Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium

After beginning to have high blood pressure early in pregnancy (not too high, but alarming at 140/90), I had heard that Magneisum might be the key to getting it back down. I was already taking calcium and getting potassium, so it was magnesium that I thought might do the trick. I started consuming 3 squares of 100% cacao baking bar with a little raw honey spread on for taste. The next time I went back for a checkup, my blood pressure was back down to 116/70 and has stayed there. I HIGHLY recommend this tactic. It has also cured my leg cramps I get at night from being pregnant. If I don't have my chocolate, my cramps will come back, so I know it's the chocolate. It's important to spread the consumption of the chocolate throughout the day so that you are not getting too much caffeine in one sitting. I usually have one after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A great, healthy desert!

I recently visited the local health food store. I started taking one supplement called Calcium Magnesium Potassium (I won't name the brand name). I have been taking it for about three weeks now. I recently checked by blood pressure at a doctor's visit and it was very normal (124/78). My blood pressure hasn't been this normal in years.
