I soaked a cotton pad with ACV and left it there while I was brushing my teeth, washing my face, cleaning up in the bathroom. Now there was not even a trace of it, like it was never even there before.

Didn't go to the toilet for two days and when I did, one uncomfortable devil reared it's ugly little head. Used a cream for a day then tried ACV 2 tbs plus 1tbs water, dabbed on with a cotton ball after success in the toilet, kept doing ACV + H20 for 5 days. Ugly little head disappeared. Also used 6” high plastic boxes under my feet, just like Thai toilets and no more pushing. Whoopee! and Whoopoo!

After reading the reviews, I am using the Apple Cider Vinegar. One of the replies stated that the person had eaten dry white rice and thought that is exactly what I had eaten the day before at a Mexican restaurant. I did attempt to moisten it because it was extremely dry rice with vegetables. I guess I did not hydrate it enough.
I diluted the ACV after reading about the burn many experienced, but went back and strengthened the batch I mixed up so it is about 2/3 ACV, because it really did not burn at all. I do feel a slight itch and for me that is a healing itch.
I can already feel the relief and I am thrilled.

Oh how wrong was I. After the last few months of itchiness and feeling uncomfortable, I ordered some cream from the internet which claimed to soothe and stop itchiness. It didn't really. Oddly it seemed to become more sore and itchy. So I began to use sudo cream and it worked for a while to stop the itchiness and soreness. But for some reason, in the last month it began to flare up. I eat huge amounts of veg and fruit, I juice and now and again have relapses of too much dairy so I assume as I grow older this is having a bad effect on my system and my piles.
I then found a cream from the chemist having spent a week of pure pain, it was obviously getting much worse and felt raw as well as harder to go to the loo without screaming or clutching my fists. I never knew piles would create this much hassle.
I used the cream and it seemed to calm it down, but then after a week, flared up again. I stupidly added sudo cream to the pile cream and int he morning, two days ago, I was in tears. I could no longer sit properly or walk without pain. I was shocked, really shocked at the pain and discomfort. The creams obviously mixed and caused a bad reaction. Left feeling sorry for my self and my bum, I started to look for answers on the internet again. I found videos on youtube that only explained halves, tried to sell you their nonsense so overtime I thought I had found a solution, I hadn't, just another person trying to sell something or home remedies that I really didn't have the ingredients for.
I just can't believe I hadn't given any thought to Apple Viniger Cider. I bought a book on how it heals ailments in many different ways, but totally forgot about it. I came across this website, thank God! I cringed at the thought of putting vinegar on my pile, imagining it to sting like hell, but anything at that time was better than what I was feeling. If I had fresh wheatgrass int he house, I would have used the pulp from that, but didn't so reached for my handy large bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar and tested out what everyone here already seemed to know. Thank you all. I am still not out of the woods having left them so long using crap creams, but it is only day two. I can tell you I am now sitting with no pain, I am still uncomfortable in going to the loo but am using the raise your legs six inches (using my box set of Roald Dahl books) so that it eases any movement. The stinging is still a little bit there, but no screaming or tears. I am pretty convinced that in a week this will be either so much better or gone but will keep you updated.
I have followed what others mentioned here re the application. First beginning with showering (can't bath as I don't have one), adding the Apple Cider Vinegar onto a thick piece of kitchen paper (half) folding and putting it directly onto my bum/pile. It did sting a little at first (well, second and third) but, it does go after about five minutes of the Apple Cider Vinegar being applied. I am on day two now, it's evening and the last two applications I have added water to as I didn't fancy having skin removed from down there. Hasn't happened but I imagine that the Apple Cider Vinegar is pretty potent. It is definitely working. No itchiness, no burning (nothing like it was). I can pass wind without fear of the pain, I hope tomorrow I can have a bowl movement with NO pain rather than some but we shall wait for that. I have to give it time, as I did leave it for a while and not treating itt as I should have.
I did recently before this website spend twenty pounds on more medication for my piles, which I now regret as I won't be using it. I just can't believe I didn't pay more attention to the book I bought on what Apple Cider Vinegar can help treat. But I do thank you all for sharing and for giving a full run down and NOT selling anything from some medicine company at the end of it. I shall keep this updated. :D
