabilized oxygen" is the "magical" half of MMS - the sodium chlorite solution part.

It seems like a scam because it's super simple but when the sodium chlorite meets the acid in the stomach or the acid in a virus or some diabolical microbe, it turns into MMS, on the spot, and kamikaze's the acidic bad guys. It kills them and, itself, dies in the process.

It's the water-purifying part of 2-part water purifiers.

Ivy-Dry (dual acting spray purchased from Walgreen Drug Store 6 FL OZ bottle for about $8.00) This product relieves itching, oozing, and weeping associated with minor skin irritations from poison ivy, oak, and sumac. It also cured Herpes outbreaks.

Herpes outbreaks have lesions or small blisters. I have found that if I use Ivy-Dry on these lesions they will dry up and start to heal within 24 hours. Remember that this product is an external skin protectant that relieves the itching, oozing and weeping associated with minor skin irritations and rashes. After the healing process begins I see some dry dead skin begin to peel from the affected area of treatment. I would not recommend to over use this product as it will dry out your skin.(Normally two applications will clear up my out break. Hey guys! If you are looking for a cure for GH, put colloidal silver in the search engine (earth clinic) and read the post(s)... There have been a few people that have actually tested negative after taking colloidal silver for a few months. I've purchased a bottle and I can really tell its working! I have faith that it will work. Oh, I also take bio-defender (monolaurin & olive leaf combo), which is a really good product. There are a few other things that I take as well (all herbal, of course)! I would suggest that you find what works for you, do your research and be consistent! There's no way that any Medical doctor can actually make me believe that this is incurable... It just doesn't make sense if you REALLY think about it!!! :)

I tried your flower remedy suggestion for g herpes. I have had constant outbreaks for the last 2 years, but have not had one in 2 months since taking holly & walnut internally since April. I do occasionally experience a "twinge" down there when hiking, but find that if I dab the formula on the spot, the twinges cease immediately. I tried all sorts of remedies to no avail. I would like others to try this, which has helped me so far. I ran across an article that I will attach. It shows how castor oil stops the replication of the virus in animals up to 85 percent. I use that with oregano oil and other herbs, plus I use a Magnesium spray every day in the shower because I'm told magnesium is important for the body to function properly. If you are suffering from herpes one or two you need to build your immune system with vitamins. I currently take a women's gummy multivitamin by nature bounty and 2000 iU of vitamin d which are gummy from Walmart. I take this daily and so far I haven't had any issues. I eat a regular diet ( must eat meat)but I try to stay away from sugary foods. I take salt baths a few times a week and avoid using fragrance soaps and washing powder.

Lecithin will stop a herpes breakout and, if taken regularly, prevent a breakout. I tried everything and lecithin is the only thing that works. It has been years since I have had an outbreak. Lecithin is also cheap. My granddaughter takes it and no longer has psoriasis.
