UNIFIED PROTOCOL FOR DIABETES TYPE II

The root cause of Diabetes Type II problem is the probiotic imbalance in the digestive system. Bad bacteria associated with Diabetes Type II is S. Aureus which reside on the skin and nose. It can enter our digestive system through our mouth. If a person has no probiotic imbalance problem, S. Aureus will be eliminated by the probiotic bacteria in the digestive system. But if there is probiotic imbalance, there will be a fight between S. Aureus and probiotic bacteria. This is called pre-diabetic stage. If the bad bacteria win the battle, the person will become Diabetes Type II.

S. Aureus infection will increase blood sugar level. High blood sugar will cause damages to normal cells and convert normal cells into damaged cells. The damaged cells will not use insulin efficiently and they cause insulin-resistance. In order to solve Diabetes Type II problem, one has to eliminate S. Aureus infection and also convert damaged cells in the body into normal cells. Researchers identified two probiotic strains L. Casei and L. Achidophilus to eliminate S. Aureus.

I am proposing a unified protocol with two steps to solve Diabetes Type II problem in 8 weeks. It is as follows:

1) INFECTION CLEARING.

Take probiotic food (e.g., Kefir, Mung Bean Soaked Fermented Water ) or probiotic capsules containing L. Casei and L. Achidophilus in the morning on empty stomach. If it is kefir, dosage has to be one cup of kefir. If it is mung bean soaked fermented water, see the relevant section in EC for dosage. If it is probiotic capsule, one probiotic capsule has to taken one half hour before breakfast. Finally once the infection is cleared, fasting blood sugar level will return to normal level (less than 100).

2) CONVERSION OF DAMAGED CELLS INTO NORMAL CELLS.

Take one cup of chlorophyll-rich foods ( e.g., cilantro, parsley, spinach, wheatgrass, etc. ) and one cup of drinking water. Extract green juice using a blender. Add lemon juice from one lemon and a pinch of sea salt. If one cannot take lemon juice, one fourth teaspoon of baking soda can be substituted for lemon juice. Take this drink in the evening. Also, take 500 mg Vitamin C tablet thrice a day.

I believe this is a simple and effective treatment for Diabetes Type II. Probiotic imbalance which is the root cause of Diabetes Type II problem may be due to one or more following reasons:

1) Antibiotic / Steroid treatment.

2) Stress.

3) High fat diet (Vegetable fat and animal fat).

4) Sedentary life style.

5) Smoking.

6) Exposure to toxic chemicals.

7) Alcohol, etc.

It will be useful to identify the cause of probiotic imbalance problem so that one can take preventive measures to avoid this problem in the future. If one thinks that probiotic imbalance occurred immediately after an antibiotic / steroid treatment, one should make a habit of taking probiotic kefir or multi-strain probiotic capsules immediately after the treatment for about 15 days. Also, if one can solve a medical problem using either probiotics or antibiotics, choose probiotics. If one thinks that the probiotic imbalance problem is due to stress, one has to take steps to reduce stress levels.

Best Wishes.

I used hydrogen proxide for years for diabetes then found out about cinnamon with chromium. I found it in capsule form. Also purple rice flower supplement. They both keep my blood sugar down. I also use only Stevia as a sweetener!

5-Ingredient Heart Tonic

Would it work as well to use the raw juices and not cook them down? The cooking kills the enzymes. It seems logical that raw would work better, to me. Am I missing something?

Tina, some of my patients have used a premixed concoction they purchased overseas, but the correct home remedy (based upon direct interviews with several people who regularly make this concoction) appears to be to cook the 4 cups of ingredients (1 cup each of ACV, lemon juice, ginger juice and garlic juice) on medium flame down to 3 cups (which usually takes 30 minutes), then add 2-3 cups of organic honey (some have mentioned 1 cup).

3-4 tablespoons need to be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. About 15-30 minutes should pass before eating anything else, depending upon how fast one's digestion and metabolism is.

Hope that helps.

Dr Choudry from Piscataway, Nj

Will you be willing to share the amounts in the ingredients of this concoction? I am having issues maintaining stable blood sugar levels despite low-gi diet, exercise and green veggie juice.

Thanks!

ACV, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon heart disease tonic:

I'm an internist in NJ. I've tried this concoction on a limited number of patients and found that it did not reduce their cholesterol levels, but it does reduce glucose levels.

So now I am suggesting this to my diabetic or borderline diabetic patients. Will have more experience and results in a few months.
