BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS

I am 46 yrs old. 2 months ago my doctor prescribed 20 mg of lisinopril for my high blood pressure (140/102 or there abouts) and increased zoloft to 150 mg/day. After my 30 day follow-up my blood pressure was 140/84. I told the dr. that I had been experiencing coughing mainly at night. She said it might be allergies and to continue with what I had been doing. Well, since that check-up coughing has gotten more consistent rather than only at night I also cough during the day and have been feeling very tired and have had tingling in my hands (not shooting up the arm, thankfully). Last week I started taking apple cidar vinegar and my bp dropped dramatically. So, this week I stopped taking the lisinopril. The tingling has gone away and the tiredness going away as well. My problem is that today my bp was 149/102 and pulse 85. I've been taking 1 TBS ACV in 8 oz. of water (2TBS made me sick to my stomach.) Are the above common side effects of lisinopril and how many TBS spoons of ACV is approrpriate per day? I assume it would be okay to spread the ACV out over the course of the day?
