Matcha tea is a kind of powdered green tea. I started drinking it and my blood sugar numbers which were in the pre-diabetic range became normal. The day I didn't drink it my blood sugar was a lot higher. If you're a diabetic I'd recommending starting with a very small amount and working your way up so you don't bottom out your blood sugar.
